Moving to a new country was supposed to be an exciting fresh start, but instead I found myself struggling with depression and anxiety in ways I'd never experienced before. She understood the complexity of what I was going through - it wasn't just about feeling low, it was about grief, identity, belonging, and rebuilding my life from scratch. She created such a compassionate space whilst also helping me develop practical strategies to manage both the depression and anxiety. I'm still in therapy, but the difference is remarkable. I can handle difficult days so much better now. I've got tools that actually work, and more importantly, I've found hope again. I can see a future here that feels possible, even good. The anxiety doesn't consume me the way it did, and the depression has lifted enough that I can engage with my new life rather than just surviving it. I have visited the Private Eye Hospital on many occasions(the last one on 8.1.26)and have always found all the staff to be very friendly but professional.The service I have received on each occasion has been of the highest order.I would particularly like to mention my eye Consultant Sharmina Khan.She is without doubt the “jewel in the crown”for the Hospital.Anything involving your eyes is incredibly stressful.Sharmina has an amazing ability to put you at your ease and feel confident everything will be fine which it has been.If you read this review and require advice in relation to your eyes then I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hospital

The Manor Hospital appeared clean, pleasant environment and staff were friendly. There is however one major issue - Car Parking. I nearly missed my appointment despite arriving 35 minutes prior. The car park does not appear adequate for the volume of patients and staff. A vehicle had been parked and blocked the car park, presumably because they thought were going to miss their appointment. This was resolved by creating a one way system which finally allowed me to, by luck, get a space. As an improvement it might be good if when booking, the booker tells the patient of possible alternative car parks in the area that they might have to use?

Or get them all done in one go, here, seamlessly, for a little more cost. Doctor, staff, practice, whole experience all first rate.
