Dr Craig Sheridan is a Consultant specialising in Sport, Exercise & Musculoskeletal Medicine (SEM), offering private practice services in the UK and Channel Islands. He currently sees patients at Pure Sports Medicine Chancery Lane, Blackberry Clinic Ipswich and Phoenix Hospital Chelmsford.

Dr Sheridan delivers specialised care within military and professional sporting environments, collaborating with the Ipswich Town Football Club and the English Football Association. His professional journey includes notable engagements with Colchester United Football Club, Essex County Cricket, Henley Royal Regatta, and the Island Games, showcasing his expertise in providing comprehensive assessments and management of work, military, and sport-related injuries.

Dr Sheridan earned his medical degree from Leicester-Warwick Medical School and obtained a master’s degree in Sports Medicine from Queen Mary University London. Initially trained as a General Practitioner, he administered specialised Musculoskeletal (MSK) clinics within both military and NHS settings before pursuing consultant specialist SEM training in the East of England, where he contributed to the Cambridge University NHS Foundation Trust. His fellowship further enriched his expertise at the Ministry of Defence's cutting-edge ‘Defence and Medical Rehabilitation Centre’ located at Stanford Hall.

With a specific focus on diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, particularly for shoulder pain, tendinopathy, and acute muscle injuries, Dr Sheridan possesses the capability to conduct a diverse range of ultrasound-guided injections.
