Went to see Dr Banerjee concerning my lungs he quickly put me at ease and advised a ct scan and a spirometry test to find out what was going on with my lungs the tests were carried out and I was diagnosed with lung inflammation caused by pneumonia I was given a course of steroids and a puffer and it cleared up within a month. I was very impressed with Dr Banerjee and his efforts to explain what was wrong with my lungs and the way forward to treat the condition.

I was kept waiting for around 40 mins. No-one informed me - I had to go and ask. The doctor was keen to hurry me because he "had to be somewhere else" He didn't examine my hips and lower back. Just said I had "very arthritic hips" which is not what Id been told before, and wasn't interested in any other possible alternatives to hip replacement. I felt dimissed and not properly heard.

I was called into the surgery ahead of my appointment time. Everything about my tooth extraction was explained carefully, with an invitation to ask any further questions. The injections (usually the worst aspect) and the extraction were painless and I was encouraged to wait in the chair for a few moments afterwards to make sure that I was OK. An excellent experience!
