We’ve known Dr Bakshi for a number of years after he initially saw our son regarding an allergy. He has been happy for us to reach out to him as and when we needed advice on a variety of paediatric medical issues, and even out of hours / whilst on holiday he has come back to us with the advice and reassurance we wanted.

She listened! She heard all of the symptoms without referring back to original diagnosis. When you are a parent you know your child and she respected that.

People ne er listened before and Dr Ned was so helpful and thorough and he said he really needs support. Finally I feel that we have been listened too. What an amazing doctor.! So very helpful and knowing x

Dr Ray was very good when we went to see her and listened to what we had to say. She recommended some tests and gave my daughter some medication. But post appointment trying to get hold of her has proved difficult and trying to find out test results has been hard, so we are no further forward than we were before our appointment.
