had a right knee replacement with Mr. Sam Rajaratnam just over two weeks ago on 3rd November 2025, and what I had feared would be a difficult and painful operation turned out to be completely painless. Sam is extremely kind, patient and reassuring — perfect for someone as nervous as I was. I had delayed doing this surgery for a year and a half and even cancelled the operation twice before finally going through with it! Mr. Rajaratnam has built an outstanding team, including an exceptionally experienced anaesthetist, Dr. Barry Philips; a kind and highly competent nurse consultant, Ms. Christine Howis; and an excellent senior physiotherapist, Felicitas Gatti, who visits me at home to guide my post-operative exercises. I was also extremely impressed by all the medical staff at the Cleveland Clinic hospital, who provided exceptional care throughout my stay. Whilst at the Cleveland, Sam visited me daily, and even came in today after my staples were removed to check on my progress. Mr. Rajaratnam’s expertise is evident—he has performed over 7,000 knee replacements—and the level of care and support I received was extraordinary. I was expecting a significant increase in pain once the stronger medication stopped a week after surgery, but to my surprise, I remained completely pain-free. I am extremely grateful to Sam and his wonderful team. I’ll be back for my other knee as soon as I’m up and running again!

Based upon a profile of professional credentials and special interests on Circle Health Group website, I made a personal choice of a private referral to Dr Vladimir Revicky at Ross Hall Hospital Glasgow. My experience has been extremely positive. Dr Revicky’s manner was professional, empathetic and he took the time to listen to me regarding my ongoing urology/ gynaecology issues. He explained my condition in great detail in a manner easy to understand . He also explained procedures and treatment options in great detail, along with answering all my questions thoroughly without making me feel rushed. He clearly demonstrated compassionate and reassuring care, also involving me in medical decisions. Overall a positive experience and would definitely recommend 100%

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. I was seen by Dr Heggy and a lovely staff nurse Charlotte. Dr Heggy was fantastic he actually listened to me. He listened to exactly how I was and had been feeling. I'd been told by another Dr that there was nothing that could be done so I had to see someone for pain management. I'm in pain everyday and just wanted a resolution or at least pin point what could be wrong. Dr Heggy really made me feel heard and suggested other things before we gave up and just give me medication for my pain. Nurse Charlotte was fantastic. While Dr Heggy was looking things up and trying to find other options Charlotte spoke to me like an actual human. So thank you to Dr Heggy and nurse Charlotte for your time and patience with me. It's very much appreciated

Her follow-up letters are always clear, thorough, and truly helpful. Even her secretary is accessible, kind, and supportive, which makes the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Dr. Kariyawasam initially became my doctor by chance, as I needed an urgent appointment and she happened to be available. It is no coincidence, however, that she will remain my doctor moving forward. Her care is outstanding in every way.

I don’t think there’s ever been another time in my life when I’ve given more than one review (and even then I’ve only done so when I thought whatever the particular activity, service, whatever has been exemplary). I’ll make an exception for Mr Scala and his team by giving a second review. I’ve had various challenges with my eyes over most of my life (at least partly as a result of being very short sighted) and issues related to my eyes scare me silly. Against this backdrop, I cannot recommend Mr Scala and his team more highly - I could go on with various experiences etc, but think it sufficient to simply say I would not go to anyone else by choice … I don’t think there’s anyone better.

Emma spoke to me very clearly and understood the problems that I had had both with NHS and private audiologists very soon I felt that I was with someone rather special. She listened to the problems I had for 25 years which had not been fully resolved and wanted me to understand better what these were, giving me lucid explanations. The hearing test was not too long and the results confirmed what she had told me. Then she suggested a make of hearing aid and showed me what it looked like. I felt great relief that I had found an expert audiologist who could and would help me a lot. She was gentle and kind, charming and unhurried.

Mr Samsudin is a fantastic Urologist and I can whole heartedly recommend him after my very positive experience with him. He is a really kind, empathic man and a true professional; not once did I feel rushed and he understood exactly what I was going through and how to help. I had a suspected kidney stone after suffering intense pain in my back, and Mr Samsudin was able to diagnose this correctly within minutes of meeting me. He helped me to easily understand my options for treatment and after initially trying medication I then opted for a surgical procedure. The surgery was a 100% success and the whole process top class.

Couldn't fault any of the staff here, all very welcoming, comforting and professional, made me feel at ease at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up with a few complications from my surgery due to my body not at all accepting the procedure and amount that had been done but the staff and my consultant Mr Harley were on top of it literally immediately. Due to not being a straight forward healer they insisted an open door policy at any time day or night if any concerns. The hospital is very very clean and all policies and procedures are followed to the tee. Honestly a brilliant experience all due to them!

The staff were so kind and helped me to relax when I went for egg collection. The Embryo transfer was a beautiful moment and they ensured it was marked with a photo of the embryo being transferred and a hand written card. Unfortunately, our first transfer was unsuccessful but I know we are in safe hands for our next steps. The admin team in particular have been amazing - responsive, sensitive and friendly. Booked a growth scan however felt that Dr Deepa Rajan rushed through the appointment. We didn’t get to see our baby properly on screen - nor did Dr Deepa bother trying to capture full photos of our baby. Appointment was over in 5 minutes. It’s a shame as I’ve booked several scans with the clinic previously and always felt that the Doctors provided excellent service up until today’s visit.
