I first saw Dr Dobson in mid-June after realising, at the ripe age of 44, that I was showing clear signs of perimenopause. My NHS GP wasn't taking my concerns seriously at all. I was basically told I was too young and should try meditation. (Not sure how that's meant to help with night sweats, but there we are). From the minute I sat down with Dr Dobson, the experience was completely different. He was patient, thorough, and most importantly, he actually listened. He took my symptoms seriously and helped me figure out what mattered most to improve my day-to-day life. We agreed on a treatment plan and a clear follow-up process, which immediately gave me a lot more confidence. At my first review, he quickly identified what was and wasn't working and adjusted the medication without any fuss. During my final consultation, he even noticed something I'd brushed off as insignificant (a bit of irritation from the adhesive on the HRT patch) and explained that I didn't have to tolerate it. He offered an alternative straight away. It sounds small, but it really showed how much he pays attention and genuinely wants your treatment to work properly, not "good enough", which as women we learn to do with our health at a very young age. I've now been handed back to my NHS GP for the ongoing prescription, which is exactly the outcome I hoped for. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dr Dobson in future if I needed to. He made a stressful and frankly dismissive experience elsewhere feel manageable, and I'm really grateful for that.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Amar at Happy Kids Dental in Hammersmith with both of our children, and he has been absolutely amazing every single time. He’s kind, professional, patient, and always knows how to make kids feel relaxed and safe — even when they were a bit scared at first! Unfortunately, both of our kids had a few cavities, but thanks to Dr. Amar’s gentle and caring approach, they got through all the treatments without fear or stress — and now they actually look forward to seeing the dentist! 🦷💛 A huge thank you to Dr. Amar for his incredible care and kindness. In general I was very pleased with my own treatment. I have three suggestions about the waiting room where drops are administered. 1. When giving information/instructions, this should be spoken slowly and in correct English, or to put it the other way around, should not be rushed. 2. Where issues arise which involve detailed discussion of a personal nature with a patient, as happened when I was there, this should be conducted privately. 3. The instructions about post-op self-care should be more carefully laid out, particularly when there is a change as was the case recently. I found myself puzzling over whether to use the Hylo-Forte eye drops I had already bought to treat slight grittiness as this might be a source of infection.

The surgery was very efficient and I recovered well. I did find some of the administration was confusing. I had letters sent changing times and dates. My first operation was cancelled as I was about to go into theatre and then I had a letter with a new appointment which was the date of the cancelled op. Phone numbers given were for the general switchboard who had no idea where to direct my call. However Dr Moussa’s secretary was extremely efficient and helpful. She had various queries from me as I kept getting letters with different times for various tests. All the staff I saw were helpful and caring and working under a great deal of pressure.

No problems with the medical teatment. Not sure why I was sent an invoice for medications some days after the treatment. It would have been much easier to pay in the hospital on the day. The invoice doesn't say if you can pay by card by phone or on line. This is a basic service these days. The menu offered for kosher food was limited and most of the items marked as being available weren't. If you're going to offer this service then you need to make sure you have available what you are offering - this is the private wing and one is paying for additional levels of service - not provided here.

Very positive experience , the staff really helped put my nerves at ease and I feel confident that I will be well looked after during my surgery as a result . I would like to especially recognise the nurse who conducted my pre assessment appointment for being so friendly and reassuring and for the nurse who took my bloods when I took a turn and felt faint , she was quick to react and her actions prevented me from passing out completely

Downstairs work being done to the building. Noisy and lots of stuff/materials over the waiting room floor. I found the whole experience poor considering this is a private paying surgery. I understand the work needs to be done, however for a patient it is not ideal by a long shot. Not a relaxing atmosphere or acceptable. This is the second time I have been and the same building work being done.
