Cannot speak more highly of Delamere. The liaison team are absolutely amazing, always friendly, helpful and accommodating. The nurses are lovely and genuinely care they have helped me a lot when I needed it. The chefs are brilliant big shout out to both Neils because they are so lovely and i enjoy every conversation with both of them and they always go above and beyond for us guests. The cleaning staff are brilliant and always know your name which is lovely. Everyone genuinely cares about you which is such a lovely concept because it really makes Delamere feel like home. I have enjoyed every class and every group I have been involved in. Finally the brilliant Mark and Gary my Therapist and mentor they are just brilliant and have helped me so so much I cannot thank them enough.

Mr Dehne, has given me back my life. I needed a total knee replacement after suffering from an accident. He was very thorough in his explanations and examinations. He was extremely kind and thoughtful as I was extremely nervous about the surgery. He put me at ease and I trusted him implicitly. Jack has helped me manage the symptoms of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome through a tailored strengthening and fitness program. He's measured my progress over time using rep count reports and strength measuring devices as well as charting general wellbeing. We recently started adapted boxing too which I have enjoyed. I feel really supported and motivated to reach my goals. He is understanding and meets you where you are at fitness-wise, as well as pushing you to the best you can be. I would definitely recommend Jack to other people with long term health conditions like me.

Everything went ok but if I had one criticism it would be I felt that the surgical area was very busy and needed more nurses . I was left in my room with no one coming in for quite a long time and although offered a coffee after the procedure I eventually had to ring my bell and a Dr came and brought me a coffee . Luckily I am not a nervous patient but if I had been there wasn’t enough contact with nursing staff . They’d appear and say they were going to do something and then disappear and not come back .

I had a suspicious mole removed.. Dr Awdeh explained everything clearly and carried out the procedure smoothly, painlessly and quickly explaining everything that was happening throughout the process.
