I was referred to Dr Cregg for continuing pain after endometriosis surgery. He examined me and told me that I could ask to stop at any time. When the examination became painful I forgot how to ask him to stop, so he didn’t. Afterwards he did apologise for it being painful. The room at the Fortius did not feel set up for intimate exams. I had emailed his secretary some of my previous notes, which she confirmed she had received, but Dr Cregg did not have access to them at my appointment. He said he wanted to coordinate with the other specialties I was under regarding ongoing investigations, then didn’t. He said that bloating and distension are the same thing, but they are not. He wanted to refer me for an MRI to check for any issues with muscles or nerves, including endometriosis. He said we could discuss my questions later then took me to sign forms and disappeared, it was really unclear that was the end of the appointment. I was told when I booked that the first appointment would be 50 minutes, but in total it was maximum 30 minutes. I was then told by his secretary when to book an appointment to follow up with the results. The working day before, his secretary emailed me (not phoned) to cancel the appointment as my MRI had not yet been reported on. I had already booked a follow up appointment with my gynaecologist the afternoon of this planned appointment to discuss Dr Cregg’s findings, which I could now not change without being charged as I saw the email less than 24 working hours before. I told his secretary that my insurance plan was changing and I really needed the MRI results beforehand to have time for any potential treatment / surgery to still be covered. It was a lot of hassle to get the report, and when I eventually did see Dr Cregg he said I needed to follow up with my gynaecologist (again) to discuss one of the findings. He was late to the follow up appointment because he had double booked the slot, which he did apologise for. I told him the pain and vomiting were getting worse and felt unmanageable on my current medications. He told me to stop taking opioids and that he would never have prescribed them in the first place (which my other doctors disagreed with since I was only using them for flare ups); that he didn’t think I should start neuromodulators but didn’t explain why (several doctors wanted me to, I am now on a low dose for gastro issues and find it helpful); that I needed to use less heat for the pain; that pain can cause nausea and vomiting but he wouldn’t advise on antiemetics and to ask gastro instead (who then said that wasn’t her area either). He said the pain was from myofascial pain syndrome affecting the pelvic floor, with hormones causing flare ups. He didn’t listen when I said the pain he found felt very different to my flare up pain. He wanted me to do pelvic physio, which I’d already recently finished treatment with and my physio said she had checked the same areas he found to be painful. He said this could be with or without pelvic floor injections. I told him I didn’t feel I had enough information to decide, to which he replied that I had this conversation (?), the letter, and I could book an additional appointment if I wanted - I’m unsure how this would’ve helped. When I received the letter it said the injections were CT guided and done under sedation, which he had not mentioned. Later when I spoke with my insurance they wanted to know why the sedation was necessary, which I could not answer. He uses some sort of AI assistance during appointments but doesn’t explain beforehand. Both my letters have several mistakes. He did emphasise in the letter that his diagnosis was separate from endometriosis in order for my insurance to cover treatment for me. I tried removing my IUS and have had no pain or vomiting since. My gynaecologist now thinks the IUS was causing my flare ups. So I don’t believe Dr Cregg’s treatment plan would’ve worked. I have since seen another pelvic physio for a second opinion who said since I now have no pain, she doesn’t think I should pursue his treatment plan. I have not been able to reproduce the pain from his examination, so she thought possibly I was nervous and tense in his appointment.

would like to make a complaint following an IPL treatment I had on 21/01/26. I had a consultation with Dr Branka and a subsequent telephone conversation with Krupa. I repeatedly asked this whether was risk of my symptoms being exacerbated by the treatment. I was repeatedly reassured that this would not happen. I had email exchanges with Krupa where she assured me repeatedly that the greatest reaction that I would get would be mild reddening around the eye lid for 30 mins. I had explained that I had a job interview the following day and was advised that would not be any reaction or issue. I was reassured both by email and in person on the day. My skin had a significant reaction to the procedure. The possibility of such a reaction to such a procedure had never been explained or even suggested. On meeting Dr Branka post procedure, she told me that my eyes weren’t dry, and in fact were significantly better. She said the tear break up was 7 seconds and that there had been an improvement, however I would like a second opinion on this, as they feel dryer and are visibly red, whereas they were not immediately beforehand. The visibly look and feel much worse than prior to the procedure. I completely feel like I’m being fobbed off. When I said to Dr Branka that I was not made aware of the risks she cheerfully old me that I signed the consent form and that of course there is the possibility of this reaction particularly with my very think skin. I was completely unaware that I had thin skin or that there could have been such a complication which would exacerbate my skin and eye problems. I explained that had a risk of this IPL been ‘worsening of dry eye symptoms, worsening of ocular rosacea/ rosacea’ I would have NEVER had the procedure. Dr Branka just said of course there was a risk and told me it happens in those people with rosacea. This had NEVER been mentioned in the consultation prior to the procedure. My eyes were not significantly bothersome prior to the treatment, I did it as a preventative to improve the gland and to avoid the dry eye disease progressing. When I asked Dr Branka what next in terms of how I manage this now worse situation she said that I can only use cotton flannels and saline as I am reactive to most things. She has told me I need to pay privately for a dermatologist for advice. This is not only causing me health problems but costing me money to resolve this. I have already spent over £700 for the consultation with dr Branka and the procedure! I am left anxious, distressed and upset by this experience and the ongoing problems. It has caused further issues with my skin. The rosacea was not posing a problem prior to the IPL and while I had been prescribed Soolantra and Azealic acid I had not needed to take them as I was not experiencing a flare up. I do not know where to go now for help, advice or to resolve this issue. I am really upset as my eyes and skin have worsened as a result and I am left alone to deal with it or pay out for help to try to correct it. Again, to reiterate, I would never have had IPL if I had known there was any risk of worsening symptoms. This was never explained, even when I explicitly asked initially. Dr Branka from from the outset said I was a good candidate but I needed to check with a dermatologist due to family skin cancer. I had checked this and the dermatologist said it would not be a problem from the perspective of skin cancer. I would like another opinion. I would like advice treatment and next steps. Not from dr Branka as all faith has gone.

