This was so different from when I was here 10 years ago. The nursing staff were so lovely this time, cheerful and friendly and Lou was particularly helpful. All staff everywhere were kind and pleasant. The physiotherapists led by Carmen were astonishing. Their whole approach was helpful and kindly, the exercises were achievable, the support was just excellent including the post op phone call to me at home. I feel really positive about it all. I also commend the food, it was fantastically good especially the lamb stew, very Elizabeth David . And I really liked the inflating things on my feet the first night, very soothing. The one thing I didn't like was the tsunami of emails with essential information, each with a link to a cloud, needing a password . This took ages to navigate, and I gave up. When I mentioned this in person I got a really good booklet which I'm still using. It takes seconds to flip from section to section, it works and is useful. Perhaps if each email made it clear what section it's about, then that might help. But it's quicker to use the paper version.

Both myself and my daughter have been patients of Dr Bakshi for over a year and he has helped us hugely. Recently my 18 month old was suffering from back to back viruses and worsening rashes. I contacted Dr Bakshi in desperation just before Christmas as the treatment advice from the GP was not working, and it was looking like we would be unable to travel and see family while she was so unwell. Dr Bakshi identified 2 types of skin infection and was able to advise the correct regimen of creams to use, and we were able to see our family at Christmas. Thank you so much for your kindness and empathy, and for always going above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Bakshi for both adults and children; he is one of the kindest and most helpful and knowledgeable consultants I have come across, and his secretary Rahul is also lovely and very responsive and helpful.

Mr Jamie Vatish

Mr Vatish was attentive and gave clear answers to my questions. He was knowledgeable and helped me to understand the procedure I was about to have. He explained what a biopsy was and how it was taken. He then explained the potential results. Once I was given the diagnosis, he explained the surgery I would have and what he would do in terms of taking a margin of tissue from around the site of the cancer and sending it to the lab. When the results came back, he gave me clear results and was able to answer my questions about my future, giving me examples of how likely reoccurance might be, in terms of percentage. Mr Vatish is a very skilled surgeon. I only have a very slight scar a month after surgery. I would highly recommend Mr Vatish for any surgery required, you will be in very good hands.

I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

From the initial consultation to post-operative care, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I had a day procedure at the Lindo Wing and the experience was excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, professional, and kind, which made a stressful situation much easier to cope with. The entire process, from arranging the initial consultation to scheduling the procedure, was handled very efficiently, with minimal waiting time. The medical staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the day. The environment was calm, clean, and reassuring, and I truly felt that I was in very safe hands. I am very grateful for the care and compassion shown by the whole team.

The Clinic was a little difficult to find but once there the staff were excellent and very efficient. My appointment was on time and the waiting area was warm and comfortable. The consultant was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. I wasn’t rushed or meant to feel unimportant. The nurse was helpful and reassuring. There had been an administrative problem that I had mentioned to the lady on arrival and that was completely sorted out by the time I left which was extremely efficient. Apart from the appointment running about 30 minutes late everything was fine. Mr Humza Malik was very professional and courteous. From the minute I walked into the room he greeted me with kindness. He explained at great length what the operation entailed. He also gave me worse case scenarios so I was aware of exactly what to expect. That gave me great confidence. He asked if I had any concerns or fears which gave me a lot of reassurance that I was in safe hands. I also appreciate the fact that he thought it was important to meet his patients prior to their operation which made me feel relaxed.

I have recently completely recovered from a hip replacement operation and found the experience excellent from the original consultation to the successful recovery . My expectations were exceeded in every way from being able to complete my first steps 5 hours after surgery and being discharged from hospital within 24 hours. On my order I specifically asked for CAPSULES of paracetamol not Tablets. The turn around was quick but I realized when receiving 3 boxes of tablets no care had been taken to check the medecine. When I asked for a return label they asked for photos and description of the packaging of which I cant do . I'm over 90 and not familiar with taking photos and being a simple mistake in product I didn't understand. I will never use these people again and wil never recommend them. My order #
