My doctors are always amazing and when ive had a serious procedure they have been excellent. Only minor thing id say is once the doctor hands over to the team of nurses etc it felt as though they werent sure what to do with me. I was sent for bloods then asked to go to the main hospital then told to go to ground floor then someone else was able to sort out my appointments. When I couldve resolved a few things on the day I went, it ended up having to make appointments for everything. I was given a urine sample kit to take with me. I kinda wish my bloods and urine would have all been completed on the day as they have the facility and there was time as I sat on the chair for a few minutes before they apologised and told me id have to go to the main hospital. I think when its one thing to do, its pretty straight forward but when theres a few things to book in I was handed from one nurse to another to anothert and in the end I left having to change my appointments. They are all lovely but feels as though they are missing some direction and considering that the patient may already be a bit anxious about the visit. Otherwise its always a good experience

I have been visiting Dr Kathryn for several years now. She is absolutely fantastic so calming & understands exactly what you are trying to achieve. I have recently had several small moles/skin tags removed from my face & would highly recommend. The procedure was completed so quickly & virtually pain free. The final results are just amazing & I felt calm & relaxed throughout. The salon is beautiful & spotlessly clean. I have never felt rushed & Dr Kathryn takes her time to listen to you. Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

I am very pleased with the service I have had from everyone at Coriel Clinic.  Mr Wilkinson and his surgical team have done a wonderful operation on my foot, and I had hardly any pain afterwards.  I'm looking forward to organising to have my other foot operated on - in the autumn. From arrival to leaving, staff were very friendly and helpful. I was treated respectfully and with care. I visited the facility twice this week and on the first occasion - late afternoon, there was no option for purchasing refreshments. On my second visit, which was earlier in the day, the facility to purchase drinks and snacks was open, and was very good.

As a person who feared having the treatment he made the whole process smooth an easy to understand with explanations of each step along the way. Kind, courteous and helpful staff and colleagues from start to finish. Easy to find the clinic with free parking on site. No disabled parking that I could see, but may have missed it. Decent tea and coffee facilities and comfortable waiting room. Lift access available and reading material available plus wifi.
