We talked, we laughed, and he had a way of easing the anxiety I was carrying. In many ways, it felt more like sitting with someone who genuinely cared, almost like a friend, rather than just a consultant. At the same time, he took my condition completely seriously. He listened carefully, diagnosed the problem, and gave me the right treatment without ever rushing decisions, even when surgery was involved. I trusted him fully and never had a moment of doubt. Over time, my condition improved steadily, and less than a year later I am fully recovered, healed, and discharged, something I never thought would be possible when I first came to see him. From the bottom of my heart, choosing Mr Rasheed was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is an exceptional consultant and an incredible person, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for genuine care, reassurance, and trust in their doctor.

It was OK. Sorry this system doesn't allow me to write why I went there and therefore wastes my time! I was there for a Pre op assessment. My Op is 9 Feb 2026 under Dr Panos Gikas. I asked him if I could attend this clinic as it is nearer where I live. The. appointment was alright. The only issue I had was that when it came to having a blood test, they insisted that I had to have 2 separate ones in each arm? I get blood tests regularly as I have a long term condition. The first one was relatively pain free which was performed by Isabella. The second was performed by Riggs(?) and was unneccessarily painful due to him holding down the needle when it was in my arm. I was not happy about that. I did not understand the reason for the second blood test, when one is usually fine and if more blood is required, then usually another vial is attached as necessary.

I have recently had cosmetic surgery at Sancta Maria and i genuinely would not want to go anywhere else…. I may be biased as I work at the hospital but for me regardless of who I was the staff were very professional and gave outstanding care. I always watch how every staff members provide this incredible service to other members of the public but honestly they showed me so much care and compassion throughout my surgery. The staff in all departments - especially recovery and ward as that’s where I spent my time mostly. Also Ashley in outpatients for providing me with an appointment for dressing clinic to put my mind at ease when I accidentally got my dressings wet. Honestly I would not want to have had my surgery anywhere else. Thank you all so much. I am very proud to work within such an incredible team.

This is truly a very pleasant clinic. All staff put you at ease and treat you very well. I had an upper endoscopy performed by Dr Craig Mowat. He is a really patient, polite and conscientious professional man who listened to my concerns and talked me through them. He was very thorough and suggested how I could relive my symptoms mean time until my procedure, which was only a few weeks later. He explained exactly what would happen. The experience was very calm and I was put at ease. Dr Mowat told me of his findings immediately after the procedure and called me to discuss biopsy results a couple of weeks later. The whole experience was calm and quickly put my fears to rest. Thank you very much for lifting a huge weight off my mind - I can now get back to enjoying life!

Firstly Mr Manjaly empathy and the time given, and how compassionate he was about my situation was outstanding He gave clear instruction and didn’t go into things to confuse me, as he took me through each stage carefully, which really helped, the outcome ideas he gave were really realistic. Working through all of these we could then work out that the Osia device was a good option. Communication for surgery was quick and consise, he came himself to see me and explained things clearly and took on how I was feeling. After over half a century being totally deaf in one ear, isolated, depression what Mr Manjaly has been able to do for me has changed my life and I had nothing but excellent treatment.

Dr Chopra also addressed additional concerns beyond the initial reason for my visit, offering a broader treatment approach, which I appreciated. While I understand that diagnosing multiple issues within a half-hour appointment is challenging, the consultation was helpful and provided the reassurance and confidence boost I was looking for.

Professor Akolekar has been absolutely Fantastic at every appointment all the way throughout our pregnancy. I was really struggling with anxiety in this pregnancy following recurrent miscarriages, and I have never felt more looked after, which has really helped me to be able to enjoy this pregnancy, knowing we have a fantastic consult looking after our baby. Though I prepared in advance for what expect in relation to parking and expected to pay on the way out, an usher directed me to another car park where there were options of paying on an app or using cash. I had time on my side luckily. Directions were almost right but I would have been better prepared if I had known the entrance sits at the back of the main A&E entrance. The staff were friendly and the environment was clean and calm. The doctor was incredible, attentive, patient, precise, clear and efficient. The experience was good.
