My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. I visited Dr Awwad for the first time a month ago. After a very professional and thorough check-up, he gave me his contact details so I could keep him updated, something I greatly appreciated. He was always quick to respond and even scheduled calls whenever issues arose. We met several times afterwards for routine check-ups and a minor surgical procedure, and he consistently showed kindness and care. He also provided me with materials and gauze free of charge, which was very generous on his part.

It is always a pleasure to see Mr Mokawem. It has been my experience that his appointments usually run late, which is a little annoying. However, I feel terrible in criticising him in this regard as I know it occurs largely because he is so committed to give his patients all the time necessary to provide the explanations reassurances and advice that they are seeking. He has a wonderful "bedside" manner and is in my opinion the consummate professional.

The nursing care was faultless - I could not have asked for a better team of consultant, nurses, doctors, anaesthetist, and physiotherapists. The facilities are top tier (and the food is truly excellent too….a big thank you to the catering staff!). In short, my stay was very comfortable and I felt safe and well looked after throughout. Thank you to all the staff at Spire Regency for making my time with you an absolute pleasure!

I would highly rate not only my visit today with Mr Gowda but the whole hip replacement process, which for me was very daunting never having had any kind of surgery at all in my 69 years, save for wisdom teeth removal. He was professional and courteous and I felt in very safe and knowledgeable hands. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Gowda to anyone contemplating hip replacement surgery.

I was promised two Salamol CFC blue inhalers u only got one I came back after 30 days but it hadn’t been registered I was told it was to early to get another one I said “ I’d be made to pay when I came back ?” & I’ve been back I only got one Salbutamol I’m not paying for another consultation I need another inhaler please look into it Ms Sue-Ann S

Dr Mitchell makes Cameron feel very comfortable during consultations. She is prompt, thoroughly listens to concerns, fully summarises treatment options and follow up arrangements. Cameron is very relaxed speaking to Dr Mitchell which is tricky as a teenager and has made the journey with diagnosis and continuing treatment alot easier for Cameron.

A high amount of your work isn’t scans tests etc, it’s surgeons cutting ppl open and fixing them. It’s the heavy lifting the nhs can’t just get done at a lot of places but at the horder centre it’s routine, you do a lot of that type of work. And thanks for my new titanium knee. I❤️it Cheers
