Mr Okonkwo Explains everything although I don’t always remember so Mr Okonkwo puts it all in writing to me. I feel so fortunate to have Mr Okonkwo get rid of my sinus infection & look after me.

Mr Ahmed was very calming in explaining what my symptoms could mean and what tests/treatments I can do towards a recovery. His explanations were very clear and I felt reassured by his help. Thank you so much!

Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.

Dr Joshi is absolutely brilliant at what he does - I had a severely deviated septum and quite a large dorsal hump. Not only did Dr Joshi’s work resolve my breathing issues, my nose looks absolutely amazing.

It’s because of Dr Mehta’s quick and knowledgeable assessment of my condition, I am able to write this review today as I would not have been here to do so. He is an amazing doctor and an amazing person with care and attention to detail for the patient at the centre of this care. Any patient is lucky to have Dr Mehta on their side.

Mr Al-Lami has been reassuring and giving me a tremendous amount of confidence throughout. He has been a great listener and communicates professionally with patience, ensuring that I understand every aspect of my treatment. From the very first consultation to the surgery itself, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Mr Al-Lami shows genuine kindness and caring have truly made a difference, leaving me very grateful for his outstanding service.

Mr Masood was pleasant, he listened and explained things and i felt trust in him.

Mr Al-Hussaini has been wonderful with my 9 year old daughter. Since her surgery to remove her adenoids, tonsils and having grommets fitted she is a different child. As a family we will forever be grateful to him and wish we contacted him sooner.
