I booked a consultation for my daughter, Olivia P,with Mr Robert Sutcliffe on Monday 24th November 2025 at 2.00pm. With Olivia’s full consent, I handled all communication on her behalf due to her work commitments. Before the appointment, Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary contacted me to ask whether the consultation could be moved to the following week. I explained that we were due to travel abroad for three weeks to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. She advised she would discuss this with Mr Sutcliffe. She later called back to confirm that, in light of our circumstances, Mr Sutcliffe was happy to keep the original appointment — which he honoured. I accompanied Olivia to her consultation. Mr Sutcliffe was exceptionally thorough. He examined her carefully, explained his diagnosis with clarity and compassion, and put both of us completely at ease as he outlined the next steps. He requested a further liver function blood test, which Olivia had done at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton. I asked Nuffield Health to send the results to both Mr Sutcliffe and Olivia’s GP, which was done. Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary informed me as soon as the results were received and assured me they would be reviewed promptly. True to her word, Mr Sutcliffe reviewed the results quickly. His secretary then advised that he had no concerns and that our planned follow-up in the New Year could go ahead as arranged. I would also like to note that, as we were leaving Harborne Hospital, we happened to see Mr Sutcliffe leaving at the same time. It was clear he had come in specifically to see Olivia that day, knowing we were travelling abroad — something he was under no obligation to do. As a family, we found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated it. Throughout the entire process, Mr Sutcliffe could not have been more helpful, supportive or empathetic. I am truly grateful that we can now go away on our family celebration holiday with complete peace of mind, knowing my daughter is under the care of such a capable, caring and dedicated professional. My last visit was a 6 month follow-up on my second TKR. The first knee had recovered very quickly, and so I was disappointed when the seond knee seemed to be taking longer. I was experiencIng pain in the gluteus muscles/hip area and down into the knee which was hampering my ability to walk very far or very well, although the knee itself felt stable. I had set myself a daily goal of 6000 steps or 25 minutes of continuous walking to try and improve matters. Mr Davies listened carefully to my explanation and then conducted a thorough examination. He reassured me that the knee was nice and straight and healing well, and that the hip was not part of the problem either. He suggested two different options - referral to a colleague in another discipline for further investigation or continue with my own programme of exercise with a telephone review in 3 months. I opted for the latter which proved to be the correct course of action, and have now been discharged by Mr Davies by mutual agreement. I have always found him to be very approachable and pragmatic. He explains things clearly, doesn't dismiss concerns, but offers simple and manageable solutions. I had a choice of 3 surgeons for these procedures but decided on Mr Davies because of his extensive expertise in this area and his commitment to ensuring better outcomes for his patients through on-going research.

I had a truly fantastic experience at Reproclinic, and I am incredibly grateful that I chose this clinic for my egg preservation procedure. The facilities were exceptional—modern, purpose-built, and equipped with the latest technology for IVF and fertility treatments. The entire medical team was brilliant and made every step of the process comfortable and reassuring. I was fortunate to be looked after by several outstanding doctors, including Dr. Adrià Moreno Tierzo, Dr. Alicia Hernández Saborit, and Dr. Xavier Julve, who performed my egg retrieval. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout, from the careful check-ups leading up to the procedure to the excellent results achieved. I always felt safe, informed, and in truly expert hands. Most of all, my medical coordinator, Manon, was like a fairy - an absolute diamond. She followed every request with dedication and went above and beyond to support me. Her kindness and attention made the entire journey so much easier. I wholeheartedly recommend Reproclinic, a modern clinic in the heart of Barcelona, to anyone considering fertility treatment or egg preservation.

Very chaotic administration after the initial consultation (errors and delays in invoicing, typos in the written opinion and delays in providing price information for surgery). I felt that the staff couldn't be bothered to get things moving and I had to keep chasing them. The package price quoted on the website for cataract surgery also turned out to be very misleading because the consultant wanted to charge an extra fee for fitting a toric lens, in addition to the extra cost of the lens itself. This pushed up the cost considerably. This extra, hidden, consultant's fee had not been made clear on the website and I felt that I had been induced into paying for a consultation on the back of misleading information about the cost of the surgery. The consultant may well have been an excellent surgeon (I don't know because I chose not to proceed) but these issues made me very uncomfortable and led me to lose complete confidence in the hospital. Going to Moorfields Private was a complete waste of time and money and the hospital ought to refund the consultation fee.

Mr Holland came recommended to me and as a doctor is kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 4 years ago with a different provider, but have struggled with symptom management and care options since diagnosis. Mr Holland and his office prioritised appointments, gave me optionality and, when I chose surgery, were incredibly reassuring and efficient. When presenting options, Mr Holland gave me all possible information in a way I would understand so I felt in control and could make an informed, independent decision. Mr Holland also presented options for after surgery, helping me build continuity into how I manage the symptoms. Honestly have just felt relieved under his care for most of what could have been a fairly stressful time. I would recommend reaching out to him if you struggle with endometriosis.

I visited Chapter One with my 4 year old child, we both had an appointment with Ashley. The practice is immaculate, beautifully designed and feels more like a luxury spa than a dental practice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Ashley was charming, instantly putting us at ease, involving my daughter with everything she was doing and making it a fun experience. With regards to my appointment, Ashley was very informative, ensuring I had time to ask questions and I left assured I was in highly capable hands. All the equipment was state of the art and I now have ultimate confidence in my dental routine. Easily the most professional and positive dental visit I have had, I would thoroughly recommend Chapter One and will be signing up to one of their care plans for my family.

I’m still in early stage of recovery. The attention from Dr Britto brings a lot of reassurance that everything is according to the plan. It is my second attempt to sort out the problem with sagging skin of the lower part of my face and I can clearly see the difference: with Dr Britto I had three (!) pre-op consultations, which brought a lot of understanding and a very clear plan, I avoided general anaesthetic, it was a bit weird, but absolutely bearable experience, I had already had two after-op meetings, mostly to reassure me that everything is as expected and no sign of anything to worry about. More consultations have been already arranged, I feel a constant attention and I’m very pleased with it.

Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly, professional and made the process feel straightforward from start to finish.

The Polish lady who undertook the ECG was excellent, very helpful and explained what was to be done. With the excellent parking area, coffee & biscuits the whole experience was very pleasant.
