The doctor has been fantastic as always. Im fully satisfied with his consultation. The operation outside the consultation was the challenge for a patient. After the consultation I was instructed to go to the reception and wait. I was waiting in the reception from around 19:15. A few other patients there were all called and gone and I was alone in the reception area when the receptionist finally spotted on me around 19:50, asking me if I was waiting for a consultation. I reminded them that that I had already finished it and waiting for the next step. They found in the system that they needed to make an appointment for ultrasound and injection for me. On the ultrasound and injection date. The appointment was 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 as your hospital request to the patient and started waiting. At 10:55, staff told me that the entrance area of the ultrasound treatment room had an urgent repaired work in progress and asked me to wait for 15 mins. The staff came over again telling me that it would be pushed back to 11:30.. At 11:35, I was finally invited for the ultrasound. All the staff were friendly, very apologetic and sympathetic. I just wanted to share that there was room for the operational improvement. Thank you for your service.

I was referred to Mr David Griffiths by friends in the UK that have previously been in his care or worked with him, I am currently in the USA. After looking at his bio, I was so impressed with what he has achieved and the work that he does I arranged to have a consultation via zoom. From the outset I felt his warmth and compassion, I immediately knew I was in very good hands. Mr Griffiths fully explained what I needed firsthand and then going forward with surgery, if that was what I decided to do. He welcomed any further questions or concerns I had afterwards by email which were always followed up immediately. I did go ahead with the surgery to have a permanent fix to my issue of which I am so thankful for. Mr Griffiths did an outstanding job, and I would have no hesitation at all recommending him.

Initial experience poor. Arrived at reception, receptionist was on the phone. When call ended she walked away to do some admin. No 'Be with you in a moment'. When she came back, no smile and 'Welcome to One Hatfield' Just 'Have you been here before?' 'No' Well here's a form to fill in'. Felt a nuisance getting in the way of her important phone calls and administration work. Waiting area tired looking, main circular seating area looked like it needed a good clean. Strange seating arrangement with very narrow gaps to get through into main area. People called for their appointments from different directions and hard to hear names being called. Consultant seen was excellent, which raised the end experience overall. But not enough to make up for the indifferent receptionist.

I really appreciate how the clinic was quick and efficient their responses and sorting appointments. I would really recommend as the doctor can be highly trusted; I found appointments were comfortable and adds some humour which can help put you at ease. They take time and listen to any concerns, thoroughly explain everything. I was reassured with any questions I had and feel welcome to contact them for further support.

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

Excellent experience from start to finish for my CT guided nerve block injection. All staff were extremely professional and demonstrated high levels of empathy. Even though the doctor was delayed, the staff kept me updated and ensured I was feeling comfortable. Before and during the procedure, everything was explained and staff were keen to check on my wellbeing. Thanks so much to all involved.

I had a knee replacement carried out by Mr Haslam. The whole experience from the first consultation to the final discharge was exceptional. After only 3 months I am back walking my usual 20,000 steps a day. The reception staff were also very friendly, helpful and polite. I would certainly recommend Mr Haslam and Coriel Clinic should you need to undergo any surgery or procedures.

I had been experiencing problems with my thumb and knees, tried various things including thumb splint. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.

I cannot praise the Horder Centre highly enough; the quality of the care and staff are beyond compare, always someone around to look after you, operation itself seems to have been excellent (four and a half weeks so far). This is the second hip I have had replaced here, the first was completely recovered in a couple of months, so anticipate something similar this time.

Carried out ultra sound on problem areas and explained what was happening with joints offered options to help alleviate pain, these carried out and can honestly say have worked wonders, have pain free movement.
