My experience started very positively. However, as time went on it became more and more clear I could have gone anywhere on the internet and got the same service for a fraction of the cost. My diagnosis was just a copy and paste from my questionnaires and some details were incorrect. At the appointment when I was given my diagnosis the clinician didn't show up for the first meeting (via online call) then hastily rebooked another, to which she was late. She delivered the diagnosis with zero explanation and rushed through it to get to her next appointment. My appointment lasted about twelve minutes. Nothing was properly explained to me, not even the nature of the diagnosis or what it meant. And there was no follow up at all. After several weeks of waiting I initiated an email to a member of staff to which I was sent an email of options going forward. No explanation or anything, just a cold email saying I could be assessed for meds or have coaching. I haven't really known what to do since then and there has been no follow up from that point whatsoever. The fees attached to Motrose for this 'treatment' are very expensive, and is not reflective on your service in any way shape or form. I have been extremely disappointed with it and it has solved nothing.

After initially being devastated following my diagnosis at West Suffolk Hospital and advised that I would t be disfigured as I would need an excision I now feel on to of the world. I cannot praise the clinic and staff enough. The whole experience was professional, friendly, relaxing and pain free. Even during the surgery I felt completely relaxed. It is now only3 days since surgery and today I had the dressing removed. I am so happy with the result. Mr Abood has done a fantastic job reconstructing my nose and I will be forever grateful .

I feel so much more optimistic and hopeful about my treatment, under the guidance of Dr Hari. He is incredibly knowledgeable, empathic and reassuring and calms me with his strategic treatment options - all with sensible rationale. I wish everyone could afford this input to deal with cancer. I wish everyone understood there is so much more that we can do. My emails and calls are answered immediately, with advice given free of charge - better than you can get for your NHS oncologist. Just thank goodness for this support.

I love this practice. I come from a culture where women's health is generally given a lot more dedicated attention than in the UK. After nearly 30 years of struggling to find the kind of services and attention I was used to , I finally landed the Holy Grail at Miss Claire Mellon & Associates. The practice is absolutely perfect in every way, and being part of Portland Hospital/HCA means they have all the supporting services and labs to hand, so there is never any wait to do bloods or an ultrasound. Highy recommend.

He gave a clear explanation about what might be causing them, discussed possible actions and we agreed a practical way forward. Dr Gordon took immediate action to implement the plan. The following day I received his report of my consultation and confirmation of my referral for a further test which was carried out within a few days. My consultation with Dr Gordon was constructive, reassuring and efficient.

I underwent mitral value surgery at Spire Manchester in March 2026. I was incredibly well looked after throughout my entire time at the hospital, in addition to pre and post op care. It is a significant operation, and although I was apprehensive beforehand, the Spire team fully explained the process and what my post op care would look like. I was on the CCU unit for a few days post op, and the standard of care and attention was first class throughout my stay.
