My appointment commenced on time, with no waiting. Mr Cumberbatch introduced himself, and I found him to be very personable , professional and friendly in his approach. This, at an apprehensive moment, was extremely helpful and comforting. During his inspection and assessment, he was very professional and thoughtful, putting me at my ease. Despite the reason for all this, we both managed to pass through the appointment with an amount of humour, which indicated that we were both relaxed through the verbal assessment and ultimate advice upon moving forward. To me, a brilliant experience, despite the reason for the appointment. In Mr Cumberbatch's hands, no one need fear of lack of care and total competence. It was a delight to meet him, and I have total confidence in him.

I can’t recommend Dr Emily Cary highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing in supporting me through the early stages of perimenopause. From our very first appointment, she made me feel listened to, understood, and reassured during what can be a confusing and overwhelming time. Her knowledge, calm approach, and clear explanations helped me make sense of my symptoms and feel confident about the next steps. She took the time to tailor my care to me as an individual, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Thanks to her support and guidance, I feel far more informed, supported, and positive about managing this transition. I’m incredibly grateful for her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any woman at the start of their menopause journey.

At consultation, Professor Field provided a full explanation of my condition and what was needed - a full hip replacement. This was carried out a few weeks later and went very well. Awoke with only a little discomfort. Able to walk with crutches that afternoon. Professor Field was there to provide support after the operation and throughout. Stayed overnight and returned home the day after. Recovery has been steady since amd two wees later am now really starting to see the benefits which will hopefully continue. Professor Field was there amd his team has provided continuing support since returning home with follow up calls which have been very welcome and reassuring. Very pleased with the treatment and care.

Dr Mehrdad Bordbar

Feeling unwell on a Saturday morning with the prospect of waiting for hours in A&E, I contacted Dr Bordbar who telephoned me before 9am and organised a virtual appt via video link. I was seen, expertly assessed, listened to and collaboratively a plan was devised, complete with an electronic prescription, all by 9.30am. Dr Bordbar is compassionate, interested in you as a person, explains his thought processes clearly and actually acknowledges your illness and it's implications rather than dismissing it. I would highly recommend Dr Bordbar and The Olivine Clinic. He is conscientious, kind and saw me on a Saturday when no other private GP was available in Dorset. How brilliant, is that?

Dr Petzer was very personable and immediately put us at ease. He offered reassurance throughout the consultation and took time to explain the situation clearly and thoughtfully. He was honest and transparent about the limitations of what could be managed at this stage, which we appreciated greatly. Recognising the complexity of my mum’s condition, he appropriately referred her to another specialist who is better placed to provide the ongoing management and treatment she requires. His openness, professionalism, and patient-centred approach gave us confidence and reassurance during what could have been a worrying appointment.

Mr Philip Robinson

My appointment with Philip Robinson couldn't have gone better. I went to him as a singer with issues about my throat - roughness and some minor issues caused from previously singing through a cold. He gave me a laryngoscopy then and there during our initial consultation, prescribed my some medication, and referred me to a speech therapist. His avuncular manner and friendly dispossession helped put me at ease, and he explained everything to me in layman's terms, helping me understand the best course of action for my vocal challenges. Additionally, he removed some unexpected hard wax build-up in my ears.

Lucy Clarke was recommended to me after a failed diagnosis and plastic surgery to my accident related damaged left eye lid. Lucy diagnosed the damage was to a muscle in the eyelid and her and her team carried out the surgery to correct this. Lucy and her team were so understanding and caring throughout the whole procedure and I was returning home within 2 hours of my appointment. Ringway is such a lovely dental practice to visit and actually very affordable with the monthly plan - and much nicer than my previous surgery which was more expensive!
