I am a very active 51 year old man and Mr Atkinson fixed my medial meniscus tear which had been obstructing movement in my leg. After 8 weeks I am back swimming, practicing Yoga 5 times a week (all poses including deep squats and child pose) and I also started kick boxing again. I will be training jiu jitsu again in a week's time. I also climbed the stairs at Highgate tube station this week - all 100 of them - without any pain or locking. I had a very good experience with Mr Atkinson. From initial to final consultation I was very happy with the care given to me. In fact my girlfriend who is also a doctor was very impressed by Mr Atkinson's knowledge on a variety of questions she asked. He was very accommodating of her as well allowing her to talk to him on the phone and with me in my final consultation. I want to thank Mr Atkinson for putting me forward for this care, without this I would be struggling with my physical activities and now I have a new lease of life. Thank you so much.

I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

Ms Naeem, was understanding of my frustration of only being provided 4 weeks supply of Testogel at my clinic appointment 10 months ago and then only just getting a followup appointment 10 months later. She explained that it can take minimum of 3 months to feel any effect, so it is necessary to start again with a longer supply, and leave my case with an open appointment for ease of returning if necessary. She will also write to my Dr's to request they take over prescribing if no problems and the prescription works. Also explained that I'll need to take boods again to check my testosterone levels when the supply finishes. I appreciated the plan and full explanation.

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

I am extremely satisfied with Mr Chakravarti, who I consulted late last year for prostate problems. Although I'm a medical doctor, he took time to explain everything just to ensure that I fully understood the treatment and the procedure and gave adequate reassurance. During the hospital stay and further clinical follow-ups I felt that his gentle but professional approach was very reassuring, and allayed my worries as a patient. My surgeon was Shohista Saidkasimova and she was really wonderful. She put me at ease during the initial consultation, extremely interested in all my questions and explaining all items of the surgery in layman’s terms. During the operation she asked what kind of music I liked and supplied this in the background, not intrusively but loud enough to provide an excellent distraction. But what really impressed me was the way she interacted with me personally throughout the operation. I have nothing but praise for this lovely lady and would throughly recommend her.

From the first time I visited Cavell hospital. From reception to meeting my consultant all were very professional. After I had my operation everyone kept me informed asked me how I was and if I needed anything. My after care has been very good. I’ve seen the physio twice and both times I’ve received good advice you could also phone if you thought you may have a problem the staff was happy to help me. My consultant Mr Jenabzadeh who signed me off was very helpful I asked few questions and the answers I got reassured me of how was doing.

Dr Harding was great. I felt I didn’t answer the questions correctly. With my brain fog, especially at the end of the day, I cannot always find ways to explain things so when asked how something made me feel I couldn’t find the words so said I do not know. If I had some of the questions before hand, I would be able to process and explain it all better. I feel I failed to tell him about how it impacts my daily to day life with fatigue, feeling dizzy, nausea, digestive issues etc.

Send emails which are either not replied to or replied weeks later with no result. Would actively dissuade anyone from using Skylight as my experience has been appalling from the start

The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.
