I visited the Well Life Clinic as I had been diagnosed with ADHD three years ago and since then I have not received any treatment. This was not through any lack of trying with the NHS, and the good efforts of my local GP. The waiting list for ADHD diagnosis and treatment is getting longer and longer, with a minimum three years or more, which is a national situation for ADHD diagnosed patients, as was shown on Television recently, with Well Life and Dr Kahn featuring. I then I decided that I would try the private route, and visited the Well Life Clinic in Cobham, which is a path I would recommend to any ADHD patient in my situation. Your charming receptionists were most welcoming, polite, informative and efficient. They listened to my ADHD situation, and that I had already been diagnosed three years previously and that i had all the comprehensive documentation of my diagnosis, which they asked me to forward to them. Once my details had been taken, they said they would forward everything to the appropriate person, who would contact me. Communication at Well Life is swift and I received follow up emails and phone calls as the process advanced. If I popped into the Cobham Clinic any questions I had were answered efficiently. Excellent. Things advanced quickly, my diagnosis documentation was read and accepted by the Well Life Consultantsmand a consultation with Dr Kahn set up in Oxted. I have had two consultations with Dr Kahn, one in person in Oxted, and one on line. My first one was 40 minutes at the Well Life Oxted Clinic. It was an in-depth discussion, I had to have a blood test next day in Cobham, and within a week I was prescribed the necessary medication for my blood pressure, then after monitoring that for a week, the ADHD medication was prescribed. Dr Kahn is excellent, informative, experienced and explains everything so clearly and well. One feels that one is in the best of hands. The Clinics are excellent, clean and smart. All the staff, most welcoming and efficient, in person as well as on the phone. Emails are always sent promptly, as are reminders of appointments, or electronic sending of prescriptions. I highly recommend Well Life to anyone who wishes to be seen quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your care! Steven R.

I am writing to formally complain about misleading advertising by the clinic Skin55. Their website led me to believe that laser treatments were available at the clinic, and I booked a consultation directly with the clinic, not with any specific doctor. However, upon attending the appointment, I was informed that the clinic did not have the required laser equipment and that not all doctors at Skin55 perform laser treatments. This discrepancy meant that I paid an initial consultation fee of £300, only to then be told that I would need to be referred to another doctor within the same clinic who does provide laser treatments. This second consultation was then quoted at £380. This sequence of events highlights a lack of transparency and constitutes misleading advertising, resulting in unnecessary expenses and inconvenience. I believe that this matter warrants investigation to ensure that Skin55’s practices align with advertising and consumer-protection regulations. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request

I cannot express enough my gratitude to the entire Nuffield team who looked after me during my hip replacement surgery. I was very apprehensive about the prospect of the surgery, after a very comprehensive Question and Answer open and honest conversation with Mr Anwar Jafri, i was happy to proceed. Prior to surgery I was in constant pain I was bent over and not in a good place. The surgery went excellent in my opinion and I am delighted with the results it has completely transformed my life. I have made excellent progress I am happy in myself and I am walking without crouching over and almost pain free. (6 weeks). I was in severe pain for a week, my pain management sorted everything out and very quickly. Now everybody recognises the change and I am walking and driving and confident in myself. My life has changed unbelievably for the better. I am forever in gratitude to Mr Anwar Jafri and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to anyone who has any reservations about having hip replacement surgery.

Couldn't fault the hospital at all. It is clean, and a very welcoming environment, but of course is absolutely down to the people that run it. Every single member of staff I came across - whether in my pre op assessment appointment, or during my surgical visit - was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to get along with. I have had few good experiences when it comes to hospital visits, but the two times I've been at The Lister Hospital, I have spoken to and laughed with so many workers. My nurse Rasheed was an absolute gem, and was brilliant with my family when they came to the room after surgery. Whether it was the nurse that helped me to the loo, the people on reception, the physio - every single person I interacted with made it such a calm and positive experience, their kindness will stay with me so thank you very much

This morning I received fantastic treatment from Mr Yasin El-Wajeh which was delivered in a suitably upbeat, capable and compassionate manner. Time was taken to explain, to answer queries and importantly, to listen. The dentist was also really kind and reassuring which meant a lot to me as I was very, very anxious after an extremely distressing experience with an extraction years ago. Even before the treatment began, Mr Yasin El-Wajeh exuded competence and I knew I was in good hands. Indeed, he had no sooner administered anaesthetic than he was holding the offending tooth. The extraction took less than five minutes. I would highly recommend Mr Yasin El-Wajeh for his ultimate professionalism, skill and warm compassion. I am so grateful to him and the lovely staff at Scunthorpe Orthodontics.

I had a very good first visit to Harley Hearing and wish I had known about and visited this practice when I first had hearing problems 25 years ago! Now I feel very grateful to the senior clinician whom I saw. She put me at ease immediately and she understood the problems I had been having with my current hearing aids. She gave me a hearing test and explained clearly to me the reasons for the loss and suggested a maker that would be able to supply a hearing aid which would give me much improved hearing. I trust her judgment and look forward to wearing my new aids. All the staff were friendly and kind and supportive and, having had experience of both NHS and other private audiologists, I can recommend this practice unreservedly.

Everything to do with Dr Guttman was terrific. My issue is with the radiology experience. I was asked to have a cardio angiogram CT scan. I had no idea what that involved. I was not provided with any information prior to my scheduled appointment. I was quite taken back and even shocked by the procedures complexity in terms of catheters medications and the entire protocol. I highly recommend that you always provide a patient with a full understanding of a procedure like this before the event. I would not have drunk coffee for example which I found out on the morning I should not have had. Surely there is a brochure or a link to information Prior to the procedure. Thank you.

Initial assessments were thorough and the clinicians were kind and understanding. Prescription costs seem affordable and my first prescribed medications were a slight improvement to before. My second prescription was not approved/provided on time and rationing medications/running out for a few days has caused some stress I had bad withdrawal/negative wellbeing from being requested to stop a previous medication, I feel this was somewhat unavoidable but I was not informed of what to expect stopping that med and left to work out the cause of the feelings on my own

Dr Ali was very clear in her explanations about allergic rhinitis and the different treatments available, all of which I have taken over the years. I would like to have had explanations of results of tests in order to know more about what triggers my allergies Although Dr Ali did explain that probably I have non allergic rhinitis I'm still not sure if that is my case and I wonder if more allergy tests would give a more definite answer. Dr Ali did say she would be asking my GP to send results of the tests i had done at the surgery a few years ago.

I am 4 weeks post surgery and throughout my time with him he has been very thorough in terms of ensuring that I understand the procedure being undertaken, what was done in surgery, how they can fix it and what expectations I should have as a brief timeline going forward.
