Dr Emily Derrick

I consulted Dr. Derrick regarding a concern for my daughter, and we had an excellent experience. She listened carefully to all of our concerns and clearly explained the plan of care. Whenever I didn't fully understand something, she patiently took the time to repeat and explain it again until I felt comfortable. Dr. Derrick was also incredibly gentle and kind with my daughter, which made the visit much less stressful for my daughter. Her compassion, patience, and professionalism are exactly what you hope for in a doctor. We truly felt heard, supported, and cared for throughout the entire appointment.

I have had a number of appointments with Dr Derrick since the beginning of the year for my young son for allergy/skin issues and she is a pleasure to see. She explained things clearly for me, was very knowledgeable, professional and reassuring when I was feeling anxious about my son’s health.
