I am absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out, the implants sit beautifully in a natural, correct position, and the outcome looks and feels amazing. Most importantly, the surgery has given me a huge boost in self-confidence and improved my body image. I had a combined ASD & ADHD appointment at Diverse Minds Clinic and am very happy with the outcome. I had to fill in several questionnaires before the appointment, and that was pretty hard. However, the sacrifice was repaid, as Dr Cappai put me at ease and understood my difficulties. For the first time, I felt heard, and it was a great experience. The service provided at Diverse Minds Clinic is impressive. They tend to reply very quickly, and staff do all they can to support you. The team has been very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with the forms where I was having problems. Dr Cappai also arranged to speak with me on the phone, free of charge, before my appointment, which I thought was remarkable. I will continue working with Dr Cappai during the titration period and possibly in the future. Highly recommended.

Hello I was very upset when the hospital charge me for XRAY in an NHS hospital that we have to be in the queue and don't get the private care. I had a fall in June 2024 and had an operation at RFH unfortunately the operation was not successful. I can't walk properly I am on a stick and have lots of pain. If I go to private is because I don't have any access to NHS but that doesn't mean that for diagnosis I need to pay while me and my family are paying a lot for taxes and don't benefit for our health when we need and are desperate. I also have been to another private consultant to find out what went wrong and if I can ever get better and can walk but they just charge me for consultation not XRAY in an all private clinic. Thank you

This was a very positive visit. Dr Hardy is friendly and kind and really put me at ease. She listened to the symptoms I had been having and provided explanations for them in a jargon-free and understandable way. She then developed a management plan that she carefully explained. I was nervous about this appointment as it is not easy discussing very sensitive and personal symptoms. However Dr Hardy has a lovely bedside manner which made it really easy to be open about the symptoms I was having. I came away from the appointment feeling listened to, with my symptoms acknowledged and feeling positive about the therapies that she had suggested. I can highly recommend Dr Hardy.

Dr Petzer was very personable and immediately put us at ease. He offered reassurance throughout the consultation and took time to explain the situation clearly and thoughtfully. He was honest and transparent about the limitations of what could be managed at this stage, which we appreciated greatly. Recognising the complexity of my mum’s condition, he appropriately referred her to another specialist who is better placed to provide the ongoing management and treatment she requires. His openness, professionalism, and patient-centred approach gave us confidence and reassurance during what could have been a worrying appointment.

Dr. Aisan is very kind and respectful person. She helped me understand my ADHD with so much compassion and clarity, rather than judgment. The way she normalised my experiences and explained how my brain works has been incredibly relieving. I feel more accepting of myself and more confident in finding strategies that actually work for me. She didn’t just focus on difficulties, but also helped me recognise my strengths and patterns. The strategies we worked on were realistic, flexible, and genuinely suited to how my brain functions. I now feel more organised, less overwhelmed, and far kinder to myself.

Dr Anthony Lerman

Throughout the whole process of diagnosis, which involved an endoscopy, colonoscopy and CT colongraphy, Dr Lerman was exceptionally clear about what was involved, what was discovered and what that meant; ie, how I should understand, interpret and act upon the diagnosis and findings. He explains things thoroughly and clearly, with charm and good humour. He was attentive, and sensitive in ensuring that I received information in as clear and reassuring a manner as possible. I'd unreservedly recommend him. And his team deserve a shout out - they are lightening fast in responding and sorting things out.

The staff were nice and supportive but the doctor Ravi Ratnavel was unprofessional in both visits. He had no empathy towards me as his patient, didn’t show that he cared at all. He gets defensive when asked questions and eventually told me he lost fascination in my condition. He also said I’m obsessing for asking questions within my rights as a patient, especially as his inputs have not been considerate caring or consistent. The administration and governance committee decided that his behavior is aligned with quality care so I would not recommend this clinic to anyone

Very pleased with the procedure and the outcome. Checking in and all the pre-procedure checks was a smooth and efficient process. I have no complaints at all about the procedure carried out by Dr James Hickey. The procedure was a BCC removal and required several stitches in my thigh, but I can honestly say that it was completely painless and I felt totally relaxed at all times. Dr Hickey was very good at communicating everything that he was doing before, during and after the procedure.

I had cataract removal surgery from both eyes and for medical reasons by general anaesthetic. I had fallen over a few times and was really worried as the NHS waiting list was so long.. I decided that I could not wait and from initial consultation this was all arranged in under 3 weeks. Mr Girgis is very personable, reassuring and professional. at all times and I highly recommend him. The difference to my eyesight has been incredible and I cannot thank him enough.

It was comforting to have a couple of chats with the staff on the helpline. I was pleased to be seen by the nurse to check my dressing. ( Though frustrating I had to ask to be seen because my own Dr surgery couldn't offer me an appointment till the end of the month) I would certainly recommend Practice Plus
