Andrew always goes above and beyond for me as a patient. In his own time he thoroughly researches my rare condition and in doing so, has given me lots of different medication to trial. I have been seeing Andrew since 2022 and his mannerisms are always friendly, very approachable, takes the time to listen and he is always professional. Since 2016, I have battled with a rare condition and have been pushed from one professional to another. Andrew has LITERALLY been, to date, the ONLY professional body that has ever helped me, for that I will always be eternally thankful., His encouragement and positivity has given me the tools to have a more positive outlook on life despite my condition. Andrew is a very intelligent individual and I have learned that if he does not know the answer, he will most certainly research it, that is dedication to his profession. Within the time I have been seeing Andrew, we have developed a rapport where I fully and 100% trust him to help me with my medical issues.

I chose to have a breast reduction with Miss Kaushik. From start to finish I cannot fault a single step of my journey. During my consultation I felt listened to and really appreciated the kindness I was shown. Everything was explained clearly to me and I left the appointment feeling I was able to make a fully informed decision to go ahead with the surgery. The surgery itself went without any complications as did my healing. Should there have been any issues I had the contact details for Miss Kaushik and the hospital ward. I am now nearly 4 weeks post operative and I am really pleased with my results. Miss Kaushik has achieved exactly what I asked for and has kept me in proportion with the rest of my body. Had appointment for ear wax removal. Arrived at wrong address as was unaware that location had moved, luckily spotted new location across the road. Receptionist was not welcoming and was more interested in arranging diary on computer with her colleague. Was informed during my ear examination that there was inflammation in one of my ears and that report would be emailed to me for my GP, never received report. Audiologist was very pushy on when my last hearing test was and had keep repeating that I just want ear wax removal. I have been coming to Ruislip ear care for many years but none of the staff that day were familiar to me and when booking there was no choice of practitioner. No sign of Jo Jolly or Paul so maybe under new ownership?

Dr Prasad, was amazing at my appt! I have a condition called Charcot Marie Tooth disease, which is hereditary and most Doctors have never heard of it. Dr Prasad was familiar with it, which straight away gave me confidence in her. Due to my condition i dont have the best mobility, so when my ankle became painful due to a lump on my heel that just kept getting worse, thats when i activated my healrhcare & came to see Dr Prasad. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, reassuring and totally professional. I feel reassured that she will do her utmost to help me get rid of said painful lump. Additionally, i attended on a very busy day and all members of the team there were very friendly & helpful.

When I arrived I went to reception who told I had been recorded in and I would be called shortly. It was 10 minutes prior to my appointment date as I had been able to park relatively quickly. After a while a different staff member came across as she had noticed I had been waiting a long time. I said I had an appointment for 14:00 and was waiting to be called. It was 14:30. She went and check and said I hadn't been signed in. The consultant was finished seeing patients but Dr khan agreed to see me as it wasn't my fault that I had missed my appointment. It was a brief meeting and he wasn't as engaged as in a previous meeting.

The hospital and staff were great. I would recommend taking a book to read while waiting, a dressing gown to wear post surgery. Also it is an idea to use the mobile phone to voice record or turn dictation on when the Physiotherapist and others come to speak to a patient post-surgery as I could barely remember what was said :)

Really appreciated Matthew's friendly, patient and professional approach with our elderly father. Especially as our father is resistant to change and unwilling to accept that he might need a hearing aid. Would thoroughly recommend him from ear syringing to hearing tests. We will be back.

I’ve been coming to London physio for 5 months - it’s been the best physio and sports massage experience. I was able to play my cricket season effectively because of the regular visits. The most recent visit with Sarah was also on par with the previous experiences with Aly and Eloise
