I would like to provide some positive feedback following our recent experience, Mr Sobti's PA, whose name I unfortunately do not have, was extremely helpful and efficient. She arranged a virtual appointment with Mr Sobti on Friday 12th December at short notice and ensured my daughter was seen promptly so her care was not delayed over the Christmas period. She also made sure an MRI slot was available that same Friday evening if required, and organised a follow-up appointment for Monday 15th December. This meant we were able to receive a diagnosis and treatment plan very quickly, which we greatly appreciated. Mr Sobti was also excellent. He explained everything clearly and was calm and reassuring throughout the consultation. Overall, we received a very good level of service and felt well supported throughout the process.

I had been suffering with severe swelling in my leg caused by varicose veins for over two years. Having explored various options, I landed on Spire and found Dr Jeddy. As soon as I met him for my initial consultation I felt relaxed and felt as though Dr Jeddy understood me, my lifestyle and the need for results. The procedure on the day was flawless and I was home by 5pm that day. All the follow ups with the nursing team to change bandages and with Dr Jeddy at the 3 week mark were flawless as well. 3 weeks and all the small incisions are healed, I have no swelling and I am back training for my Ironman in 2026. Couldn’t recommend Dr Jeddy, his team and Spire hospital any more

During my appointment, I was recommended a series of creams, and I did purchase them. I was a bit taken aback by the total expense at checkout, as the cost wasn't explicitly mentioned or discussed during our consultation. I was simply asked if I wanted to purchase them here today. It would also have been helpful for me as a patient to understand if there were any alternative products available through NHS, even if they weren't the primary recommendation.

From being referred by someone who knows him well, I was predisposed to like him and respect his expertise, but hadn't expected to find such a a courteous, thoughtful, kind man who engaged with every aspect of me as a patient. Mr Lambert answered all my questions and was patient and understanding. I felt listened to, for the first time since I had my injury.

Dr. Kapur was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, thorough in her examination, and confident in creating a plan to manage and treat my condition. She has working relationships with several other physicians locally to whom I was referred for further testing. excellent experience, my second! prof Griffin is amazing. but all the staff were fantastic. i would like to particularly mention, the 2 staff nurses who looked after me. One was spanish and i think the other was a bank nurse from Romania . both were reallly excellent as a retired nurse myself I recognise skill and expertise.

A very calm, reassuring and friendly atmosphere. The New Victoria also had the necessary scanning and blood testing facilities just a few steps away from the consultation rooms. The hospital is well served by the 57 bus route but also has facilities for dropping patients off and also limited parking.

All the receptionists greeted us with a smile. We were clearly directed to the waiting room etc. Again every member of the team were friendly and informative. I did not feel as anxious the first time I visited and very relaxed on further visits. Explanations were very clear. All in all first class.
