O 13 December I attended for a pre-med prior to spinal tap. Very good treatment until advised that the spinal tap cancelled due to my ECG. I was urged to immediately contact my GP or A&E. At Worthing A&E I was advised that due to current medication that I am taking for this issue it would have been OK to continue with the spinal tap and it was suggested that One Hospital refused to continue due to your lack of facility if the op went wrong. The journey to One Hospital, 90 miles each way, the time taken for that journey and the pre med followed by 2 hours in A&E was expensive. Before attending One Hospital I had completed a form at your request which listed the medication that I was taking and the reason. Why was I invited to that pre med? This is the second time that One Hospital have refused to go ahead with an operation that was subsequently completed by NHS without a problem. I now have no confidence in the One Hospital and will not seek further appointments.

I recently came to see Dr Chalabi about a new hernia, he previously operated on me earlier this year, I would highly reccommend him when it comes to Hernias, his knowledge and skill set are definitely top tier and his approach is wonderful.His communication skills are always excellent, he is compassionate, reassuring and always goes above and beyond. He has helped me and it was through my father who is a patient of his, that I was lucky enough to hear about him. A big thank you to Dr Chalabi. Also a big thank you to his secretary, Bobi, who is always so polite and helpful. She always goes above and beyond. Her communication skills are excellent, she is polite and very understanding. I approached Miss Akolekar on October 25th.for a second opinion, recommended by BUPA. She immediately assessed my situation and within a week had organised an Ultrasound scan (then a PetScan) and appointments with an oncologist, a haematologist and a plastic surgeon. The plastic surgeon and his specialist nurse initiated a wound dressing regime which healed my mastectomy wound in just over a week (a wound that had remained open and infected since early August). Miss Akolekar kept me fully informed throughout these appointments, telling me the possible outcomes and filling me with confidence that my situation was reparable. She was always kind, professional and empathetic.

I had an acute pain in my right leg and had difficulty walking. Having had IDD treatment at Osteopath West before for sciatica I called and was given an appointment later that day. On arrival i was given a thorough examination and it was decided that I most likely had a pulled muscle as well as a nerve issue. I had some deep massage on my back and leg followed by an IDD session. The result today is that the pain is considerably better and i can now walk mush better than before. I am grateful for the prompt appointment and the service I received and would recommend Osteopath West to people in a similar position.

Always an absolute pleasure coming to Vermilion, the staff are just on another level. I honestly think you wouldn’t get that kind of treatment anywhere else in the country. Customer service is first class. Everyone, from the admin teams and front of house, to the Drs and Hygienists. Had my third Hygienist appointment with Debbie last week, she is absolutely amazing, always feel better after seeing her (mentally and with a sparkling mouth 😂). Also, Dr Martin Morley is also such a great guy, so easy to talk to and great at what he does. Best dental team, hands down.

Spoke with Dr. Cowie about starting HRT treatment. She explained why she thinks I should start (low energy, sleeping problems, foggy brain, sinusitis and dry eyelid oil glands). Also how to use the treatment, and what side effects I may have. We talked about the fact that I can call or email her anytime if I have questions or concerns while on the treatment. She is friendly, professional, efficient, and caring. I feel like I had ample time to talk about my concerns and left not feeling worried about my health and my future well being.

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward.
