Mr Khan took the time to listen to all of my concerns and thoroughly explained the process of these to me without making me feel rushed or silly for my questions. He was extensive in the explanation of my injury and in whole made the experience pleasant considering the circumstances.

Mr von Ark was very good at explaining the pros and cons of having surgery, and at no time did I feel pressurised into having surgery.

On first meeting with Mr Sullivan I had an idea in my mind as to the type of operation which would suit me. Mr Sullivan explained precisely why this type of procedure would not be suitable and exactly what he would do as an alternative. He was at all times courteous, patient and very informative throughout our first discussion. I again met with Mr Sullivan, both prior to my operation, following the procedure and again 6 weeks later. His patient and informative demeanour never altered throughout our meetings.
