If you are looking for an exceptional bariatric surgeon I cannot recommend Mr Jayanthi highly enough. He performed a gastric bypass on myself and other types of surgeries on people I know, he proves each time to be skilled, expert and very knowledgeable. Mr jayanthi works with a hand picked equally skilled team which together has left me in no doubt how fortunate I am to have found him and his workforce. My surgery results are hugely successful and my recovery journey and outcomes have been just as explained in detail beforehand and as expected. My aftercare immediately following surgery was extraordinary, I was monitored in a small dedicated ward with specialist staff performing nursing checks and monitoring throughout the remainder of the day and over night until morning. I was never on my own during this period and felt great care and attention was provided as a priority. I have also received many follow up, monitoring and advice appointments since my surgery where Mr Jayanthi has always taken time to respond to any queries I had informedly and intelligently. I was well provided and cared for by all staff at the Springfield hospital. I will always however remain paticularly grateful to Mr Jayanthi for his surgical mastery and attention to detail. I have been seeing Josh at Reflex 18 for the past two months as part of my recovery plan following a Total Knee Replacement in October 2025. During my initial consultation, Josh carefully established my prior level of fitness and worked with me to identify ambitious yet realistic rehabilitation goals. He designed a bespoke programme of graduating exercises which are further adapted during each subsequent appointment. I find it helpful that Josh demonstrates each exercise, fine tunes my ‘effort’ and also emails a visual guide, as a reminder, after each appointment. I believe that I have made far greater progress in terms of knee flexion, stamina and strength by visiting Reflex 18 than I ever would have done if I had attempted to pursue my own rehab using a book or online package. Josh has the ability to identify which muscles need to be worked upon in order to achieve a certain goal and this is something which I could have not done myself. The Reflex 18 rooms are immaculately clean and are well-equipped. I have found every staff member to be friendly and highly professional. There is never any pressure to book further appointments. Parking is plentiful and convenient.. I am very happy with the support which I have received from Reflex 18.

My first time going to this clinic due to either muscle or muscle strain causing nerve impingement this is my assumption until I get my results tomorrow. The team were fantastic and to say my appointment was the last one of the day they were friendly welcoming and super efficient. Maria at the desk was incredibly sweet and aspiring to talk to and also in providing me with the Information regarding MRI and what to expect. Julius (radiographer) was accommodating friendly and made the MRI scan easier to manage.. Also Sabi (hope I spelt the name correctly) was as friendly and the other two mentioned and altogether they made the whole experience as smooth as it could be. 5 star from me and highly recommended for anyone on the fence debating whether to visit or not so if you have the need to go for and MRI or ultrasound or anything else that they cover that relates to you I highly recommend Marris and in comparison to other clinics around there price was reasonable at a cost of £325 for a lumbar spine MRI bearing in mind this is on the famous Harley Street. I am super happy I chose them and shall be returning for my consultation soon.

I had my varicose vein scan with Louis and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident that I was being properly looked after. Louis explained everything in a really easy-to-understand way and talked me through the scan as it was happening, which helped put me completely at ease. The ultrasound was very thorough, and it was clear he really knows what he’s doing, nothing felt rushed, and he took his time to check everything properly. What I appreciated most was how calm and reassuring Louis was throughout the appointment. He made sure I understood what was going on, what the scan showed, and what the next steps might be, without using complicated medical language or making it feel overwhelming. The whole appointment felt professional but friendly, and I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the advice I was given. If you’re feeling nervous about having a varicose vein scan or don’t know where to start, I would 100% recommend seeing Louis. You’re in very safe hands.

The One Welbeck centre was immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. The waiting room areas felt more like a Hotel than a clinic which I found relaxing. All of the staff that I encountered in the Breast clinic were professional and polite. I was seen quickly. The entire process from beginning to end was very smooth and efficient. Mr Leeper is an extraordinary Consultant, he is incredibly charming, polite, personable, kind, approachable, and eloquent. I felt very comfortable speaking with Mr Leeper, and being assessed by him. When the results of my mammogram and scan were received Mr Leeper very kindly took the time to explain the results to me in detail using easy to understand language. I particularly appreciated Mr Leeper's attention to detail, and kindness in interpreting complex medical terminology in such a way that it made complete sense to me. I would highly recommend Mr Leeper. Mr Leeper's Breast Cancer Nurse was also very welcoming and professional. Thank you for delivering such excellent care.

Had the most amazing time at Abbington House, was exactly what I needed. Was immediately made to feel welcome by staff and clients, everyone has been so warm, friendly and non - judgemental. Food was excellent and the chef Marion was amazing at catering for everyone’s individual needs. I’ve gotten so much out of the groups and one on one sessions. After 28 days I feel like I have been given an amazing framework to take with me on the outside and have met a community that will stay with me throughout the rest of my journey. Had an immigration medical appointment for Australia. I was running late and had to reschedule my AM appointment. Sent an email as the call option was automated message but the email was promptly replied and I was rebooked for the next available PM appointment. It meant I had to wait longer but they were swift to accommodate me and the services from reception to chest X-ray and GP examination was brilliant. I was offered the Polio vaccine and a painless blood tests. Overall I recommend 100%.
