It is a year since my surgery, the only negative comment I can make is that I am sorry I did not go through with surgery sooner. I had researched the procedure for 3 years before making my decision. I thought if I could lose more weight my breasts would reduce, in fact they just grew larger. I also suffered with neck and back pain, more so over the past 5 years. Once I had found a surgeon, I thought I would be comfortable with, I made an appointment Ms Zweifel. From the first consultation I was confident I was doing the right thing for myself. I was not worried about the surgery, more so if it the result did not meet my expectations. I was also overthinking the procedure being classed as cosmetic surgery. After discussing this with Ms Zweifel I was reassured that the surgery would help with my posture, back pain and even more important my self-esteem, no longer embarrassed about the size of my breast. After Surgery I felt well, I spent 1 night in hospital. Once the drains were removed, I was allowed home. I took 2 weeks off work to rest and make sure my wounds could heel. I had an allergic reaction to the wound tape (glue) I was given antibiotics and had the tape removed as an outpatient. (This is an uncommon side effect) My wounds heeled quickly after this, after 6 months I started to wear non wired bras again fitted by Marks and Spencer. My Scars are amazing, the underneath scar you can-not see. The line going up towards the nipple is noticeable but very neat. My nipples were not affected in the slightest, I have sensation, smaller areolas pert and no viable scars!! My breast are symmetrical, I have reduced by 3 cup sizes. The results are perfect for my frame. Only last week I had my photo taken on a night out, in the past I would recoil at the size of my breasts in the picture, this time I commented on how good I looked I love that I can see me now and not my oversized breast. I would recommend Ms Zweifel to anyone considering this procedure, all cots are explained, not hidden charges. I paid one price which covered outpatient appointments when I had the allergic reaction, and as many consultations afterwards until discharged. Ms Zweifel is knowledgeable, reassuring, non-judgemental and an expert surgeon. I want to pass on my gratitude once again for giving me a new lease of life

Because of her professionalism and expertise in facial reconstruction, I had the confidence to proceed with my upper and lower blepharoplasty. The result has been amazing.

Dr Williams is an exceptional doctor. She has a kind and lovely manner, takes time to answer questions and explain issues. She gave me confidence right from the beginning. I met Dr Williams via a seminar on breast reconstruction that was organised by Maggie's at Charing Cross Hospital. I attended the seminar with the clear determination I would NOT have any reconstruction. Dr Williams didn't try to persuade me (nor the other attendees) which option to choose but she went through the pros and cons quite carefully. She also threw in some information about the use of prosthesis including some personal information about how her mother was always misplacing hers. That's just like me, I thought. I took an about-face decision and decided for reconstruction. The guidance I got from Dr Williams was comforting and thorough. On the day of my surgery, Dr Williams was also very kind to my family members waiting for news. The whole experience of surgery ended up being the best part of my treatment. I think back on it with satisfaction and smiles.

Picking your surgeon can be so difficult. I can not stress about the importance on the way your surgeon makes you feel when you first interact and share your vision and expectations. You just instantly know! When I first met Dr Sadri I just knew! His professionalism, knowledge and realistic expectations made it so easy. He’s so thorough, kind and reassuring, yet didn’t over promise but most certainly over delivered! My bruising lasted for about 5 days post op. I look and feel fantastic. So thank you Dr Sadri. You are a rising star in your profession and a true asset to plastic surgery. I feel privileged to have had him as my surgeon.

I find Mr Dani easy to get along with. I am kept well informed about my condition, whether the news is good or bad, and he is open to my questions to which I get straight answers. He is true to his word. If he says he will do something he does it and I appreciate that. I put my trust in his expertise for the operation I had and I understand it went well with no complications.

Mr Kumar was kind, clear and delivered information with empathy. His urgency made all the difference to us. We felt very confident and assured in his approach and knowledge.
