It was a pleasure to meet with Matt Wright again following our consultations and procedures in 2019 and before, when he cured my atrial fibrillation. Thanks to his specialist care, I have been able to successfully carry on running my antique business from my gallery in Pimlico.. Accordingly, it was very reassuring to discover that he had recognised my name after my recent visit to A and E at St Thomases and had been advising on further tests and treatment following the analysis of my seven day monitor. Having explained to him that I had stopped taking the prescribed Bisoprolol 2.5 mg after three days, as it very quickly took my blood pressure down to 50, he recommended that I re-start on 1.25 mg. This reduction appears to have so far done the trick, as my pulse has dropped to mid 60s which is bearable. In conclusion I am so relieved to once again know that Matt is keeping an eye on me and that his ear is available should I need reassurance.

I have been receiving treatment following ACL reconstruction (with LET and meniscus repair), and I am genuinely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I have experienced. Lee consistently explains each exercise clearly, checks my progress carefully, and adjusts my programme so that I always feel safe but challenged. His encouragement and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and my confidence. During one of my session, Lee even took me to the gym and guided me through three leg machines, explaining how this next stage will help me progress. Having suffered severe pain in my right knee for some time, I am indebted to Julian for working his magic. It's 6-weeks since my partial knee replacement and I am mostly pain free (only feeling pain if I've been standing or walking too much but that's to be expected and is improving every day). My brother recommended Julian having had full knee replacements on both knees. He now happily cycles 50-70 miles most weekends without any problem. I decided it was worth making the effort to travel from South London to get the best knee surgeon I could find. I could not be happier with the results. Julian's advice before, during and post surgery has been honest, clear and professional. He set out all my options and provided his opinion when asked. All the staff at the Saxon Clinic were amazing too, from the nurses to the anaesthetist etc. Brilliant surgeon and a great clinic!

Initial assessments were thorough and the clinicians were kind and understanding. Prescription costs seem affordable and my first prescribed medications were a slight improvement to before. My second prescription was not approved/provided on time and rationing medications/running out for a few days has caused some stress I had bad withdrawal/negative wellbeing from being requested to stop a previous medication, I feel this was somewhat unavoidable but I was not informed of what to expect stopping that med and left to work out the cause of the feelings on my own

They listed a promotional 10% discount on their website using a coupon code if your total purchase is more than £30. However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.

The staff were so kind and helped me to relax when I went for egg collection. The Embryo transfer was a beautiful moment and they ensured it was marked with a photo of the embryo being transferred and a hand written card. Unfortunately, our first transfer was unsuccessful but I know we are in safe hands for our next steps. The admin team in particular have been amazing - responsive, sensitive and friendly. Thank you to all of the staff that quietly encourage hope in a scary time

Staff were really lovely. Unfortunately don’t think the doctor had read my notes or referral before appointment he kept mentioning possible arthritis but my referral was because I had trapped nerves between my discs he mentioned swimming and Pilates I can tell you now there’s No way I can get on the floor and certainly couldn’t sit on any floor!!!!!the specialist who did the referral in wye sergers maybe he needs to read it AGAIN!!!
