I had a fantastic experience with CR+P's cardiac rehabilitation.programme. The staff were lovely, so kind and understanding which has been thoroughly appreciated. However, some frustration noted around wait times. While it is appreciated that diagnostics are a lengthy process and take time, I found issues where my assessments were delayed due to Skylight not having all the information from the forms I had already completed, and after submitting my forms I was not told that all of the information had not been received until I reached out and chased my application due to the time frames I was given being overdue. To improve this experience, more communication on what has and hasn’t been received would improve the experience and shorten some people’s wait times, as my wait time was partially increased due to lack of communication over forms I had or hadn’t filled in.

As a family our experience of Luxe Psychology Practice has been excellent. Jade developed instant rapport with my daughter who initially needed help for separation anxiety. My daughter really engaged with Jade during her weekly sessions and we were able to apply a number of practical coping strategies that were child friendly. Jade was able to put my daughter at ease and make the sessions both fun and practical whilst teaching emotional regulation strategies. Over the course of my daughter’s sessions Jade has always been professional, supportive and has always made to time to ensure we as parents know exactly how we can best support our child. I would highly recommend Jade and Luxe Psychology Practice.

I highly recommend Mr Hamoda. I saw him because I was considering HRT for extreme leg cramps, palpitations and difficulty sleeping. Mr Hamoda explained my options and risks in detail. He took time to make sure we covered everything, and he is very knowledgeable and forward thinking about perimenopause. I started oestrogen and progesterone and my cramps went away immediately and other symptoms improved a lot too. After having a terrible experience with the head of a menopause clinic who ranted about everyone trying to get HRT, I am so glad I tried again and found Mr Hamoda.

I have been to see Miss Bowring and Miss Evans for abnormal bleeding which was solved by the insertion of a Mirena coil. Unfortunately, the Mirena coil became dislodged (because of separate medical issues) and needed removing and reinserting. I trusted Miss Bowring and Miss Evans with my care and felt well informed and supported from beginning to end. In addition, their PA, Jemma, is knowledge and extremely helpful - she went above and beyond to help me when I encountered issues with my insurer. I cannot recommend London Gynaecology enough - 11/10!

Avni is absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend her enough. She started treated me during pregnancy but I have continued to see her after. Avni is really caring and intuitive and the only osteopath that I have been to who really manages to address any pain that I have been experiencing. She doesn't insist that you come back week after week, unless the treatment specifically requires a few sessions. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and provides really useful tips and recommendations that have helped me in all aspects of life.

I was referred to Nephrology as my creatinine levels were significant high in various test during the last 1 2 months and also as part of other illness. Dr Brincat was amazing explaining all related to my consultation, help me to get any test required the same day I visited in person and then the same week we had a follow up appointment where he explained the results and next steps. Not only very efficient time response, but also the kindness and professionalism explaining and making sure I understood what was happening.

Mr Nargol has replaced both my knees and my left hip in the last 5 years. He is truly amazing and I can't thank him enough for giving me my life back. On all 3 occasions, Mr Nargol and all of the team at the Nuffield, Norton have looked after me so well. They are kind, friendly, professional and very knowledable. I have gone from being in severe pain and unable to walk even a short distsnce to being able to spend whole days on my feet again. Better signage would help. We wandered around looking for the appropriate location. There are two car parking 4 areas which doesn't help. Luckily we found a helpful Doc who took us to where we needed to be. Once there we were welcomed. I couldn't eat anything after the op, the restaurant didn't have anything for gluten, dairy and egg free patient. I feel sure they could have products on standby for the future, most vegan products would suffice.

I had a raised spot on my arm which was diagnosed as actinic keratosis- precancerous cells. GP recommend cream but didn’t want to use due to side effects. Dr Gupta was very professional and had a very caring and kind disposition. She used cryotherapy on the area which was only mildly uncomfortable for a few seconds and then checked the rest of my body for me. Thoroughly recommend and have booked my husband for a body check! Thank you ☺️

Initial consultation explained that I would require a half knee replacement, the operation was carried out successfully with only one night in hospital, I was able to walk without crutches after 2 weeks. Now six weeks later I am using an exercise bike as recommended by physio with continued improvement. I fully recommend Mr Hersh Deo who l have found to be an excellent surgeon and has been professional throughout my knee surgery.
