I could not recommend MUMs and Miss Pradhan highly enough. Right from my first phone call, the team were so accommodating, they understood and heard my concerns and provided availability to get me seen within two days. Miss Pradhan herself is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and empathic and immediately put me at ease. She was able to explain everything and I was able to ask all the questions that were causing me anxiety. I walked away from the clinic feeling totally reassured and knew that there was an action plan in place to ensure I was on the right medical pathway. Mr Agu was one of 3 surgeons who carried out my operation. I travelled to London for my procedure as my local Neurosurgery department planned to maintain me on ineffective medication with debilitating side effects. The operation and recovery has been entirely uneventful. I am no longer requiring medication. I have returned to work. I have experienced none of the potential complications. I surprisingly have no obvious scarring. Mr Agu and his team have immeasurably changed my life for the better. I returned for a check up and my hip was X-rayed the scar has healed up and all movements are better than expected. I had my usual three-weekly chemo and immunotherapy treatment at the Cavendish Clinic today and as usual everyone was so kind and caring. It really makes a difference. My nurse, Uma T was so helpful and friendly today. She spent a lot of time with me making sure everything was okay.
