I have suffered from difficult to control high blood pressure for over 30 years. Growing increasingly concerned about this, I booked an appointment with Dr Khan. His approach has always been kind and all decisions around my medications have been taken with me very much at the centre. He always takes time to explain his rationale around investigation and treatment decisions which I find helpful to understand the management of my blood pressure. He has never been phased by needing to alter my treatment when the results were not expected, and he has identified a treatment combination that has finally worked for me. My only regret is that I did not make first appointment sooner.

Mr Bhandari had a kind reassuring bedside manner noticing I was nervous before my procedure but easily calmed my nervousness by his genuine reassurance. Explained everything to me in my language rather than medical language before my procedure too. Even during my procedure spoke to me explaining what he could see showing me exactly the area he was talking about on screen. Very gentle in my most sore painful areas and advising me to take pain relief via gas n air in time. I shall not hesitate sharing any further concerns if needed and woukd not like to be booked in with any other surgeon. I also would like yo thank all the staff on duty that day too. My recent visit was the final out-patient follow-up after my bilateral cataract surgery undertaken by Mr Edward Casswell. I can only say that this, and indeed the whole experience, has proved far easier and much more pleasant than I could have imagined! At this appointment I was able to confirm that my expectations of improvement in vision had actually been surpassed significantly, to my excitement and pleasure, and Mr Casswell was able to confirm after another thorough and very professionally executed examination that everything was as he anticipated, and all was a complete success. My sincerest thanks for everything.

Paul Jolly and his team at the Ruislip Hearing Centre (ruislipearcare.co.uk) provide an excellent service. They are kind, considerate, respectful and very professional. I had used the Hearing Centre at varying times for earwax microsuction, but then decided to have them supply and fit my new Hearing Aids. I have been very impressed with the Danish brand 'Resend' and the phone app is a dream to use. Aftercare is also important and six monthly appointments for check ups and updates, when required, is a big bonus. It pays to go local. Highly recommended. N.B.

Lovely staff very reassuring, explained what was being done. Mr.Bindra did the cataract operation. I was given a choice of drinks & some biscuits after the operation. The clinic is spotlessly clean . The waiting room is neat ,tidy & clean with a TV to watch if inclined. I was phoned the next day to make sure I was OK & if I had any questions. VERY Impressive.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND NEWMEDICA.

Doctor de Ramon had the foresight in referring me to see a cardiologist when it was suspected I had a possible laryngeal obstruction. Her decision to involve cardiology proved pivotal. Tests have since confirmed I have significant coronary disease, and I’m now under active management for this condition. It’s quite possible her instincts saved my life, and I’m deeply grateful.

I was very impressed with the clinic. All staff were very professional and caring Mrs Mathews was very polite and explained what eye issue I had and what treatment was required. Sadly I was a patient at Abergele Eye Hospital but have not been recalled for eye checks for over 3 years. I will continue using this clinic in the future to see Mrs Mathews Pam E.

Alex explained why she had constructed my plan and how each exercise would benefit my needs. Alex also allowed me to do each exercise under supervision so that I was doing them correctly. My plan was revised so that I would get the most benefit from it.
