My experience with Dr. Ksenia Alex has been very positive. Very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my condition and fertility options. She is also a great listener and made me feel at ease.

Following the loss of my daughter in Aug 21, Dr Alex helped me to fall pregnant again through giving me excellent advice and support. I was extremely depressed and did not know the best way to change my lifestyle (PCOS). Following my first appointment, My BMI was around 32 and Dr Alex asked me to start to loose some weight and follow a healthy lifestyle. When I returned, around September 2022 my BMI was around 30.5 (roughly) and all I did was cut takeouts, fried food and sugar. In addition to this I walked 40 mins 4 times a week. Having done my own research I realised that actually strength training was a great way to control insulin resistance and started this as a hobby. Dr Alex also prescribed me Clomid which worked on the 2nd round if I remember. However, she does think me falling pregnant in November 22 was completely my own efforts. After the successful pregnancy test, Dr Alex provided me with advice to see a consultant for a cervical suture and also start progesterone alongside aspirin. I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and hope to deliver post 37 weeks.
