Incredibly supportive and professional throughout. Went the extra mile to make sure I had understood what was happening, by coming and speaking to me again at the end of the day before I left for home and then again calling me the following morning to check I was ok and had no extra questions. Really took her time to go through everything. She came highly recommended and exceeded expectations. Made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly and thoughtful.
