From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, thorough, and always focused on ensuring the safest and best possible outcome for both me and my baby. Given my previous myomectomy, slightly raised blood pressure, and a transverse lie, she carefully assessed all risks and recommended that my planned C-section be brought forward from 39 weeks to 38 weeks to minimise any potential labour-related risks. This decision gave us complete reassurance and confidence that everything was being managed with great care and expertise. What truly set Dr Chawla apart was how accessible and supportive she was at every stage. She was always available for any concerns, no matter how small, and her care did not stop at delivery. Her aftercare was exceptional- she was incredibly motherly, kind, and attentive, and went out of her way to arrange additional support and care for us when needed. We always felt listened to, never rushed, and fully supported during what can be an overwhelming time. We couldn’t have asked for better care and will always be deeply thankful to Dr Chawla for her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to achieving the very best outcome for our family.

Finally, answers at 50 After five decades of feeling "different" but never quite understanding why, the ADOS-2 assessment at London Trusted Therapy has been life-changing. The professionalism began from my first enquiry - Sofi and Andrew were incredibly accommodating with scheduling and answered all my questions without making me feel I was being difficult. The location at Pinero House is perfect for anyone who values discretion. The reception is small and well-managed, and you're not sat in a crowded waiting room, which I appreciated enormously. The consulting room itself was unexpectedly comfortable - large, well-appointed, and crucially, not intimidating or overly clinical. What impressed me most was the rigour of the assessment. Trish, who conducted the ADOS-2, clearly knew her field inside out and created an environment where I could be myself. The clinical psychologist's evaluation was extraordinarily thorough - they didn't rush, they listened, and the subsequent report gave me clarity I've sought my entire adult life. Having a multidisciplinary team means you're not relying on one person's opinion, which gave me confidence in the diagnosis. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Since having a cystectomy back in 2023 and being discharged from another hospital, my periods were terribly painful lasting 16+ days causing me a lot pain and some days I felt I was unable to cope, I was often cancelling on plans and having to bin clothing due to the heaviness of my periods. I often felt down due to the pain and felt stuck after being told by another hospital my pain was down to “exam stress” Miss Ghosh believed my pain and investigated with multiple MRI tests, blood tests and ultrasounds I then got diagnosed with Adenomyosis. Miss Ghosh also removed me of the contraceptive patch and changed me over to the mirena coil which has changed my periods. They are now much lighter and do not last any longer than one week and are much more manageable. Miss Ghosh explained thoroughly the benefits of the coil and how if anything changes I can contact her. Thank you Miss Ghosh, you have made a massive impact to me and I am very appreciative. This doctor (Mahesh) has completely transformed life with chronic constipation. The appointment started with a really thorough, calm discussion of a long history of symptoms, and for the first time everything felt properly listened to and joined up. The examination was focused and not excessive, just what was needed to work out the next steps. The colonoscopy was explained clearly beforehand, carried out gently, and felt very safe throughout, with clear results and what they meant. Afterwards, a newer laxative was recommended alongside very practical dietary changes and pre‑/probiotic advice, all tailored to day‑to‑day routines rather than some leaflets. ​ Since then, bowel habits have improved dramatically, pain and bloating are so much better, and normal life feels possible again. It genuinely feels like someone finally understood the problem and offered a long‑term plan rather than a quick fix, and I have a huge gratitude for the care and expertise given.

All professionals on all levels, be it administration, psychiatrists, health care professionals etc, have all been extremely empathetic, kind, respectful and efficient. I felt safe and able to trust all members of staff during all interactions I've had. Sometimes organisation wasn't always perfect such as informant questionnaires seemingly getting lost and causing delays and my assessment being double booked requiring a last minute rescheduling, but any problems were dealt with efficiently.

I had to give out personal information in a waiting room with other people. Also I was sat in the waiting room about half an hour having been nil by mouth, there were people eating and drinking. There should be a separate waiting area for patients. It was 2 hrs before I was seen, which is too long when you've been told to be nil by mouth. I had to explain I was autistic to the doctor, who was fine once he understood.
