Having worked for a group of plastic surgeons in the past, I received my 1st ever botox & fillers treatment on my 50th b'day from a leading Consultant, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, Ms Effie Katsarma. After I left the hospital/ industry, I was eager to find an aesthetic nurse practitioner who could maintain her high standard of work. My research eventually led me to Giacinto. I'm particularly fussy & wanted a medically qualified & skillful aesthetic nurse with a keen, creative eye. I knew instantly Giacinto was exceptional. He has been maintaining my ongoing botox requirements for approx the past 7/8 yrs. I've also recently had profilio & fillers for the 1st time at his Harley St practice. He never tries to upsell, is highly knowledgeable & always achieves a fantastic aesthetic result (no bruising!). He is an absolute pleasure to deal with, I trust him implicitly & wouldn't dream of going to anyone else... I highly recommend him.

The Care I received from Miss Breahna and her team was beyond excellent from start to finish. From the moment I made contact to my now recovery. Communication from the team has been outstanding. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr Mistry for the fantastic surgery that he performed on my right thumb. I am now pain free in the right thumb and it is in a much better position after many years of discomfort and being told nothing could be done . I could not fault my treatment from start to finish at the Spire Alexander Hospital. One thing that would just make it absolutely perfect is if in the coming months it would be possible to consider having the hand therapist attached to the Alexandra so that the procedure is started and finished at the one Hospital. Whilst MCH hand therapist we're very quick and helpful it was very difficult getting in touch with them if you had a problem with the splint etc . I do think that it would just help to make people feel a lot more secure if as I say it was all under the one Hospital.

I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout
