I cannot recommend Dr. Shah highly enough. Although I was initially under midwife-led care, after two long days of labour I opted to be induced, which transferred me into Dr. Shah’s care—and I’m so grateful it did. I had met Dr. Shah once before and had already been impressed by his calm, reassuring presence and excellent bedside manner. During labour, his calmness was absolutely invaluable to me—it helped me stay calm through some incredibly intense moments. Shortly after the induction, there was a sudden panic over my baby’s heart rate and I was rushed into surgery. I had previously shared with Dr. Shah that I hoped to avoid a C-section if it was safely possible. In the midst of a very stressful moment, he took the time to double-check the situation before any surgical steps were taken. In doing so, he quickly realised something others hadn’t—that my waters hadn’t actually broken. He calmly took care of that, and from there, labour progressed beautifully. A few hours later, my healthy baby girl was born vaginally, just as I had hoped. What stands out most about Dr. Shah is his ability to balance clinical expertise with genuine empathy and respect for his patients' wishes. I trusted that he would always do what was best for my baby, while still listening to and honouring my preferences. That kind of care is truly rare. His postnatal care was equally thoughtful and attentive. If I’m lucky enough to have another baby, I’ll be requesting Dr. Shah from the very beginning if I can. To anyone looking for an obstetrician who is both highly skilled and deeply compassionate, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Shah. He made all the difference in my birth experience.

Exceptional care — truly life-changing I recently underwent spinal decompression surgery with Dr. Irfan Malik (Neurosurgeon), and I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care I received. He explained the procedure step by step in clear, easy-to-understand terms and patiently answered all of my questions — which made me feel confident and well-informed before going into surgery. The operation was successful: I experienced relief from my nerve pain straight after the surgery. I went to see Dr. Barbara Kubica after being referred by a friend, and I instantly fell in love with her beautiful space and holistic approach to skin and wellness. We started with an Oligo Scan, a super interesting device that scans the palm of your hand to measure vitamin and mineral levels. its quick, non-invasive, and gives instant results! Dr. Barbara then gave me a booster injection tailored to my body's needs, including glutathione and vitamin D3, to replenish what I was missing. Afterwards, we did a high-tech Al skin analysis that took a detailed photo of my face, highlighted my focus areas, and even created a 3D model showing how my skin could improve with future treatments. Dr. Barbara is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I couldn't recommend her more, definitely one of my new favourite wellness destinations in London!

The day of the surgery October 2025 was great. Mr Ridha and nurse Annette are amazing. I have had a few strange experiences at this hospital though including the surgery I had last year. Getting my stitches out this time by another few nurses after the rhinoplasty, I left my appointment feeling so on edge and wasn’t offered aftercare answers to my questions, no mirror to see my new nose. I had to request tape to put on at night as I wasn’t offered it at the time. They were asking me questions that I feel like they should’ve known and making comments to each other whilst I was there about my stitches. I just felt like they had no idea. I understand it was difficult for them and I don’t like to make complaints, but people go for private healthcare for a reason and I’ve experienced enough negative things to feel disappointed.

This was my first visit to the hospital so I was a little apprehensive. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and polite. Dr Hlaing was amazing. Having spoken to two GP's regarding my hair loss prior to my consultation, I was left feeling that there was very little they could do to help me. Dr Hlaing listened to me, offered a wide range of options that were available which made me feel optimistic. She was supportive, and basically couldn't do enough for me. I left the hospital a new person, full of hope for the future even though I have to play my part, life looks happy again. Thank you so much

Professional in all aspects of the procedure from initial discussion through to post operation care. A very calming presence ,who instilled confidence in both patient and my wife. He remembered my wife on the atrium and gave a full reassuring accoun̈t to her which was important in the context of her being reassured as well as myself. It was a highly complex procedure which obviously required a high level of professional ability and skill , and the surgical team worked seamlessly under the direction of Dr. Strange. Both personally and professionally Dr. Strange is confident and I felt lucky to be under his supervision.

Arrived early, so was expecting to wait, but was only sat down 5 mins before called forward to assess my weight and be taken through to a separate waiting area. Waited about 20 mins for my appointment, which was 10 mins late, but Dr Shetty didn't make my appointment feel rushed and was able to answer all my questions, put my mind at ease and prescribe a course of medication which has greatly helped
