I was recently under Jess’ care for my first pregnancy and birth of my son and we felt so safe and supported working with her. Jess has a personal approach with her patients and took the time to get to know myself and my husband, which made us feel very comfortable around her during appointments and the birth. Jess made herself available whenever I needed a question answered or an appointment, she was always contactable via whatsapp and answered any questions (big or small) that I had! There were parts of my birth that did not go to plan (which were outside of our control) and Jess took the time during and after the birth to discuss and debrief on the birth in detail, which were so helpful to me being able to process and understand. I was very grateful to be able to be under the care of Jess - I look forward to being under her care again for future pregnancies and highly recommend her.

I was quoted a five month wait with NHS at the Countess of Chester for a standard Ecardiogram.At Venturi Cardiology I was seen in two days. In terms of Cost Venturi were again a top performer. Whilst I cannot rate the quality of the report sent to my GP and a Cardiologist and myself completely baffled me (as you would expect)the overall service was top notch, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. He proposed a non-invasive prostate procedure, aquablation. He explained everything thoroughly and I felt confident to go ahead. The procedure, and the successful outcome have been remarkable. I was comfortable throughout and the nurses talked to me and held my other hand. Before I knew it, it was done, no pain and finished. My consultant and treatment was excellent although getting output through to the correct department was time consuming. Also the support nurses struggled to take blood and was only successful on the fourth nurse’s attempt after a wait of over three hours. The Dr explained everything very carefully and was excellent during my follow up appointment.

Overall my recent experience was excellent. I had recently had foot surgery and had a blue post surgery shoe on. A lovely, thoughtful and kind nurse called Theresa brought me a stool and pillow to elevated my foot without me even asking and generally looked after me and made sure all the other patients were ok.

Prompt, on time. Comfortable waiting area, convenient parking. Filling out the details on paper seemed a bit inefficient, couldn’t this be done online before the appointment and have paper as a back up? The on site pharmacy did not stock the prescribed medication, which was a little disappointing.
