I saw Mr Charles Loh today at Spire Cambridge Lea and honestly had such a good experience. He was really friendly, reassuring and patient, which helped a lot because it was my first time having anything like this done. It was my initial consultation with Mr Loh for a see and treat and removed three cysts which was amazing! Mr Loh made sure I felt comfortable and calm the whole way through. Was professional and had really good bed side manner He’s clearly very good at what he does, but also super friendly and easy to chat to. He explained everything in a simple way, checked in with me throughout, and made the whole thing much better and less daunting than I expected. I’d highly recommend Mr Loh to anyone. I’m really grateful for how well he looked after me today

I had my suspicions as to what was happening to me. However, going down the general NHS GP route was not getting me anywhere. They kept treating each symptom individually rather than looking at me as a whole. A few years of going backwards and forwards. Stress! With Dr Nikki, within the 30 minute consultation I felt heard, all symptoms were put together and a treatment plan was formed. It all made sense and everything was explained. Medication prescribed and ordered, report received and a report sent to my own GP, all within a few hours. Future follow up already booked. That is what you call professionalism, efficiency and having very knowledgeable doctors who understand the female body. Wish I had booked them sooner. I would highly recommend them.

I recently took my 3-year-old to Kidswell when he was feeling unwell, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The facilities are clearly designed with kids and their parents in mind—bright, comfortable, and reassuring. The doctor who saw us was efficient, thorough, and great with my son, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, which added to the sense of calm during a stressful moment. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality care for their children

I obviously can’t comment on Dr Pakrashi’s medical skills but I found him to be very kind and understanding. He put me at ease, listened well and ran tests that appeared to me to be very appropriate to my condition. He always made the effort to explain the purpose of the tests, what the results meant and his findings from them. Although there was no need for surgery, his advice has been very helpful since. I felt privileged to be under his care and would happily recommend him.

Very clean building with plenty of parking. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Doctor and nurse were extremely kind, patient and helpful. I'm a really nervous patient and I'm sure I was a pain but they never let on. Explained everything at the end. Sent me lots of information in great detail. Communication is very organised and timely. Doctor followed up over the phone and sends me results really quickly over email.

Dr Mikhail prescribed a dose of levothyroxine for my subclinical hypothyroidism which resulted in my subsequent repeated blood tests demonstrating hyperthirodism. I have also developed severe muscle pain. When I contacted Dr.Mikhail he told me to continue with the higher dose of levothyroxine in spite of the blood tests results saying that my muscle pain had nothing to do with the levothyroxine overdose.

Professor Warwick is a lovely man. When I first met him I was in absolute agony with terrible arthritis in my right wrist. He treated me at first with injections & once those were discounted as they only worked for a short period, Professor Warwick offered me a small operation that has markedly improved my pain. I whole heartedly recommend this lovely man if you have hand/wrist problems.

I had migs and cataract in my right eye the staff were amazing the time seemed to pass very quickly 7.30am check in I was last even though I was anxious I needn’t have been as there was no pain whatsoever and recovery was good I’m looking forward to my left eye being done hopefully in the next few months I will not be as anxious next time then I can hopefully be free of drops!
