Mr Rodriguez is very personable and explains everything clearly in non medical terms to you as the patient, ensuring that you are clear on what is causing your symptoms and the corresponding appropriate treatment path. You feel relaxed to ask any questions or for clarifications, and he encourages you to give your feedback to him in terms of being clear on the technical information he is providing, and without embarrassment, if you struggle with the medical complexities and need him to explain these again. I was very impressed by Mr Rodriguez both as an expert in his field and also in the kind way he interacts with you during your consultation. He was kind in personally taking me to show me where the MRI suite was in the Manor Hospital in order to book my MRI. You will be in safe and caring hands.

I was an online client. My first day and many following days, a laptop was placed somewhere (usually with a very minimal view of part of the room) whilst people in the room had a conversation (often it was staff as other patients had left the room/ spent a lot of time waiting for groups to start/ group leaders). Group timings etc weren't stuck to or structured and there seemed no consistency. The hardest part was having to have an 'assessment' i.e. go through my life background in detail (including trauma) a total of 5 times with different members of staff. I'm sorry to say (and likely it's different in person) but there didn't seem to be any genuine care whatsoever. It was a waste of time for me attending here sadly.

Having been under the care of Rebecca for 4 months now, I can honestly say the care, kindness, professionalism, advice, information she has provided has been second to none and invaluable throughout my journey, Rebecca is always reassuring happy to answer any questions and go over anything which I’m unsure of, explaining things in depth, and whilst I appreciate Rebecca has a long line of patients to see, I’ve never felt rushed and I’m given as much time as needed at each appointment, Rebecca has also performed 2 surgeries on me, and on surgery days continues to make you feel at ease, walking you through the process of what’s going to happen. I contacted Dr Nikki after being told a n NHS gynaecologist appointment wait was 64 weeks. It was super easy to make an appointment, find out costs and provide information prior to being seen. It was so nice to be able to spend time with Dr Nikki explaining my issues and actually being listened to. Options were discussed fully, blood tests taken immediately, prescriptions issued and delivered the next day. My follow up was arranged promptly, test results discussed and options openly discussed again. Dr Nikki and the services she offers are so needed for women today.

I can’t recommend Dr Mistry highly enough. I first met him when I was at my lowest, and his support and treatment plan helped me navigate an incredibly difficult period. He is deeply caring and attentive, which made it easy to build trust and talk through the hardest things. He consistently offers different options, clearly explains the trade-offs, and leaves the final choice with you. I never felt pressured into a single “one-size-fits-all” plan. Although he is very clinical and pragmatic in the best way, every consultation felt like a safe space for any emotion

It was a little overwhelming as I was expecting to discuss fitting a coil and whilst that was mentioned, I was advised about having surgery which was unexpected. I found myself agreeing to the surgery despite not knowing much about it. The risks were not explained and I didnt find out how the procedure would be executed or potential recovery time that might be required. I feel a bit confused about whether this is the right course of action or not. I was not pleased to receive a letter that claimed the risks were explained to me, when they were not.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Bhandari. He was very attentive and took the time to genuinely listen to all of my concerns. Dr Bhandari is extremely knowledgeable and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly and in great detail, which was very reassuring. The echocardiogram and ECG was performed with great patience and care, with everything explained step by step. I felt well looked after throughout the appointment and treatment journey and would highly recommend Dr Bhandari.

I am now happy that I have a better understanding of my condition and the options open to me if my condition starts to impact my activities.

She made the experience easy and was also very open to seeing if I had any other dermatological issues unrelated to the one I presented with, as she was happy to look at those too. I had a wonderful day at the Lister Hospital being looked after beautifully before and after my hip procedure. Janette, my nurse couldn't have been friendlier or more reassuring, the food I had was very good and fresh, and then to have a little sprinkling of reflexology on the 'menu' was icing on the cake! All in all a great experience.
