Hiba first treated me for quite a serious ankle injury. From my very first session, I immediately felt comfortable and supported by her warm and friendly presence. This injury was extremely hard for me, as it meant I could not play my favourite sport, football, which was really tough both physically and mentally. However, each week my session with Hiba became the highlight of my week. Not only is she an excellent physio who guided me through a quick, safe, and thorough recovery, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I always understood what we were working on. She never rushed me and always listened to how I was feeling, which made me feel truly cared for. On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humour, which really helped lift my spirits and made even the hardest rehab sessions enjoyable. After recovering from my ankle injury, I unfortunately injured my knee. Without hesitation, I knew I wanted Hiba to treat me again. Having already been through a tough recovery with her, I trusted her completely and felt reassured knowing I was in excellent hands throughout the process. During my knee rehab, she was just as supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, constantly motivating me to keep going even when it was challenging. Thanks to Hiba’s expertise, patience, and genuine care, I was able to regain my confidence and get back to playing football, the sport I love. I could not recommend her highly enough to anyone needing physiotherapy. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients.

I have recently had cosmetic surgery at Sancta Maria and i genuinely would not want to go anywhere else…. I may be biased as I work at the hospital but for me regardless of who I was the staff were very professional and gave outstanding care. I always watch how every staff members provide this incredible service to other members of the public but honestly they showed me so much care and compassion throughout my surgery. The staff in all departments - especially recovery and ward as that’s where I spent my time mostly. Also Ashley in outpatients for providing me with an appointment for dressing clinic to put my mind at ease when I accidentally got my dressings wet. Honestly I would not want to have had my surgery anywhere else. Thank you all so much. I am very proud to work within such an incredible team.

Initially I decided to come and see Mr Biswas after reading excellent reviews about him and noting that he had retrained to be a Urogynaecologist, , specialising in Pelvic organ prolapse. I travelled a good distance to see him but felt that this would be worth it, to see an expert in this field. He was extremely caring and pleasant and explained thoroughly about all eventualities that may happen in surgery. Post surgery he took the time to come and see me whilst in hospital on more than one occasion and was genuinely caring. Having been for a much longer and more complicated surgery, a year ago, I already knew that I would be in good hands for this, more minor procedure. The staff as so attentive and friendly, it was lovely to see most of the same familiar faces and to be remembered by them. Everything is exceptionally clean and I felt very well looked after, my consultant saw me before and after the procedure and kept me well informed. The anaesthetist also explained everything that would happen, answering any questions.

Mr Unnithan replaced my right hip in November at Ashford Hospital. The operation and the care given by the staff at Ashford was first rate and as a result, my recovery has been faster than I'd expected. The only problem has been an injury to my right foot and ankle sustained somehow during my time in hospital, which may now limit the pace of my recovery. I left the consultation with a eased mood and confidence in elimininating the symptoms with his diagnosis and prescription.

My visit was well run with all preparations going smoothly. Apparently it was rather difficult to waken me after the operation and therefore had to remain overnight. I was told that I would be contacted approximately four weeks after, but this didn’t happen. I would have liked to have been explained the reason for the problem with my awakening as it might be useful should I need a general anaesthetic in the future.
