Mr. Alibhai reassured me once again, calming my nerves before the procedure as this was going to be my first experience with general anaesthetics. Upon waking up from the anesthesia, I was met with warm, attentive nursing staff who monitored my recovery closely. Mr. Alibhai visited me afterward, discussing the surgery outcomes and outlining my recovery plan. His attention to detail, in person visit each day and genuine concern for my well-being continued through out my stay in hospital, upon discharge and until my follow-up appointment. Thanks to Mr. Alibhai, I am now free from the discomfort of the plunging ranula. I am grateful for the care and kindness shown to me throughout this period. I highly recommend Mr. Alibhai to anyone in need of surgical care, particularly those facing complex conditions. His dedication to patient care and surgical excellence is truly commendable.

The OCD nursing team are fantastic at what they do and the therapy team are absolutely brilliant. My 1:1 therapy was outstanding and so valuable to me during my time here. The catering team, the housekeepers, maintenance, reception.... All really friendly and professional. Two things that I want to mention that I have already fed back: 1. It was very disappointing when two team members were allocated to different wards with no transition (Greta-Mae and Carlo). I feel that when we are allowing ourselves as patients to be open and vulnerable and put our trust in people, to then be told they have moved with no transitional period is not very sensitive or fair. 2. I have also fed back about a patient that seems very unwell but does not have 1:1 supervision around the hospital. This person sometimes invades others personal space, says inappropriate and triggering things, has sometimes removed her clothing in the courtyard and I have also seen her with long sticks in her hands in the courtyard. I fed this back to the patient services manager and the board holder who agreed that this was unacceptable. I was told that until discussions have been had she should be on 1:1 care, but then the following day she was once again the courtyard thrashing round the same sticks. I think this is a safeguarding concern. Those two things aside, I have found my impatient care outstanding, I cannot fault the OCD ward team. I feel heard for the first time and have hope for my future now thanks to them. I will never forget what they have done for me.

I consulted Mrs Maya Harris due to an enlarged prostate that was now causing incontinence. To address this issue, NHS treatment had inserted a catheter and put me on a waiting list for surgery, but I had no confirmation as to the date of such a procedure. Hence, I decided to investigate private treatment and following google based research, I determined that a good starting point was to have an initial consultation with Mrs Harris. She was very understanding and identified a slot for an appropriate procedure some 5 weeks hence, She provided reading matter for the possible range of treatments while recommending in my case, Aquablation therapy. This is a minimally invasive, robotic-assisted procedure for enlarged prostate (BPH) that uses a heat-free, high-pressure waterjet to precisely remove tissue, providing long-lasting, durable symptom relief. Following my review of the supplied literature, I concluded this was an appropriate option, and proceeded confirm the operation, which was successfully carried out by Mrs Harris at a nearby private hospital with good follow up monitoring and then 6-weeks after the procedure, discharged by Mrs Harris. I have been very pleased with the results and was able to recommence my work, just two weeks after the procedure, initially remotely and then on-site in my profession as a business consultant. I am very happy to recommend Mrs Harris for those with similar symptoms to what I was enduring.

I attended Spencer Ashford Hospital which was easy to find and was able to park nearby in the carpark using a Blue Badge displayed. Access was at ground level with no steps. Reception staff greeted me straight away and booked me in, provided necessary to complete my procedure. Toilets were easily accessed just off Reception and there is a water machine free. All staff including the medical team that I saw were engaging, jovial yet professional. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing with about three patients waiting. Mr Georgios Papadopoulos explained the procedure that I was undergoing in depth and was unrushed and very calm and inquired whether I had questions. His team were as fantastic ensuring that I was at ease throughout. At no point did I feel under pressure to leave after the procedure.

Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8 year old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. Appointment on 31/01/2026- 1. Poor mobile network at the reception area, irrespective of mobile network provider. 2. Staff at reception does not know who visitors can log to use wi-fi. In my case I need wifi to access BUPA app to provide treatment authorisation code. I had to walk outside in the rain to be able to get network. 3. Staff at reception gave the wrong consultation room. 4. Waited past appointment time and when back to query. Told appointment at a different consultation room. Always had issues at reception

Mr Verma was responsible to care for my clubfoot son since when he was born .My son had an amazing care under him. My son had 10 weeks casting before he had a tenotomy. I found the reception at ground floor level the only weakness as I was left standing feeling a bit aimless when no one else was at the desk and also I reported someone had been sick in a toilet sink and I was just letting them know, whilst I did not want gratitude for reporting it some greater acknowledgement and action might have been expected. Anyway most importantly Dr Woodland receptionist area and staff on his floor were excellent as they were for Dr Power.
