I never felt crowded or rushed. My consultation took place in a well‑equipped room with high‑quality medical facilities, which further added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, efficiency, professional staff, and excellent facilities made my visit exceptionally positive. I was scheduled day surgery on a Sunday and was told to report at Margate Hospital, St Peter’s Rd entrance. Being a Sunday, there was no one at Reception and although a sign said to go to another Reception, it was the wrong one. We asked someone who worked at the hospital and they did not know. Finally we found someone who did know and she directed us to the correct location. The appointment was for 12:30 (no food or drink prior) and the surgery didn’t actually take place until after 3pm. My opinion: 1. Not impressed with the directions and the scheduling; and 2. The surgeon and nurses were all absolutely wonderful, very efficient and professional, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands.

I had a great experience at Cyprus ivf hospital. Aman was our coordinator and she was immediately responding to all our worries and questions. It is a clean and well equipped clinic. The prices were fixed and no extra expenses were placed. They let you now about the price from the beginning and you now as the procedure goes on, when and how much you have to pay. Transfer of the embryos took place only when the doctor was sure everything was ready. No rushing. They followed the correct protocol for my case and were always there for us any day any time! Thank you all very much.

Pretty straightforward experience overall. The receptionist on the first floor (the Somali lady wearing a hijab) was extremely kind and helpful. My phone was about to die and I asked if there was any chance of a charger- she went out of her way to help me, which I really appreciated. It’s the small things like that which leave a lasting impression, and that’s exactly why I wanted to leave this review. The only small suggestion I’d make is having oat milk available at the coffee machine for those who don’t have dairy, it would be a thoughtful and considerate touch.

I had a two night inpatient stay recently after having fairly major surgery at The Woodthorpe Hospital. The individual and quality care I received from my Surgeon, Anaesthetist and Nursing staff made my experience a very positive one. The room was well equipped and the food was good, with every need catered for. Special thanks for making allowances and letting me stay until late in my room on day of discharge. I would definitely recommend this hospital for an overall positive experience.

Mr Unnithan replaced my right hip in November at Ashford Hospital. The operation and the care given by the staff at Ashford was first rate and as a result, my recovery has been faster than I'd expected. The only problem has been an injury to my right foot and ankle sustained somehow during my time in hospital, which may now limit the pace of my recovery. Mr Unnithan has provided kind and clear support and advice on how to approach rehabilitation physio and a return to sport.

Mr Dudderidge explained very clearly the options available to me with my 2 separate cancer spots in my Prostate, using Nanoknife on one, and Hyfu on the other, due to there location in the prostate. Unfortunately this would have involved a delay between procedures to allow for recovery. Ultimately I elected to have a different treatment performed by others, but would certainly recommend Mr Dudderige for his analysis, professionalism, communication, honesty and empathy.
