My appointment commenced on time, with no waiting. Mr Cumberbatch introduced himself, and I found him to be very personable , professional and friendly in his approach. This, at an apprehensive moment, was extremely helpful and comforting. During his inspection and assessment, he was very professional and thoughtful, putting me at my ease. Despite the reason for all this, we both managed to pass through the appointment with an amount of humour, which indicated that we were both relaxed through the verbal assessment and ultimate advice upon moving forward. To me, a brilliant experience, despite the reason for the appointment. In Mr Cumberbatch's hands, no one need fear of lack of care and total competence. It was a delight to meet him, and I have total confidence in him.

I wanted to leave a review because my experience with this psychiatric doctor mr singh has genuinely made a difference in my life. Being assessed and diagnosed with ADHD as an adult wasn’t easy emotionally, but they handled everything with real professionalism, patience, and understanding. I never felt rushed or judged, and they took the time to explain things clearly so I actually understood what was going on rather than feeling labelled. Since the diagnosis, I’ve felt more clarity about myself and my wellbeing, and that alone has been hugely valuable. As I work full time and do a lot of computer work I decided to pay to have Rayone Galaxy toric lenses. I am so pleased with the result. After wearing glasses since early teens I am now glasses free! Mr Injarie and all the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Mr Injarie took time to explain everything and obviously is a brilliant surgeon. I can't thank them enough. I was so nervous about having eye surgery but from start to finish I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend.

I received exemplary care under Mr Menezes for inguinal hernia surgery. His explanation of his recommended surgery at the Initial consultation was clear and concise. On the day of the operation Mr Menezes was reassuring. The surgery went well and I had no pain, only moderate discomfort for 2 days. I was able to walk during this time and progression to longer walks and exercise has been faster than expected. During the post-op follow-up, Mr Menezes explained the details of the surgery and gave clear advice on how to progress over the next few weeks to full fitness. .

Mr Rashid provided a professional and compassionate service. He spent time with me ensuring I understood every step of the process.
