I had to wait a long time to get an appointment to see Dr Jarman (having been referred to him in January the first available appointment was in May). Upon seeing him, he was extremely helpful, highly professional, and made sure I was able to undergo several tests before returning to see him two weeks later. His examination was thorough and his explanations and diagnosis of a complex matter were easily understandable. He was sympathetic and straightforward and I appreciate the attention he paid to my case and the way he involved his expert colleagues in confirming his diagnosis.
A complex situation reviewed with outstanding humanity and an outstanding depth of knowledge as both a physician and neurologist: 'Bravo'
Dr Jarman provided an outstanding consultation. He undertook a careful thorough examination including obtaining a detailed medical history; and provided a clear explanation for his diagnosis and recommended next steps.
This was a telephone follow-up consultation in which Dr Jarman updated me on the results of recent tests and we agreed that treatment with donanemab would be beneficial. He will let me know the decision of the Committee that decides whether such treatment is the best way forward and if the decision is positive, it may commence shortly after my return in late April from an impending trip to Japan.
A very positive experience. Dr Jarman is a kind, compassionate and professional doctor. I appreciated his holistic approach, together with my medical diagnosis. In addition, I felt heard, seen and listened to. I can manage my condition with renewed confidence and hope. Thank you.
Dr Jarman was superb. The staff at the Cleveland Clinic were dire. Dr Jarman fixed an MRI for me for 09:00. He made the call around 8:40. 09:00 cam and went despite my pushing the three staff on the ground floor desk. By 09:20 the said well someone else took the 09:00 slot but there is one at 09:40. That came and went. The ghatly ground floor trio did nothing. CLaimed they could not contact Dr Jarman's secretary. I went abck upstairs. The Man on Duty at LHS was the first person to apologise. He admitted there was now little chance of an MRI that morning nir the blood test which Dr Jarman had ordered. I left shortly after 10:00. This was on Tuesday 10th March. The only one who will tell you truth is the Chap upstairs. He will remmeber as he gave me a card to complain.
