He immediately dealt with my varicose veins and pelvic congestion. I now am pain free and have slim legs. Professor Brookes changed my quality of life. Professor Brookes has a charming personality. He is warm, friendly and sympathetic. Medically he is the best in his field. If you are fortunate enough to see him in clinic on the NHS you will notice that he has a big que of patients that only want to see Professor Brookes. They don't want to see any other vascular doctor that's part of the team! Professor Brookes THANK YOU!

I only saw Mr Lambert so cannot give feed back on any other member of his team. From being referred by someone who knows him well, I was predisposed to like him and respect his expertise, but hadn't expected to find such a a courteous, thoughtful, kind man who engaged with every aspect of me as a patient. Mr Lambert answered all my questions and was patient and understanding. I felt listened to, for the first time since I had my injury.

I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.
