We have done eggs retrieval and frozen embryos. Unlike some other clinics, where they try to sell you 3 rounds straight away, Dr Kat immediately said that we will try to do in one cycle. Some other clinics - please be careful - only provide you with doctors time at your first ever consultation, then the scans are done by nurses and egg collection by another doctor. Dr Kat is personally doing every single step. I knew everything about how the process going - the number of follicules and size and was explained it all in ultrasound. I had enormous amount of Dr Kat’s time. There is also this very handy app, where all the communication happens and there was a lot of it. In one case at 10pm when I was little but panicking, I wrote to Dr Kat and she answered personally. Also my case is a complicated one as I have large cysts and deep infiltrative endometriosis and Dr Kat managed to take all the eggs without a surgery first, while in other places they recommended surgery first. The eggs retrieval was a difficult one due to cysts but we had 26 follicules and I am 37 years old. The doctor also used a special protocol for me to maximize the yield, so that I go through all of this hopefully just once. And apart from it she also sent messages on the app asking me how I am every day after the procedure. Everything was so well controlled and I had so much attention and focus of the doctor. I hope this factual evidence helps you in your journey, please do ask who does the scans and egg collection in other clinics and how much access to the doctor you will be able to have.

Dr. Amber is a breath of fresh air when it comes to understanding and supporting individuals with ADHD. Her approach is knowledgeable, compassionate, and strength-based. Her extensive experience in managing ADHD—both medically and non-medically—is evident in the clear and simple way she communicates information. The background forms are thorough, and her ability to bring together the information, interview insights, and possible treatment options is truly enlightening. Dr. Amber’s manner is non-threatening and positive, and she consistently provides explanations at an age-appropriate level. The consultation felt therapeutic and helped my son better understand his strengths and the reasons behind some of his challenges.

The aquablation procedure was much better than I had initially feared. With any procedure relating to that part of the body you are naturally apprehensive but the procedure was very efficient and it didn’t take me very long to recover at all. I am younger than the average male going through this procedure but it was recommended as my urine flow was poor and it would only get worse as time passed. Secondary impacts on my bladder may also have happened later on if I hadn’t had it done. My urine flow is now significantly better and I can now approach old age with the knowledge that at least one part of my body is functioning correctly. I would certainly recommend getting this done when you notice a restricted urine flow rather than waiting for it to become a major issue.

To whom I am forever grateful in how kind, caring and professional he is and the most wonderful job he’s done with my operation! As for his team of anaesthetist, his lovely nurse Kate Zimmerman and all the nurses and other stuff on the ward ( apologies that I don’t know all your names) that looked after me before and after my operation I send my sincere thanks and gratitude! Every single one of you was beyond words professional, kind, caring, friendly and respectful! I am short of words in how to thank you for all the care and kindness you showed me during my stay! As a family our experience of Luxe Psychology Practice has been excellent. Jade developed instant rapport with my daughter who initially needed help for separation anxiety. My daughter really engaged with Jade during her weekly sessions and we were able to apply a number of practical coping strategies that were child friendly. Jade was able to put my daughter at ease and make the sessions both fun and practical whilst teaching emotional regulation strategies. Over the course of my daughter’s sessions Jade has always been professional, supportive and has always made to time to ensure we as parents know exactly how we can best support our child. Came across Southside Medical on FB ....my own GP practice has no online appointments for all of November and December. I had mine booked and completed in just a few hours. Doctor took time to understand what was up (sciatica) and what he could do to help. Did a complete check to make sure it was sciatica and not something else and gave me advice should my symptoms change. Then after a discussion he arranged for me to get some medication which is certainly helping with my sleep. Can't fault the timeliness and the expertise of the doctor. Very warm and empathetic and can't recommend highly enough.

Its a really good experience, I'm really enjoying the meditation sessions. Understanding trauma and cravings and learning tools have helped me understand more about my addiction and opening up and sharing with the therapy team has really improved my self worth and I have felt really empowered. This has been the perfect place for me. The VR is really enjoyable, its very realistic and I was put in the perfect scenario to help me understand my addiction. The therapy team are great and the support workers have been really really good which has made a really daunting experience a much easier one.

After suffering for so long with my back and terrible leg pain. I eventually had my surgery - more than previously advised - once the multidisciplinary team had reviewed my scans. I was informed of this when I went for my education and training session with the spinal nurse.. I am 2 weeks post op and the difference is huge and clear to see in my face and the way I’m walking I know I need to take my time and not over do it , as I need to heal and recover from years of pain and poor mobility. We recently had Seni as our consultant for my wife’s pregnancy. Whilst we were going down the midwife led route we had to get Seni involved beforehand to discuss any potential issues and also he was needed for the birth of the baby. I can’t recommend him enough, he made us all feel very at ease and calm which is exactly what you want when your wife is giving birth. His instructions were excellent and he went about his business very professionally and my wife and I were very impressed with him. He haa a very dry sense of humour too which went down a treat. Can’t recommend enough.

The Spire has excellent facilities (car parking, waiting area, consulting rooms etc) and the reception staff are very attentive and helpful. The “formal check in” using an iPad is an unnecessary hurdle for patients to negotiate. The earlier system of just checking in with the receptionist was much better. My appointment with Dr. Balerdi was on time and a very useful session. Re. Dr. Balerdi himself, my very postive comments are in an earlier section.

Very efficient, clean and high standard as expected. As an aside, I really did appreciate the way the receptionist wrote my date of birth on a piece of paper and asked me quietly if it was correct. I intensely dislike the way receptionists in surgeries etc shout out so loudly, "DATE OF BIRTH??" in public. No discretion or politeness anywhere as a rule. More importantly, perhaps, the doctor was very helpful, efficient and very kind.. Thank you.

I felt the receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and supportive. Mr Andrew Spence was polite, friendly, professional with a big welcoming smile. The only thing was Mr Konstantinos Giannouladis was expecting me to have a lens put into my left eye which didn't happen as Mr Spence said my eye was too dry. That was a bit disappointing. Otherwise everything was class A.
