I have had Cataract operations to both eyes January-March 2025. Things didn't start well when the Surgeon, in a 'telephone consultation' with me, committed to a price for the new lenses I would get. This was later overruled by the Management who told me the Surgeon didn't have the authority to agree a price with me. So I had to pay quite a bit more than I was originally told. As in some £400 per eye more. Amusing to observe how the 'care' (on the NHS, but sub-contracted to this private business) was promoted as being 'Exactly the same as Private Medical Care'. Oh no it wasn't ...it was much better. Once I was flagged up as 'potentially suitable for a PRIVATE operation' using Implants that were 'Not available on the NHS' I was treated very different. Previously done examinations were repeated 'to be sure'. Does that mean they are not sure if you are a NHS Patient? ;). Additional examinations 'not available on the NHS' were done. Am I being unfair? A short review would just say this: *Generally excellent professional friendly staff. * Medical care excellent. But.... Appointment waiting times need reviewing - I have always had to wait at least 45 min, sometimes more than on hour, before being seen. Why? If you depend on a relative or friend to drop you off and pick you up it sometimes got a bit difficult: Is this appointment going to take 30 Min, or 4 hours? Nobody knows. Admin/organization sometimes a bit confused - Why did I get an email survey for my right eye, and not for my left? Waiting in the corridor between different checks in different rooms a bit of a hit and miss - staff running around, folders being handed over, people sitting and waiting being missed, the order in which things were done got a bit confused sometimes, patients reminding passing nurses that others who arrived after them were seen before them. But all with good humor! But, in the end, I can see excellent again with both eyes - and that is what is really important.

I am an international masters hockey player , which normally involves playing 5 full games over a 10 day period. Eighteen months ago I got constant pain in my left knee. During a tournament last year I was really struggling to play as was in constant pain from game one and it only got worse over the tournament. I got an MRI and had a consultation with a specialist knee surgeon, who stated that the pain was mainly due to wear and tear. The cartilage had thinned and there were signs of osteoarthritis and inflammation. We tried a cortisone injection which did absolutely nothing for me. I was reluctant to get a partial knee replacement but was not keen on the recovery time and also how successful it would be. After finding out about arthromacid and doing some research I decided to give it a go as it is much less invasive than surgery. The procedure was very straightforward and had a bit of stiffness and a bit of constant pain for about 10 days. Since then I have had bit of constant pain but the majors thing is that I don’t notice it when playing and even managed to play 5 games in 10 days with only a very slight degradation in performance and no significant increase in pain. I am very pleased with the outcome of the procedure and am hoping to be continue playing into the future.

I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I am extremely grateful to my gynecologist for his exceptional care and guidance throughout my journey. He helped me immensely with period regulation, ovulation, and pregnancy care medications, explaining everything clearly and patiently. Whenever I had doubts or questions, he was always approachable and responsive—and even when he wasn’t personally available, his PA ensured my queries were answered promptly. Thanks to his expert advice and the treatment plan I followed, within just 3–4 months of meeting him, I was blessed with a sweet little baby girl this year. I truly appreciate his dedication, professionalism, and constant support. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable gynecologist.

I am extremely grateful for the care and support I’ve received from Dr Rahman. From the very first appointment, I felt listened to, understood, and taken seriously. Dr Rahman has a calm, gentle, and thoughtful approach, and throughout the diagnostic process I felt supported and reassured. As someone who sought diagnosis in their late 30s and who has a strong focus on my career, I had concerns about how changes or treatment might affect the progress I’ve worked hard to achieve. Dr Rahman took these concerns seriously and guided me with care, clarity, and respect for my goals. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Rahman to anyone seeking ADHD assessment or care.

Private room badly refurbished from a two bed ward. Very poor heating system so room was cold and because there were three windows to the corridor, it could not be darkened - blinds ineffective. Bathroom newly refurbished but I was surprised there was no Arab douche facility or bidet. It is not acceptable to have to pull individual sheets of very poor quality toilet paper from a wall machine. There were shampoo bottles and body lotion but no soap bottles or dispenser. I know the NHS cannot compete with SJand E or the Wellington but I was dismayed by the standard. Care was good but rushed because of Christmas staffing levels.

I had pain in my ankle. It had become more painful over the past two years.I had broken my ankle in 1999.have had several operation and the ankle had been fused. What was needed for my treatment was investigated and a clear plan of what was going to take place was explained. The ankle was no longer fused and so Mr Anjum cause of action was to redo the fusion with a bone graft again. All went well and I followed all his instructions. Am just having some physical therapy to strengthen muscle.

I am currently 6wks PO from having BA with Mr Apostolou. I cannot recommend him enough. Mr Apostolou was very professional and reassured any uncertainties I may have had. I am very happy with the results and I have not had any problems whatsoever. My very short stay at Nuffield Hospital was very pleasant and I was very well cared for, even after surgery with routine check ups. I will certainly be recommending Mr Apostolou to friends who I know are considering the same surgery.

I received surgery to repair a hernia at the Nuffield Hospital Bristol with Mr Khan. The operation was successful with no complications and I've now recovered. Mr Khan provided plenty of reassurance with time to ask questions prior to surgery, on the day and afterwards and the Nuffield made for much more relaxing/stress free experience than visiting a larger hospital. I would recommend him and this hospital for anyone needing this surgery.

I have had physiotherapy treatment with Seth Chambers for several months for various conditions. I was very pleased with Seth's advice which was instructive and really helpful in treating my injuries. It was also very useful that he could refer me to the musculo-skeletal doctor Sarah Rollins at the same practice who was also excellent. I am now injury free and would happily recommend both of them.

Had a visit recently pre-christmas for a TSW flare up. Doctor was extremely kind, took all my concerns on board and didn't push me into using any medication I didn't want to. Went away with a prescription for medication I was happy to use and am feeling much better. Would use again if it was required.
