I feel incredibly grateful to have been treated by Dr Mohamed Mabrouk — a truly exceptional surgeon and one of the most compassionate, skilled, and dedicated doctors I have ever met. He did far more than perform an operation for me — he changed my life. My case turned out to be extremely complex. Although my diagnostics originally did not show anything dramatic, once the surgery began it unexpectedly revealed stage 4 deep infiltrating endometriosis — something that is very common, as this condition often cannot be fully seen or understood without laparoscopy. It can appear “out of the blue,” and that is exactly what happened in my situation. Despite this sudden complexity, Dr Mabrouk handled everything with extraordinary precision, calmness, and mastery. He removed every single trace of endometriosis, even in areas that are notoriously difficult to treat, and he did it with a level of accuracy that I still find incredible: My ovarian reserve was completely preserved. None of my organs were harmed. Not even a single blood vessel was damaged. This kind of outcome in stage 4 cases is extremely rare. Many surgeons would have had to sacrifice something, or leave part of the disease behind, simply because of the difficulty — but not Dr Mabrouk. His skill is on a world-class level, and his meticulous technique protected my fertility, my organs, and my quality of life. But what truly sets him apart is not just his surgical brilliance — it’s his humanity. He explained everything clearly, supported me emotionally, and made me feel safe at every stage. After the operation, he called me personally, even on weekends, just to ask how I was feeling and to make sure I was recovering well. His warmth, kindness, and genuine care are something I will never forget. Thanks to him, I am now pain-free for the first time in many years. My physical and mental health have been restored. I feel light, healthy, and finally able to live my life without constant discomfort and stress. Dr Mohamed Mabrouk is a doctor with a truly rare combination of expertise, precision, and heart. The care I have received from Mr Jayaraj has been exceptional; from the minute my referral went through the process has been seamless and wonderfully efficient. The outcome is already an overwhelming success; I am thrilled to be breathing normally for the first time since childhood following septoplasty and sinus surgery. As an unexpected bonus my sleep and anxiety has improved and 7 weeks after the procedure my recurrent sinus pain no longer seems to be an issue. I cannot recommend and thank Mr Jayaraj and his team enough! He is a genuinely kind, friendly and compassionate gentleman who ensured the best possible treatment plan for my improved health with outstanding results..

The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nuffield Hospital Guildford.

My surgeon was Shohista Saidkasimova and she was really wonderful. She put me at ease during the initial consultation, extremely interested in all my questions and explaining all items of the surgery in layman’s terms. During the operation she asked what kind of music I liked and supplied this in the background, not intrusively but loud enough to provide an excellent distraction. But what really impressed me was the way she interacted with me personally throughout the operation. I have nothing but praise for this lovely lady and would throughly recommend her.

I have had other operations but never a consultant/surgeon with Mr Stott's intuitive empathy, genuine listening skills and obvious concern for the patient's well-being - quite apart from his first-rate skills as an orthopaedic hip specialist. You never feel rushed at consultations, he gives excellent explanations of what is going on and what to expect, at every stage. My recovery from left-hip replacement is going well, I am receiving excellent physiotherapy support and I feel more positive than I have for a long time. I recommend Mr Stott whole-heartedly.

Unfortunately don’t think the doctor had read my notes or referral before appointment he kept mentioning possible arthritis but my referral was because I had trapped nerves between my discs he mentioned swimming and Pilates I can tell you now there’s No way I can get on the floor and certainly couldn’t sit on any floor!!!!!the specialist who did the referral in wye sergers maybe he needs to read it AGAIN!!!
