Incredibly supportive and professional throughout. Went the extra mile to make sure I had understood what was happening, by coming and speaking to me again at the end of the day before I left for home and then again calling me the following morning to check I was ok and had no extra questions. I really could not fault her professionalism or her supportiveness throughout.
Really took her time to go through everything. She came highly recommended and exceeded expectations. Made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly and thoughtful.
I really feel that she cares about me and knows me as a person. She had the time and patience to listen to all that I had to say. I now have a real professional relationship with her which I hope will continue for the rest of my life. Thank You Ruth.
I have complete confidence in Doctor Whitby whom I have known for six years. She is an excellent doctor, who makes good use of time, and has a friendly, if somewhat brisk manner.