From beginning to end what a warm and comforting environment. I don’t think the people that make the difference always get the feedback they deserve. Mr Basu was extremely kind and even referred to my dad in his call as he’s just passed away and I’d mentioned him. Sarah gascoigne from my initial call to book me in for my vacuum assisted biopsy I’ll add I suffer with anxiety and even though dreading it her personality and the way she spoke to me on email calls and holding my hand / leg lol just made the process possible. Shamima was also so kind and supportive and finally Dr Telesca you were so lovely and approached me in the best way possible so professional yet warming and just made me feel it was going to be ok. Thank you dream team! Take care hope you get to see this and all your bosses praise you as you should be in what is such a scary place for the patient to be. Take care.

I can’t recommend Dr Emily Cary highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing in supporting me through the early stages of perimenopause. From our very first appointment, she made me feel listened to, understood, and reassured during what can be a confusing and overwhelming time. Her knowledge, calm approach, and clear explanations helped me make sense of my symptoms and feel confident about the next steps. She took the time to tailor my care to me as an individual, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Thanks to her support and guidance, I feel far more informed, supported, and positive about managing this transition. I’m incredibly grateful for her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any woman at the start of their menopause journey.

St Giles Physiotherapy provided excellent care for my painful wrist, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physiotherapy in Northampton. From the outset Georgia understood my issue which meant we could maximize the appointment time for hands-on treatment. She used a variety of different techniques during the session, which made the treatment feel thorough and targeted rather than one‑dimensional. I was also given clear follow-up advice and tailored exercises to continue at home, which has really helped my recovery between appointments. Everyone I dealt with at the clinic was caring, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me, which made the whole experience feel very supportive as well as professional.

I felt very confident in Dr Chopra, which was reassuring, and having Stephanie observe the consultation was also positive for her professional development. The advice I received aligned with my own independent analysis using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, which further reinforced my confidence in both the diagnosis and the prescribed treatment plan. Dr Chopra also addressed additional concerns beyond the initial reason for my visit, offering a broader treatment approach, which I appreciated. While I understand that diagnosing multiple issues within a half-hour appointment is challenging, the consultation was helpful and provided the reassurance and confidence boost I was looking for.

Extremely punctual- no wait at all. Welcoming, personable, thorough in line of enquiry and clear in providing explanation and plotting the way forward and clarifying expectations for me, the patient. In short, a faultless professional. As someone who has consistently enjoyed high quality service from NHS professionals in a wide variety of medical premises over many years, this experience still stood out as exceptional. (Also, excellent coffee and ham and cheese toasty in hospital canteen served by cheerful and welcoming catering staff.)

I was greeted by a friendly team of staff at Fitness First who directed me to a waiting area, as I was a little early. I then met my Physiotherapist who went through the initial consultation. She was very professional and thoughtful when doing anything during the examination and treatment. She carefully talked me through her findings so that I could understand her diagnosis and treatment requirements. My treatment was with Selene Cavallaro, not with the suggested people on the next question.

We had a very thorough and helpful consultation with Elizabeth. She took the time to review my daughter’s full dietary history, supplements, hydration and bowel pattern in detail. The recommendations were practical, evidence-based and realistic for a child, particularly around fibre, hydration and structured eating. I appreciated the balanced approach — no extreme changes, just sensible guidance and a clear follow-up plan. I felt listened to and supported. Thank you.

I had a shoulder issue which was not resolving itself with Physio so my physiotherapist advised me to get it checked by an orthopedic shoulder specialist. Mr Putti diagnosed the problems, arranged for an xray during my consultation, explained my options with the risks and gave me a cortisone injection, which has resolved my issues, all within a 1 hour appointment. A very efficient, professional service.

I saw Dr Cath for persistent hip pain, having been referred onwards with no clear answers on what was causing it. I went in very frustrated, however came out feeling that I had more understanding of what the issue is, her explanations were very clear and helpful. On her advice I am now starting a clearly defined physio plan and I feel more hopeful than I have in a long time. Thanks so much!

After various tests the diagnosis was confirmed and I was sent for physiotherapy which has been very successful.. Dr Creer has a brisk manor but he was very good at explaining things and I am very grateful for his diagnosis.
