I cannot thank Dr Sarkhel enough for the incredible care and support he has given me. When I first came to see him, I was struggling with severe anxiety and frequent panic attacks that had taken over my life. From the very first appointment, he was kind, patient, and truly listened — something that immediately put me at ease. Throughout my recovery, Dr Sarkhel has been consistently professional, compassionate, and responsive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked with me to find the best treatment plan, and made me feel supported every step of the way. His calm and reassuring approach gave me hope when I felt completely lost. Thanks to his expertise and guidance, I’ve made a a full recovery and feel like myself again. I’ll always be grateful for his dedication and genuine care. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone seeking help for anxiety, panic attacks, or any mental health challenges. I am currently now after two years of being stable working through the weaning of phase of my medication and can only hope with the trust and help from Dr Sarkhel this will be a successful transition.

I wanted to share & express my upmost gratitude for the treatment and care delivered to my son on 20th September 2025 who has Neurodiverse needs. Spencer hospital and all the staff were absolutely fantastic in supporting him through his recent gallbladder removal surgery. Every care and attention was given to him from the moment we were referred, to pre consultation and pre operative assessment to the moment he was discharged after a successful surgery. Mr Boshnaq and his medical team did an amazing job, reassuring us every step of the way and fully explained procedures and took their time to ensure we both felt comfortable. I really cannot thank everyone enough, nurses porters etc… This is what great care looks like and I wish every NHS experience could be as positive. Thank you, you made what could have been a terribly traumatic experience for my son into a calm and gentle process and I feel truly blessed to have such a great hospital, with caring and competent staff in my home town.

A real chagne to the usual consultant who does not lissen or explain his thoughts and plans. Dr Richard was a real breath of fresh air, I had finally found a Dr who actually listend and discusses your prblems. Then he does some evaluative tests with a full explenation of what they mean and why he was running the tests. Then he does a very comprehensive medical review around your sypmtoms and concerns. Taking accouint of family background etc. He then shared his thoughts of what might be the cause of my specific problem along with plans going forward. At no time during the consultation was I rushed and Dr Richard really took time to give a very thorough explenation of what he is planning to do to determine what is causing my symptoms. I would very much recommend Dr Richard to any one seeking a good neurologist who really listens to the patient unlike many consultants out there.

I saw Dr R. Patel at Spire Hospital Leicester this evening and was extremely impressed. He was welcoming, reassuring, realistic, and very thorough throughout the consultation. Dr Patel had clearly reviewed my CT scans in advance and was already aware of my current health situation, which made me feel confident and well looked after. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave a straightforward plan for the next steps. It was a genuinely reassuring appointment — I left feeling informed, supported, and hopeful. I would highly recommend Dr R. Patel to anyone looking for an expert, compassionate, and professional respiratory specialist.

The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. From my first interaction with Renata, the medical secretary, to the day of the procedure, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Mr. Singh is not only highly skilled but also friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions along the way. The procedure itself was carried out with precision, the incision to remove a pilar cyst was small, neat, and is healing beautifully. The scar will be barely noticeable. I had my first specialist appointment at Harley Street yesterday and I was really impressed. The staff were lovely, the doctor who I saw (Professor Prasanna Sooriakumaran) had a welcoming nature and has helped me already in one visit. I asked for an appointment on Monday and was seen within a couple of days which I am very grateful for (I have a busy work schedule). I am looking forward to my next visit to receive excellent service again. I also wanted to mention that a staff member (lady) on reception was friendly and had a lovely approach. Overall, amazing service and thank you again.

I attended the clinic in order to have a steroid injection in my hip. The doctor carrying out the procedure was professional, friendly, reassuring and informative. The only slight negative was that when being referred for the procedure I was given no information regarding what to expect both during and after the procedure. Fortunately I had had a similar procedure on the NHS so was aware that the advice was not to drive so had prepared accordingly, as the doctor did ask after the procedure who was driving me home.

We received a warm welcome to the clinic, as we had a long drive and arrived early...we were offered as many drinks and biscuits as we wanted whilst waiting for my sons appointment on comfy chairs. The clinic was clean and tidy. The consultant who did my sons ultrasound was very friendly, asked questions, spoke to my son directly and made him feel comfortable. The ultrasound was done and spoke to us about the results giving clear instructions and advice. Excellent practice! Would recommend.

The Doctors are very informative and really spend the time to engage and educate on issues, making me feel confident in the solutions offered. The facilities are really well kept and conducive to a pleasant experience. lastly, the front of house staff, in particular Abby are always super friendly, helpful and energetic - very professional!

I could not have been treated any better by Mr Farrar and his team they replaced my right knee, I knew that I would be in some pain after this operation and was given some pain relief, What I found helped me to bend my leg back over the next few weeks was to bring my foot back to meet my thigh I would bring my foot back until I felt the pain of the thigh muscles and held for a few seconds then released my leg I did this a few times a day.

I had a correction of a Bunionette on my left foot. Dr Al-Maiyah was very informative and positive at consultation stage that a positive outcome would happen. The operation went super well and I had NO pain at all from surgery to the removal of dressing some 4 weeks later. Dr Al-Maiyah provided an excellent service and I can not wait to do my right foot next year. I cannot thank Dr Al-Maiyah enough for his magical hands.

My recent visit to Optegra Eye Hospital Manchester for lens replacement surgery was excellent. There was no waiting time and all the Staff were extremely helpful and reassuring to help me stay calm prior to my operation. Post operation the Staff gave me all the eye drops needed and detailed instructions on how to proceed over the coming weeks. I was also given all contact numbers in case I had any questions or worries.
