I attended the appointment with my wife and we both found Mr. V welcoming on entering his office. He listened to what i had to say and was concerned how my life had been affected. He was very thorough in his explanation of my problem and recommended the best course of action to take. He was keen to get things moving by speaking to his team almost immediately and, in fact, I have today 1 day after my consultation received a letter confirming everything that was said and that he was moving forward. I feel confident that Mr V will do the best he can for me.

Mr Osman, had a fantastic bedside manner and put me at ease straight away. He explained everything to me and where to find any additional information in the future. Such a lovely man. I think the Nurses name was Teressa and she was also lovely and very professional. All of the staff at the breast clinic were all very friendly and helpful and also the lady volunteer who was offering tea and coffee. Thank you all very much for all you do and especially when I was feeling a bit stressed being so kind.

The experience overall was good once seen by clinical staff. Had to wait 15 minutes after planned appointment time, 30 minutes in total after being told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. I understand than clinically time may run over, but there was no communication which would have been useful. I wonder if specific reception staff for the vein clinic would be helpful. Waiting area would also benefit from coffee machine for relatives waiting.

I was seen on time, my issues were listened to & im happy there has been an improvement. I understand not every operation can be 100% satisfactory but the main reason for having the operation was to relieve me of the pain in my knuckle which thankfully it has done. Unfortunately the downside is I have a slightly reduced movement in my index finger, but the big improvement of no pain in my knuckle joint far out -ways the small loss of movement lost.

Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

Excellent experience from start to finish for my CT guided nerve block injection. All staff were extremely professional and demonstrated high levels of empathy. Even though the doctor was delayed, the staff kept me updated and ensured I was feeling comfortable. The consultant took the time needed to explain things to me very well and answer my questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful in general. I'd recommend her to anyone. Communal areas nice and welcoming with interesting art on the walls. Not quite as chilled as my last visit, as there were more people around, and some mildly distracting muzak in the background.

NLM Clinic in Doncaster provides you privacy of consultation. It is located quite central, however not on the main road, which means that the privacy is maintained at all times. The environment is calm and comfortable. You are offered a drink on arrival and the consultation room, despite being small is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended.
