I recently attended a Preconception Appointment with Mr. Adam Jakes at the clinic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Gemma at reception and Mashal kindly assisted with my pre-appointment obs. The clinic itself is immaculate, modern, and beautifully presented. During the consultation, Dr Adam took the time to thoroughly review my medical history and discuss plans for baby number two. We spoke in detail about my Type 1 diabetes, its potential impact on a future pregnancy, and strategies to optimise blood sugar control beforehand. The appointment never felt rushed; Dr Adam provided clear guidance and even highlighted the progress I’ve made, which was a reassuring confidence boost. I would highly recommend Dr Adam, especially for anyone managing a medical condition. The experience was seamless, and I received comprehensive follow-up notes within just a couple of days.

I cannot rate Mr Floyd highly enough. It was a big decision to have the surgery and an even bigger decision to find the right man (or woman) to do it. All reviews of various Surgeons read well but who to choose?? Mr Floyd has a warming, friendly and comforting way about him. Doesn't promise what he can't deliver and explained everything to me in layman's terms of what I could expect. He absolutely delivered. I believe I probably did drive him mad but he never got exasperated and always had time for either a face to face appointment or a telephone consultation and Sheila, his secretary is equally as lovely. If you are considering surgery - don't drive yourself crazy - just go with Mr Floyd. You absolutely won't be disappointed. Thank you so much.

Mr Yamoah has changed my life and I will forever be grateful. For almost ten years my GP told me I had IBS and wouldn’t take my pain seriously. This time last year I reached breaking point and didn’t think I would ever feel better. I’m so glad I decided to seek private care. Mr. Yamoah is the first medical professional that has taken me seriously and not made me feel like a nuisance or hypochondriac. Within the space of three months my endometriosis and dermoid cyst were diagnosed and successfully removed and I finally feel like myself again. The nature of the condition means that it will return but I feel so much more confident being in the excellent care of Mr Yamoah.

I had a very positive experience at my recent doctor’s appointment. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel cared for. I was especially impressed that the doctors themselves came to the waiting area to welcome their patients (shake their hands 🤝) and personally guide them to the examination rooms — a small gesture that makes a big difference. I also appreciated that I was offered help without having to ask repeatedly, which has unfortunately been my experience at my local GP in the past. The receptionist and the nurse were lovely. However, the consultant made me feel like I wasn’t heard at all, I didn’t really get to talk about anything I wanted to talk about because every time I tried to I was cut off and told I would have to speak to someone else about that but I was confused as I was speaking about the issue I was there for. I also felt like I was penalised for my gp making a mistake and did feel very uncomfortable by the end of the consultation. Which made me quite sad as this is an issue I’ve been dealing with for a couple of years and I feel like I’m still getting no where with it.

Dr Gamble has been a real life saver from the moment he installed my pacemaker 4 months ago. A recent bacterial chest infection has caused me a setback in my open heart surgery rehabilitation, however Dr Gamble has thoroughly checked my heart and pacemaker via ECG and Echo' data and I am re-assured that I am on the mend again. He has explained the issues around my medication and I have complete faith in his guidance and recommendations. He explains things in easy to understand terms and answers honestly all queries raised. I will be booking a follow-up consultation with Dr Gamble again in 6 months time.

It was a really welcoming and professsional. Ms Ray was very friendly and welcoming. She put my daughter as ease. There was a slight confusion with the xray as my daughter didn’t realise she was meant to drop the form round to the x Ray department so we were waiting in the main reception for a while before I asked how long it would be. However it was quick to get the xray and bloods. My only issue was the parking. There were so many areas for consultants, disabled, oncology, staff, which is understandable but it meant we had to drive around 3 times to find a space.

As my schedule is limited, I was able to have a consultation, ultrasound and follow up with Ms Bakali all in the space of two weeks. Her and her team are so accommodating and supportive. Ms Bakali is very approachable, informative, professional and so reassuring. She was very helpful with all my concerns and questions. Her bedside manner is very gentle, kind and calming - Which is needed when facing gynaecological issues. I feel so safe, well taken care of and very reassured with Ms Bakali. I cannot recommend Ms Bakali enough! I highly recommend! She’s the best Doctor.

Great surgical experience and service provided by Dr Arun. The lived experience was more extreme than I had anticipated in terms of immediate post operative on ward, but thats likely on me to ask more questions but until you are going through, maybe its better not to know too much. Dr Arun made time to answer the questions asked pre and post operatively, I'm really grateful and am making a good recovery. I'd have no hesitation to go through it again if that was needed and I'd highly recommend Dr Arun of I knew someone needed similar to me. Thank you for what you do.

At all stages - culminating in my having the PFO closed by him - he was kind, patient, reassuring and highly professional. Doctor was wonderful very thorough and given advice to sort the problem and I feel soo much better! However the thing that lets the consultant down is his PA. She never answers the phone or her emails. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days and goring hall themselves can’t help as it is all done through the PA. Shame as I wouldn’t be able to have any complaints, as service was great!
