Mr Javangula is one of the best Cardiologists. He is very friendly/passionate and took all the time to go over my questions prior to surgery. He is the best heart surgeon I have come across and all staff speak very highly of him. Always has smile on his face. I am very grateful to Mr javangula for operating on me. I have fully recovered and am now discharged after bypass surgery. I would like to thank Mr Javangula and his staff at Nuffield for the best after care provided after my procedure. Thanks to everyone at Freedom Vision in Bromley for giving me a positive experience throughout my time with them.  I was very nervous to have the procedure, but it went smoothly and led to an excellent outcome.  Having had my cataracts removed from both eyes and RayOne Galaxy Toric multifocal replacement lenses fitted, I now have amazing eyesight for distant, intermediate and near vision.  I am especially grateful to the optometrist and the surgeon for their expertise and care, and to Chirag, the Patient Liaison Manager who always made me feel well supported.

The staff at Cathedral Clinic were very professional and tried to make me comfortable. However the actual procedure was not an enjoyable experience. having anaesthetic injected into my eye was very traumatic and having gone through the procedure before and it not 100% and having to return for Laser. I so hope that my left eye will not have the same result. Overall I would recommend the clinic and staff to anyone who has to have the procedure done. Bernadette M.

I had a check up.....my teeth are not doing very well and I'm holding on to them and looking after them as best I can....my dentist compared my latest x-ray with one taken 2 years ago and explains what's going on and what I can do to keep them as long as I can ... it's good she takes the time to explain without making me feel awkward.... And I always say to never underestimate a kind word and a nice smile....:)

We all know that women's health, particularly those in middle age, is not a priority for the NHS. Dr Barton has made it a priority and thank goodness for that. My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.

Customer service is terrible. I have had to ring four times over two weeks to get a simple issue resolved with a prescription and they never had the courtesy to call back. When I did get a solution they insisted that they could not post out the prescription, and that I would have to collect it, 90 minute drive in the snow.
