Simon has been so wonderful from the offset. I’ve had two hip operations and he has done both of them. He puts you at ease and explains everything and although I know he sees a lot of patients, he is so caring. He doesn’t rush like some consultants do…his professionalism has shone throughout the last 12 months and he also happens to be one of the loveliest people that I’ve had the pleasure to meet. I am going to have to have another operation and I’m going to go back to Simon , purely because you have to put your trust into the best care and that exactly what I have received Simon

After doing some research, I was able to book an appointment at Spire Hospital Harpenden, where I first met Mr. Jambulingam in August this year. Just two months after that initial consultation, I had my gallbladder removed. I want to express my deepest thanks to Mr. Jambulingam and the entire team at Spire Hospital Harpenden. From beginning to end, the care and experience were exceptional, and I am truly grateful for everything they have done for me.

am African and originally from Africa. Today, the young lady who took my blood was extremely kind and very professional. As we were talking, she was friendly, respectful, and welcoming. I was truly impressed by her attitude and the way she treated me. When she inserted the needle to draw my blood, I barely felt anything — she clearly knew exactly where the vein was and performed the procedure with great skill. If people in this world were all like her, the world would be filled with endless happiness.

I would very highly recommend the Clayton ward. We have had two babies there and were really well looked after by kind, happy staff (doctors, midwives, assistants, catering and reception) who taught us a huge amount about how to care for a newborn. Having access to 121 support from midwives anytime day or night is just invaluable. The food was very good (for hospital food) and we genuinely looked forward to it each day - it really helped us recover as sleep deprived parents.

I visted the 2Me Clinic with Dr. Amaechi for a coil removal that I was extremely nervous for after 1 failed attempt by the NHS. From consultation phone call to the procedure, Dr. Amaechi met me with so much compassion, kindness and understanding. She was able to sucessfully perform the prodcedure quickly and effectively - ensuring I was calm and comfortable the whole time. It made a world of difference, thank you!!!

My experience once in the practice was very good. Staff friendly and professional. What I found very stressful beforehand was locating the property. The letter that I received from the NHS gave an address of One Medical House which I could not find on any signage. I drove around for 10 mins and was then worried that I would miss my appointment. The letter should be updated to state OSD Healthcare.

We were welcomed nicely. Offered a lovely selection of drinks by the friendly reception staff and then saw our wonderful Dr Jawad who is just so kind, caring, thoughtful and knowledgable. He just goes beyond doctor and you really feel he genuinely cares for your child. He is so thorough and informative and has such a great manner with the children (and is parents). Would 100% recommend.

Was overnight stay at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, all staff were very polite and courteous to myself and the other 5 people within the ward during my stay. The team were very attentive to each individuals needs, which made for a pleasant stay. Facilities were clean and if any ‘accidents’ occurred then these were addressed immediately to promote cleanliness in the ward

Dr Goel was very pleasant, helpful listened to my concerns. Gave me honest advice and resolution. Communicated clearly and I felt I was in good hands . The only negative was , the clinic and parking was difficult locate. Parking area was too small and not sufficient, only alternative was to park on a double yellow line. I am glad Dr.Goel is looking after me.

Mr Umranikar was polite, curtious, and easy to talk to. He seemed genuinely interested in helping get to the bottom of my health issues. When it came to doing an examination he was professional, pleasant and gentle, allowing me to keep my dignity intact. I'd recommend him to anyone who has the same or similar problems to me.
