I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

I was introduced to Mr. Naji purely by chance as the Doctor I was referred to had scheduling challenges. I now consider this to be a divine intervention. By the time I saw Mr. Naji I was seeking my 4th opinion. Immediately all my concerns and anxieties were resolved as Mr. Naji was very caring, took the time to understand my concerns, was approachable and available. He also showed a lot of empathy. Most importantly he took the time to communicate and explain to me the various treatment options available and directed me to various resource materials, encouraging me to make an informed decision. This led me to understand better the various treatment options including the robotic assisted option which proved to be the most appropriate for me. I am deeply grateful for the care and treatment I received during the entire process across all disciplines and staff, including the support staff. Consultant and in care excellent. However I am sorry to say I was disappointed I had to speak to several people before you sent things by post as requested by myself several times and by consultant's secretary. I am happy to read a little on my laptop but at moment just can't read pages of text . I am having cataract surgery so that explains why. Also I am not familiar with doing things on line and just don't know how to do things. . I'm afraid I just cant complete questionnaires and go to My Spire as some e mails say. I am of the older generation and am just not familiar with doing things on line as people at work and it is worrying when you do not send things which you say must be read. I have tried to establish breakdown of costs for future procedure which are different to previously for exactly same but no one seems to be able to help. Sorry to be negative as consultant and everything while in the hospital were excellent.

I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. The result speaks for itself. Thank you Karin and Dr Alicia. I look forward to seeing you both again when we return to Barcelona for our second child.

Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

When going in to get a third temporary crown I told Dr Koloutsos that I was not confident the crown would stay in place so was reconsidering my options. He was quite dismissive of this saying they are temporary crowns so are meant to come off easily. This comment was not appreciated. I finally did agree to have the full crown fitted but only after I was given a guarantee by Dr Koloutsos that if the crown falls off in the first year I would receive a full refund of the cost of the treatment.

Mr Shankar Thiagarajah

Saw Mr T six weeks post total knee replacement- really engaging and friendly personal style and genuine interest in progress. Happy to answer all questions (and I had a lot) and despite great progress and recovery wanted to see me again in six weeks just to check a small patch of reddening on the scar that might/might not be infection. Wrote a private course of antibiotics to be sure. Also did a first class job with the surgery and even left me a bit of knee cap.

The experience overall was good once seen by clinical staff. Had to wait 15 minutes after planned appointment time, 30 minutes in total after being told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. I understand than clinically time may run over, but there was no communication which would have been useful. I wonder if specific reception staff for the vein clinic would be helpful. Waiting area would also benefit from coffee machine for relatives waiting.

The staff were all extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, being happy to answer all my questions and put me at my ease. The procedure was quite uncomfortable at times but the staff were on hand to reassure me and to warn me when to anticipate some discomfort. Once the procedure had been completed, the discomfort totally dissipated and l haven't felt any pain at all since - none whatsoever!
