Dr James Thing is a miracle worker—I am now walking almost completely normally for the first time in almost a year. I had a Baker's Cyst which he drained and injected. I had limped into his office, barely able to walk and I (almost) skipped out. He did a scan on my foot but wouldn't do an injection until I had an MRI. This is good medicine as he wanted to be sure he was injecting in exactly the right place, and indeed, he wanted to make sure an injection was the right thing to do (which it was). The foot is so much better. I am back to walking my normal 4 ½ -5 mile routes without much difficulty. Dr James Thing is a brilliant doctor! What I like is that you go in, he does an ultrasound to make a diagnosis, and if appropriate, he carries out the procedure there and then. No waiting for additional appointments at additional costs. Treatment and relief are immediate. That is amazing to find in this day and age.

Dr V operated on me in 2017 to straighten my ankle. He transformed my life, I had previously been hobbling around, not walking far & in pain. After I recovered from surgery. My ankle was fixed & straight, I was able to walk without pain or limits & I am enjoying life. I recently had to return to see Dr V, as I could feel one of the screws was pushing out under my skin. It needed to be removed. It was done under local, a bit traumatic but Dr V talked me through it & I squeezed his hand while his registrar did the deed. On both occasions I felt I was in safe hands. Dr V is a very skilled surgeon, he is kind, compassionate & listens too. Not qualities you always find in the NHS because staff are so busy now. I will forever be grateful for what he has done for me & I would commend Dr V to you wholeheartedly

The clinic staff were all friendly and very helpful. I was asked if I remembered the procedure for my first op and as it was only 6 weeks previously I was able to remember what happened, This time the eye drops drops were administered in a different way, ie several quite close together and I was very surprised that the op procedure was very different than before, so I wish I had known that in advance. I once can assume that each surgeon has their own way of operating . I had no idea that water was going to be used or that fact that it was going to be painful rather than uncomfortable. Disappointing after such a good visit the first time.

I felt safe and able to trust all members of staff during all interactions I've had. Sometimes organisation wasn't always perfect such as informant questionnaires seemingly getting lost and causing delays and my assessment being double booked requiring a last minute rescheduling, but any problems were dealt with efficiently.

I had to give out personal information in a waiting room with other people. Also I was sat in the waiting room about half an hour having been nil by mouth, there were people eating and drinking. There should be a separate waiting area for patients. It was 2 hrs before I was seen, which is too long when you've been told to be nil by mouth. I had to explain I was autistic to the doctor, who was fine once he understood.

Dr Mugilan Anandarajan was very kind and listened to everything we said and addressed all our questions. We felt listened to and he helped find out what was causing our daughter's constipation . Dr Mugilan diagnosed her with coeliac disease after a single consultation and her constipation has now resolved in gluten free diet. Very highly recommend for private children's doctor .
