I had an excellent experience at the Lindo Wing. Everyone (midwives, baby doctors, anaesthesiologists) were exceptionally calm, supportive, and reassuring throughout my stay. Every step was clearly explained, and all questions were answered with patience and care. Even with the smallest concern about my baby’s health, a neonatologist was promptly invited to carry out a full assessment, which gave me great peace of mind. I was also supported with my baby’s breast attachment immediately in the delivery room, which was incredibly helpful. The rooms are very well equipped, and during delivery both my and my baby’s heart rates were continuously monitored and carefully assessed. After the birth, we received ongoing guidance on next steps, and both my baby’s and my own health were checked frequently and thoroughly.

After trying to get my varicose veins sorted for years, (and unfortunately them getting worse over those years) I finally decided to get treatment from UK Vein Clinic in Manchester. I have had both legs treated using both ablation and foam therapy. The whole process was fantastic. I was treated so kindly by my Dr and the lovely nurses. They explained everything and took great care of me, ensuring I was comfortable. The process was very quick and I felt little discomfort. I was informed of everything happening and lots of aftercare tips. I am so glad that I chose UK Vein Clinic for treatment, their care has been fantastic right from booking a consultation to now, just after treatment. I’m still in my stockings but I am looking forward to the progress over the next few months. Thank you so much.

This was my second visit to this hospital,and as it was on the 1st visit,I can only add praise on the staff,nurses consultants,seating area with coffee machine,the receptionist was so polite and helpful as well as being friendly and smiling.It was comfortably warm on a cold day,always a nervous person even for an xray.but left the hospital with all the information I needed,and feeling calm and confident on my visit. Must add that Mr Richard Slack is a very approachable person that put me imediately at my ease.and answered all my concerns very confidently,with a very caring side also,I wish I could use those hospital for all my health issues,100%! 1)I found the signage to the main lifts and to Lyndhurst rooms confusing. There should be signage in the ground floor lift lobby saying which departments are on which floor. I have been complaining about this since 1971. 2)The excellent group portrait of the Royal Free consultants in about 1970 which used to be on the ground floor but has now been removed to the 12th Floor no longer has the key saying who they are. This is a digrace and an insult to the memory of a fine group of men (and about ten women), The key should be found and reinstated immediately.

I had treatment for severe rhinophyma. I consulted with Dr Rajpar who explained the treatment in detail. The treatment was carried out about 2 months later and Dr Rajpar and his staff were extremely caring and considerate. The procedure was done with CO2 laser. The lovely staff even called for and escorted me to my taxi ensuring I got home safely. I was asked to send daily pictures until I had healed. The results are outstanding and my life has been truly transformed.

I found the reception at ground floor level the only weakness as I was left standing feeling a bit aimless when no one else was at the desk and also I reported someone had been sick in a toilet sink and I was just letting them know, whilst I did not want gratitude for reporting it some greater acknowledgement and action might have been expected. Anyway most importantly Dr Woodland receptionist area and staff on his floor were excellent as they were for Dr Power.

Always very friendly, attentive, a well-stocked childrens waiting room. On this latest visit we did have a slightly bizzare situation where we arrived, were checked in, weighed and measured, and put into the waiting room. We then received a phonecall - from the next room - explaining that we were late for our appointment. They were very embarrassed and there was no harm at all. Funny though!

Very easy to book an appointment, we could have had one the following week but due to not being available we were able to get an appointment the following week on a date and time of our choice. Upon arrival, check in was easy and we were directed to where we needed to be. Staff were friendly and the clinic was very clean. Overall a great experience as it should be for a paid service.
