As a Nervous patient about to have an Extraction..I was sitting In the waiting room Dreading every second The Receptionist was very nice and made me feel at ease Then after a very short wait ..the time had come for me to face my Fears.. As I sat in the chair the procedure was explained to me in full and the Dentist really made me feel Comfortable and at ease .. The first Extraction had taken place without me even being aware ..so no pain whatsoever Time for the second Extraction.. The Dentist asked me to rinse my mouth And I promise the second Extraction had already been carried out without me being aware ..completely pain free ..the dentist advised me that she should carry out a filling to another one of my teeth ..I was a bit reluctant..she cleaned the area and what I can only describe as her massaging the affected tooth the filling was carried out successfully.. I have a follow on Appointment in January And can Honestly say ..im looking forward to it Oh and to add ...when the Anesthetic wore off I experienced no pain or Discomfort whatsoever..and less than 24 hours later I sat down and enjoyed hot coffee With no Discomfort.... I can't thank you enough for your Treatment..and after 64 years ..im no longer a Nervous Patient Thank you

The third lower back operation, to free my sciatic nerve. My first going private and it was well worth it. I was very assured by Mr Bhagawati’s initial promise that he could free the offending and constantly painful nerve. He had reviewed my MRI and showed and explained what the problem was. My admittance to the Cobham Clinic was timely and staff were brilliant. Mr Bhagawati saw me post op and explained exactly what he had done and that he considered it a success. He was also available to speak to, on the phone, a couple of weeks after the operation when I had a concern. Upon seeing him at the Spire Hospital, he explained in detail, what he’d done and I could assure him that I am recovering well and am extremely happy with the outcome. If I do have any concerns, I can get in touch with him within the 12 months following the operation.

Staff all good, but I had been given inaccurate info before the appt and didn’t wear contact lenses for 2 weeks beforehand altho this was unnecessary as all measurements had already been taken. I then had to wait over an hour to be seen, longer than for the NHS appt. When I mentioned the long wait I was told this was because everyone had wanted a long discussion as they were private appts! Surely this is to be expected and the solution is not to overbook appts. I can’t comment yet on the procedure as haven’t had it yet.

After being dismissed by other doctors, she was a breath of fresh air with lots of ideas, and she was invested in helping me get my life back from pain. The medicines she has prescribed me for my endometriosis have changed my life and she always has a range of suggestions for symptom management of many conditions. Cannot recommend her enough. Service was good when I had the appointments Long wait times where I had no info at times, had to chase replies to my emails, particularly once where I got an email saying i would be able to book my appointment 'very soon' and then nothing for weeks More info before appointments would have been nice, what to expect / prepare, my second appointment I assumed was going to be the diagnosis but turned out to just be another round of questionnaire questions not with the psychiatrist

I would like to thank the Breast care team and radiographers for their professionalism, especially on my first appointment, when I had been called back after a routine mammogram, and was totally unprepared for the biopsies, and was feeling shell shocked, that it might be cancer. I am grateful that due to the screening, my cancer has been found and removed.
