Excellent ! Just super, as both out patient and in. Lovely team of staff who are so very kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble and their time with you is entirely generous. They are really genuinely pleased to see you in reception, out patients and on admission and the process is uncomplicated and seem-less. It’s supported brilliantly with excellent portals and on line links to billing etc. and a lovely team of people over the phone. Well done Imperial ! It’s subtle but well Looked after in all the rooms and public areas with a high level of cleanliness. My room was great with a nice bright bathroom, toiletries and towels and second floor surgical nursing team were all just great. All the staff from admission to theatres to surgeon are top notch. They work collaboratively together as amazing teams. I was cared for wonderfully, could not fault anything and they have followed me since my discharge. I found it to have a really lovely mix of atmosphere - business like yet calm and unflustered. They welcomed my family and we were able to order refreshments etc to my room v easily. Everyone knocks on your door and introduces themselves- just lovely - they have huge respect for their patients. My care continues and I certainly would choose the Lindo if at all possible and can highly recommend it I can’t thank you all enough for looking after me so wonderfully well and the amazing experience I have been fortunate enough to experience.

I would like to thank Mr Tom Holland for his excellent care throughout my diagnosis and treatment for endometriosis. From the first consultation, he clearly explained the ultrasound results and outlined what he expected to find during surgery, which was almost exactly what he discovered when operating. Mr Holland also took time to explore all available treatment options and was supportive of the path I chose. He ensured I understood each step and never made me feel pressured in my decisions. His calm and reassuring manner made a significant difference, especially when I was feeling anxious before surgery. He was always available to answer questions and provided excellent post-operative care. I felt fully supported throughout my recovery. They are not only efficient but also very kind, aware and open to your problems. Top professionals ! Top team and Top place. Delamere is by the way a nice place, surrounded by nature and quietness. The perfect place for awareness and focus on our recovery. I’m particularly grateful to Jerome, my mentor, who actually understood me so well, and put me on the right path for recovery. Also my Therapist Chris who helped me to find the roots of my traumas and phobias and both, my mentor and my therapist, made me work successfully on regaining my self esteem.

Mr Issaq Ahmed

Mr Ahmed was incredibly professional, whilst showing an empathetic, kind approach. At our first meeting, he explained the procedure fully (a total joint replacement to my left knee. He asked if I wanted to see my X-rays, which I did. He went over details of the operation with me, going over what I could expect. He went at my pace, was thorough, making sure I was comfortable with the information he was giving me. Mr Ahmed was approachable, contactable and empathetic during all follow-up meetings. Thankfully Mr Ahmed agreed to carry out a similar operation to my right knee. You can't get a better recommendation than that! It's a 10 out of 10 from me.

Mr Sabur Malek

Prior to my left hip replacement, I was struggling to walk without pain, climb stairs & had to change my car to automatic as I couldn't do the clutch control. I first met Mr Malek on 14 April & due to a cancellation I had my op on 25 April. The whole process from start to finish was excellent & run like clockwork from Mr Malek & his team, I cant thank them all enough. Even after the op, the aftercare provided & physio were excellent. I am now pain free & enjoying walking again. I can run up the stairs now & have just been discharged following my 6 month review with Mr Malek.

I paid for treatment myself at Clare Park and naturally I would therefore expect the very best. The consultants and nursing staff were outstanding in all respects on each of the three occasions that I have visited Clare Park over the course of the last two years. Administratively and with several minor issues that I have brought to management's attention, I would not choose to use this hospital. It seems too cottagy. I prefer Frimley Park Hospital as being far more professional. They were all minor issues but then as a paying customer, I expect excellence.

Mr. David. Cumming was outstanding in every way shape or form my surgery was an extreme success and I am now recovering very well three weeks postop in his own words. I am ahead of progress and I do feel this in a sense in myself and I have to slow myself down to avoid overdoing it. Pre-operative information was helpful. Care received on the day of the op and during my stay was excellent. Mr Gulati gives a clear lead to his team. The anaesthetist and senior surgery nurse explained the steps being taken and took an interest in me as a person, not simply as a patient, during preparation for surgery. This helped me go into surgery in a positive mood. The ward nursing team also deserve mention, particularly Lucia. Her cheerfulness, humour and understanding encouraged me to take steps necessary for successful discharge.

After having complaints for many years related to my sleep apnea and told their was nothing wrong with me or they simply didn't know what to do by other health care professionals Professor Veer immediately understood everything about all my symptoms and had immediate advice on next steps to improve my condition. I am a swimming teacher and sports coach I umpire various sports and play netball and like to bike. The Fitzrovia Suite was incredible from the moment I arrived in labor to our discharge. The midwifery team was wonderful - each and every one of them being kind, caring, calm, and reassuring. Every decision of my care was made collectively, and they helped the beginning stages of my recovery immensely. The space itself was clean, quiet and peaceful - an absolute pleasure to experience post-emergency cesarean. I would highly recommend the Fitzrovia Suite to others.

Dr Trivedi has been amazing, and her IPL and associated treatments have completely transformed my dry eyes, and the way in which they affect me day-to-day. Over the past year, she is so consistently kind, answers every question I have, and walks me through each treatment so reassuringly. Jo-Anna is also so helpful and considerate too. I have had such a positive experience with Dr Trivedi at the Dry Eye Centre, and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Amazing experience, thank you so much. After battling with children’s mental health for a few years and my daughter being fobbed off I made contact with Skylight as soon as she became able to use adult services. She was seen very quickly, all staff were so friendly and were kind and patient as she is anxious. Now on a waiting list for ADHD medication so hopefully we can help her further.

From start to finish My experiance at Spire Regency hospital Macclesfield was excellent all Staff were brilliant very helpful Before during and afterwards I was offered an overnight stay as I live on my own which made it possible for my procedure to happen all the appointments I had were on time no waiting couldn’t ask for anything more no problem’s whatsoever

I cannot fault any of my visits to HCA at the Shard. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. The building is extremely clean and comfortable. My appointments were generally on time and if not - the reception staff always communicated any delays. The views are rather impressive too!
