She came highly recommended by a close friend of mine, whom she had delivered naturally a few years ago, and I’m so glad I chose her for my own delivery. From the very beginning, Dr. Noori was incredibly supportive, reassuring and responsive. She always made me feel well looked after and confident in her care. I ultimately had a C-section, and the entire procedure went extremely smoothly. I felt completely safe and in very capable hands throughout what was such an important and emotional moment for me. I’m very grateful to Dr. Noori for making the experience of welcoming my daughter into the world such a positive one. I couldn’t recommend her more highly, and I’m already hoping to be back in her care for baby number two in a couple of years!

I was obviously very apprehensive before my urology operation. However, once I arrived at the hospital I was soon put at ease by the medical staff. My allocated surgeon, Mr James Voss, was exceptionally reassuring in his detailed explanation of what the operation involved together with a summary of all possible outcomes. His post operation visit was equally positive and reassuring. The nursing staff were also excellent in keeping me comfortable and informed throughout my stay.

Can I continue cycling and exercising as I have been before I’m so pleased I came to see Dr Stephens as he understands how important cycling is to me and that even at my age (72) I do not want to stop intense exercise and even competing, and he is helping me achieve this.

I arrived early and was greeted by a friendly team on reception and checked in for my appointment. I sat in a comfortable chair and enjoyed a coffee from the drinks dispenser. I waited for around 35 minutes and was greeted by Mr Pavier when he called me into his consultation room. Mr Pavier was professional and friendly and explained fully the process and forthcoming surgical procedure. Overall a very positive experience.., thank you.

From start until now post surgery I have had a great experience with everyone involved in the process. From online correspondence and to the nurses and doctors involved, everything has been to a very high standard. Very friendly and professional environment.

The visit to Bristol was very good, quickly seen and staff very friendly and efficient. The report on areas of concern was made available within the few days promised. However, attempts to phone The Mole Clinic were very difficult and the ring back service did not work. It made rearranging my original appointment at Bristol very long winded and difficult.

It would be better if there was a proper reception desk and usually a Private hospital looks a bit nicer with better seats and waiting area but apart from that and the fact that the Spencer Hospital is stuck in a corner of the Kent and Canterbury Hospital all was well. My consultant and the nurses and other staff were lovely.
