We have had an excellent experience with Dr Zeeshan, he has been very caring towards my daughter’s eczema care. Very through with tests and fast response to results. My daughter had very a very emotional journey with her eczema on her hand which caused her lots of anxiety going out. Family and friends constantly asking her about her hand. With two appointments with dr Zeeshan and some skin test his was able to subscribe her ointments that had helped clear her hand and she has become a happier person which means the world to us. As she suffered this for four years with her GP not really achieving any cure witch steroids. Very happy we have met dr Zeeshan his always able to listen and takes care with every information he advises ensuring we understand Thankyou dr Zeeshan🙏🏻 We wish to add his secretary Miriam Lardner is A1 never met a secretary with so much empathy professionalism and who is so prompt in her email responses. She is so easy to get hold of and tries to assist every patient as best as she can it’s an amazing team Thankyou Miriam for all your support during this journey for my daughter🙏🏻

I had LASIK surgery with Allon Barsam yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My vision feels unbelievably clear, almost like seeing through the eyes of a superhero. Allon guided me through every step of the procedure as it was happening, which made the entire experience feel calm, safe, and reassuring. The surgery was genuinely painless; there was one brief moment of discomfort that lasted no more than 10 seconds, and he calmly counted down the seconds so I knew exactly what to expect. My eyes stung a little afterwards, but after a short nap I woke up feeling completely fine. If you’re considering laser eye surgery, I can’t recommend it highly enough. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you so much to Allon and the team at OCL.

Mr Ben Yates

Mr Ben Yates is in my opinion an excellent podiatric surgeon who gives a very good clinical opinion. I was unhappy that Mr Yates charged me for a “new patient” appointment when this was in fact a follow up appointment lasting about 12 minutes following previous surgery by Mr Yates. Furthermore, I did not receive a clinic letter from Mr Yates until I chased it up more than 2 weeks after my appointment. I received no apology for the delay in sending the letter. Mr Yate’s clinical letter did not contain all the information promised at the consultation and I was obliged to chase this information again. I emailed Mr Ben Yates to raise my concerns but I did not receive a reply from him.

Mr Quen Tang

I came off my bicycle in London and after visiting West Middx A&E i was referred to Mr Quen Tang. I had fractured my shoulder ball joint in 3 places. I met with Mr Quen Tang a few days later and his explanation of my injuries and what they would try to do to fix it was very clear and concise. I was operated on the next day. He was going to try to screw it but he felt the bone was to thin and so would probably end up replacing the ball joint (this is what they did in the end). From start to finish i was very impressed with Mr Quen Tang and his team. Made me feel very at ease and now I'm on the road to recovery. Thank You !! I would certainly recommend him for shoulder injuries.

From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and calmly. My dentist was incredibly skilled and made the whole procedure feel smooth and stress-free. The extraction was done perfectly, and I felt well cared for throughout. The team was friendly, reassuring, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The staff at Cathedral Clinic were very professional and tried to make me comfortable. However the actual procedure was not an enjoyable experience. having anaesthetic injected into my eye was very traumatic and having gone through the procedure before and it not 100% and having to return for Laser. I so hope that my left eye will not have the same result. Overall I would recommend the clinic and staff to anyone who has to have the procedure done. Bernadette M.

From the moment you step inside the peaceful waiting room, you feel at ease. Dr Bullen radiates calm professionalism. He took his time to patiently explain everything and answer all my questions and his lovely secretary and midwife got back to me quickly whenever I messaged. This is the second pregnancy that I saw Dr Bullen and I recommend him very highly if you are looking to go privately for expert prenatal care and avoid the noisy and chaotic NHS clinics.

From my GP referral to my initial appointment it was less then 2 weeks. Before surgery I had 3 post operation assessments. The operation was completed as a day admission. I was kept full informed and treated with kindness and respect by all the staff. Mr Bhardwaj saw me on the morning before the operation and again later after it had been completed. Again, I was kept fully informed about my condition.

During cataract surgery her bedside manner was excellent, I was very nervous, but her calm voice as she talked to me through the procedure really helped me to stay calm.
