I had a really positive experience at The Harborne Hospital. I was greeted warmly on arrival and was actually seen before my appointment time, which was very much appreciated. My consultant Mr Leung truly listened to me and took the time to understand the full picture of how I’ve been feeling. He was extremely thorough, and for the first time in a long while, I left feeling hopeful — hopeful not only that my pain can be better managed, but also that I may finally get a clear diagnosis of what is actually happening to me. I really appreciated how carefully and thoughtfully everything was explored. Every member of staff I met was kind, professional, and supportive. The level of care and compassion shown throughout my visit was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service.

I recently had a consultation with Dr Tan, and I was truly impressed by the level of care she provided. She showed exceptional compassion and empathy, listened carefully to every concern, and addressed each point thoroughly and individually. No question felt rushed or unwelcome. This review honestly doesn’t do justice to the standard of service we received. I left the appointment feeling completely reassured and confident that I was in the safest hands. Speaking with her felt like talking to someone I had known for years—she was patient and so attentive. Whenever something wasn’t clear, she took the time to explain it fully, even using drawings to help us understand. A service like that will never be forgotten, thank you so much!

I had an online ADHD assessment with Bernhard Kelley-Patterson. Bernhard was very friendly and professional, I felt at ease throughout the appointment and would happily talk with him again. So far my experience with Skylight has been very positive, the wait times between communication emails are generally 3-5 days and it took approximately 8 weeks to get my first appointment after the registering my interest. Considering the NHS waiting list for an ADHD assessment is 4 years, I’d say that pretty damn good. I would highly recommend opting for Skylight through the ‘Right to Choose’ pathway via the NHS. I would like to express my sincere thank you to Mr. Karashi, who performed the sonata treatment and hysteroscopic myomectomy. The operation went well and my period has become normal and much lighter after the operation. My tummy has less pressure to my lower back after both treatments. The meeting I had with Miss Phyllis recently involved going through the different stages since the procedure on the 14th of November 2024. Miss Phillips reviewed my hand including the incisions and also the movement of my thumb. Miss Phyllis explained to me that the surgery was a success and that I should continue with hand therapy in order to gain more movement and strength in my thumb. Miss Phyllis explained that I would no longer require to attend her clinic and that I should continue to participate in physiotherapy sessions

The examination was thorough, identifying several lesions which were scanned for the doctor to assess afterwards. I was told that the doctor's report would be available within a week. Cannot tell you about my visit as my reply to asking for an appointment is we don’t have and appointments and try calling on a Monday Tuesday or Thursday. Absolutely disgusting I’d be happy if given a date in a months time . You know you can never either get through on the phone or online to ge pain and with many other issues t an appointment. Spend a hour on hold to be told there are no appointments so I’m living in absolute pain and many other issues what a waste of time

Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. I assume that due to my strong stomach muscles the surgeon could not lift them so high so as to see that my Inguinal Hernia had extended down to the pubic bone. Probably that is very rare. The surgeon took my observations seriously and indeed enquired again about it before being discharged. Furthermore he phoned me today to re discuss and he restated that I was to have an examination to then decide further actions.
