The hospital is run like a well oiled ship. No need to be too early, as you have an appointment time and they will take you at that time. I went 30mins early, which was an extra 30mins of nervousness I brought on myself I could have done without! The staff are friendly and efficient. There are processes in place that give assurance that the hand over from nurse to surgeon and team are strict and everyone is on the same page as to who you are and what you are there for. The recovery was peaceful and friendly. And who doesn’t like toast and a hot cuppa after fasting for hours. My next appointment was delivered by email the very next day. I know I will be nervous going back, but it won’t be because I don’t feel I am in safe hands. Thanks to everyone who looked after me, from reception to consultant and everyone in between.

I was intrigued by the services offered, as they seemed too good to be true. I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. I felt in safe hands, and I had all the advice, tests and support I needed to give me a 12 month clean bill of health but with some advice on how to improve and maintain my health and wellbeing. I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nuffield Hospital Guildford.

Excellent experience from start to finish. My issue was a much-enlarged benign prostate which necessitated urination every 1.5-2 hours - or at least 3 times per night, which was tiresome(literally). He explained clearly the options and we opted for the minimally-invasive aquablation option (no laser, no cutting). Operation went very smoothly, 2 nights in hospital, recovery swift and infection -free. Good flow returned immediately, no discomfort, took c.7 weeks for significant reduction in need to urinate. Now able to go through night with just one visit (even managed 7 hours last week) which is pretty good for a 75-year-old. Highly recommended.

I was signed off this evening and I have to say from start to finish that Praveen Panose was very professional but also informative and empathetic.
