Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback, as my experience at Harley Street Specialist Hospital has genuinely changed my life. I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. The King Edward V11 hospital is the best of the best in London. The cleanliness, kindness, fabulously trained and knowledgeable professionals in each and every department are second to none. I’ve been visiting this hospital for more than 45 years, and always had a most positive experience. From the Porters and Reception team to their Consultants and Physiotherapists, they are impossible to fault. On my most recent visit, I visited the imaging department, and was scanned by the amazing Dr Clare Allen, and her team. She was the personification of professionalism, yet also one of the most empathetic Consultants I have ever come across. I can’t recommend her or her team, more highly.

RTN Mental Health - Private

The most stressful and frustrating part of using RTN services is the lack of communication and poor response times. I have used RTN both via the right to choose path and for a private assessment. You would expect the private service to be quicker and have better communication but this has not been my experience. It is impossible to get hold of anybody. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemail but there is no sense of urgency in responding and waiting times are long. You don't even receive an acknowledgement or holding email to manage expectations. Some very basic and easy changes could be made to make the customer experience so much better.

We recently visited Nuffield Vale of Glamorgan for my son’s squint surgery under the care of Dr Jewsbury. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, reassuring, and consistent, and every member of the team went out of their way to make sure my son felt safe and supported. Dr Jewsbury’s care, both on the day and in the weeks that followed, was exceptional. The results have surpassed our expectations and have been genuinely life-changing for my son. We are so grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and attention we received throughout. Highly recommended.

Arrived at diagnostics centre and was just expecting a consultation with a further appointment for procedure was feel anxious but was made to feel welcomed and reassured by all receptionist was really pleasant as was my nurse Eileen I believe her name to be. I then met Mr Muen who was very polite, reassuring and empathetic. To my surprise my procedure was carried out within this appointment saving me further anxieties, travel and time. I was absolutely taken back by the complete professionalism of all at Kingsbridge Thank you from an extremely happy patient.

The audiologist was very helpful and gave me a referral letter to see the Doctor and once the infection has cleared I could return to complete the wax removal . Mr Chauhan was very clear with details about the procedure and very reassuring, he gives me great confidence in his abilities as this will be my second procedure with him. The first knee repair is still working fine which was done eight years ago. Now have a new issue and I am sure it will be good too. Side note the assisting nurse was lovely and very helpful.

Excellent team . Everyone is so welcoming, warm and professional. Timing is perfect, all doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful. I especially would like to thank Alex Olayo, the exceptional and wonderful nurse: she was with me every step of the way to recovery. Always keen to help, warm, supportive and caring. She made it all so much easier for me.

Dr Ramakrishnan listened and worked quickly to understand the cause of the pain I was experiencing. He carried out diagnostic tests at pace and was really helpful in identifying the likely cause. He used his expertise, and the knowledge of supporting experts, to help confirm the diagnosis and the need for a review by a different medical field.

Nuffield Health Derby Hospital

Everything about the procedure was fine. The nursing staff were fantastic and really looked after me. The only thing that I would mention was one of the receptionists (who was quite elderly brown hair and petite) was very abrupt to the point of being rude. I didn’t get her name but if I had it done would’ve mentioned it on here.

Mr Fitzgerald was able to see me very quickly and he was very thorough in his examination and assessment of my symptoms. He provided a clear explanation and advised on next steps.
