The whole referral process was a bit of a mess with little communication, so what could have been a 4-8 week wait-time was actually turned into 3-4 months. I understand though that since my original referral skylight had an influence of applications, but mine got put aside without talking to me because of problems with my GP. When I originally contacted them after 8 weeks to get some information I was told not to contact again and then if anything was needed from me someone from skylight would reach out. So I wait, and heard nothing. When I finally contacted them again, close to the 4 months mark, I got told my referral still hadn't been processed because of a mistake from my GP and them not answering Skylight's emails/phone calls. I had to keep contacting both skylight and my GP to get this sorted until finally someone who could give me a bit more help and information helped get it sorted then and there. I cant fault skylight too much though, right after that everything went smoothly and they have been really informative on the rest of the steps. I just wish in future they contact the patient right away if it happens, rather than wait for the patient to contact them.

We came to Dr Kukendra in relation to whether our daughter had Autism & also decided to undergo the ADHD assessment. We chose to go ahead with the full Autism & ADHD dual diagnosis assessment process. However, there was an option to just have an initial appointment which just shows Dr Kukednra’s dedication to wanting to give you the tailored support and advice you need. My husband & I wanted a team who had an understanding of how ADHD & Autism presented in girls & particularly those girls’ who were extremely good at masking. We definitely found the right team. Dr Kukednra supported us as a family as well as our daughter with her in-depth knowledge, kindness, caring attitude & professionalism. Every professional who has read Dr Kukendra’s report on our daughter has commented on how thorough, clear and concise her report is. We will always be forever thankful to Dr Kukendra & her team for going above and beyond. They have honestly changed our family’s life & our daughter’s too. We feel so lucky & extremely grateful to have Dr Kukendra & her team who truly understand what we are going through & the needs of our child.

Prompt replies from both Gina on reception, and Dr Emma Noble, asking about my travel plans and countries, appointment arranged and before you know it, I am fully prepped & ready to go. Dr Paul Wiseman was masterful. I had to get 4 different vaccines and barely felt anything. Very personable, put me at my ease. Pointed me to the websites recommended by Department of Health / Foreign affairs for most up to date advice and important steps I can take as a traveller (hand washing, mosquito nets etc). A great service from a first class team. Thank you so much.

Receptionist who is on always makes my son feel welcome and allows him to speak comfortably and puts him at ease. dr Amrita is amazing with my son and I don’t know how she manages to make it look so easy when I know it definitely is not and my son gets extreme anxiety at times. She really is good with children especially with autism and makes them feel empowered and in control and does not pressurise when not needed. Happy kids set up in the only dentist my son will allow to see now. We travel quite far for appointments but it is worth it thank goodness for happy kids.

When arrived at the Hospital, easy parking. The reception was friendly And efficient with a short wait to be taken through to a private room. Clean and comfortable apart from the heating it was a bit chilly, but when commented on a mobile heater was brought in. Staff was efficient in their duties. A longish wait but that is inevitable according to the number of patients. Overall it was excellent and the nurse Paul was very attentive and professional.

On contacting the clinic we were offered an appointment the very same day. On arrival the receptionists were very helpful & friendly. With very little waiting time we saw the Doctor. She couldn’t have been more helpful & understanding with further treatment organised and confirmed by email the following day. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air & would highly recommend Well Life Clinic to anyone looking for an efficient service.
