I was a little nervous about visiting the clinic as I had never been to a private practice before, but my experience was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was very approachable and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease when I arrived. The health practitioner who saw me was calm, professional, and attentive. He took the time to discuss my previous health conditions and was able to pinpoint some of my concerns while offering clear, helpful advice. The health assessment itself was quick but thorough, and I felt reassured throughout. What impressed me most was how well everything was explained, from accessing my results to the range of other services available, including mental health support. I was also given practical guidance on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Overall, I left feeling very reassured and impressed by the high standard of care. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were supportive, and I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

In theatre, I had to say I couldn’t open my eyes fully as the plastic covering placed over my eyes was rucked and digging into my previously operated rt. eye.. This was then corrected. A large amount of iodine was instilled to my left eye ( later discovered it was all in my hair ), and I said it felt so painful that I was sure my eye was not anaesthetised. I was then told I would have lots more anaesthetic drops which I believe happened. But I felt the eye speculum being put in and the sensation, not pain, of a tiny curved cut to the nose side of my eyes and then the sensation moved to the opposite side of my eye , where I had a sort of digging sensation, no pain, for a couple of seconds. No further discomforts or sensations felt, just extreme relief to be over the ordeal. However good communication throughout and attention paid to what I was experiencing. My eye was completely comfortable afterwards and my recovery was first class for which I am most grateful.

I absolutely love this Pilates studio! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. My instructor, Claire, is incredible — she’s knowledgeable, professional, and brings such a positive, encouraging energy to every session. She really takes the time to understand your goals and adjusts the workouts to suit your needs, whether you're just starting out or looking to level up. The studio itself is stuning, calming, and beautifully set up — it makes each class feel like a mini retreat. Since working with Claire, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength, posture, and overall wellbeing. I genuinely look forward to every class! If you’re considering Pilates or looking for a studio that feels both professional and personal, I can’t recommend this place — and Claire — enough. It’s been an absolute gift.

After suffering with menopausal symptoms for sometime I finally took the plunge and visited Dr Barton and I’m so glad I did. From the very start she made me feel welcome and it was a relief that someone was finally listening and taking me seriously. Dr Barton was very informative and made quite a few suggestions on how I could make some improvements from changes to my current HRT, diet and supplements, all of which made perfect sense. I left feeling so much better with a plan to implement. Whilst I think our GP’s do a fantastic job they just don’t have the time and available prescription resources to fully deal with menopause. I spent an hour with Dr Barton and would highly recommend her.

We visited Dr. Deepa Srinivasan on 9th July for a scan. I am the husband of patient Y. Patel. We were very worried about our baby’s head size, but Dr. Deepa checked my wife carefully and explained everything clearly. She confirmed the situation, told us what further tests might be needed, explained both the benefits and risks, and also gave us helpful ideas on what to do next. What we appreciated most was the way she kept our morale high, especially for my wife, who was anxious. She was very kind, patient, and supportive. Even though I am writing this review a little late (because I saved the link), I want to honestly say that we were very happy with her care and guidance during the scan.

My wife is in hospital for an operation today and due to prior anxieties over NHS treatment, we asked the hospital for me to stay with my wife in the room throughout including overnight. They have been most accommodating and have bent over backwards to make it work and kept me fully informed throughout how the operation is going. The consultant was more than happy for me to ask questions both during consultations and the surgery today and has given great confidence that all will go as planned. Ward staff have been more than helpful to both of us and treated us as individuals and my wife has been provided a high level of care throughout.

(Program included a Chiropractor and 2 Physiotherapists - Soft tissue and Exercise) Following my initial diagnosis, which was both thorough and explanatory, I always received a warm welcome at Reception which helps when you are feeling fragile. The program mixed between all three experts and I only ever had to wait a few minutes for my scheduled appointment. Each expert was friendly, professional and put me at ease straight away.

I have found Professor Sinclair very professional but also adequately empathetic. She paid attention to my medical history, was patient and asked good questions. Her recommendations and guidance for further investigation were thorough, and focused both on supporting the management of existing symptoms and ensuring we have a clear, consistent picture of the situation. I am leaving feeling reassured on where I am at and confident about next steps to be taken. It was a worthwhile eight hour round trip.

The nurse who did the pre visit assessment was amazing. She was very friendly & put me at ease and explained exactly what was happening. I was sent an easy to read comprehensive report of my results prior to seeing the doctor which was great as I could go prepared with my questions. Again, he was very friendly & put me at ease, also carried out further tests, explained my results and advised accordingly. I really really recommend anyone thinking of seeking medical advise to use them.

I went to Mr Achan for a second opinion as I have had an ongoing issue with both a hip replacement and a knee replacement. He discussed my history and took new xrays and made a few great recommendations. He referred me to a fantastic radiologist for an ultrasound examination of my hip and knee. He was able to pin point two issues and did injections to help elevate the pain. I am very pleased with my outcome.
