This was my second time delivering a baby with Miss Scott - I couldn't recommend her highly enough and I can't imagine having a baby with any other obstetrician. Miss Scott looked after me throughout my first pregnancy and delivered my first child, which was a very positive pregnancy and birth experience. Then, I had a very stressful pregnancy second time around with potential complications for both myself and my baby, and Miss Scott was full of knowledge and support at every step of the way, throughout the pregnancy and birth. When needed, she consulted with other doctors to validate her opinions, and presented all of this back to me in ways I could easily understand. I felt I could make informed decisions at every stage of my pregnancy. The birth was as smooth sailing as could be, with Miss Scott leading the fabulous team of midwives so well - everyone always knew what they were doing, and it made for a hugely positive birth experience. Most importantly, my baby was born as healthy as could be. I could not recommend Miss Scott more highly for her professionalism, dedication to her patients and ultimately being a very lovely obstetrician at a time when you need someone who is deeply compassionate and caring. If I have another baby, I have no doubt the obstetrician I would ask to look after me again would be Miss Scott.

As I am not a well person and a wheelchair user, the wait was longer due to my health and help to get out. The staff were very understanding around this. I found though, beyond reception the phone system was not the easiest due to the very short length of time given to leave your message, which for people who are disabled, so not the fastest just basic messages of name, number, DOB plus short message, it frequently cut off before you had finished. Beyond that, it was a pleasant experience as it was the least painful steroid injection I'd had to date and I did let the consultant know that. The staff were helpful and accommodating as a wheelchair user plus self employed PA we know we take up space, so not the easiest inside a small room. Thankfully I can still transfer which helps so I can fold the wheelchair up once on to the couch. The staff were very helpful around my safety doing so which is always really appreciated. Please thank them for me.

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care and support I received from Miss Richardson throughout my retinal surgery journey. From the very beginning, she made sure everything was clearly explained, arranging all of the pre-operative steps with efficiency and reassurance. Her support didn’t end there, she continued to check in and guide me through every stage of my recovery, making a stressful time much easier to manage. My overall experience was excellent. However when I got home I found I wasn't completely sure/ had forgotten exactly when and how to take all the medicines I was given and when to stop e.g. how slowly to reduce the codeine when I didn't need it any more. Clearly printed instructions to take home would have been reassuring straight away and later. I know I could have rung the Horder Centre any time for advice but at 82 years old my hearing is less than perfect and I worry I shall not remember everything I hear afterwards. The Horder hip replacement book is excellent and is still a constant source of referral and encouragement.

I met Dr David Annan today for a neck scan, I have to say I have never met a doctor who is so caring and understanding in my whole life He made me feel so comfortable as I was nervous, he kept asking if I had any questions and answered all my questions, he even asked my son if he wanted to ask anything which was such a nice gesture, Doctors like Dr David Annan really make you feel there are nice and caring people still out there, his happy personality really shines through Keep up the good work Dr David Annan and all the best for the future If in the future I ever need to see a Dr for my neck will only be you

Dr To is outstanding: she combines rigour and expertise – the finest measurements, most thorough exams – with a kind, clear, decisive manner. My husband and I had a complicated pregnancy history and Dr To helped us navigate decisions about testing, scans, and delivery timing so we felt like we both knew what we wanted AND understood why. We also came in with more base knowledge than your average couple and Dr To was happy to use more scientific terminology, rather than sanitise or overly 'translate' anything.

I have recently undergone a long course of treatment which included several fillings, and one that ended up needing to a root canal treatment resulting in a crown thereafter. Being a fairly anxious dental patient i was a bit stressed but really didnt need to be as all went well. Staff were friendly and helpful and on the odd occasion that appointents ran late they would communicate this well. Levi my dentist was very calm and professional through all my appointments and put my ease.

Managed to squeeze in a parking space and registered with reception both myself and the car. I know there are a lot of people in and out but the seating is looking a little grubby now, being that colour shows everything. Appointment with GP went well and very pleased with the civility.
