I have been seeing Josh at Reflex 18 for the past two months as part of my recovery plan following a Total Knee Replacement in October 2025. During my initial consultation, Josh carefully established my prior level of fitness and worked with me to identify ambitious yet realistic rehabilitation goals. He designed a bespoke programme of graduating exercises which are further adapted during each subsequent appointment. I find it helpful that Josh demonstrates each exercise, fine tunes my ‘effort’ and also emails a visual guide, as a reminder, after each appointment. I believe that I have made far greater progress in terms of knee flexion, stamina and strength by visiting Reflex 18 than I ever would have done if I had attempted to pursue my own rehab using a book or online package. Josh has the ability to identify which muscles need to be worked upon in order to achieve a certain goal and this is something which I could have not done myself. The Reflex 18 rooms are immaculately clean and are well-equipped. I have found every staff member to be friendly and highly professional. There is never any pressure to book further appointments. Parking is plentiful and convenient.. I am very happy with the support which I have received from Reflex 18.

Mr Billy Wong

I met Mr Wong (Billy) around August 2024 for recurrent sinusitis and loss of taste / smell. Billy has always been so attentive, responsive, considerate and kind. Billy explains everything clearly so I completely understood what was happening. Billy is thorough in his care: obtaining images to better understand what is going on before making an ongoing plan. I recently had sinus surgery (FESS) with Billy as my condition had not improved despite good medical management. Billy is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, he is also a fantastic and caring individual (with a good sense of humour too!). Billy met with me before surgery and reassured me, he was also in the pre op room, then in the theatre with me, then recovery and also post op to debrief and check up on how I was feeling. This kind of healthcare is so vital to people's wellbeing; this stuff matters, it's a shame that it's so rare, but with Billy; it's there as standard and flawless! I cannot recommend him enough. Fitzrovia Suite

We chose Fitzrovia Suite as its part of big NHS hospital in case of any unexpected emergency, it made us feel comfortable being just 1 floor away in case anything happens. The team is wonderful and professional able to create a sense of safety and calm in those moments before and after birth. They were supportive during one of the most vulnerable and delicate experiences a woman can go through, offering practical tips, guidance, emotional support and truly personal care at any hour, for any question or request we had. Midwifes supported us looking after our baby so we can get some sleep waking us is time for feeds, meds and breastfeed support. The midwifes were also available on WhatsApp after the birth, which was incredibly helpful. There is so much information to process when you’re discharged home, and having the ability to ask follow-up questions and get quick clarifications made a huge difference for us. Facility itself is clean, catering is nice, rooms were comfortable, branded toiletries are provided -great experience.

Thanks to everyone at Freedom Vision in Bromley for giving me a positive experience throughout my time with them.  I was very nervous to have the procedure, but it went smoothly and led to an excellent outcome.  Having had my cataracts removed from both eyes and RayOne Galaxy Toric multifocal replacement lenses fitted, I now have amazing eyesight for distant, intermediate and near vision.  I am especially grateful to the optometrist and the surgeon for their expertise and care, and to Chirag, the Patient Liaison Manager who always made me feel well supported.

I was recommended to book an appointment at the clinic due to ongoing pain from planta fasciitis, that I’d had for 2 years.. I saw Stuart Hodder for an assessment and then a follow up appointment. It was clear that exercise alone was not going to address my ongoing issues so he recommended an injection. I am now a month past the injection and am overjoyed with the outcome. For the first time in 2 years I am pain free. I am able to walk long distances and not be crippled by pain the next day. I only wish I’d been recommended to the clinic sooner.

The clinic is easy to find, just off the motorway. I was made a cup of tea when I arrived. The doctor was very pleasant and patient whilst I listed my many and confusing health symptoms. From walking through the doors on my first visit (presurgery) in June 2025 I was put at ease at all stages throughout my visits from the reception staff, the assessment staff pre surgery and the operating staff, pre and post surgery staff and the surgeon himself. Any questions IAd were answered very thoroughly.

I saw Mr. Davda in April 2025 for a consultation regarding pain caused by arthritis in my big toe. Mr. Davda gave clear advice which resulted in chielectomy surgery in May 2025. The surgery went very smoothly and the recovery process was as outlined by Mr. Davda. I am pleased to say that the treatment was successful and, over six months on from surgery, I am not currently experiencing pain.
