I felt genuinely well looked after by Dr Chandratheva at Cleveland Clinic. He took real time to understand my history and what I'd been through, asking thorough, in-depth questions rather than rushing through a checklist. He explained the tests and next steps clearly, in language that actually made sense to me and he was very patient with my questions. It left me feeling like I had a firm partner in managing what's going on, someone properly in control of the situation.
