I was extremely nervous about my appointment here, but I didn’t need to be, because from the moment I walked thru the doors I was greeted with big smiles from the receptionists, which was the start of a pleasant experience here, everywhere was exceptionally clean, tidy and organised. Throughout my visit the staff were thoughtful, friendly, caring and informative. . I can’t thank Dr Mo Faris enough, he listened to me, explained everything so I understood it and treated me like a human being and not just a number! Which made me feel much more at ease to be able to cope with the vascular problem I am having to contend with. Thank u to everyone at the Cooden Medical Group because u made me smile, which I haven’t done recently with the pain I have been in, but u have given me hope for a brighter future, and for that I am grateful ☺️ Thank you 🙏🏼

Everyone I dealt with was great overall. The experience was good aside from a couple of mistakes which then lead to long delays. One of the assessment calls didn't work and I had made time to sit through it. They did try to rectify this quickly but it still took another few weeks which after such a long time was frustrating. Sometimes when I would ring up the person who would answer would be short and I didn't feel so comfortable speaking to them. Otherwise, I would recommend this service up to diagnosis - I am yet to try the medication and services beyond here. I wish there was more the NHS or RTN could provide to offer support post diagnosis. The recommendations are useful but I would like a little more.

I feel very lucky to have had Mr. Vemulapalli as my orthopaedic surgeon. I broke my tib/fib and ankle in August 2023 and didn't feel listen to with my previous consultant. I had a completely different experience with Mr. Vemulapalli as he listed and understood everything I said and acted immediately. Fast forward to feb 2026 after having surgery in December, I am now on the road to full recovery after thinking for a long time that I would be disabled. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Vemulapalli and would recommend him to all my friends and family as he leaves no stone unturned. He is simply the BEST and I am truly grateful to him for everything he has done.

An enriching experience throughout - the kindness and professionalism of the staff gave me great confidence. The provision at the hospital is first class in every respect. Mr Yazbek my consultant is a highly experienced and skilled specialist but more importantly a warm and reassuring practitioner who has made me feel I could not be in better hands. The nurse for my day care stay was also extremely kind, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this facility and staff unreservedly.

Micheala ? (receptionist) absolutely brilliant as always regarding welcome, and naming patient on arrival and asking about "how are you". Jackie, "nurse, for scanning", attentive to detail and very helpful. Mr Poon and Mr Shultz, the Consultants (on most of my visits), gave necessary time, discussed as necessary and delt with efficiency, care and responses as questioned. In addition, his follow up to coke and visit me today meant a great deal as explained everything that had been done in a clear way with extremely valuable advice going forwards I have nothing but the utmost respect, gratitude and enormous thanks for the care shown to me.

Mr Sanjaya Kalkur is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend him. I recently had a laparoscopic hysterectomy and found him to be highly professional. He is very caring, ready to answer any questions with a quick response. My recovery is going very well and I can’t thank him enough for my treatment. I was concerned about my age which is 80+ and was reassured the operation would be successful. I saw Mr Kalkur at Springfield Hospital.

Mr. Kasem and his whole staff have been absolutely lovely throughout my diagnosis, surgery and aftercare process. Not only has Mr. Kasem been medically excellent, but from a patient care perspective, he has also been extremely kind, caring and positive throughout which gave me a lot of confidence that everything will be ok. I am very pleased with my bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction results and highly recommend him as a consultant.

Mrs Ismail-Koch gave me a warm welcome and listened very carefully to my reason for seeing her. She assembled all pertinent facts from my medical history and examined me thoroughly. She explained clearly and without any bias the options for dealing with my condition and their benefits, risks and consequences. Her letter to me afterwards described the consultation in detail. I am most grateful for help she has given me.

Upon looking into a vasectomy reversal we came across Mr Rees and his reviews were the best. We went to his London clinic for the procedure and everything was perfect. At the end I of the procedure he stated it was the worse vasectomy he has ever seen. He was only able to attach one side with the minimal amount to work with. Fast forward one year and we are pregnant and this is all thanks to his amazing work!
