The procedure itself was virtually painless, far better than I expected, and she even carried out a smear test at the same time so seamlessly that I barely noticed. Her calm, reassuring manner and clear explanations throughout made me feel completely safe and supported. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Pradnya — she was absolutely brilliant. And as for London Gynaecology, I genuinely couldn’t speak highly enough about the service they provide. I attended Luiza’s group classes initially and then moved on to 1-to-1 sessions once I was heavily pregnant. She has an incredible ability to modify exercises to suit each person’s individual needs, even within a group setting. Her attention to detail, precision, and ability to make subtle adjustments made a huge difference to my strength and mobility throughout pregnancy. On top of that, she’s a genuinely lovely and caring person, which makes such a difference when you’re navigating pregnancy. It’s easy to see why her classes are always booked weeks in advance. Her physiotherapy background really shows and adds an extra layer of confidence and safety to everything she does.

Mr Joseph Manjaly

Our 7-year-old daughter had to go through surgery to repair a hole in her eardrum, and from the first visit to the last (just had the all clear on her successful operation), Mr Manjaly was exceptional. He guided us through the various options ahead of the procedure, including the potential implications and challenges. Still, he was also clear and reassuring about what he would do and what he expected as an outcome. All in all, he and his team were fantastic with our daughter’s experience, which was so good that she was never fearful of the operation or recovery. We couldn’t thank him enough for what he has done for us and would highly recommend him.

The waiting has been difficult as communication has been poor. I have struggled to get a response from the office both via email and phone. I had a combined assessment and received my ADHD outcome 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my autism assessment outcome despite being told the clinical decision has been made. The staff I saw as part of my assessment were fantastic and the support team have been helpful (when I’ve been able to contact them). It’s just a shame that the poor communication has spoilt the overall experience. It would have been good to under the process flow at each stage.

Good Benenden experience bar not getting hernia repaired. wonder if I’m just a nervous patient & wait plus patient in theatre emergency put me in fight or flight AR normal to 209. Ambulance to W Harvey, monitored and drugs corrected pulse , home 11.30pm. Been back to W Harvey for check up found me ok. Hospital asking my dr surgery to fit a 24 hr monitor. I now wear an Apple Watch and haven’t had an abnormal pulse since op day.

I received shoulder surgery and was able to be discharged the same day. All of the nursing staff were friendly and informative, the physio treatment and advice was informative. All the staff I came across were very friendly. I especially enjoyed the roast dinner which was hot when served (a new experience). I would highly recommend Mr Khan and the London Independent hospital.
