Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I was in private unit ,I had an apointment with Mr. al Midani. For the subjects kidney , hernia, obesity. I turst Mr. Al Midani. He is a perfect doctor. 👏👏🧿🧿⭐⭐. He thinks with the patient, on the side of the patient. He explains everything briefly. We had the obesity subject in the last 6-8 months. ,it goes very well. I got 18-20 kg lighter. And in a few months Most probably I will have the surgery for my hernia occured after the kidney transplantation/mediterranian univ. Mr. Al Midani will do the hernia operation here in Royal Free. Because he has the experience on both hernia and kidney transplantation. Thanks to him for all his efforts.. And congrats 👏🧿⭐

He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side. Dr Ali was very clear in her explanations about allergic rhinitis and the different treatments available, all of which I have taken over the years. I would like to have had explanations of results of tests in order to know more about what triggers my allergies Although Dr Ali did explain that probably I have non allergic rhinitis I'm still not sure if that is my case and I wonder if more allergy tests would give a more definite answer. Dr Ali did say she would be asking my GP to send results of the tests i had done at the surgery a few years ago.
