Overall our experience was very positive. Mr Ali was super helpful and so kind and caring towards my daughter. Explained everything so well. Leaving my daughter to feel very comfortable.

Excellent, treated my 5 year old son for glue ear and enlarged adenoids and tonsils. He had the full whammy and had great care, follow up care and expert surgery. We’ve seen a real change in his hearing, thank you very much.

Mr Ali Al-Hussaini took a look at my daughter’s ears. She was very nervous (6 years old) but he made her feel at ease and explained everything. He did the micro suction and let her feel the suction on her hand so she wasn’t scared. Such a lovely dr and kept her calm and at ease throughout. After the procedure he gave her stickers and a certificate for being brave. Highly recommend visiting him. What a lovely man.

mr hussaini is a very polite and friendly doctor . he fully engaged my 14 yr old in all conversations and often spoke directly to her fully explaining the procedure , what to expect afterwards and the aimed outcome of her both ears being pinned . He was very thorough and we did not feel rushed and had plenty of time to ask questions and he quite happily went over the procedure without us feeling we were taking up too much of his time . Dr was lovely on the day before and after surgery and all after follow up care . I could nt have asked for my daughter or myself to be treated any better . i cannot find any fault with any of the staff at any of our appointments. highly recommended. my daughter ears are beautiful and she is beaming with confidence and wears her hair up now which she hasn’t done since primary school . the treatment was worth every penny . Very approachable and lovely consultant. Happy to answer all questions and fully explain all management options. I felt very reassured whilst going ahead with treatment. Very skilled in the surgical procedure and excellent care afterwards too. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic. Mr Hissaini provided not only expert advice and experience but also was patient and understanding when dealing with our 5 year old daughter. Surgery was conducted safely and professionally within a wonderful setting.

If I were able to give more than 5 stars, then I would. Mr. Al- Hussaini provided exemplary care during my recent health concerns. His approach is down to earth and friendly, information was provided in layman's terms and his patience and bedside manner were first class, especially given I was in a highly emotional state and struggled to absorb information. As for diagnostics, he left no stone unturned. My procedures were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend.
