All our consultants and specialist staff are based in the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and/or have links with the UCL Institute of Neurology in Queen Square. It was all good, I had to wait 15 minutes after the start time. Sorry I don’t know the name of the doctor who saw me

I arrived early and had a short wait to be seen. The waiting room is comfortable and there’s water and free hot drinks available. Ms Murphy was clear and thorough and answered all my questions. She was friendly and professional and clearly highly experienced. Staff on reception immediately booked me for a MRI scan and explained the next steps. Thank you!
