I have had the pleasure of seeing Sandra on a yearly basis for annual nutrition and lifestyle review, as prevention has always been important to me. Since I started working with her a few years ago, she has helped me understand my health in a much deeper and more proactive way. This year, we decided to go one step further and run genetic testing, particularly because I have a tendency towards high cholesterol, thyroid dysfunction and fatigue. The results were incredibly insightful and brought so much clarity. Sandra has a real gift for decrypting complex health information and turning it into clear, practical steps that feel realistic and easy to implement straight away. What I value most is her ability to connect the dots and look at the full picture, rather than just focusing on isolated symptoms or numbers on a test result. I had an infected cyst on my back that had become extremely painful and was causing me a great deal of distress. It was at risk of developing into a more serious infection, and I was feeling quite unwell as a result. I was treated by Mr Ragoowansi, who was professional, kind, and immediately put me at ease. His nurse, Jackie, was equally professional, attentive, and compassionate, which provided me with great reassurance throughout my treatment. I was given a comprehensive aftercare package with clear, easy-to-follow instructions on how to care for my wound and what to do if any problems arose. The follow-up care was managed efficiently, and I always knew exactly what steps to take during my recovery. I cannot thank Mr Ragoowansi enough for the excellent treatment and outstanding aftercare I received. The care and support provided by both Mr Ragoowansi and Jackie made a difficult experience much easier, and I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and dedication.

I came to Dr Joyline at a really dark time - I’d recently had a miscarriage and was struggling with a new diagnosis of OCD. Psychologists told me that I would need to be on drugs to be able to bring my anxiety down enough to have a safe pregnancy. Except my sessions with Dr Joyline gave me the grounding, the framework and the sense of care that I needed to manage all of my issues without the need for medications. She made me feel seen in a way that no therapist has ever achieved and seemed to know exactly how and when to challenge me. I can see the growth and its impact, not just in how I feel but most importantly in how I relate to myself and others. I cannot recommend her enough. She is genuinely the best therapist I’ve ever worked with.

Before booking an appointment with Dr Mohammadi I checked his reviews which were very good. I’m happy to say he lived up to his reviews. He made me feel at ease from my very first consultation. He really listened and explained my options carefully, answering all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment and it was made clear that i could contact him should i any further questions or concerns. On the day of my procedure he again went through everything and told my husband he would call him with an update as soon as he had degloved which my husband appreciated. He actually commented on how reassuring and calm Dr Mohammadi was. My follow up appointment was more of the same

After having survived 11 months of gastric problems, that my GP seemed to take very little interest in, I contacted Mr Tash via my private health insurance. Mr Tash is a very calm, quiet, and unassuming man. He listened carefully to what I had to say, took on board all my symptoms, how I was feeling, and reacted swiftly. I underwent a colonoscopy, the results of which showed there was nothing seriously wrong. My problems still persist so he has suggested I make appointments to see two other specialists in the hope of discovering just what is causing me all these problems. I do not, as yet, have a resolution but at least I am two steps closer to getting one.

Mr Abbas made me feel very relaxed from my first consultation with him. He was very direct and knew what was needed to be done. However he was not pushy on me having the operation after second consultation some pain had got better so he was honest and explained on how he treats the patient not always the MRI. Therefore being a self funding patient I didnt find himpushing me towards the operation, if anything the opposite. However I did opt for the operation and all has gone very well. 1 day post op I’m feeing good. I would highly recommend Mr Abbas.

This was my first visit to Dentalessence, and I was warmly greeted by the reception desk as soon as I walked into the building. Coincidentally the dental clinician who I had an appointment with was also there. she took me immediately to her treatment room. She was very friendly, reassuring and efficient. my treatment did not take long but all the time I was there I felt cared for, listened to and talked to in a professional way. Overall my visit was a very pleasant event and I would definitely use this clinic again.

Dr Sunil Chopra was brilliant! This is the second time I’ve seen Sunil in the past 3 years and as soon as I’ve sat down in the chair he’s identified exactly what has caused my severe eczema flare up and given me advice and medication to quickly eradicate the issue as well as advice to help maintain my skin. The whole experience at the centre is a friendly one and couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone with any skin issues. Thank you very much to Dr Sunil Chopra and all the team.

I was very nervous to have my first cataract removed. Your staff were amazing and helped me to relax, plus there was a patient who absolutely blew me away with her positivity. She gave me a hug and I wish I could have had contact with that lady. Cake was amazing and relaxed me. Keep doing what you are doing. Mr Upendran were very professional and knowledgeable. He was very caring and sensitive throughout the assessment. The Cathedral system wouldn't show the referral through cathedral connect so Mr Upendran didn't have access to previous OCT scans or visual acuities which made the assessment much more difficult for him. My grandaughter had some of the scans on her phone which he was able to look at for comparison.

Overall, I had an excellent experience at Spire Hospital. The staff was professional and attentive, and the care I received was outstanding. My only concern was the wait time for my stitch removal appointment—I waited over 20 minutes past my scheduled time. While this was a minor inconvenience, addressing scheduling or staffing in the clinic area could improve patient experience.

Josh’s manner and approach was extremely professional and calming, explaining everything as he went along. I had the shoulder hydrodilation and steroid treatment and whilst a little uncomfortable not too bad at all and totally worth it to get rid of the pain I had been experiencing in my shoulder. Would 100% use this clinic again.

I had bi lateral hernia surgery, initially its was just my left side, my right side went whilst waiting for surgery. Mr Jadhav agreed to do both sides at once and my hernais are now gone. I'm 6 weeks post surgery and feel great. I would recommend Mr Jadhav should you have any hernia concerns.
