Finally, answers at 50 After five decades of feeling "different" but never quite understanding why, the ADOS-2 assessment at London Trusted Therapy has been life-changing. The professionalism began from my first enquiry - Sofi and Andrew were incredibly accommodating with scheduling and answered all my questions without making me feel I was being difficult. The location at Pinero House is perfect for anyone who values discretion. The reception is small and well-managed, and you're not sat in a crowded waiting room, which I appreciated enormously. The consulting room itself was unexpectedly comfortable - large, well-appointed, and crucially, not intimidating or overly clinical. What impressed me most was the rigour of the assessment. Trish, who conducted the ADOS-2, clearly knew her field inside out and created an environment where I could be myself. The clinical psychologist's evaluation was extraordinarily thorough - they didn't rush, they listened, and the subsequent report gave me clarity I've sought my entire adult life. Having a multidisciplinary team means you're not relying on one person's opinion, which gave me confidence in the diagnosis. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We visited Dr Haddad just before Xmas and again recently. Dr Haddad has been excellent! My daughter has been struggling with a severe reaction to something which is causing her stress and unfortunately the other channels we have taken to date have not been of any help. Dr Haddad has really turned things around for us by helping us to understand what might be going on and helping as best he can in getting to the bottom cause. He Explains everything so clearly, allowing us to ask as many questions as we need, putting my daughter at ease which has made her feel that she is being understood and heard. Above all giving us a clear path on our next steps and not giving up on us. I would highly recommend Dr Hiddad and so grateful that we found him.

We first went 4 years ago with our first son and had 4 scans. We are pregnant again and just had our final scan which would be our 3rd/4th this pregnancy and every time we go the ladies are just a pleasure. So kind, so thorough and just lovely lovely people. We had Lisa today asked she is so nice, patient and a lovely person. There is usually a young girl at reception who is lovely but today there was a different lady who possibly was having a bad day as she was not welcoming not friendly. Possibly didn’t want to be at work and she had the impression she couldn’t be bothered. But it wouldn’t stop me from going as everyone else is always great

Mr Farndon is very professional, caring and always has time to listen to your concerns. Mr Farndon came to see me after the operation explaining everything to me and also visited the next day. She is very thorough and such a clear communicator at all times, during what can be quite personal issues. In addition, what also stands out for me personally, is that Miss Ivaz has an excellent bed side manner, good humoured and very empathetic, qualities which can be hard to find these days. I had to give out personal information in a waiting room with other people. Also I was sat in the waiting room about half an hour having been nil by mouth, there were people eating and drinking. There should be a separate waiting area for patients. It was 2 hrs before I was seen, which is too long when you've been told to be nil by mouth. I had to explain I was autistic to the doctor, who was fine once he understood.

Mr Tandon is extremely professional. I felt very safe in his care. Every stage of the surgery was thoroughly explained and agreed before proceeding. The post op consultation was very professional and the surgery was explained again using photographs from the surgery. The surgical wounds have healed very well and a point to mention; his suturing is immaculate, leaving me with minimal scarring. Highly recommended.
