We brought our 8-year-old son to see Dr Ravi Kumar for ongoing neck pain that had been troubling him since April. From the moment we walked into the room, Dr Ravi Kumar made us feel comfortable with his professionalism, kindness, and warm approach. The rapport he built with our son immediately helped him feel less nervous and more at ease during the consultation. Dr Ravi Kumar went the extra mile by thoroughly checking on other health concerns we had, not just the neck pain. This gave us great reassurance, especially after months of going back and forth with our GP and struggling to get appointments and referrals to NHS paediatric services. We cannot recommend Dr Ravi Kumar highly enough. His experience, compassion, and willingness to listen and take the time to address both the child’s and the parents’ concerns truly set him apart. I was very disappointed with the service I had received from Dr Sofat. He did not acknowledge that how sorry he was to make me wait for nearly 30 minutes. I was talking to him about the pain I am in and also was telling him that I am having pain in my left knees along with the right knee. The only thing I kept hearing from him is that this is a private hospital and I am only here to discuss about the right knee. He was in so much rush to go home as he ran late with all his previous appointments. He said to me to go and get the x-ray done and they will book an appointment for next week to get your cortisone shot but all the departments were closed as it had passed 8pm. Then he said go and see the receptionist and she will deal with it. Receptionist said someone will call you tomorrow to arrange an appointment but I told her I am away on holiday and will call once I am back. Doctors are there to help the patient and make them feel at ease but not with Dr Sofat. I felt he was very arrogant and all for himself. I would not like to see him again.

Mr Cheema explained everything clearly and thoroughly, ensuring I understood what would happen before, during and after the operation. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident and reassured throughout the process. Before surgery, I was experiencing significant pain, which was having a major impact on my daily life. Since having my hip replacement, I have received excellent aftercare, and now, at six weeks post-operation, I am already noticing a considerable improvement. My mobility is improving, my pain has reduced significantly, and I am beginning to enjoy the benefits of the surgery. My scar is neat and healing very well. I am extremely pleased with the care I have received from Mr Cheema and his team and would highly recommend him to anyone considering hip replacement surgery.

Just had my second cataract surgery done Monday 15th June,, can't believe the difference it has made to my sight. Colours so much brighter and clear i don't need to use my glasses half as much as I did before. Having to wait for the first eye to be done (courtesy of this disgraceful Labour government)and then another wait for the second procedure I'm delighted with the results,.The entire staff were amazing constantly checking if you were okay or needed anything. nothing was too much trouble, everything explained service was second to none. Facilities great, atmosphere very relaxed,and very open and friendly very clean and spacious, i would absolutely recommend Newmedica every time.

Mr Critchley made me feel like a person not a patient with a problem which he sees all the time. During a personal examination he was professional and maintained my dignity at all times. Upon agreeing with my fears, I understood his explanation and felt at ease that he and a greater team will and can take care of me as best as possible. He also didn’t push for further tests privately and disclosed that my outcome wouldn’t be any different if I went back into NHS for these. However, due to a pending holiday and speed of progressing symptoms I opted to have tests that day which he supported.

Mr Penev is very professional, kind and courteous. He is very helpful and understanding and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and the procedure steps. I’ve had a very positive experience throughout the process from my first appointment, to the operation and then follow up. I had particularly challenging kidney stones, but he performed the operation very quickly and skilfully. I recovered very well and without any discomfort. I am back to 100% now. As a registered nurse myself I would highly recommend Mr Penev to any of my own patients, friends and family.

The decision to site the Heart Clinic at a far corner of the hospital, involving patients in a long, long walk from the car parks, was, I think, a poor one. But once all the long corridors had been negotiated, the clinic was welcoming. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. My appointment was on time. I consulted with Dr Din, who provided expert advice and was most reassuring. I have visited the clinic quite a few times now, and it has provided efficient diagnostic treatment and competent advice.

This was my second appointment with Physio after my Total Knee replacement on the 11th of May.I had a Lady called Pearl I do understand that it will be painful and uncomfortable but compared to my first session and the Female I had who had a bad attitude, lack of understanding that I have always had limited mobility issues since being a Baby!!I do understand it does cause discomfort and pain but also know I will always try my best and never give up to attempt to walk .
