Dr Theochari took the time to explain to me the symptoms I had following an injury to the head. She reassured me without patronising and took my complaints seriously. This should be expected from every doctor, but having suffered from chronic pain for two decades I know that it's seldom the case. She discussed my options for treatment, explaining pros and cons of each of the options. I'm very grateful for a colleague's recommendation to see her following my injury and symptoms.

Professor Koepp was excellent. He listened and understood my problems and gave me a thorough examination to ascertain what my problems were and the best way to overcome them. He has written to my GP to inform her of his opinion and the way forward.

He asked me where I was suffering pain and how it occurred and then checked all my limbs before giving me his opinion.He gave me confidence that I would get better with continued perseverance with my exercise and osteopathy treatments.

Dr Heaney made me feel relaxed from the start, and explained what would be happening
