This was my first visit to this lovely private GP practice. Lots of parking and ground floor facility was the first tick. Lovely big bright windows another tick creating brightness in what is usually not available in most other medical establishments. No sooner on the door I was greeted with smiles and courtesy from the lovely, friendly receptionists who welcomed me and offered me refreshments. Plenty of books and magazines if I wanted but didn't need them as I was taken at my exact appointment time, another big tick. My GP, Dr Fiona Moore came out to greet me and as I'd completed an online form with my reason for attending she was on the ball with what was required. She was so relaxed and friendly I felt like I'd known her for a long time and I felt at ease answering any questions. Having examined me she knew what the issue was and reassured me. Overall a brilliant experience.

I recently visited for an up and coming procedure I have booked in for the 12th. Dr Agha was detailed and thorough during my F2F visit. He communicates well and listened to all my thoughts, he advises well-equally is as realistic with surgery and the results. The location itself on Harley Street is pristine all of the staff and friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very easy to find- I came from Euston. It was a straight forward journey for me coming from Shrewsbury. Considering I travelled alone, it was quite enjoyable. Really looking forward to my procedure, having waited around 7 years for it after having my little girl and not wanting to jump into having surgery while she was so young. My patient advisor has also been brilliant along the way, thank you Jenny.

Dr Palash Barman

Having had experience with several Cardiologists in the past, I was looking for someone who has the specialism in the electrical pulse activation within the heart. From his CV compared with the others, he appeared to me to be the best of the choices on offer in Bristol. Having made that selection I have no hesitation in confirming that he quickly identified the problem with my heart and recommended that I have a two lead Pacemaker fitted. Following his recommendation in just over a week the operation took place. He has a very friendly manner and took time to explain all aspects of the procedure he intended to follow and the risk factors involved. He appears as a person who is calm and reassuring and I was convinced he is totally reliable and someone I could trust.

As per usual every part of my visit is very professional and all the communication is prompt and informative, it is good to receive a copy of the progress. My last visit was on Saturday 6th December and it was a review of the laser treatment on my left eye - I was delighted when the review confirmed that the pressure on my eye had fallen to normal - this was a 50% reduction. I only had to put one eye drop at night. This was very professional and I have a six monthly review in my diary for 2026. I would have no problems at all in recommending Cathedral Eye Clinic.

Mr John Terrace

General Surgeon

Mr John Terrace was very informative from start to finish. We had a telephone consultation to go over the pathology results and ensured that I understood everything. He allowed me to ask any questions that I may have which was really great. At the end of the call he advise that he will always be my consultant and if I need anything again to get in contact. Mr terrace is a credit to have in the industry and I would recommend him to all friends and family if they needed a consultant and surgeon. Thank you so much

I recently had surgery with Mr Rashid Abu-Rajab on just one day’s notice after my original surgeon went off sick, and I couldn’t have been in better hands. He was excellent both personally and professionally. Mr Abu-Rajab took the time to clearly explain how the operation would go, what to expect during recovery, and made sure I felt fully reassured throughout. His calm, confident manner and thorough communication made a stressful situation much easier. I’m very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him.

Mr Iqbal was very kind and professional and i was very comfortable with him operating on my eyes.The procedure was explained in detail, it was recommended that I researched and thought about the eye surgery that we have discussed. I had 2 appointments with Mr Iqbal before surgery. Hospital staff were very helpful and I felt very well cared for after my operation. I would highly recommend Mr Iqbal and very much appreciated his work and thank him so much. I'm truly delighted with my eyes.

Grace waudby took my initial assessment on a video link she took her time and explained every and asked about everything. The assignment was supposed to be 30mins it took longer. When I went in for the viscual assessment she came and introduced herself again. Which was nice she did but never had too. That show me that she is very thoughtful and caring about my journey though this hard process thank you grace all the best in your future

I had an excellent experience. The location was easy to find and parking was available on site. The staff were really friendly on arrival and there was nice quiet areas to sit and wait. DR Pradhan was great in explaining all the procedure and understanding my circumstances. She took lots of time to answer any questions and give me all the information I needed. I would recommend MUMS to anyone needed any of the services they offer.

Professor Quick gave clarity and honesty about surgical success rates for Thoracic Outlet decompression. His aim is to treat the individual living with the TOS condition most appropriate to their particular presentation, rather than treating Thoracic outlet syndtome as a homogenous condition; with 'one size surgery, fits all'. I feel reassured he will offer a minimally invasive approach should I opt for surgery.

I had surgery to remove a cancer from my lip. Dr Siddiqui was very clear in explaining the nature of the cancer, what the surgery entailed and the recovery process. I did not want a general anaesthetic and Dr Siddiqui was positive and accommodating in allowing me to have the surgery with just a local anaesthetic. The surgery felt incredibly smooth and professional and the aftercare has been diligent and thorough.
