Mr Mohsin Dani

Mr Mohsin Dani is a Consultant Breast and Oncoplastic Surgeon at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and runs private clinics at London Bridge Hospital and HCA UK at The Shard.

He specialises in all areas of benign and malignant breast disease and performs oncoplastic surgery for breast cancer patients, including immediate and delayed breast reconstruction, as well as symmetrisation following breast cancer surgery. In special cases, Mr Dani offers breast reconstruction without affecting the muscles, keeping complete muscular function. He also conducts local perforator-based flap surgery (LICAP, MICAP), which allows for breast conservation in large malignancies when a mastectomy and complex breast reconstruction with a long recovery would have been the only choice. LICAP and MICAP allow patients to avoid mastectomy and retain normal breast tissue, with a quick recovery time.

Mr Dani also has vast expertise in therapeutic reduction (removing large tumours with breast reduction), breast augmentation, mastopexy (breast lift), breast reduction, and fat transfer. He is dedicated to revising complex breast cosmetic procedures and enhancing aesthetic breast appearance.

He received his medical degree from Grant Medical College in Mumbai, India, and moved to the United Kingdom in 2003, where he spent three years at Mount Vernon Hospital researching interstitial fluid pressure in solid tumours and chemotherapy medicines. Following that, he became a Specialist Registrar in Surgery, specialising in breast cancer and benign breast disease, including complex reconstruction and cosmetic breast surgery. He also earned a travelling fellowship to Paris and Helsinki, where he worked with breast surgery experts. He joined Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust as a Consultant Breast & Oncoplastic Surgeon in 2014.

In 2018, Mr Dani was named Best Oncoplastic and Aesthetic Breast Surgeon (England) at the GHP Private Healthcare Awards.
