I had both lenses replaced with the Galaxy Multifocal including Toric lenses. I was nervous about eye surgery, let alone with both eyes. However, there was no need. The operation was quick and painless and the recovery fine-very straightforward. Right from the initial consultation, the whole process was very smooth. Explanations were always clear and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The whole team, John, the nurses at Tetbury and the admin team were always very reassuring and friendly and if I had any queries, they always got back to me very quickly and efficiently. I have just had my 4 week follow up consultation and my near, mid and distance vision are all good. I haven't needed any glasses since the operation and that includes reading and a very screen based job! I'm very glad I had the operation. My sight is so much better. Right from my first meeting to my discharge from his care, I was treated with dignity and respect and his diagnosis and treatment followed the evidence. His explanations were thorough and I had ample time to ask questions. I was in some considerable distress during my first visit and Mr Hawary very quickly put me at ease and left me with total confidence in his ability. This was a major factor in the success of my subsequent treatment. Mr Blocker explained clearly the reason for my leg length discrepancy Unfortunately a skiing injury earlier in life has created the need for surgery Mr Blocker is a good communicator and inspires confidence I have done my best to stay active, I have worked hard at the physiotherapiy exercises and in the gym . When my hip became seriously painful I was very grateful that I was able to use PIFU to arrange an appointment and give consent at that appointment Surgery was scheduled soon after. Although I was discharged from hospital with stronger medication should I need it I have only taken paracetamol which I was able to reduce and finished taking on the 11th day after surgery

So many times since pandemic, in my experience businesses seem to have cut back on providing that so important first line of contact with a person who is friendly, welcoming and listens making intelligent comments and is really helping the caller. This was one if the best experiences I have met with lately - I can't praise the young lady enough - she's a real asset to the Practice. Mark was also amazing - but I've had treatment from his before some years ago so I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed!

I attended the Priory Hospital in Edgbaston for an ablation procedure carried out by Dr Mauro Lencioni in October 2025. The diagnosis was carried out 6 months prior but I waited to see if symptoms would settle. When I decided to go ahead with the ablation I was so pleased that I went through with the procedure at the Priory Hospital, the staff were excellent and I felt really taken care of. Dr Lencioni was very supportive and explained everything to me from the start to the finish. He really took care of me. I couldn't be happier of the outcome.

Dr Rajiv Sood was amazing. I struggled to get my 5month baby eczema under control. Went to the GP many times but no improvement. After our consultation with Dr Sood he explained what eczema was and gave us a prescription and explained how to manage the eczema. After using the cream we noticed a big difference within 24 hours. Dr Sood explained how to manage the flare ups. Honestly I would recommend Dr Sood such an amazing caring doctor who truely cares for his patients. As a mother I cannot thank Dr Sood enough.

It was an emergency appointment to deal with an infected tooth. All the staff were friendly and sympathetic and the dentist dealt with my problem, promptly and efficiently. The state of my tooth was examined and X-rayed and I was given the best options for treating it. I agreed my tooth should be extracted and I was given clear instructions on the post procedure care. The next day the receptionist rang me to ask if I was OK and to remind me I could contact the practice if I had any queries or after effects.

This is GP services as they should be. I booked on Sunday afternoon and had a good selection of appointments for Monday morning. I was seen on my appointment time. The fact that the appointments are 20 minutes long allows the GP time to be very thorough and explain in detail your condition. Over four visits this year, I have always seen the same GP, which builds the connection that the excessively busy NHS service no longer provides.

I had a google meets with Frankie. She was very empathetic, as understandably the conversation was a very emotional and reflective experience for me. That said, the patience and tone in which Frankie approached the questions directed at me was always in a professional and kind tone. Time was allowed for breaks and the whole process was clear as to where and what was required. Frankie was lovely and put me at ease.

I contacted Dr Jagathesan, as I had been expeiencing chest pains for some time which had been getting progressively worse. He arranged, at very short notice, an angiogram appointment which led to a swift diagnosis of further coronary artery disease and an operation for coronary artery bypass surgery. I could not fault the care and service provided and am truly grateful for Dr Jagathesan's life saving intervention.
