I recently had an L4/L5 XLIF spinal fusion performed by Mr. Kazzaz, and I’m very happy with the outcome. Before the surgery, I was struggling with ongoing leg pain that affected my day-to-day life. From my first consultation, Mr. Kazzaz was professional, kind, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident and well cared for throughout the process. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been excellent. My pain and nerve symptoms have improved significantly, and I feel much more comfortable and can’t believe how much more I feel like my old self. I’m very grateful for Mr. Kazzaz’s skill, expertise, and genuine care. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering spinal surgery. I cannot leave a review for the wonderful Mr Kazzaz without mentioning his Secretary Vanda! The combined team made me feel heard and supported and Vanda made sure my concerns and questions were answered quickly and I was always reassured that there is no such thing as a silly question.

Excellent. I am currently undergoing IVF treatment with Professor Yacoub Khalaf at Guys Hospital in London. A few days ago Prof. Khalaf successfully collected 3 eggs, which I am very happy about. So far I am very impressed and completely satisfied with the high quality of medical care at the IVF clinic at Guys Hospital directed by Prof. Khalif. Previously I have undergone IVF treatments at one NHS and two private clinics in London, and I can confidently say that the integrity, honesty and personal care I have received from Prof Khalaf is exceptional, and well beyond that of the other clinics. The staff is well trained, and the process has been very efficient and easy. Unlike the other clinics they have not prescribed unnecessary medication or unnecessary scans. As a result the experience at Guys has been less emotionally and physically intrusive. My husband and I can recommend Prof Khalaf very highly.

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr Sotiris who looked after me for my c-section. From the moment we met him, I felt fully reassured that I am in the best hands. He has the most calming and gentle approach and I felt that he cared deeply about my wellbeing during and after the procedure. He explained in details what to expect prior, during and after the surgery which provided me with lots of reassurance. I also really appreciated that he came and visited me the next day to check on me and make sure that I am recovering okay. Next to his outstanding medical skills, he is also an excellent photo/videographer :) who captured long lasting memories for us during the birth of our baby. I had done quite a lot of research into various specialist consultants and chosen Mr Dewsbury as a result of this and was not disappointed. In addition to the very high standards of clinical care and outcomes I expected I found a clinician that combined this with an easy willingness to listen and support. As a self funding pensioner a lot was riding on the outcome but the investment and the trust I put in the surgical team was certainly worth it. Should I need any treatment in the future Mr Dewsbury will be my first choice of consultant.

I had a raised spot on my arm which was diagnosed as actinic keratosis- precancerous cells. GP recommend cream but didn’t want to use due to side effects. Dr Gupta was very professional and had a very caring and kind disposition. She used cryotherapy on the area which was only mildly uncomfortable for a few seconds and then checked the rest of my body for me. Thoroughly recommend and have booked my husband for a body check! Thank you ☺️

Dr Sharon performed a TT division for my baby and provided a lactation consultation plus ongoing support in her breastfeeding group. With her support, I was able to get my son from the 2nd centile up to the 50th with exclusive breastfeeding, and his colic symptoms improved too. I couldn’t be more grateful to her for helping get us back on track - he’s 9 months now and still happily breastfeeding alongside solids.

Patronising, no evidence had read prefilled questionnaire, or previous history. Despite personal discomfort I described, the only response was to leave things as they were, lack of initiative. Lack of empathy. I was asked to book an appt sooner rather than later which I did, and then during the appt I was told to leave things as they were for another couple of months. Very dissatisfied with the service.
