When I entered the premises I couldn’t believe the transformation that had taken place as I was familiar with the building when it was a hairdressing salon. It was spacious, immaculate and tranquil. Having been quite anxious before my appointment, I quickly relaxed as all the staff were extremely friendly and kind. All the tests were performed swiftly and smoothly with every concern for my comfort and my understanding of the procedures involved. Mrs. Matthews explained my forthcoming cataract surgery clearly, comprehensively and reassuringly and I was very pleased to be offered the surgery I such a short space of time. All in all I couldn’t have wished for a better experience with North Wales Eye Specialist Centre.

I sought a second opinion from Mr Tailor, because I had a large ovarian cyst on my left ovary. Mr Tailor was very reassuring and took time to fully explain my condition and my best options for treatment. He recommended that I have a bilateral Salpingo-oophorectomy. Mr Tailor carried out the procedure (via keyhole surgery) and I made a good recovery with very little discomfort. Mr Tailor was very kind and had an excellent bedside manner. It was very easy to communicate with him via WhatsApp or email and he kept me fully informed throughout my treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Mr Karuppaiah and his secretary, Hagar, were extremely helpful in getting my hand fixed up before my exams. As soon as I mentioned that I had exams, they did everything they could to expedite the process for me. I am immensely grateful for their help and kindness. Mr Karuppaiah was thorough in determining the cause of my pain and was gentle when administering the steroid injection. It is obvious that he is very experienced and an expert in his field! His team have consistently been supportive, responsive and happy to help.

I had an excellent experience at the hospital from start to finish. The facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Their kindness and attentiveness made a stressful situation much easier, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit.

Dr.Raiman has been exceptionally supportive and thoughtful through the whole process. I have been struggling with a very painful shoulder and arm for a long time - he very efficiently organised a MRI scan. His diagnoses were very clear, he took his time to explain to me what is happening and patiently listened to all my questions. I have no complaints, only praise for such an amazing experience.

Overall I am satisfied with the service but I don't always feel like my consultant is as prepared for the consultation as he should be given how much it costs. I would expect him to have familiarised himself with my notes and previous conversations that we have had about treatment options. I find that I sometimes have to go over the same ground that we have discussed before.

I came to Mr Hodges to get both my lower wisdom teeth extracted. He was diligent and recommended 3D X-rays to see how close the teeth were to the nerve. He gave great advise about which treatment was best and the surgery went very well. Post operation recovery went smoother than expected and I was back to normal after a week and a half. I would highly recommend Mr Hodges.

I went to see him about frontal fibrosing aloplecia after looking for an expert in this area. Obviously I was very upset when I found out from another dermatologist that I had this condition however Dr Tziotzios put my mind at rest and told me there is a solution which was music to my ears. He was calm, professional and reassuring.

This was the first time I had been treated in hospital for 50 years so I was understandably anxious about having a hip replacement operation but everybody was so kind and helpful with endless patience and professionalism nothing was to much trouble and I would recomend to anyone this hospital and all the staff are excellent.
