In my case, he has helped me to navigate the complexities of Fibromyalgia, offering not only a clear diagnosis but also a comprehensive treatment plan that included both medical and lifestyle recommendations. For my husband who had been very unwell, Dr Singh quickly recognized the signs of Polymyalgia Rheumatica and started an effective treatment that brought him relief within days. What truly sets Dr Singh apart is their holistic and empathetic approach. He never made us feel rushed or dismissed, which is unfortunately common with chronic conditions. Instead, we felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Thanks to Dr Singh both my husband and I are managing our conditions so much better and have regained a sense of control and quality of life. An appointment with Dr Airey was organised promptly following blood test results, and a treatment plan was put together. I would highly rate the care that I was given throughout my time in the hospital and I would like to commend the nursing staff in particular, however I have one major issue which has left me very dissastisfied. During my first appointment I was told that I needed the socket of my hip replaced and was given a price for that procedure. Then I met with another doctor who said that said if the whole hip needed replaced it would cost considerably more and quoted a price up to £12000 more if this work needed to be done. It was confirmed after the operation that I only needed the socket replaced but was charged the price quoted for a full hip replacement without any explanation. I would like to hear from someone about resolving this issue.

They would normally leave situations within minutes, or not engage at all. Thursday afternoon visit, the surgery did not adjust to be that busy, arrived before my appointment time but still had to wait till after my scheduled time before being seen. Cat was blocked in when I be wanted to leave and I requested for the owner to move their vehicle as I had other engagements scheduled. No sense of urgency amongst the staff it appreciation that my time is as valuable as theirs. Managed to manoeuvre my car out whilst waiting so impact was not as bad as if I had waited for the other to move their vehicle but it was irritating.

My recent visit was a follow up appointment for my second surgery with Mr Somasundaram. I have no carried out to mammoplasty surgeries with him. He is an excellent consultant who has shown a lovely, reassuring and caring approach throughout my breast cancer treatment journey. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my surgeries and Mr Somasundaram has made a difficult pathway much nicer with his care, surgery skills and manner. I would recommend him and I am extremely grateful to have been under his care.

My experience with Mr Banghoo has been exemplary, the first question he asked me was, what are my objectives, he then worked backwards to deliver the most appropriate intervention, in my case a partial knee replacement. The whole process has been superb, Mr Banghoo is solicitous, informative and highly professional. It’s probably odd to say, as surgery is traumatic, but this has been a very pleasant experience and I cannot recommend Mr Banghoo highly enough.
