I am so grateful to have had Dr. Clair Mellon as my obstetrician throughout my pregnancy and for the delivery of my baby girl. From the very first appointment, Dr. Mellon made me feel supported, informed, and truly cared for. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain each step of the process, and ensure I felt comfortable and confident. Her calm, reassuring presence made a world of difference, especially as my due date approached. During labor and delivery, Dr. Mellon was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly skilled—everything you could hope for in such an important moment. I felt safe in her hands every step of the way. I cannot thank Dr. Mellon enough for helping bring my daughter into the world with such kindness and professionalism. She is an exceptional OB, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding care.

I had a lumbar microdiscectomy at St Anthony’s and the care I received was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, patient and attentive throughout my stay. In the post-operation recovery area, the Irish nurse who looked after me was especially wonderful. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name — I was still a bit loopy after the anaesthetic — but she was unbelievably kind, gentle and reassuring at a moment when I really needed it. On the ward, Rose was also fantastic. She checked on me regularly, made sure I was comfortable, and was so warm and supportive. Her kindness made the first night after surgery much easier. Overall, the team at St Anthony’s made what could have been a very stressful experience feel calm and safe. I’m really grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend the hospital.

Very Pleased with the clarity of my vision after wearing Glasses, I had the Galaxy lense fitted and I now have full contrast and colour definition. I had my procedure done at Freedom Chelmsford. The team there were absolutely brilliant,friendly, professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. I could see the improvement immediately . It took a few days for my eyes to adjust as my prescription was very strong and complicated, (lazy left eye.) The hospital is modern ,spotless with excellent facilities and easy access plenty of parking and train. Special Thankyou to Nicola who coordinated everything from start to finish.

Absolutely 5star experience everytime at this wonderful private practice. The service, the time given to you and the kindness and knowledge of the amazing doctors is just second to none. We have been using the team for 5 years now and haven’t looked back since switching to a private GP service. Dr Akan especially is incredible and such a nice guy. He has helped us so much over the years and is always available for support if needed. My first appointment was cancelled by the clinic this was after telling me to pay the fee upfront and re booked two weeks later. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told there would be a delay again. After waiting for sometime I asked the staff to find out what the delay was I was then seen by the clinician half an hour later. My experience with the clinician I felt was not worth the fee. I was not examined correctly I was not given any advice as to how to deal with the issue and the letter I received afterwards was not very accurate or informative. So I would not go back again or recommend.

I first saw Dr Seth two years ago and recently returned in October/November 2025. He’s exceptional at what he does, and absolutely worth waiting for. As always, he took the time to explain everything properly and map out a sensible plan and next steps. What I really value is how comfortable he makes you feel—he’s generous with his knowledge and never rushed. He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side. Dr Ajai Seth is consistently outstanding, and I feel very well looked after under his care.

I was anxious about my first visit following some negative experiences with nhs gp appointments. But on meeting Dr Shori I was instantly very comfortable and felt heard. I had relevant tests quickly and efficiently. I did not feel rushed or dismissed at any point and came away feeling relieved that I had some answers to symptoms I had been struggling with for a long time. The practice was lovely, clean and overall a nice atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a concern I was struggling with and would recommend anyone to do the same if they were in a position to do so.

I had my annual review with Mr Sarfraz, I’m on year 4 since my diagnosis. For such a difficult time, it is a joy to visit him. I have absolute confidence in his skill and professionalism. The physical exam provides me with huge reassurance. He listens to what I and my husband need to share and answers our questions clearly. It is also nice to have a general catch up about life and what we have all been up to since our last appointment. I honestly do not know what I would do if I had to have my reviews with someone different. An amazingly authentic individual with integrity.

I had a follow up appointment for more YAG Laser treatment. Upon entering Cathedral Eye Clinic you are greeted by very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Thereafter I had very detailed tests carried out by a female Optometrist who is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Finally I had further tests and this was followed by the laser treatment by Mr Best who exudes absolute professional brilliance and is very reassuring explaining everything in detail. A truly excellent experience and I can recommend their fantastic care to anyone.

I recently visited Dr Animesh Singh for gout treatment and couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. He was very considerate and thorough, taking the time to listen to my concerns and understand how the condition was affecting me. My visit was for a 6 monthly check up and as usual I was met wiith a professional yet warm and friendly atmosphere. Mr. Hariom Sur and the entire team made the whole experience as good as it possibly could be. Upon leaving I was also lucky enough to encounter Lynne, who carried out my immunotherapy treatments, and Laura, who was present at my initial diagnosis - again such warm and friendly people. I am 4 weeks post surgery and throughout my time with him he has been very thorough in terms of ensuring that I understand the procedure being undertaken, what was done in surgery, how they can fix it and what expectations I should have as a brief timeline going forward. I had my gallbladder removed by Mr jayanthi , I'm not naturally a good patient but he made me feel very comfortable about it all and after many years of discomfort I plucked up courage and I have to say it was it was easy and fairly pain free , I pretty well recovered within a couple of weeks , all is great now no rumbling gallbladder and everything works as normal, and no dietary problems whatsoever. Being high risk due to a family history of cancer, Mr Dani was able to offer advice around preventative measures and a plan for the future. Some of this information has not been readily available and it has been helped me to put a plan into place and some perspective regarding my future risk of breast cancer.

Was advised by Mr El Gohari in an assessment visit to keep mirena coil in forever as 62 years old and advised re possible issues that may occur during removal. I insisted and it transpires that the coil had embedded itself in the uterine cavity and he struggled to remove it, so worrying advice from him
