Dr Sen is exceptionally thoughtful, caring, and considerate. She takes the time to truly understand the child in front of her, rather than rushing to conclusions. Her approach feels calm, measured, and deeply informed, which as a parent makes an enormous difference. I always felt listened to, supported, and reassured, even when navigating complex or difficult decisions. What stands out most is her genuine care. She is not only clinically thorough, but also warm and compassionate. She explains things clearly, considers the wider picture, and makes you feel that you are not alone in the process. As a parent, that level of support is invaluable. I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr Sen and would highly recommend her to any family seeking thoughtful, empathetic, and expert neurodevelopmental care.

I booked Dr Lam for a planned c-section after having one prior c-section. I ended up going into labor about a week prior to the scheduled section, and Dr Lam was very reassuring and kind and was able to deliver my baby safely via c-section that same day. After reviewing many consultants I had chosen Dr Lam due to her patient reviews and I am very happy that I did. I always felt comfortable reaching out to her office with any questions or concerns prior to my child’s birth as well as after. This c-section recovery was also much easier than my first and I haven’t had any complications. Thank you for delivering my baby Dr Lam!

My overall experience at the clinic was exceptional. When I first booked my appointment it was scheduled for a week later, but I asked whether there might be any cancellations before then. The team were incredibly helpful and thoughtful — they called me back and arranged for me to be seen the very same day. From start to finish, the service was efficient, compassionate, and reassuring. At what was a very anxious time for me, everyone I dealt with was kind, responsive, and professional. I have not had a very positive experience at all and feel that the diagnosis is not accurate and the reasons given and report are not satisfactory - despite the report saying what i said word for word the analysis is simply not effective and does not align with my symptoms - there was no point having a consultation of the doctor only went off the forms and did not correlate information - also there was no understanding of why i thought i was adhd - i have done extensive research in this field and it would have been better to have an adhd checklist than the autism on

It is a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Each patient (and accompanying person) seemed to have a good interaction with the staff. There was a good discussion with Mr. Smith on the situation with respect to the eyes and possible treatments which may also need to be done elsewhere. He listened to my comments and questions and responded in a clear way. During the treatment care was taken to warn me of any possible pressure on the face, but Mr. Smith has a light touch so there was never any problem. All three treatments in 2025 were done very well.

Dr Tang was simply wonderful. He was very kind, gentle and understanding of my worries and health problem. He explained the procedures well and reassured me. After the endoscopies he reported back and explained clearly what he had found. All the staff at Hadley Wood were also extremely friendly, competent and reassuring, particularly Nurse Grace. Dr Tangs secretary was extremely efficient and friendly. She was quick to respond to my messages and ensured my consultations and treatment happened smoothly and speedily.

The most important thing for a patient undergoing a medical procedure is the trust between the patient and the treating physician. From the assessment meeting, followed by the brief consultation with Dr. Seward, and throughout the medical procedure, I felt that I was being treated in the most professional manner possible. Dr. Seward demonstrated extensive knowledge, professionalism, and confidence, and created a comfortable atmosphere between us, providing clear information throughout the entire process.

All staff, including the receptionist, were very nice and helpful. The hospital waiting areas and the consulting room were very clean and well maintained. There were unlimited free hot drinks and water available for waiting patients. Whilst the hospital does not have a car park, there was plenty of on-street parking available (charges varying up to £6.50 for 4 hours - enforced until 8pm), even on a busy Friday traffic wise after 4pm, when I arrived.

Dr Theocharis was very professional and amiable. She took the time to chat on the phone and in person, answering all my questions (there were many!) in detail and with patience. There were some tests I wanted to book and she explained they were not necessary, which I found thoughtful as it helped save on the expense. Her prices were very reasonable and she was able to advise on which venues were less expensive,l again saving money.

Dr Zainab Laftah is an absolute gem. I attended my appointment with a skin problem on my forehead which had been unresolved by 2 doctors prior to visiting her. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was talking about. Within 1 week of her treatment plan my skin cleared up and I felt relief after so long. I'm so very thankful for her, she is great at what she does - I would highly recommended her.
