I have just returned home after a full hip replacement. We were recommended to St Joseph’s and I can’t speak highly enough of the team and the care I received. Many things stand out. The friendly, yet professional ambience, the obviously good relations and communications across all staff. Although my visit lasted only just over 24 hours, at no time did anything feel rushed or ‘conveyor belt’. Just well organised with a feeling that I was being very well looked after. The room and facilities were first class, comfortable and super clean. The operation itself was clearly explained and went without hitch. There was a lot of experience in that room, not least of the lead consultant and anaesthetist. Recovery was also much quicker than I expected, with excellent follow on from the Physio team and 6 sessions into the future as part of the package. I would finally like to express my thanks to all the staff who have made such a positive difference for me.

Mr. Sadek is polite, professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I was referred to him as a private patient at the London Independent Hospital by my Orthopaedic Consultant to assess my persistent back pain, which had worsened since December 2023. I cannot thank Mr. Sadek enough for the care I received. His diagnosis was quick and accurate, from my very first visit through to my MRI scan. He explained my condition in detail, discussed the MRI findings thoroughly, and provided clear recommendations. I cannot fault the service, reassurance, and professionalism I experienced.

Special thanks to Joanna for helping me out with invoicing and making sure I was happy with my appointment type. Exceptional customer service. Also thank you to Dr N Bennett who provided me with amazing advice and a speedy prescription - she guided me and we made a decision together on next steps. I made an online appointment to see Dr Lach which was a very easy process. Dr Lach was very professional and listened to my concerns. Dr Lach was kind and explained every detail fully and ran some tests. Dr Lach came up with a treatment plan which had put my mind at ease and I am very happy with. I would highly recommend Dr Lach and the Clinic. As I actually that I was treated as a patient and not a number . I will be booking for my next visit . From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel that you natter .

Mr Abdelrahman was so kind and understanding of my condition from the get go. He was extremely clear in his diagnosis and what I would be having done with my operation. He was kind and caring in his manner and you can tell he really enjoys his job and helping people. The whole Team at Queens Burton Hospital have been so supportive and helpful with me, putting my mind at ease and it has been a smooth recovery process, I am healing well but know they will be there for me if I need them until my next appt in 6 months time.

I had a hip replacement 10 weeks ago. This was carried out at The Yorkshire Clinic by Dr Brew. The whole process was super smooth and the treatment was excellent. I have recovered superbly and the new hip is amazing, it’s almost like it never happened . Anyone that is anxious about having this done then please don’t be as apart from a few weeks of discomfort the outcome is totally worth it . My other hip will or need doing in a few years and I can say without hesitation I would have this done in a heartbeat

I recently saw Mr Sedra for coccyx pain. At my consultation he was very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. After referring me for an MRI it was confirmed that I had coccydynia, which is indeed what Mr Sedra had initially suspected. Throughout the whole process I’ve found Mr Sedra to be very pleasant, professional and kind. He always listens with care. Mr Sedra’s team have always been extremely kind, helpful and very efficient.

Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

I underwent a HoLEP operation carried out by Mr Brewin and his team. Both the operation and my recovery have been excellent. Due to potential complications, in the event there were none, the operation was carried out in Salisbury NHS Hospital. Again the staff were friendly and helpful but circumstances at the time in the recovery ward resulted in the washroom facilities being less than acceptably clean.

I would have liked to have been spoken to as the different things were happening to put my mind at rest. For instance I can feel tugging in my forearm is that normal, what is the noise I can hear etc. I personally would like to have been told you will feel tugging etc but its because im doing whatever

The hospital provided a very positive experience overall. The environment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made everything run smoothly from arrival. The free tea and coffee facility was a lovely touch — the coffee was great. Nurses were all keen to offer care, and talk, which I appreciated, it's easy to get in your own head, and I appreciated the distraction! One thing I would comment on is that there is always a long wait. I was asked to arrive at 8:30am, but I didn't actually have my procedure until 10:30, which gave lots of time to think. A more streamlined appointment process would be helpful
