As an NHS patient, Mr Tibrewal worked hard to allow me to be treated at Nuffield Health in Brentwood so that my surgery could take place after being on the waiting list 17 months for ACL reconstruction - a surgery I had needed after injuring myself in 2020. Mr Tibrewal explained every detail thoroughly & answered my many questions without hesitation. I am now 7 weeks post op & I’m very happy with the successful outcome of the surgery. I can’t thank Mr Tibrewal enough.

A very knowledgeable and approachable surgeon, however it was quite disappointing that my concerns regarding the ongoing knee instability following the ACL reconstruction surgery he performed hadn’t been taken into account in a timely manner. I had to seek an opinion from another consultant, who arranged the MRI and other appropriate tests, and confirmed that the surgery wasn’t completely successful.

I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring. He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I loved the diagrams he drew and how he pointed out the problem on the MRI scan. I came away feeling that really knew what was happening inside my body and what I needed to do to get back on track. Nothing was too much trouble. I have had my injection, am well into my physiotherapy treatment and the knee feels great. Thank you Mr Khan.

Mr Ajuied was very professional and diagnosed me straight away where another consultant had missed the problem. My treatment was a success. Mr Ajuied was a joy to meet with a lovely warm personality I would recommend him unreservedly.

I was referred to Mr Ghosh by another Consultant who I was informed undertook half knee replacements that I had been advised I should consider having. Mr Ghosh confirmed this would be the best option, showed me my MRI and the damage to my knee and that he was happy to perform the operation. This was scheduled for just 3 weeks later. I received a detailed explanation of what the operation entailed and the possible issues that may arise. I met with Mr Ghosh both pre op and after it had been performed and then again 6 weeks later. He gave me very good advice concerning post operative physiotherapy and that my recovery was very much in my own hands. I'm very please to say I have made a rapid recovery. I considered I was in expert hands throughout and very pleased with the outcome.

I found my progress through the treatment to be as the Professor described. No unwelcome surprises. Its now just over 4 weeks post-op ... my family say I'm a new person.

Very friendly and informative explanation of the injury, need for surgery and my concerns about recovery. The consultation eased any challenges I had and I feel more comfortable about having the surgery.
