Vivek has been the face of Elanic for me. His patience and understanding along with knowledge and experience put you at ease after your first consultation. On the follow up visit with him - he’s ready and willing to carry out revision if needed without question. He as keen as the patient to get the finished result spot on The nursing staff are fantastic. Very welcoming and great at reassuring you. They can’t do enough. My only gripe was that nobody was able to give me any details after my op of the size of implant I received or how much fat was removed. I’m hoping to learn this today at my follow up phone call. This is my second procedure at Elanic and both times, I have found the admin side of things lets them down. Omissions/mistakes/non personalisation of documentation emailed for signature. Not taking into consideration distance to travel when allocating follow up appointments (evening appointments aren’t ideal when having to travel nearly 2 hours). Multiple texts arriving all at the same time with schedule of follow up appointments. Thankfully I scrolled up and saw that there were many messages and didn’t just read the last one sent. Very much feels like a “tick box” effort and not enough thought put into making things more customer friendly/professional. I would still choose a Elanic and wouldn’t hesitate recommending to others. The medical side of things is second to none.

I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. Steven is an excellent and empathetic therapist. After having several bad experiences with other therapists I met Steven and immediately felt at ease. Steven listens and is non judgemental. When I first started working with him earlier in the year following a traumatic car crash, I thought I would never drive again. Using EMDR therapy, it has taken hard work but I am now back to driving for which I will forever be grateful.
