I saw Mr Chahal yesterday after struggling with ankle problems since pregnancy, and more recently suffering two injuries that have caused my ankle to give way without warning. The pain and swelling have become overwhelming, especially from midday into the evening, and I finally knew it was time to seek help. From the moment I met Mr Chahal, I felt completely at ease. He was incredibly kind, calm, and transparent, taking the time to explain his thoughts clearly and compassionately. There was absolutely no pressure to make any decisions, and as someone who struggles with anxiety, this meant more to me than I can put into words. He explained possible causes and treatment options in a way that was reassuring rather than alarming, and I never once felt panicked. Sadly, some consultants can make you feel as though you’re being dramatic or exaggerating your symptoms, but Mr Chahal was the complete opposite. There was no judgement, only understanding, respect, and genuine care. I felt truly listened to, and that alone was incredibly comforting. Mr Chahal is everything you would hope for in a consultant. Calming, honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He has a quiet confidence that immediately builds trust, and it’s clear he is an expert in his field. I left my appointment feeling hopeful, supported, and reassured that I am finally in the right hands. Thank you so much, Mr Chahal. I had a total hip replacement about 6 months ago after years of pain and stiffness in my hip joint. As I am only in my late 40s I was reluctant to get it replaced at a relatively young age. Since the procedure I have felt like a different person and the pain that I had went immediately after the operation. I have just had a routine 6 month checkup with Mr Malek and the hip has healed nicely. I chose Mr Malek due to his experience with minimal evasive hip surgery and from the initial consultation through to the operation and aftercare I have been highly impressed with the overall process and his work. He is very approchable and helpful and made me feel I was in good hands. Furthermore, there has been little damage to the affected area which has allowed me to recover very quickly. Eventually I will need my other hip replacing and I will be returning to Mr Malek for this procedure to.

Fantastic Consultant. Mr Wilkinson has previously performed surgical procedures on me due to have a heart attack at a young age (42) and I have multiple stents. I wanted to just check all was well after 14 years and get some Piece of mind via consultation and some tests (GP will not use NHS services as I was not having no pain or symptoms and are only good in reactive situations) Mr Wilkinson is very knowledgeable, professional and always puts me at ease. It was a very positive experience and thankfully all went very well. I would 100% recommend Mr Wilkinson and trust him completely.

I was welcome by the receptionist. I saw George Dashfield, Audiologist . George made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He carried out my balance testing explaining each one in detail which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries . He was so thorough and guided me throughout the examinations. His manner is impeccable . By far one of the nicest professional I have come crossed in some time. Would definately recommend this service to others. Thank you.

All staff, including the receptionist, were very nice and helpful. The hospital waiting areas and the consulting room were very clean and well maintained. There were unlimited free hot drinks and water available for waiting patients. Whilst the hospital does not have a car park, there was plenty of on-street parking available (charges varying up to £6.50 for 4 hours - enforced until 8pm), even on a busy Friday traffic wise after 4pm, when I arrived.

I was fortunate enough to be able to have a minor procedure done during the clinic visit and she was very good at explaining everything clearly to me. Her nursing assistant, Georgia, was also very kind and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family or friends.

Highly recommend. Online booking process for a GP appointment was easy and so speedy. Lots of parking and no wait times to be seen. My appointment with the GP was so refreshing, he took time with me, was interested and gave me a proper check up. I was prescribed some medication and it was dispensed there and then in the practice. Overall I am satisfied with the service but I don't always feel like my consultant is as prepared for the consultation as he should be given how much it costs. I would expect him to have familiarised himself with my notes and previous conversations that we have had about treatment options. I find that I sometimes have to go over the same ground that we have discussed before.

I have been recovering from a frozen shoulder over the past 8 months. Georgie has been excellent in the various phases of the treatment. She has produced different sets of individual exercises to strengthen and stretch the joint and muscles as the condition has improved. She has also provided invaluable 'hands on' physiotherapy when required.
