As a Nervous patient about to have an Extraction..I was sitting In the waiting room Dreading every second The Receptionist was very nice and made me feel at ease Then after a very short wait ..the time had come for me to face my Fears.. As I sat in the chair the procedure was explained to me in full and the Dentist really made me feel Comfortable and at ease .. The first Extraction had taken place without me even being aware ..so no pain whatsoever Time for the second Extraction.. The Dentist asked me to rinse my mouth And I promise the second Extraction had already been carried out without me being aware ..completely pain free ..the dentist advised me that she should carry out a filling to another one of my teeth ..I was a bit reluctant..she cleaned the area and what I can only describe as her massaging the affected tooth the filling was carried out successfully.. I have a follow on Appointment in January And can Honestly say ..im looking forward to it Oh and to add ...when the Anesthetic wore off I experienced no pain or Discomfort whatsoever..and less than 24 hours later I sat down and enjoyed hot coffee With no Discomfort.... I can't thank you enough for your Treatment..and after 64 years ..im no longer a Nervous Patient Thank you

As someone with multiple chronic conditions, Dr Mohammed is by far the most effective and thorough doctor I have spoken with and I felt heard. I am now being treated for pots and Dr Mohammed has written letters to my GP and appropriate hospitals for next steps, I now feel like I have a plan in place moving forward. I was very apprehensive about getting both of my eyes done at the same time. I cant believe how easy and painless it was ,all of the staff were amazing in looking after me and putting me at ease. Having 24 hr support was amazing ,my concerns were addressed quickly . If only everything was as easy as this ,within 3 days i could see perfectly ,i never realised how much of a difference it would make . From my consultant ,nursing staff, opthamologists, domestic staff and receptionist they went above and beyond in their care. Nothing was too much bother. Dont hesitate to go ,you will be amazed .

Jonathan was very helpful, he clearly explained the conditions in both my eyes, one with muscle problems, the other with astigmatism, plus both are long and short sighted and both have cataracts. Quite complicated but he really helped me understsnd it all! Also I was lucky there was a free slot for a cataract operation in my right eye the next day, which he also explained thoroughly, so kind and helpful, made me ferl far less nervous and more at ease about the treatment.

I felt very comfortable and confident that I was in very good hands with Professor Warwick, as soon as I walked into his surgery. He explained in great detail the results of my recent x-ray, and suggested a range of options going forward, one of which was an immediate injection, which I decided to take up there and then. Again, the effects of this were explained fully, and I left feeling extremely pleased with my consultation.

Miss Summerhayes is fantastic. She is very reassuring, friendly and knowledgeable. She has a terrific bedside manner, which eased the strss of my cancer treatment. Lyn Corlass keeps the process running smoothly and has always gone the extra mile to ensure that there was minimal waiting time for tests, treatments and appointments. Over all, they have made a very difficult time, much easier to deal with.

Mr Sweeney was fantastic. Very reassuring and clearly very knowledgable in his area. I did however find that there were some mixed messages between initial consultation to feedback from nurses etc after surgery in terms of aftercare etc. (Told I would wear compression stockings for two weeks and then told I didn’t need to wear at all. Told could drive the next day but then told I couldn’t drive for 5 etc).

I would highly rate not only my visit today with Mr Gowda but the whole hip replacement process, which for me was very daunting never having had any kind of surgery at all in my 69 years, save for wisdom teeth removal.
