After a Septoplasty in 2021 left me with ongoing breathing difficulties due to incomplete correction and alar collapse, I spent a couple of years researching to better understand my concerns and find the right surgeon. Mr Unadkat’s credentials, experience, and reviews stood out to me. I made an enquiry with My Nose London and spoke with his secretary Siobhan who answered any questions I had, and was professional and accommodating throughout. From my first consultation with Mr Unadkat, I felt reassured and confident I was in safe hands. He took the time to listen, clearly explain the procedure, and answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He also has a very calm and positive presence, which made a big difference to the overall experience. On the day of surgery, everything was smooth and well organised. He checked in before and after, which I really appreciated and overall the level of care was exactly what you’d hope for. I was given clear guidance on aftercare, and again any concerns I had were addressed. Compared to my previous experience, the level of detail and support made a significant difference. I’m very pleased with the outcome; my breathing has improved, particularly on the right side where I previously struggled, and my nose looks much more balanced. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon, and I would highly recommend Mr Unadkat, especially if you’re looking for someone who is thorough, attentive, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for you.

At my splint removal, he explained that the surgery had gone very well and talked me through what to expect during healing. Even at that early stage, the improvement in straightness and balance was already clear, despite swelling. What I appreciated most was his conservative, considered decision making and his focus on achieving a natural, masculine result rather than anything artificial or overdone. He also took the time to answer questions honestly, including post operative concerns, which made a huge difference emotionally during recovery. Rhinoplasty can be an anxious process, and I’m grateful to have had a surgeon who combines technical expertise with empathy and clear communication.
