Friendly environment and efficient with booking of tests and examinations. Friendly staff and clean safe space.

The facilities were clean, the layout of the rooms was organised and the staff were all pleasant, very helpful and professional.

This was an online session. Matt was very careful to check the form and level of the exercises to suit and stretch me. We discussed getting the balance right so as to be achievable and not off-putting. We have come a long way but this is still a journey

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.
