My recent visit was to receive the results of a pelvic ultrasound, discuss the outcome and discuss further options. Nothing untoward in respect of the pelvic scan. Benefiting from the topicalvaginal oestrogen presribed, but switching to Estriol cream. Discussed the ongoing problems I have with unauthorised surgery done during a bowl prolapse operation in 2013 using mesh. There are to many difficulties and dangers involved in removing the mesh. Am grateful to Mr Griffiths for the detailed information he has given me about this surgery and the reasons it would be very difficult and not wise to try and remove the mesh. He is the first Consultant who has done this and I have been trying to find out this information for 10 years. I now know what the real situation is and what my true options and possibilities are in dealing with my continuing problems. A successful outcome for me.

I have undergone hip revision surgery under the care of Mr Mahmoud . The treatment i have received to me was outstanding from him and his team. His manor was of a caring and friendly nature explaining my situation and offering choices to have the surgery or to keep observing the hip. Right from the day of admission to hospital i was reassured by all people involved as i a very bad experience the first time round. I wish to give a special mention to the anaesthetist and his team because this was something i really anxious about again reassuring me all the way i can't thank them enough as a result of their kindness and support i was completely relaxed So once again a very big thank you to everyone involved in my treatment.

I was an online client. My first day and many following days, a laptop was placed somewhere (usually with a very minimal view of part of the room) whilst people in the room had a conversation (often it was staff as other patients had left the room/ spent a lot of time waiting for groups to start/ group leaders). Group timings etc weren't stuck to or structured and there seemed no consistency. The hardest part was having to have an 'assessment' i.e. go through my life background in detail (including trauma) a total of 5 times with different members of staff. I'm sorry to say (and likely it's different in person) but there didn't seem to be any genuine care whatsoever. It was a waste of time for me attending here sadly.

I attended an appointment with my mum as she has been referred for cataract surgery. Upon arrival we had a warm friendly welcome. When mum was called in I explained to the lady that mum is profoundly deaf and she lip read's and asked if she could look at mum when talking to her. Naz was absolutely amazing, she spoke clearly and looked at my mum when speaking and explained everything to her. Both myself and my mum were really impressed as it's not easy for my mum when people don't understand her deafness. The lady we saw after Naz was good with mum too. With our experience yesterday it put our minds at rest that mum will be helped and understood when she goes back for surgery.

A minimally evasive full knee replacement that resulted in being able to walk confidently without crutches within two weeks. Little leg movement possible in first week but significant improvement in second week with exercises. Drugs kept pain to low levels in first week and weaned off them by end of second. Looking forward to running and racket sports after three months. Received great care and communication throughout.. Special thanks to Mr Panose and also to Lockie the physio.

I have always been happy with the service and patient experience at the London Clinic. However, when I went for my MRI on a Saturday morning, MRI department was closed and there was no information about it. I had to go around the hospital to try and find out what was going on. After about an hour I was finally sent to another MRI scanner on a different floor . The clinicians there were lovely and very apologetic about the experience I had although it was not their fault.

I took the decision to have the cataracts removed from both eyes at the same time thereby reducing recovery time. It was an excellent decision - the care and professionalism provided by Clarity was excellent with clear and concise instructions. The administration of the necessary eye drops was all consuming for four weeks but well worth the effort. The difference in vision is quite astounding. Thank you Clarity.
