Very professional, well informed, open and friendly. I had a vasectomy 16 years before and wanted a reversal. Mr Bromage was open about the chances of it working after such a length of time but seemed confident. He also did a sperm retrieval procedure at the same time which was put in storage in case the reversal wasn't successful then we could try IVF. On the day of surgery Mr Bromage kept me well informed and made sure my wife was kept up to date regularly. The whole process from admission to discharge went as smoothly as could be. Exactly a year after my reversal procedure my wife gave birth to our healthy baby boy. I would highly recommend Mr Bromage to anyone looking for a vasectomy reversal.

This was my second visit to this hospital,and as it was on the 1st visit,I can only add praise on the staff,nurses consultants,seating area with coffee machine,the receptionist was so polite and helpful as well as being friendly and smiling.It was comfortably warm on a cold day,always a nervous person even for an xray.but left the hospital with all the information I needed,and feeling calm and confident on my visit. I had an excellent experience with Dr Bhandari. He was very attentive and took the time to genuinely listen to all of my concerns. Dr Bhandari is extremely knowledgeable and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly and in great detail, which was very reassuring. The echocardiogram and ECG was performed with great patience and care, with everything explained step by step. I found the reception at ground floor level the only weakness as I was left standing feeling a bit aimless when no one else was at the desk and also I reported someone had been sick in a toilet sink and I was just letting them know, whilst I did not want gratitude for reporting it some greater acknowledgement and action might have been expected. Anyway most importantly Dr Woodland receptionist area and staff on his floor were excellent as they were for Dr Power.

On this latest visit we did have a slightly bizzare situation where we arrived, were checked in, weighed and measured, and put into the waiting room. We then received a phonecall - from the next room - explaining that we were late for our appointment. They were very embarrassed and there was no harm at all. Funny though!
