He was personable, but professional. He spoke with me in a respectful way, I did not feel 'spoken down' to. Clear information given. He answered my questions fully. I felt confident in his professional knowledge. He seemed a genuinely nice approachable man which is extremely important when you are feeling anxious.

Mr Abouzeid put me at ease immediately, as I was fairly anxious about what was going to happen. He explained everything in detail, made sure I understood and answered all my questions. He was very gentle and made sure I was OK all the way through the appointment and procedure as he had viewed my history, asked me about it as even inserting a speculum had been very painful in the past.
