He is an excellent consultant that always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and in a way that is clear and easy to understand. He also allows as much time as necessary each consultation to answer any further questions and listens and addresses them. He is up to date with all relevant recent research/ studies and is completely patient focused. It is also worth mentioning that he has an excellent medical secretary which means appointments, communication and contacting him if necessary is always prompt and straightforward . I feel very lucky to be under his care for my treatment as it has made a very stressful time much easier as I have total confidence in him as a consultant.

Super clear and expert advice and diagnosis. I chose Dr Brookes-Farzakerley because of his speciality in shoulder injuries- he examined me and assessed correctly and sent me for an MRI - which I had on the same day. Follow up consultation confirmed the earlier diagnosis and we set a date for surgery. Had surgery, post day three and feeling great. Dr BrookeS-Farzakerley informed me of everything that was going to happen and was very supportive and clear up to and on the day of surgery. The team around him was equally professional and at the top of their game. Highly recommend speaking to Dr Brookes-Farzakerley if you have a shoulder injury.

Mr Ofo is an exceptional surgeon with a wonderfully friendly, calm and reassuring manner. I felt completely at ease and in extremely safe hands from the moment I met him, and he explained the procedure clearly and answered all my questions in detail. Six months on from my hemithyroidectomy in April 2025, my scar is incredibly neat and pale. Mr Ofo was recommended to me by an eminent ENT consultant, who described him as "the best ENT surgeon in London". I feel extremely lucky to have been under Mr Ofo's care, and I would also like to thank his PA, Annabel, who was so kind and responsive.

He was exceptionally calm and explained every step of the procedure clearly, which made us feel comfortable throughout. After the procedure, he provided thorough after-care instructions and took the time to answer all our questions. He was very polite, highly trained, and truly professional in every way. He operates efficiently and is always on time. My skin lesions were examined and treated on the spot during the same session today. I received information about the nature and cause of my problem and was given instruction about how to look after the problem area until it is fully healed. I was charged as quoted when I booked the appointment.. Highly recommended service.

Staff all good, but I had been given inaccurate info before the appt and didn’t wear contact lenses for 2 weeks beforehand altho this was unnecessary as all measurements had already been taken. I then had to wait over an hour to be seen, longer than for the NHS appt. When I mentioned the long wait I was told this was because everyone had wanted a long discussion as they were private appts! Surely this is to be expected and the solution is not to overbook appts. I can’t comment yet on the procedure as haven’t had it yet.

I was referred to Nephrology as my creatinine levels were significant high in various test during the last 1 2 months and also as part of other illness. Dr Brincat was amazing explaining all related to my consultation, help me to get any test required the same day I visited in person and then the same week we had a follow up appointment where he explained the results and next steps. Not only very efficient time response, but also the kindness and professionalism explaining and making sure I understood what was happening.

Everything was excellent from the first contact to the last. The doctor was very pleasant and professional. I felt very fortunate to be treated by him. All the support staff, nusing and admin, including the doctor's NHS secretary, were excellent also. The NHS secretary for the doctor was very helpful in resolving queries and My only suggestion for improvement relates to the end of my treatment appointment, at the moment I was discharged by the nurses, when I felt poorly informed about what would happen next.

I was referred to the breast clinic after finding a lump in my breast at 8 months pregnant and still being there 12 weeks PP. Ms Alison Luther was professional, informative, reassuring and made me feel very relaxed and at ease for what wasn’t a very pleasant reason to be there for. She reassured me that my lump was nothing to worry about but assured me if anything changed that I could come back. She really made a not so pleasant issue be a pleasant experience and I’m grateful for that.

This makes one feel completely at ease, even when there is a risk of side effects resulting from surgery. Never patronising, and always in tune with Me, he takes plenty of time to discuss questions and concerns. always involving my wife. Thank you very much for saving my life.

Arrived in good time but parking was appalling. No toilet in the temporary scanner, so had to find another in main building. Was a little out of breath in return and was sent straight in. Told to stay still, but was still breathing a little hard which wasn’t taken into account. The staff were pleasant but seemed to give up on me when I couldn’t hear instructions through the headphones (I had been told to wear ear protection buds underneath).

My hip operation was successful and carried out by Mr Edward Gardner. His professionalism in he listening and explaining about the operation. After the operation Mr Gardner used a vacuum pump on my scar to heal / seal and keep the wound clean; this has worked really well. My scar has closed cleanly. I now feel more confident in my mobility and I have no worries in returning to have the other hip replaced in the future by Mr Gardner.

I had some balance testing done due to vertigo I’ve been experiencing and it was incredibly thorough. The audiologist who ran the test explained every test in detail to me so that I would know what was about to happen and what I had to do. She also answered all my questions about what was happening and what she was looking for as we went along. I don’t think it gets more thorough and detailed than this.
