I would not go back to this dental practice again.. I was booked in to have an extraction by a surgeon who I have since found out only comes in on a Tuesday. I was not that impressed with her bedside manner or the Nurse.. I was extremely traumatised and told them I was nervous. The extraction took a really long time and was not an easy removal and was extremely uncomfortable. I was shaking like a leaf and afterwards,, I was basically dismissed and sent away without being offered any form of empathy. I’ve since had terrible problems and I’m in a lot of pain four days later. I rang the dentist this morning. who then informed me that the surgeon only comes in once a week and I needed to go back to my own dentist, which is quite a drive away. I’m not impressed at all and would definitely not return. Also, the Dental practice is obviously undergoing some sort of renovation. The waiting room was a blank white room with no window extremely uninviting, no music not good when you are an extremely nervous patient waiting to have a horrible procedure done .not a good experience for me I’m afraid.

I am writing to formally complain about misleading advertising by the clinic Skin55. Their website led me to believe that laser treatments were available at the clinic, and I booked a consultation directly with the clinic, not with any specific doctor. However, upon attending the appointment, I was informed that the clinic did not have the required laser equipment and that not all doctors at Skin55 perform laser treatments. This discrepancy meant that I paid an initial consultation fee of £300, only to then be told that I would need to be referred to another doctor within the same clinic who does provide laser treatments. This second consultation was then quoted at £380. This sequence of events highlights a lack of transparency and constitutes misleading advertising, resulting in unnecessary expenses and inconvenience. I believe that this matter warrants investigation to ensure that Skin55’s practices align with advertising and consumer-protection regulations. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request

I had an initial appointment with Dr Lauren Colquhoun and Emily Holt at Willow Health, and honestly, it was such a positive experience. The appointment was meant to be an hour, but there was absolutely no rush and they actually spent around 1 hour 15 minutes with me just to make sure everything was covered properly. They really look at everything, my age, lifestyle including diet, exercise and sleep pattern, my long-term health conditions, and all the symptoms I’ve been struggling with. They didn’t rush me at all. They gave me some initial ideas to get started and said we’d talk through options once I’d had time to think things over and review the follow up materials, which I really appreciated. I left feeling genuinely supported and reassured. It was the first time in a long while that I felt confident I was getting the right advice, something you just don’t get in a 10-minute GP appointment. Would 100% recommend Willow Health to anyone needing proper advice, guidance and support.

Lee consistently explains each exercise clearly, checks my progress carefully, and adjusts my programme so that I always feel safe but challenged. His encouragement and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and my confidence. During one of my session, Lee even took me to the gym and guided me through three leg machines, explaining how this next stage will help me progress. His support and reassurance that I’ll start seeing big improvements mean a lot to me. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and expertise he brings to every session. Couldn't fault any of the staff here, all very welcoming, comforting and professional, made me feel at ease at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up with a few complications from my surgery due to my body not at all accepting the procedure and amount that had been done but the staff and my consultant Mr Harley were on top of it literally immediately. Due to not being a straight forward healer they insisted an open door policy at any time day or night if any concerns. The hospital is very very clean and all policies and procedures are followed to the tee. Honestly a brilliant experience all due to them!

I came under his care after a serious injury at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, where he performed surgery on a severe femur fracture I sustained in June. The results have been extraordinary; my post-op doctor even described my progress as 'extremely good.' The excellent work he did made a very challenging time in my life so much better, and I am forever grateful for his skill and expertise. I was truly moved to find such a clear demonstration of compassion delivered through the quality of his surgical intervention, even though we had never met.

My first appointment was cancelled by the clinic this was after telling me to pay the fee upfront and re booked two weeks later. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told there would be a delay again. After waiting for sometime I asked the staff to find out what the delay was I was then seen by the clinician half an hour later. My experience with the clinician I felt was not worth the fee. I was not examined correctly I was not given any advice as to how to deal with the issue and the letter I received afterwards was not very accurate or informative. So I would not go back again or recommend.

Most importantly, the outcome post operation has led me to be back to normal duties after just 1 to 2 weeks. My wife and I cannot thank Mr Perry and his PA, Hazel enough for the care and treatment that I have been given. I truly have been saved and with no nerve loss or any urinal issues.

Felt very welcoming upon arrival receptionist was very quick to book me in and point me in the right direction to where I needed to be. There was an I.T issue in the building which meant we had to make a short walk to Harley St but all was explained well and easy to find. once inside the secretary was great (JENNIE) Re assured me that Prof Ashkan wont be long and spoke with me about various things. Prof Ashkan was great spoke clearly and answered any questions I had about my back and leg problems made it feel really easy and comfortable to be honest.

I had a great experience at this practice. The hospital was exceptionally clean, well-structured, and very well organized. There was hardly any waiting time, and I was called in for my appointment surprisingly quickly. The facilities were also outstanding. Both the hospital itself and the X-ray department were equipped with modern, high-quality technology, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Overall, it was an impressive and reassuring experience.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dr Sheetal for a second time for our embryo transfer. As before, she was professional and explained exactly what was happening. She also said to let her know if any point I wanted to stop, or felt pain. Throughout the whole process, which can be emotional, Dr Sheetal explained what was happening, for example when they were getting the embryo, when they were checking the catheter.

Letter received on the 5th November. It just states time date and pre op care. Ring the secretary ask for ring back before 5pm on the 5th as I have no idea where to go ring main switch board. Go to area 5 not area go to area 8 not area 8 sent to pre op. No one there myself and another are left banging on the door as there is no one at reception. This is at 16.40
