As a result, my father found it difficult to accept and adapt. Dr Filip’s approach, however, was totally different. His sessions are very educational and strategy based which empowered us to navigate the challenging tides of adaptation with renewed hope, clarity, and confidence. Throughout the sessions Dr Filip focused on clearing misconceptions and providing a methodical approach on how and when to prepare and consume meals. All questions were welcome - no question was treated lightly or seen silly, and delicate questions were answered with a highly valued level of detail, care and compassion. Beyond meals, Dr Filip gave keen attention to understanding daily routines and lifestyle and used these to tailor a realistic overall health plan, setting manageable objectives with highest impact one step at a time. Before signing up with Dr Filip, we were hesitant that this would bear fruit. My father is now well into his fourth month since starting the programme, and we haven’t seen him this disciplined before. What I love most is that Dr Filip built good rapport with my father which resulted in him accepting advice and consistently showing up for the sessions, which are conveniently offered to us remotely. Very thankfully, we are already seeing positive results and hope to be able to reduce medication in a few months’ time. We are very blessed to have Dr Filip and we personally highly recommend him for quality care and support.

We see Dr. Sood originally because we thought our sons problem could be allergy related, so he had skin prick test. Dr. Sood listened to our other concerns about our son and found the cause pretty much straight away, after months of going backwards and forwards to our GP. He fully explained every aspect of our son’s care and what to expect going forward. I had some issues with my gp practice with some of what Dr. Sood advised, but I emailed Dr. sood and he responded pretty quickly and helped resolve the issues. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sood and if in the future I had any concerns I would definitely see Dr. Sood again.

Dr hodge listened to me and my partner and made us feel validated. We didn’t feel rushed and at the time we were very sleep deprived with our 2 year old son so for someone to just sit and talk to us meant the world. Extremely pleased with my son’s consultation last week with Dr Jacobs. He was recommended to us by the Orthopaedic Surgeon we’d seen recently and following an unusual leg X-ray that indicated a metabolic bone disorder. Dr Jacobs was very knowledgeable and reassuring, and had an excellent manner discussing the findings with my 12 year old son. He has very quickly organised further tests and a referral to a specialist NHS clinic through our GP for diagnosis and ongoing treatment. Highly recommend.
