I have seen many migraine specialists and been in many migraine clinics over the years, so I feel very confident in saying that Dr Moreno is the BEST migraine specialist I have ever seen. As soon as I walked into his office he spotted the dark glasses I was holding (hospital lighting is a migraine trigger for me) and switched off the bright overhead lights. So immediately I knew that he understood the precarious nature of being a migraine sufferer! I felt in safe hands from the very start of our appointment. Dr Moreno is an excellent listener and asked lots of questions - he didn't assume he knew everything about my migraines, which in my experience is so often the case with specialists who know their field so well. He is clearly at the forefront of migraine treatments and answered my questions around current new treatments on the market. I came away with many answers and also the chance to try some different medication, which led me to hope that I may one day be able to manage this condition properly and have a better quality of life. This is my first consultation at Rookery Healthcare and I cannot thank Doctor Balerdi enough. Having been 6 months feeling extremely unwell and getting nowhere with the NHS, I contacted Rookery Health and with just one consultation I feel safe that I will be receiving the service which will hopefully put me back to good health. The office is in a good location plenty of parking and the venue is a modern business centre. The office is comfortable and Dr Balerdi and his secretary were very welcoming and put me at ease. I feel the information that was given to me was constructive and I am confident that this will be the way forward. I have since sent communication to Doctor Bederdi and it was answered immediately no long wait for Drs appointments such as our local surgery. The service is excellent and I can highly recommend Rookery Health Care.

I had a follow up appointment for more YAG Laser treatment. Upon entering Cathedral Eye Clinic you are greeted by very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Thereafter I had very detailed tests carried out by a female Optometrist who is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Finally I had further tests and this was followed by the laser treatment by Mr Best who exudes absolute professional brilliance and is very reassuring explaining everything in detail. A truly excellent experience and I can recommend their fantastic care to anyone.

I brought me 4-year-old daughter to see Mr Siau because of concerns about her breathing at night. The wait for an NHS appointment was too long and not many private hospitals are able to see or treat children. I was able to get an appointment within a week with Mr Siau at Leigh Infirmary, and my daughter is now booked in for surgery. The consultation was straightforward and the process was made clear and I am glad we don't have to join the long waiting list!

Thoroughly impressed with The Harborne Hospital. The moment you walk in you know you’ve entered a place that really cares. Ultra clean, comfortable and welcoming. Every member of staff had a smile on their faces. As a designer I pay attention to detail and hats off to the person who decided to place Temple Spa scents in the waiting area. Made feel like I was in a 5 star hotel. Such a lovely and pleasant atmosphere. Totally forgot I was in a hospital.

The London Clinic offers such a comfortable and clean environment, clinical in all the right ways, but still homely and warm. It feels far less “hospital-like” than most medical settings, which really helped me relax. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and genuinely approachable from the moment I walked in. And the unlimited coffee on tap was a lovely touch! Overall, a calm, high quality clinic experience that made a big difference to my visit.

Hi and thanks. All went well and I am very grateful. A couple of suggestions (in that context): 1. Needles aren’t fun! I would recommend more for pre-needle procedure. Also inside of mouth needles could do with some numbing. Overall and by comparison, this would be my recommendation for improvement. 2. Training if one assistant is ok but there was one session that wasn’t fun because of it re suction and forceps etc.
