I went to see Dr. Barbara Kubica after being referred by a friend, and I instantly fell in love with her beautiful space and holistic approach to skin and wellness. We started with an Oligo Scan, a super interesting device that scans the palm of your hand to measure vitamin and mineral levels. its quick, non-invasive, and gives instant results! Dr. Barbara then gave me a booster injection tailored to my body's needs, including glutathione and vitamin D3, to replenish what I was missing. Afterwards, we did a high-tech Al skin analysis that took a detailed photo of my face, highlighted my focus areas, and even created a 3D model showing how my skin could improve with future treatments. Dr. Barbara is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I couldn't recommend her more, definitely one of my new favourite wellness destinations in London!

My GP had arranged an emergency MRI check for me as a result of a recent head injury. My appointment time got changed three times. I was 10 minutes ahead of schedule to my appointment. The initial doctor visit was prompt and thorough. My MRI appointment was for 6:30 PM but I finally got going at 7:30 PM. An hour wait in a private hospital priding itself in quality of service is unacceptable. I had to repeatedly ask why there was a delay. Finally when I arrived at the MRI room I was told that there was an urgent patient who was put ahead of me taking my slot. All they had to do was to communicate this to me instead of the constant wait. I had to wait for another 15 minutes to remove the injection line placed in my vein and it only got removed when I threatened to leave with it!

Mr Mulla saw my daughter in clinic for problems with nasal turbinates. He put my daughter at ease and was able to easily diagnose her issue of enlarged adenoids. Initially advised allergy testing and steroid nasal spray however once these did not have the effect hoped for, he recommended adenoid removal. Throughout the whole time under Mr Mulla’s care he thoroughly explained all our options and answered all our questions. Mr Mulla spoke to my daughter and made her feel in control of her care. After her operation, she recovered well and we have noticed a really positive difference in her breathing.

I went in for a cosmetic procedure and from start to finish every single member of staff from Reception onwards went out of their way to be polite, friendly, caring, approachable, empathetic, thorough and supportive, nothing was to much trouble. I was brought in to the appointment as soon as I arrived at the Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital by Mr Solan. This was 5 minutes early! Mr Solan took the time to review my recent investigation and give his opinion on management. I appreciated his honesty on conservative management as the best choice despite that being less business for him as a surgeon. As a GP he appropriately tailored his explanations to my understanding with a great consultation style. I would recommend him as a private option to my patients.

The team at IPD were brilliant to work with from start to finish! They were considerate and thoughtful throughout and made it very easy to arrange my test. Ines was wonderful on the day and made our toddler feel very comfortable getting her sleep study done. Ana has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable about a potentially very scary prospect of our young child getting surgery. Without their support, I don't know what we would have done! I was apprehensive in having a total knee replacement, but Mr Brew put me at my ease and the procedure was quick and very efficient. Initial pain was controlled by medication and within a week I was walking and forgot my sticks! Some 8 weeks after the operation, I am walking daily, with no pain. It really is a new lease of life, after years of pain. I throughly recommend the procedure and Mr Brew, who done a great job.

Had Two Cataracts done first one to Right Eye with Injection into the chamber of the eye and everything went well had to phone Optegra With a small problem but after having it explained To me all is fine. The second operation into the left eye more recently done am coping but need to Wear magnifying glasses to read small things for now. Staff so helpful kind and look after you.
