I go to alien aesthetics in worcester and i honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they are so amazing and trustworthy ! Everyone has a medical background in the business, which personally I think it is so important. You are in much safer hands when your practitioner has proper medical training, and it really shows in the care you get and the results you get . They even have a 24/7 aftercare line, which is such a comfort especially when you have just had a fresh procedure. It really shows how much they care about their clients safety and wellbeing. What I really love is that they will only ever do what’s best for you. They are honest and will tell you if it’s too much for your body to take all at once. They genuinely care about achieving natural , balanced results rather than just saying yes to everything and take your money. Even a colleague at work goes there and a family member and they could not recommend them enough either. We all agree the whole team is so professional and friendly and genuinely care about getting the best and safe results for yourself individually The team make you feel completely comfortable , they explain everything clearly , and genuinely care about your results . Everyone is so friendly and kind to talk to. I always reccomend them to anyone considering getting filler or botox procedures, or anyone who wants a dissolve and to start fresh after bad experiences else where. So many places offer cheap deals but cut corners. Alien aesthetics are so professional, safe , and absolutely worth every penny. I would not choose anywhere else ! and everyone who is choosing to start there journey should honestly spend that extra bit of money and go to alien !!

Staff are amazing and caring, the problem is not enough staff, only 2 at a time on dementia unit. When they are assisting someone in their room there are no staff to keep an eye on residents in rest of unit. These residents have little understanding of their behaviour or instructions, have poor mobilty and coordination. Myself, as a visitor has had to intervene on several occasions to prevent falls or fighting, and I witnessed other visitors doing the same. This is not my job. I can't fault what the staff do, they go above and beyond and do their best, the issue is understaffing. I'm not making these comments to cause trouble but because I have concerns about safeguarding and feel that all is needed is more appropriate staffing levels. There should also be a male carer on at all times for male residents, and always the same group of staff for familiarity.

RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

I was referred by my GP to RTN via Right To Choose and I have been diagnosed with combined type ADHD. I wanted an assessment which was thorough as I have other conditions such as anxiety, and it was very comprehensive. I felt like my full history was properly reviewed and explained to me. The assessment process was also vulnerable to go through, especially as an adult in my 40s, but all the staff I spoke to via email or face-to-face were very kind, supportive and validating. Thank you. My overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend RTN to others. My one small piece of feedback is whether you can incorporate a save button in the online forms. I find form-filling quite overwhelming and I think it would have helped to be able to do it in stages.

Dr Nicholas was my anaesthetist for my C section of my first baby in July 2025. I couldn’t recommend him enough! He made the entire experience so special. He treated me with care and compassion and I felt completely safe in his hands. Not only is he a great anaesthetist, but he was so lovely to have recorded the delivery of my baby - a memory that I will cherish forever. His aftercare was also excellent - he checked on me several times afterwards to ensure that I was receiving adequate pain relief. I am so grateful that Dr Nicholas was my anaesthetist for the delivery of my baby and making it a painless and beautiful experience

Mr Branimir Penev

Not something any man would look forward to, but overall Mr Penev was great, clearly very experienced and a very nice man indeed! Of course, Mr Penev can speak generally of patient experiences regarding the procedure and recovery, but I would suggest having a 'questions list' handy from the start and a third party with you at the consultation stage if possible. That person will pick up on things you forgot, and remember advice you were given. Mr Penev has contacted three times since the procedure, for details of my recovery, and each time responded empathically to any concerns I might have.

Mr Tony Nargol

Mr Nargol has replaced both my knees and my left hip in the last 5 years. He is truly amazing and I can't thank him enough for giving me my life back. On all 3 occasions, Mr Nargol and all of the team at the Nuffield, Norton have looked after me so well. They are kind, friendly, professional and very knowledable. I have gone from being in severe pain and unable to walk even a short distsnce to being able to spend whole days on my feet again. I truly owe a huge debt of gratitude to Mr Nargol and the Nuffield team

Very positive experience , the staff really helped put my nerves at ease and I feel confident that I will be well looked after during my surgery as a result . I would like to especially recognise the nurse who conducted my pre assessment appointment for being so friendly and reassuring and for the nurse who took my bloods when I took a turn and felt faint , she was quick to react and her actions prevented me from passing out completely

Overall my first appointment at Spire Lea hospital was a satisfactory experience. At the reception I was quickly registered as an insurance patient. The waiting time was not very long. The duration of the appointment was long enough to cover all my questions, explain my problem and get a gynaecology examination by the doctor with help of a female assistant. The doctor explained to me a treatment to follow to alleviate my symptoms.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking systems at reception which meant checking in was delayed due to a queue that had formed. However the staff were very helpful and trying to do all they could to inform patients of the problem. The nursing station seemed very busy and understaffed, there was a delay in urine testing due to this and I waited 30minutes just to be provided with a sample jar and bag.

Because of his care and expertise in recommending a biologic injection treatment, I no longer suffer from breathlessness and night coughing. Dr Wong is patient, caring, and always explains the cause of any symptoms and the benefits of prescribed medication in understandable language. I am so grateful to be under the care of Dr Wong.

He took my issue very seriously and prescribed medication, which we discussed briefly during my consult (and which I strongly preferred as opposed to conservative treatment).
