I cannot thank Dr Grace and the entire team enough for making my egg-freezing journey such a positive experience. From my very first consultation, Dr Grace was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and always made me feel supported and reassured. Egg freezing can feel like a daunting and emotional journey, but I felt completely cared for throughout. The nursing staff were wonderful friendly, professional, and always available to provide guidance and encouragement. The communication from the team was excellent, and I always knew what to expect at each stage. The egg collection procedure itself was much smoother than I anticipated, and I felt safe and well looked after from beginning to end. Choosing to freeze my eggs has given me a real sense of peace of mind for the future, and I am so grateful to have had such an experienced and caring team supporting me. A special thank you to Dr Grace for her expertise, kindness, and genuine care. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and empowering. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Grace and the team to anyone considering egg freezing or fertility treatment. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. ❤️

I was referred by my GP Dr Chivers from the estuary group practice gowerton. There was a minor problem with the medical questionnaire at the onset which was poorly printed and when put in by hand was lost. I then went through the questionnaire on the phone. After the operation I did contact the wound treatment helpline leaving my name and contact number, but no one contacted me. On getting through to the nurses station shortly after, I asked a question about change of dressings. The nurse put forward that I had already been told about this immediately after the procedure. I politely pointed out that post operation for a long time I was in a haze and did not take in a lot said. I think the nurse possibly thinking they had been a little impolite said to me they were not 'having a go' and forwarded me to someone who answered my question. The above were minor and did not detract from my overall experience particularly dealing with staff face to face, which was excellent.

I was surprised by the waiting time (30 minutes), but happy to see my eye consultant who has treated my rare eye condition for over 20 years and whose knowledge and expertise I trust. I was very happy to be able to see him when I developed shingles in my only seeing eye as I was very worried. I would, however, like to suggest that all letters are typed in a minimum of 12-point Arial. I don't understand why any organisation would produce them in a smaller font size than this, especially an eye hospital. It is very unusual to receive letters these days that have been typed in such a small font size as yours.

Mr Dani and the whole team at the one stop clinic were kind, professional and perhaps most importantly thorough. Mr Dani was very clear in his explanations. The radiologist and nursing and assistant team were incredibly kind and efficient, and also very reassuring. They clearly understand the importance of every look, every gesture and constantly explained things to ensure that I felt as reassured as possible.. I felt like I was in very good hands. And that they were leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that I had the best possible care.

Everyone was friendly and I was kept updated with the arrival of the consultant. On arrival, i was seen immediately and was treated with the upmost care and respect.
