I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I began my felt sense therapy journey with Hannah a few months ago, when I was going through quite a turbulent time emotionally with some health anxiety. I have suffered with anxiety and occasionally depression for as long as I can remember and I’ve always tried to run away from or distract myself from these uncomfortable feelings, in the hope that they would go away and not return. What I am learning with Hannah, is that I can stay gently with my uncomfortable feelings (without trying to fix them) and this is giving me new insights and deepening bodily awareness, which has allowed for emotional shifts and release. Felt sense therapy is teaching me about grounding and presence, by slowing down my thoughts and connecting to my body in the present moment and sensing inward. With practise and continual guidance from Hannah, I am learning more and more to stay with this felt sense, I have seen remarkable shifts in my ability to handle difficult and uncomfortable emotional situations and this has also given me new perspectives on old situations and is helping me to not get stuck in the inner monologue of negative thoughts. Working with Hannah is a joy, she is so positive, compassionate and encouraging and her incredible, deep knowledge of neuroscience has helped me to understand the way my brain works in a way I never thought possible! Thank you, Hannah, sincerely for taking me on this journey of self-discovery.

Mr Mohammadi has a compassionate approach I received excellent care and respect which continued throughout my journey whilst being treated. I went to see Dr Ugwumadu after being in treatment for a recurrent UTI (where it was noted I had trigonitis) for over a year. Dr Ugwumadu immediately identified that I had local low estrogen (despite not being menopausal) and provided treatment which helped me immensely (with the recurrent UTIs as well as with vaginal issues). He is very kind and compassionate and provides good explanations. His secretary Gail is also lovely and always replies to queries on the phone and via email. If you have been suffering from recurrent infections, I would not hesitate to get in touch with him.

Dr.Alam Hannan has been great in explaining to us my son's hearing. I also really liked that before the appointment he took time to speak to me and most importantly to read through all the previous reports. That way he already knew our entire history, and I did not need to entertain my son whilst telling the doctor our medical history (which is what usually happens and what is annoying especially with very young children). Dr.Hannan has excellent manners and ways to explain things. I left his office with a smile. Thank you Dr.Hannan.

The assessment appointment was a very positive experience. The practitioner was very clear, professional, understanding and empathic. I felt I had time to answer questions and the practitioner checked in regularly to see if I needed to add anything or needed a break. Overall, I felt comfortable to talk to the practitioner and felt they were interested and worked hard to ensure I was clear at all times of what was happening.
