An unforgettable Natural Water Birth Experience! Where to begin. I had a natural water birth delivery without painkillers. This was only possible because Reena made me feel empowered throughout my whole pregnancy. I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care I received from her throughout my entire pregnancy and delivery. I met her through another consultant whilst looking for an obstetrician and I only had to meet her once to know she will deliver my baby. She had such a beautiful aura to her. You could see how much she loves what she does. Her confidence in her work just shined through. She made me feel confident in choosing her. She was so well put together and knew how to answer everyone of my questions. She was so compassionate through out my whole pregnancy and checked in on me every opportunity she had. I cannot recommend her enough. In every scan appointment she would be super excited to see our baby and explained every single detail regarding the baby. She would explain and teach us about the babies growth. She truly loves what she does and that makes every appointment super joyful. She has such a warm energy to her. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. I feel that I found a freind in her and I could be super comfortable talking to her about everything I felt. When my baby was discovered to be breech, she gave me options on how to turn the baby naturally first. I chose Moxibustion which is a natural method to help turn the baby before the medicalised version of turning baby. This worked and we were able to stick to our plan for a natural birth. She always gave me enough information to know the outcome of every decision I made so i was well informed, she let me lead my pregnancy. I chose to have a water birth, and I am so thankful I had Reena by my side. She brought my little guy out on my last push. My pregnancy was a calm ans empowering experience and my birth wad far beyond what I could have imagined. I had her unwavering support and guidance during pregnancy, which helped me in my natural birth without taking pain medication, she helped me stay focused and grounded. Every step of the way, Reena was there with the amazing midwives, offering kind words of encouragement, helping me trust my body, and ensuring that both my baby and I were safe and well taken care of. Her approach to care is simply unmatched. What truly sets her apart is the way she listened to my wishes and made me feel in charge of my pregnancy and delivery. Thanks to Reena, I had a beautiful, unmedicated birth that was everything I hoped for and more. I truly feel empowered and grateful for the incredible experience she helped me create. She is more than just a doctor, she is a freind now and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking an amazing birth experience. She made me believe I can give birth naturally whilst making sure I had all the medical guidance needed. Early January 2024, I was diagnosed with Squamous carcinoma in my neck and I had gone through a radiotherapy / chemotherapy treatment and recovered well by mid 2024. A year and a few months later, I discovered something in my upper left jaw and with biopsy, it’s confirmed to be cancer again. I searched for a Maxillofacial surgeon and several of my friends and doctors recommended Dr. Mustansir Alibhai as one of the best in this area. I went to see him and from day one I saw how he is kind and taking good care of his patients. Within a week, he did all required scans and tests and booked the surgery. The surgery was so complicated because of my previous radiotherapy treatment. The surgery took about 14 hours, almost double the normal time, and Dr. Alibhai along with his team had to deal with several complications during the surgery. He dealt with these complications in a very professional way as I heard from his colleagues after the surgery. I think that Allah gave me a new opportunity in this day to come back to life through the help of Dr. Alibhai. After the surgery, I saw a caring person who was taking care of all the details along with his team. I spent 6 days at intensive care and then another 5 days at a normal room. During this period, Dr. Alibhai and his team took very good care of me. The results of the surgery were superb. The pathology report mentioned the success of the surgery in fully removing the tumor with a very good margin. Therefore, my oncologist along with Dr. Alibhai and the team decided that there is no need for further radiotherapy treatment, given the fact that I already had radiotherapy before. The recovery process is a little long because of the sophisticated surgery in my mouth and my leg. I can’t tell you enough about how careful and kind Dr. Alibhai is in following up with me and managing the recovery process in the best possible way to make sure that I return to my normal situation and normal life in due time. He is a real human before being a doctor and this is what makes the difference. I highly recommend Dr. Alibhai for similar cases and I am quite sure he will do a great job. I wish him all the best in his career and his life.

The whole referral process was a bit of a mess with little communication, so what could have been a 4-8 week wait-time was actually turned into 3-4 months. I understand though that since my original referral skylight had an influence of applications, but mine got put aside without talking to me because of problems with my GP. When I originally contacted them after 8 weeks to get some information I was told not to contact again and then if anything was needed from me someone from skylight would reach out. So I wait, and heard nothing. When I finally contacted them again, close to the 4 months mark, I got told my referral still hadn't been processed because of a mistake from my GP and them not answering Skylight's emails/phone calls. I had to keep contacting both skylight and my GP to get this sorted until finally someone who could give me a bit more help and information helped get it sorted then and there. I cant fault skylight too much though, right after that everything went smoothly and they have been really informative on the rest of the steps. I just wish in future they contact the patient right away if it happens, rather than wait for the patient to contact them.

Admin team are really friendly and very helpful with any questions. They are also very quick to respond to emails which is amazing. Dr Chris Airey is brilliant, he goes through every blood marker and explains everything clearly. I transferred to this clinic from Optimale as the service and protocol I was on didn’t feel very optimal for me. In my opinion, UrbanTRT is way better and I now understand what truly personalised TRT looks like. The difference in how I feel, the communication, and the level of detail they go into has been top quality.

I was 3rd in line but still got there at 8:30. This meant I was waiting around for 2 hours. Then on the other side of the procedure everything was so stressed and rushed. I took a little while to come round but literally as soon as I opened my eyes I was being hassled to contact my husband to come for me/to get dressed/to go to the toilet/ to eat. It was really horrible. No-one took my cannula out, I had to ask and that was done in such a rush. Then I was sent to reception still feeling very woozy and vulnerable. Not what I was expecting.

I had an appointment for GBS test on Monday bit disappointed really on the website it said we take 2 swabs also said we can book with someone to take the Sab, which I did, but on the appointment, I was only given tools to do it myself. As being heavy pregnant it's really difficult to do and main reason I went private, paid extra and travelled all the way so, someone will do it for me accurately ( if I had to take swab myself, i would have ordered home kit, reduced so much hazel / money/ time). .

I enjoy going to my dentist. The professional staff - dentist and hygienist - always explain what they are going to do (or doing). I always come out with my teeth and mouth feeling good - even after a filling or other treatment so far. The Hygienist feels like spa therapy in my mouth! The only hiccup of the day was that I learned they had only just put a charge on my account for something done 5 years ago! "Horrendous!" I still had to pay for it apparently, which I do not think is right!
