I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

Mr Su-Min Lee

I initially booked a half hour consultation having suffered from acute urinary retention and therefore 3 months use of a catheter due to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. I found Mr Su-Min Lee very easy to talk to as he has a great sense of humour which put me at ease. He took time to explain the options available to me and let me decide on the best course of action. He was very informative and I didn't feel rushed at all. A couple of days later I decided to go ahead with a Holep operation. I paid to have this privately in my local NHS hospital, Southmead in Bristol. I was offered a date that was about 3 weeks after my initial consultation. He met me again on the morning the surgery to put me at ease and the treatment that I received from the medical team at the hospital was very good. It is now 6 weeks post operation and as far as I am concerned it was a success. My urinary issues are resolved with the exception of the expected slight bit of stress incontinence which is improving daily.

All the staff at Visio have been friendly, professional and highly skilled. Communication is a key to their success and being able to reassure the patient and keep them fully informed. Giving the gift of clear vision. Back to a patient is an amazing thing and they clearly take great pleasure and pride in being able to give that gift. I shaved without my glasses for the first time in many years, I can drive and get about my daily business without glasses. I am actually typing this out on my phone without glasses. This is a truly excellent service. I had been to another ear wax removal specialist a few days earlier who had failed to unblock my ears after half an hour of trying. I have a particular shape of ear canal that causes the wax to sit stubbornly on the ear drum. Rekesh is very personable and knowledgable and has a lovely comfortable treatment room. Within a few minutes he had completely unblocked both my ears, almost effortlessly. I was delighted and I highly recommend this service.

Dr. Ayazi is truly an exceptional Doctor and I would highly recommend him. He has an excellent bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable and highly qualified. Dr. Ayazi has performed a series of procedures to help manage my pelvic pain, including pudendal nerve blocks, which have helped to reduce my pain. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Dr. Ayazi. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done and continues to do to help me.

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.
