Since then, I’ve made so many positive changes that actively help me manage my ADHD symptoms, and I’ve never felt more aligned with my true self. At follow-up appointments, Dr. Kurkar continues to take a holistic approach. He doesn’t just see me through the lens of ADHD, but also considers my overall wellbeing, including hormones and perimenopause. This has helped me feel understood as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. I know not everyone has the same experience or outcome, and I feel very fortunate that Dr. Kurkar’s kindness, empathy, and professionalism made such a difficult process validating rather than overwhelming. If it wasn’t for his supportive approach, I may never have felt comfortable enough to be open about my experiences. Thanks to him, I feel seen, validated, and able to move forward with a clearer understanding of myself.

I was a little nervous about visiting the clinic as I had never been to a private practice before, but my experience was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was very approachable and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease when I arrived. The health practitioner who saw me was calm, professional, and attentive. He took the time to discuss my previous health conditions and was able to pinpoint some of my concerns while offering clear, helpful advice. The health assessment itself was quick but thorough, and I felt reassured throughout. What impressed me most was how well everything was explained, from accessing my results to the range of other services available, including mental health support. I was also given practical guidance on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Overall, I left feeling very reassured and impressed by the high standard of care. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were supportive, and I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

I received the best service and patient care with Mr Hamouda and his team. I have had many surgeries and I can say that Mr Hamouda has been one of the best surgeons I have met on my journey. He was empathetic, thoughtful, considerate, calm, Informative and a person who genuinely cares for his patients. He is also very highly regarded and respected by the nurses and surgical teams that he works with - that spoke volumes to me. The Weymouth Street Hospital where I attended for my surgery is hands-down the best hospital I have ever been a patient in. It was clean and organised. The team at the hospital from admission, the chef, the anaesthetist, the surgical teams, the nurse on the ward were all absolutely brilliant. Their patient care was the best I have ever experienced , they were also very efficient - I felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel!

I was admitted in an emergency under a consultant physician. I had an infection with dehydration.The admission procedure was very calming and welcoming.. The nursing staff were so friendly and my initial care was exactly what was needed to start my treatment and recovery. The consultant had sent a plan of action which was put into action immediately. All very professional, no fuss and reassuring. My room was very comfortable, all I needed for my needs. Catering was similarly a high standard, good menu and choice as to my appetite and ability to eat. All the staff were great and responded very quickly if needed. I was very impressed with my care and the attention I received. The attitude of everyone was just what was required to get me better.

Dr Alwan is a very polite, kind and knowledgeable Doctor. He is extremely thorough and really listens and asks many questions to try and best understand. I didnt feel like an ''appointment'. I also liked that he discussed with me the possible reasons and next steps as I do like to be fully informed and he took the time to do so. He also knows his field and made an accurate judgement on the issue which was indeed confirmed with the swab taken. I also had some side effects and he called within the hour of his secretary passing this over. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

Dr Syed sent me for an x-ray last week, I received a full explanation of results via letter within the week. He arranged to see me today. Charming and professional as always. He showed me the x-ray, pointed out each problems and discussed each problem. Explaining what should be done just now in the interim and treatment and prognosis for the future. The detail of his consultation is always followed by a precise letter stating every detail of the xray. I find this is very beneficial for myself but also for my GP. I fully put my trust in him.

Non clinical but important. Waiting between appointments I ordered a coffee from the shop at 4.50 pm and asked for a proper cup. Because they cleaning closing down I was told I had to have a takeaway cup as people don’t always bring the proper cups back. I suggest either be honest and just say you want to get off home or trust people to leave a proper cup on a table for collection in the morning. Too difficult or am I being a bit too picky as the rest of the Ashford one appears customer focused?

Called at short notice with a concern about my current health. The lady on reception was very very helpful and gave me all the relevant information I required . Such was that information I immediately booked an appointment for 30 mins afterwards. The Dr was very thorough from start to finish took a full blood sample and reassured me that all avenues would be checked and a diagnosis would avail of it .. Money well spent in regards my health and wellbeing thank you all ...

We moved from the US a couple of years ago and found Moira Wong after several bad experiences with other London orthodontists who recommended treatments at odds with our previous doctor and medical friends. Dr. Wong has done a wonderful job treating two of my children, who have both undergone different versions of braces and spacers. Her dentistry staff has also offered superb care to all four of my children. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Generally good on all fronts. After care from the head gyn nurse, not the best when I phoned, with an issued to the ward, and got put through to her. The scan team, left me waiting by taking the patient due after me in first. Not good when you have a full bladder. But on the whole, everything went well, clean hospital and caring staff.
