Hiba first treated me for quite a serious ankle injury. From my very first session, I immediately felt comfortable and supported by her warm and friendly presence. This injury was extremely hard for me, as it meant I could not play my favourite sport, football, which was really tough both physically and mentally. However, each week my session with Hiba became the highlight of my week. Not only is she an excellent physio who guided me through a quick, safe, and thorough recovery, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I always understood what we were working on. She never rushed me and always listened to how I was feeling, which made me feel truly cared for. On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humour, which really helped lift my spirits and made even the hardest rehab sessions enjoyable. After recovering from my ankle injury, I unfortunately injured my knee. Without hesitation, I knew I wanted Hiba to treat me again. Having already been through a tough recovery with her, I trusted her completely and felt reassured knowing I was in excellent hands throughout the process. During my knee rehab, she was just as supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, constantly motivating me to keep going even when it was challenging. Thanks to Hiba’s expertise, patience, and genuine care, I was able to regain my confidence and get back to playing football, the sport I love. I could not recommend her highly enough to anyone needing physiotherapy. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients.

All seemed to be going well and at the close of my appointment the consultant asked me to have a blood test done outwith the Cathedral Also he advised that I should make an appointment for the operating procedure downstairs at reception. Circa end of April When I went to the desk I was advised that the member of staff was off that pm and I would receive a call tomorrow Next day I contacted my surgery about the blood sample and test. Late on my surgery called back to advise they were not willing to arrange the test as they were not treating me I received no call from Cathedrai that day The next day I waited to on and called Cathedral Spoke to Clare a few times and essence of conversation was that all was on hold as consultant on holiday and not available till 17th February Also no progress can be made with blood sample and rest even although I asked them to read my consultation notes !!! So I could comment more however this is the essence of a mot disappointing situation after my consultation

Overall experience was poor. After initial consultation I had little or no contact with the hospital, any contact was initiated by myself. Clear lack of communication between departments. I had already paid for my procedure and waiting for a surgery slot. Surgery was scheduled for a Wednesday but received a call the Friday before basically saying if I didnt drive up that day and do a blood test, the operation couldn't go ahead. Luckily I was in a position where I could do that but imagine if I had kids, couldn't get out of work, had no car/transport. The list goes on. The actual surgery seems to have gone well. (1 week post op). But.... the whole experience was pretty poor, no, very poor. I'd have been upset if this was the NHS but this was a privately paid procedure and if it wasn't for the fact that I had already booked time off work, staff cover, kennels for my Cane Corso's (which wasn't cheap) I genuinely would have asked for my money back and gone somewhere else.

From beginning to end what a warm and comforting environment. I don’t think the people that make the difference always get the feedback they deserve. Mr Basu was extremely kind and even referred to my dad in his call as he’s just passed away and I’d mentioned him. Sarah gascoigne from my initial call to book me in for my vacuum assisted biopsy I’ll add I suffer with anxiety and even though dreading it her personality and the way she spoke to me on email calls and holding my hand / leg lol just made the process possible. Shamima was also so kind and supportive and finally Dr Telesca you were so lovely and approached me in the best way possible so professional yet warming and just made me feel it was going to be ok. Thank you dream team! Take care hope you get to see this and all your bosses praise you as you should be in what is such a scary place for the patient to be. Take care.

It was OK. Sorry this system doesn't allow me to write why I went there and therefore wastes my time! I was there for a Pre op assessment. My Op is 9 Feb 2026 under Dr Panos Gikas. I asked him if I could attend this clinic as it is nearer where I live. The. appointment was alright. The only issue I had was that when it came to having a blood test, they insisted that I had to have 2 separate ones in each arm? I get blood tests regularly as I have a long term condition. The first one was relatively pain free which was performed by Isabella. The second was performed by Riggs(?) and was unneccessarily painful due to him holding down the needle when it was in my arm. I was not happy about that. I did not understand the reason for the second blood test, when one is usually fine and if more blood is required, then usually another vial is attached as necessary.

I can’t recommend Dr Emily Cary highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing in supporting me through the early stages of perimenopause. From our very first appointment, she made me feel listened to, understood, and reassured during what can be a confusing and overwhelming time. Her knowledge, calm approach, and clear explanations helped me make sense of my symptoms and feel confident about the next steps. She took the time to tailor my care to me as an individual, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Thanks to her support and guidance, I feel far more informed, supported, and positive about managing this transition. I’m incredibly grateful for her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any woman at the start of their menopause journey.

I wanted to leave a review because my experience with this psychiatric doctor mr singh has genuinely made a difference in my life. Being assessed and diagnosed with ADHD as an adult wasn’t easy emotionally, but they handled everything with real professionalism, patience, and understanding. I never felt rushed or judged, and they took the time to explain things clearly so I actually understood what was going on rather than feeling labelled. Since the diagnosis, I’ve felt more clarity about myself and my wellbeing, and that alone has been hugely valuable. If you’re nervous about seeking an ADHD assessment or psychiatric support, I’d honestly say you’ll be in safe hands here. Compassionate, thorough, and very respectful throughout the whole process

I saw Mr Hassan following my surgery in December, for excision of endometriosis lesions and polyps. I continue to be impressed by Mr Hassan's clear explanations, and his calm and reassuring bedside manner. His explanation of the findings of my surgery has assured me that the pain and symptoms I have experienced for over 30 years are real, and I felt listened to with both empathy and respect. Mr Hassan has provided me with a clear path for the next 2 years, and I feel reassured that if I experience any issues within that timeframe that I can reach out for a further consult. My first consultation with Dr Chabok was in April 2025. He performed an angiography in May, and rather than putting a stent in at the time of the angiography, explained the two options that I had for further treatment. He was of the opinion that a bypass was a better long term solution for me and recommended the surgeon that did the procedure in June. My last follow up consultation was a few days ago. I found Dr Chabok to be very polite, patient, sympathetic and articulate. He answered all my questions in a clear understandable manner. I am fortunate that I have a cardiologist that I will always refer to, and recommend him whole heartedly. Pun intended.

Overall, I had a good experience at the Fitzrovia Suite. The midwives were supportive, kind, and readily available, providing good care following my c section. I was particularly grateful for the overnight support. The team helped look after my baby, ensuring I was able to get much-needed sleep and rest, which was invaluable for my recovery. However, The handover process between midwives during shift changes could be better managed, as there were some gaps in communication between team members. Additionally, the catering was fairly average and quite rigid in terms of meal timings and available options, which could be more flexible.

Dr. Aisan is very kind and respectful person. She helped me understand my ADHD with so much compassion and clarity, rather than judgment. The way she normalised my experiences and explained how my brain works has been incredibly relieving. I feel more accepting of myself and more confident in finding strategies that actually work for me. She didn’t just focus on difficulties, but also helped me recognise my strengths and patterns. The strategies we worked on were realistic, flexible, and genuinely suited to how my brain functions. I now feel more organised, less overwhelmed, and far kinder to myself.

Probably having the spinal injection was difficult to comprehend even though I never felt a thing during the operation. The first few times passing urine did give the burning sensation as expected however this subsided greatly over the next few days. I am very pleased with the result, and over the moon to be off medication for my prostrate issues.

I had a low grade BCC, which was identified quickly, and operated on as soon as was possible. Due to location i required mohs surgury and a skingraft, the hole process was seamless and care given was excellent, I am thankful that everything healed and has been clear 8 months later.
