I am a medical doctor myself and so have an idea of what good quality care looks like and Dr Jose is excellent. He is caring, detail-oriented and highly evidence-based in his assessment and individualized treatment planning. My case was a bit of an outlier in that I had a lung infection that is very rarely seen for my age and baseline level of fitness and so I was essentially passed over by the NHS and another physician because I seemed not sick enough for more definitive treatment and investigations despite my complaints that I was not getting better and expressing that something was not right within myself. Dr Jose listened and gave me the inpatient treatment, thorough investigations and outpatient follow-ups that I needed for curative treatment and I am now back to my healthy normal self. I’m very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him.

I walked into Abbington House at rock bottom physically and mentally. The staff were very friendly, understanding, caring and reassuring. Making me feel calm and at ease. I have made significant progress and I am leaving a different person with new tools and knowledge to help me succeed on the journey. The Abbington House clients made me feel welcome and included, extremely friendly and I am grateful to have made many friends in the 5 weeks I have been here. My incredible therapist listened, un-judgmental and emphatic to me, who's care was brilliant and I will not forget the unreplaceable advice given to me. Mr Perianayagam made me feel at ease with with my imminent knee replacement operation, I was quite nervous, but following our chat felt much better. I chose to have an epidural instead of anaesthetic, the operation went very well and I cannot thank Mr Perianaygam enough for his care and professionalism. I must also say that my recovery is also going extremely well. At my first physio session 3 weeks after the operation I was told by the physio that she was amazed at my excellant recovery and that I could bend my knee at 120 degees after such a short time. Thankyou to everyone involved in my care especially Mr Perianayagam.

Mr Saleh explained in clear detail exactly what the procedure would be. He has a very pleasant manner, also displaying great patience and consideration as I’m not the easiest person to be around sometimes. The outcome of my deep plane facelift was exceptional - the results far exceeded my expectations. Mr Saleh didn’t over play the potential outcome he offered realistic outcomes but to my delight the results were beyond what I’d hoped far. I’m 4.5 years on from the process but the results have held super well, so on that basis I can only recommend to potential patients to look no further. A deserved 5 star ⭐ from me.

After suffering for so long with my back and terrible leg pain. I eventually had my surgery - more than previously advised - once the multidisciplinary team had reviewed my scans. I was informed of this when I went for my education and training session with the spinal nurse.. I am 2 weeks post op and the difference is huge and clear to see in my face and the way I’m walking I know I need to take my time and not over do it , as I need to heal and recover from years of pain and poor mobility. I’m looking forward to seeing mr sapare on the 10/12/25 at my 6 weeks post op appointment

Staff all good, but I had been given inaccurate info before the appt and didn’t wear contact lenses for 2 weeks beforehand altho this was unnecessary as all measurements had already been taken. I then had to wait over an hour to be seen, longer than for the NHS appt. When I mentioned the long wait I was told this was because everyone had wanted a long discussion as they were private appts! Surely this is to be expected and the solution is not to overbook appts. I can’t comment yet on the procedure as haven’t had it yet.

I completed my smile makeover with Dr Oliver last Friday. I had 8 upper and 8 lower porcelain veneers to whiten my teeth and correct the shape and size of my teeth. I had gaps between my teeth and a gummy smile. Due to this there was very minimal preparation and the most important thing, no pain! I wished I had done this 15 years ago. Such an easy process, and the treatment completed in 5 weeks. Thank you Dr Joe I have my dream smile for Christmas, the best investment is the one you make in yourself. 😊

I was extremely impressed with Chantal. I had had a bit of a hard time with a failed root canal and waited quite a bit for the extraction. It was handled swiftly and sensitively. In particular I appreciated the gentle nurse of birth Chantal, and her assistant. During the extraction, I also really value you having everything explained to me upfront and also during the procedure having commentary as it helps me understand what is going on.

The nursing care was faultless - I could not have asked for a better team of consultant, nurses, doctors, anaesthetist, and physiotherapists. The facilities are top tier (and the food is truly excellent too….a big thank you to the catering staff!). In short, my stay was very comfortable and I felt safe and well looked after throughout. I walked up 12 floors as there were no lifts available.Only 14% capacity.I got to the Thames view suite via the cardiac lift because a cardiac unit staff member took pity on me and put me into lift 14 to complete my Access Path to the private patients unit. What on earth is going on and why does the lift maintenance contract not have a 50% minimum functionality profile as a term for service?

Top class. Little to no waiting time for appointments/surgery. This was my first taste of private medicine. I do not have Insurance so was rather worried at the potential expense, and whilst the treatment could not be described as 'cheap' it was not nearly as expensive as I feared it would be and I regard it as being good value for money

I went to see Dr Cumming, I found his excellent warm & friendly. My appointment was at 1.30pm & Dr Cumming suggested an MRI scan this was done at 2.30pm one hour after my initial appointment. This is amazing service. I found all staff right from the receptionist to the radiographer amazing. The clinic was spotless as well
