We had a very good experience with Dr. Tom Marrs. He was very thorough and professional. Highly recommend.
We are incredibly grateful for the care and expertise we received during our recent appointment with Dr Marrs. It was so reassuring to finally speak with someone whose advice is clearly grounded in research and evidence, and who has such a deep understanding of paediatric care. Despite bombarding him with questions (!), he remained patient, open-minded, and never once dismissive - something we truly appreciated as concerned parents. He also brought a level of empathy that made a real difference. Through his own personal experience with eczema, both himself and with his children, he clearly understood what we are going through as parents as well as what our daughter is experiencing. It was equally clear that he genuinely enjoys working with children. Our daughter caused a fair amount of mayhem in his room, yet he was incredibly patient and did his absolute best to keep her comfortable and happy throughout the appointment. His good sense of humour also helped put us at ease and made the whole experience feel much more relaxed and positive. We left the appointment feeling not only relieved to have an immediate treatment plan and prescription, but also confident that we now have a clear long-term plan and guidance towards the right support. We’re absolutely thrilled with the care we received and couldn’t recommend Dr Marrs highly enough.
Dr Marrs is very clear and helpful on his explanations
Very welcoming approach and listened to concerns in detail, much appreciated.
From Autumn age 8: the doctor was really nice, he talked to me about lots of animals and fun things, and I felt happy. From Mum: Tom really put our minds at rest, was really professional and kind throughout.
Dr Marrs made our daughter feel very comfortable and it was easy for her to discuss her allergy experience and ask questions.
A very thorough and satisfactory appointment thank you
