Dr. Charlotte Frise has literally changed my life. I've had unexplainable high-blood pressure for almost ten years, with no doctors in Australia (where I'm from) or London (where I live) previously being unable to solve this mystery. In preparing for pregnancy via IFV, I consulted Charlotte given her specialty in high-risk patients. She took our appointment after hours, digested all of the various tests results, heard my feelings and anecdotes I gave her on my condition, and then provided some firm but gentle feedback to consult one final specialist she knew had achieved quite remarkable results with other young women facing my challenges, in addition to a very clear picture of what I could expect if I were to proceed with pregnancy in my (then) current state. In the space of six months, the cause of my high BP was found and I have since had a minor procedure and stent inserted, which has cured me. I am now no longer considered 'high-risk' but will proceed with Charlotte given my history, which I could not be happier to do so. If you are looking for a doctor who can translate the science and medicine into real life – she is it!

Today I had the most incredible experience with Dr Alek Nikolic, and I can honestly say I walked out feeling like me again. Just a little more refreshed! As a mom, I spend so much of my time taking care of everyone else, so sitting in that chair and doing something just for myself felt like the ultimate act of self-care. We did a combination of Botox and filler, and what I loved most was how natural the results are. Dr Alek took the time to explain every step, understood exactly what I wanted, and made sure the outcome still looked like me, just a well-rested, confident version. If you have been thinking about small, subtle tweaks that help you feel your best, I can’t recommend Dr Alek enough. His approach is so professional, calm, and honest, and the entire experience fits so beautifully into what I always talk about on my page: moms taking care of themselves. The staff was very helpful, provided clear directions and were efficient throughout the journey: reception, the specialist assessment and analysis with the Opthalmic surgeon., the subsequent administration for immediate treatment, and finally the nurse supporting in administering the laser treatment. The process was supportive and positive, and took less than an hour in total. While the process of patient care and management was smooth, the parallel path of document and papers was that despite providing all information up front with respect to insurance, previous treatments, etc. there was still considerable amount of paperwork to fill out during the journey, as well as several corrections to be made on filled out pages. Which can be tricky with dilated pupils.

Went in with our 14 week old for a tongue tie consultation as the NHS wouldn’t see her as she was over 12 weeks. Mira explained everything thoroughly and in a way non medical people would understand, she was also amazing with a tired, hungry, grumpy baby. She diagnosed the tongue tie within seconds of looking in her mouth and cut it there and then with the help of the nurse. Baby cried understandably but next to no bleeding and was feeding with 5 minutes. Mira has worked a miracle and it’s like having a different baby. Thank you so much from one very tired, emotional breastfeeding mother, you are amazing!!

Dr Lewis is probably the best medical professional I’ve seen in the UK — he took the time to explain everything clearly, and the quality of care has been outstanding. What stood out most to me was how personable and approachable he was. He made it easy to talk openly, encouraged questions, and I never felt that my time with him was rushed. Every interaction felt relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely caring. I’m really happy that I was referred to Dr Lewis and that he was responsible for my care. My recent visitwith Dr Eccles in Maypole Clinic Holywood was very impressive what a lovely place it is (my first visit) cleanliness spectacular reception girl very polite and helpful the rest of the clinic as we took the lift to the first floor and again a impressive area spotless Met Dr Eccles who was very friendly and put you at ease right away had a talk of the procedure I was going to have and asked questions about my health and wellbeing would be happy wilh what was going on Dr Eccles is a very lovely person and looking forward to meet him again 10/10!!

The girl who took me to where to get changed wasn't very friendly. Was vague about where to leave my belongings, ledt me in ine with no locker and had no idea if she was coming back or I should go somewhere and got me to go into three different rooms. She forgot to tell me to take my watch off. She asked if i had had an mri before i said yes but i didnt like them. She wasnt then friendly or anything. She was going through the motions. The same when she took me back. Didnt smile or anything really poor and forgot to remind to take my watch

Dr Hunter was thorough and saw me for 45 minutes. He was able to provide a diagnosis on the basis of blood results I brought with me from my GP. He was able to explain the diagnosis in detail and drew a diagram to show what was going on. I became more relaxed as the appointment went on. Very professional and would recommend Dr Hunter for women’s health issues. He is very knowledgable in his field. I left the appointment knowing much more than before I went and had all my questions answered. Thank you!

I have little to add to my overall rating. I have only given 4 stars for bedside manner because, in the nature of these things, Mr Sullivan was not at my bedside for long. Having said that his initial consultation was informative, the operation went well and the post-op consultation was again very helpful in making me aware of what I could do and expect in the coming weeks. I would recommend Mr Sullivan to anyone looking for a surgeon to perform a hip replacement.

Book here for a routine gynaecologist appointment which I was very nervous about. However, my clinician Linda Farahani made me feel incredibly at ease throughout the whole appointment. All my questions were answered and I felt very satisfied after the appointment. Gemma at reception is amazing and guided me to where I needed to be for the appointment. The clinic was spotless throughout so I knew this place knows what it’s doing. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with my treatment. Mr McFaul clearly explained everything and answered any questions I had before my surgery. On the day of my procedure he again explained everything and put me at ease. The operation went well and he checked on me afterwards to ensure that all was ok. I have since had final appointment with him and have been discharged. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Kate Giffty is the nurse that looked after me since I checked in till I left the next day after my surgery. I never had such an excellent care like having it with Cate, she even helped me to take off and put my stockings on , All night she was checking on me very professionally with care and fantastic attitude.
