I have been a patient of Dr. Urquhart for several years while working through the long-term effects of complex trauma, late diagnosed neurodivergence and profound life challenges. Through analytical psychotherapy and EMDR, he has helped me find steadiness during some of the most difficult periods of my life. His ability to understand what lies beneath the surface, to hear what isn’t said and recognise what others miss, has been central to my progress. Our work together has also helped me uncover the root causes of physical symptoms I had struggled with for most of my adult life, which no medical practitioner had ever been able to explain. Since addressing these issues in therapy, these episodes have significantly reduced. What I value most is his calm, steady presence and his deep understanding of human needs. Perhaps for the first time in my life, I'm beginning to meet myself, and learning to accept myself for who I am. The transition to Mourne Private Clinic has been seamless. The staff are warm, organised and professional, creating an environment that supports the therapeutic work beautifully. I would highly recommend Dr. Urquhart and the clinic to anyone seeking thoughtful, skilled and compassionate care. And, finally, there is no shame in therapy. I have been seeing Dr Manjaly for bone anchored hearing aid help as I was born with Microtia and Atresia. I am still on my journey and can say that he has been patient and kind throughout, always making sure that I am able to make the best decision and he does so without any pressure. I cannot stress how important that is to me as I have a history of choices taken for me as a child due to my birth defect, so his approach has given me back that agency. Most recently I had the abutment and Cochlear BAHA after a long time considering that and the magnetic option. I opted for the abutment and can definitely say the BAHA has made a huge difference to my life. After two years of having it, for me there is discomfort and some pain so I returned to Dr Manjaly and we are going to go in a direction to first remove the abutment, let it heal to check that it isn't something else causing the pain/discomfort, and depending on the outcome try the magnetic option. While to me this irrationally feels like I've failed, he was kind and supportive.

I recently had a virtual consultation with Dr Mahto in the wake of having a REMS scan. Dr Mahto was flexible (I had technical issues!), friendly, professional and informative. She explained the results to me in detail, outlined the consequences of the diagnosis and suggested a clear treatment plan. She wrote a helpful report which she sent to my GP within a few days, and also made an urgent referral on my behalf. Her PA, Hannah has responded to any email or telephone queries almost immediately. The overall care provided has been exceptional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Firstly, very impressed, what a lovely person. Greeted you with a lovely smile which made you feel relaxed. Small talk first then he asked me why I was here today. I explained about the two cysts that I’d come to see him about, while he listened. Then he explained everything to me about the next procedure, asked if I would like him to check/look over my body starting with my hands, I’d no problem at all with this and it’s a good job I didn’t too! He found on my left arm a basal cell carcinoma. I’m now waiting too hear for my next appointment

I can not recommend this clinic enough. My partner SA was one of the last steps of our fertility. When the results came in at first we were confused and full of anxiety (and went into a deep Google black pit) - the consultation with Suzanne gave us the biggest sigh of relief and reassurance we needed with a plan of action to help boost our chances. Don’t rely on the internet to amp your anxiety, book that consultation after your SA to speak to someone who is an expert and can give you the “medical hug” you need.

Miss Mittal Patel listened carefully and with empathy to my story and seemed to be an expert in the use of pessaries. She was entirely honest about my predicament and was the first doctor to explain that instead of a uterine prolapse I had a simpler blade prolapse. Now,at least a month later,I am much more confident that my problem has been solved until possible surgery next year, with the type of pessary she advised me to have fitted.

Dr Sheeraz was able to assess and confirm the diagnosis of a recently detected issue with my vision. Elsewhere I was informed that the I would require dye in my eye which would impair driving etc for a few hours, however, this was not necessary due to leading technology at Dr Sheeraz’s practice. Dr Sheeraz talked me through the findings and was able to put me at immediate ease. Highly recommended!

Doctor was wonderful very thorough and given advice to sort the problem and I feel soo much better! However the thing that lets the consultant down is his PA. She never answers the phone or her emails. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days and goring hall themselves can’t help as it is all done through the PA. Shame as I wouldn’t be able to have any complaints, as service was great!
