I've been under Dr Raut's care since the summer and genuinely, having been discharged today, I couldn't be any happier. I had exhausted a lot of options before seeking private care and was in desperate need for a surgery to remove a very large cyst on my ovary. Right from the very first consultation, Dr Raut listened to my journey so far along with the symptoms I was experiencing and ordered diagnostic tests as well as scheduling a surgery. He was super understanding and answered all of my questions. I cannot fault Dr Raut's approachability, professionalism and knowledge - what turned out to be a more complex surgery than initially anticipated too, was done with the utmost care and my recovery has been complication-free. After a year of uncertainty on the lead up to this which took quite the toll on me personally, I can only offer the most heartfelt thanks for everything he and the wonderful other professionals involved have done to make me better. 100% recommend :)

My surgeon and nurse continued that same level of warmth and support throughout my aftercare. Their reassurance, responsiveness, and genuine concern for my wellbeing meant more to me than they probably realise. Their care and attention were truly outstanding — compassionate, professional, and heartfelt in every way. I am so thankful to each and every one of them, and I could not recommend Kingsbridge highly enough.

I recently visited Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital and had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and well-organised, and the hospital environment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Waiting times were minimal, and everything ran on schedule. The medical team were polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step clearly, which helped me feel reassured throughout the visit. Any tests or procedures were carried out efficiently, and I felt well looked after at all times. Overall, The Holly Hospital provided an excellent standard of care, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking prompt, professional, and compassionate treatment.

I have already set out my praise for Seth in the previous comments but what specifically stood out on my most recent session with him was his probing on whether I was neurodivergent. At first this seemed random and irrelevant to my ankle and knee issues but, upon informing him that I had autism, he explained that there could in fact be a clear link (and also help make sense of other things I deal with that I’d never disclosed to him). It was, in my view, a moment of genius and his clear, thoughtful approach to setting out his thinking was brilliant. I’ve been to a lot of physiotherapists and consultants but none have ever thought to enquire about neurodivergence. Seth has been so good to me and I can’t thank him enough.

I took my daughter for her heart check and heart ultrasound following her treatment of strep A to rule out any complications. Doctor examined her thoroughly and asked me about my concerns to better understand the reason of my visit. Then she did the ultrasound explaining and showing on the screen my daughter's heart and what she was looking at. She was very kind and gentle with my daughter who just woke up after her nap and was a bit unsettled. It made her feel quite comfortable and relaxed after a while. After ultrasound doctor shared her thoughts and notes followed our visit. Doctor is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a clear way. I was very happy that we have chosen her.

I had a wonderful experience at my most recent visit with Dr. Salvia at Dr Benn’s surgery. My baby had been unwell, and the clinic was able to see us quickly, which was such a relief. Dr. Salvia was calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to check everything carefully and explain what was going on in a way that eased all my worries. Her kindness and gentle approach made my baby feel comfortable, and I left feeling confident and supported. I’m so grateful for her prompt attention and the genuine care she always shows. I couldn’t ask for a better GP service.

The doctor was really rude and unprofessional about other members of staff to me. He also didn't check that I'd received appropriate amount of anaesthetic before doing the procedure leaving me in an unacceptable amount of pain for which he didn't apologise or check to see if I was ok. He also tried to do the procedure on the wrong eye and after checking the eye he could see where I'd had a previous procedure and said, "At least I can see you're not lying". I do not want this awful man near me ever again.
