This was a positive experience. Srijune was so very kind and helpful in my pre- treatment discussion, administration of anti biotic medication and questionnaire. She offered to hold my hand during the injection, made sure I was okay, ensured I had some tea and biscuits whilst waiting before I could leave and came to let me know that it was safe for me to leave. She also answered my call when I got home as I’d felt a cramp-like pain in my calf . Thanks Srijano Mr Jones was kind, genial, professional and as gentle as he could be with the procedure. He chatted to me during the procedure , telling me about the scan that was showing the fluid on/ around my knee and was happy to answer my question about what the fluid was that he was removing etc. He told me that I’d get a call from him in a few months time to check how I’m getting on rather than a face to face follow up. I was given assorted leaflets with exercises, ICRS registry , free online rehab programme and physiotherapists Charlie and Nick at the Better team . I was thrilled when I went to walk out of the hospital, to find that I was able to walk normally without any limping. Yes the anaesthetic was probably helping but it made me feel positive about the treatment . I expect it’ll be a little tender once that has worn off but fingers crossed all will be well .

Walking into Spire hospital at Manchester, I was greeted by really good reception staff who listened to what I said and then made it happen. It felt very well organised. Into the wards/clinics for treatment, I was again greeted by friendly, confident staff who quickly put me at ease and explained what was to be carried out. All of my tests/treatments were carried out very professionally, on time and with care and respect. I felt comletly at ease throughtout. 5 Stars in every respexct for the clinical staff and Spire Manchester. Bad Experiencies. Dealing with the Spire Online/ Phone back office and Booking System. It was diabolical in all aspects. It appeared to be very dis-jointed and not able to pass information on internally nor take notice of what I told them. I received meaningless paperwork that bore little resemblance to what was to be done and its timeline. The night before treatment, around 8 p.m., I even received an email that told me all my procedures/ tests were to be carried out in Liverpool, not Manchester. Very poor level communications from Spire admin. very bad experience for me.

I had a really great experience at this private GP appointment and couldn’t fault it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. The whole appointment felt calm and well organised, with no rushing at all. Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if I ever need to — a truly positive experience from start to finish.

Asked to be 15 mins early for scan, but then not called until 30 mins or so after time of appointment without any prior indication of running late (perhaps because it was at 6pm ). Head scanner was still busy so junior radiologer kindly chatted to me for 15 mins after I'd changed to kill time. Having been told it would take 15 mins, scan took about 45 mins and team forgot to talk to me or put music on despite me saying I was a bit claustrophic (but can get by ok). Then at 8pm, no doubt in rush to scan next person, they didn't remove cannula so i wandered around to find another staff member to do that who happily obliged. Not a major problem but not up to Cleveland usual standards. Staff were all very friendly though, but perhaps clinic shouldn't book in patients at end of day if they can't really handle them properly.

His confidence, professionalism and exceptional knowledge guided us through our treatment smoothly. We opted for the personalised care, and we were able to contact Professor Khalaf directly when needed. His quick replies where greatly appreciated. Professor Khalaf gave us the confidence and reassurance to try again, and I am currently 14 weeks pregnant with my second child. We will be forever grateful to this wonderful Doctor for giving us everything we dreamed of, and we could not recommend him enough!

When I entered the premises I couldn’t believe the transformation that had taken place as I was familiar with the building when it was a hairdressing salon. It was spacious, immaculate and tranquil. Having been quite anxious before my appointment, I quickly relaxed as all the staff were extremely friendly and kind. All the tests were performed swiftly and smoothly with every concern for my comfort and my understanding of the procedures involved. Mrs. Matthews explained my forthcoming cataract surgery clearly, comprehensively and reassuringly and I was very pleased to be offered the surgery I such a short space of time. All in all I couldn’t have wished for a better experience with North Wales Eye Specialist Centre.

Mr Skyrme has been amazing since my first consultation. Following 9 months of sudden severe hip pain which totally curtailed walking and diminished a lot of my activity, I was very desperate to find a solution as I’m super sporty and keeping fit and active is a huge part of my life and my work. It transpired that I needed a hip replacement (at 42) but Mr Skyrme was amazing. My surgery was quick and I recovered really quickly. I was able to return to my physical job at 6 weeks post surgery and I am enjoying increasing amounts of exercise both in the gym and on my bikes. I’m so grateful that I’m able to get back to enjoying my life:-) Mr Skyrme has been super supportive, kind and caring throughout my whole journey!

The treatment I received at the Matrix Eye Clinic was excellent from both Mr Guy Smith and his first class team. The results from the cataract operation in both eyes is sensational. My eyesight is significantly improved, the length, the accuracy and the intensity of the colour are all enhanced. I am absolutely delighted. Before I had the operation I was considering exchanging our television for a new model because I was having difficulty in reading small print and the scene was blurred. Now I can enjoy watching. My total knee replacement at The Park Hospital was an excellent experience. Mr Hosam E. Matar, anaesthetic specialist, theatre team provided outstanding surgical care with clear explanations and reassurance throughout. The nursing team were attentive and supportive, helping manage pain and early mobility. The hospital was clean, calm, and well‑organised, making the whole process smooth from admission to discharge. Overall, I felt well looked after and confident in my recovery, and I would highly recommend The Park Hospital for joint replacement surgery.

Was a little bit disappointed with the service of leaving the hospital I hardly slept during the night. A young boy told me at 7:30 to get washed and ready to go home about 10 I said 11 o’clock would be better but when I was getting ready to go home my medication wasn’t ready. My taxi arrived 1130 and he had to go away then I had to find someone else with great difficulty to pick me up and sign papers to discharge me.the young boy did apologise . I was waiting for quite a bit of time and all my medication to be ready.

The doctor was kind in explaining our results and gave a clear plan of what they recommend moving forwards. I chose the clinic based on the good reviews and we are so happy that we did. All the staff we have come across have been very nice and answered any questions that we had. We feel comfortable choosing the Agora for IVF even though this is an unknown road ahead, i feel supported.

I can not praise MrRao highly enough. The second total hip replacement appears so far to have gone well. I felt very safe with him at all times and was informed what was most likely to happen and needed to be done. It sounded very complicated to me as a patient but Mr Rao has such an assuring and calming manner that I felt totally safe and had no doubt that this would be a success . I’m very happy to be pain free after a long time and would highly recommend him

He was as delighted as I was to be able to walk into his consulting room pain free as previously I had to use a wheelchair to get about.
