Dr Syed Asad Hussain is a pleasure to have as my consultant. He listened intently to all that I was telling him from the very beginning in regard to my symptoms and other background medical aspects that were ongoing. He then explained what course of action was required and this was arranged very quickly. He also liaised with 2 other consultants in different departments in order to narrow down a possible diagnosis. The blood tests and other tests organised assisted greatly in me receiving a diagnosis and clarity as to why I had been so poorly. I found Dr Syed Asad Hussain very personable, polite and empathetic which means a lot to someone who has felt frustration with awful symptoms for months with no real answers from my GP. I felt there was light at the end of a very dark tunnel and I am very grateful that he explained aspects in great detail and I never felt rushed during my appointments with him. Exceptional service received and I would certainly recommend him to others.

From beginning to end what a warm and comforting environment. I don’t think the people that make the difference always get the feedback they deserve. Mr Basu was extremely kind and even referred to my dad in his call as he’s just passed away and I’d mentioned him. Sarah gascoigne from my initial call to book me in for my vacuum assisted biopsy I’ll add I suffer with anxiety and even though dreading it her personality and the way she spoke to me on email calls and holding my hand / leg lol just made the process possible. Shamima was also so kind and supportive and finally Dr Telesca you were so lovely and approached me in the best way possible so professional yet warming and just made me feel it was going to be ok. Thank you dream team! Take care hope you get to see this and all your bosses praise you as you should be in what is such a scary place for the patient to be. Take care.

The staff were nice and supportive but the doctor Ravi Ratnavel was unprofessional in both visits. He had no empathy towards me as his patient, didn’t show that he cared at all. He gets defensive when asked questions and eventually told me he lost fascination in my condition. He also said I’m obsessing for asking questions within my rights as a patient, especially as his inputs have not been considerate caring or consistent. The administration and governance committee decided that his behavior is aligned with quality care so I would not recommend this clinic to anyone

Mr Barlow-Kearsley performed bunion surgery on my left foot in September 2025 and I was signed off yesterday with a near perfect outcome, which I have every confidence will be completely perfect in a few more months. I trusted him implicitly after our initial consultation and he gave me the reassurance I needed to go ahead with this fairly major elective surgery. He was supportive in the recovery process and responsive to any concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone and very much hope he will be able to do my other foot next year!

I am very pleased with the outcome of my recent surgery to remove cataracts from both eyes. The initial consultations were very relaxed and were supported by the excellent website containing informative videos. The surgery on both eyes was completed in a single session lasting less than an hour during which there was very little discomfort and Mr Ferris communicated well with me as the procedure progressed. My post-operative support was very good with both John and his secretary being readily available to discuss any issue.

He explained the science bit and - because I was anxious about the results because of previous skirmish with cancer - very reassuring. He and his team were responsive and informative. He has a lovely gentle tone about him which goes alongside an obvious deep knowledge of his subject.

I have left a review about MR Soo Park already, But here we go, MR Soo Park was great he answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed. The surgery took no time at all I was getting both eyes done and it took tops 15 minutes tops after the operation I went home and slept for 6-7 hours when I woke I couldn't believe how much colour I had been missing in my life. Staff were friendly and informative. I was put at ease at each stage. I especially appreciated the nurse in recovery explaining my results to me. The written information and instructions were clear and easy to understand even as a non-medical person. All in all the clear picture of what to expect during and after the procedure did much to reduce anxiety.
