Appointment was at 4:30pm and was told surgery should be at 5:15, after about an hours wait we're told the anesthesiologist has not been told hes working today so isn't there. We were told we'd have to reschedule. Then 5 minutes later we were told to wait and their on their way in so the surgery could be the same day. The anesthesiologist then came in without having read the notes of the surgery and was going to put me under when I only needed an arm block. He had a bad attitude clearly from being called in at about 8pm. The rest of the evening went smoothly but I had to wait till around 9pm to eat again & was did not feel at ease when being prepared for theatre and had to be given anxiety medication as I was very stressed by the anesthesiologists attitude. However the doctor that preformed the surgery and the nurses on the ward were incredibly kind and informative to help keep calm

I recently underwent two surgeries with Dr Sujatha Kalburgi to treat fibroids that had been severely impacting my quality of life. From the moment she saw my scan, she acted immediately, arranging surgery and prescribing medication to help reduce the size beforehand. After spending two years waiting for action through the NHS, her swift response, professionalism, and genuine urgency were incredibly reassuring. Throughout the entire process, Dr Kalburgi was warm, attentive, and clear in explaining every stage of the journey. She answered all my questions with patience, made herself available when I needed clarity, and helped me feel completely supported and confident in my care. The surgeries were a success, and the transformation to my daily life has been remarkable. I am truly grateful for her expertise, compassion and decisive care. She has changed my life for the better.

I had been experiencing some knee pain so contacted after seeing an advertisement in the gym and lady on the phone recommended how I could have a 15 minute free consultation. Dan contacted the following day and after giving a couple of possibilities of what he said it sounded like suggested a face to face appointment. This was then scheduled for the following week. From the assessment Dan could pin point what was wrong and set me up with some exercises to try and see if it helped. He gave me advise of continuing to do the activities I enjoyed but if the pain level got to 5 or above to reduce or stop. From the exercises and advise that Dan gave me my knee pain declined then completely went. I had my next appointment 3 weeks later and received some more advice on exercises to try to prevent future injuries.

I am delighted with the whole experience around my journey from initial referral to Mr. Nair through the HoLep procedure and stay at the London Bridge Hospital and follow-up. I have been treated with courtesy and kindness . The process of pre-surgery checks and appointments has been efficient, well-communicated and all points of contact both friendly and helpful. Mr. Nair has been kind, reassuring and very clear in his descriptions of the various procedures open to me and the pros and cons of each. My stay in hospital was a pleasant as these things can be. I was treated with care and kindness by everyone. The procedure appears to have gone very well and I am making a very good recovery. Exceeding all expectations. I am very grateful indeed.

I had a number of visits over a 2 and a half month period. Some visits were primarily for urine tests but as and when I needed to ask Mr Muir or his PA anything they were always available and welcoming. I think sometimes the explanations of my condition didn't always sink fully in because I was generally a little bit anxious about the prospects of me fully recovering. But in the end I was convinced and happy with Mr Muir's prognosis that all was well and I could carry on as normal. But was also advised that should I ever have any concerns I could get back in tough to discuss, which was a great comfort to know.

Mr Vikesh Patel operated on both of my upper eyelids to correct ptosis (droopy eyelids) about two years ago. The results are excellent and my vision is now back to normal. There is no scarring on the lids which I feared most! I and my family are very happy with the service provided with Mr Patel who obviously has a great deal of expertise in this field. The staff on Oncology are angels and they are professional, calm, approachable, caring, positive, pragmatic and extremely attentive, supportive and I could not have wished for any other team and individuals to look after me. Every visit is consistently seamless and feels like I am the priority when they are with me, despite having other patients and priorities. I can see and hear they make everyone feel this way! Nothing is too much trouble for them!

On contacting the clinic we were offered an appointment the very same day. On arrival the receptionists were very helpful & friendly. With very little waiting time we saw the Doctor. She couldn’t have been more helpful & understanding with further treatment organised and confirmed by email the following day. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air & would highly recommend Well Life Clinic to anyone looking for an efficient service.

All the doctors, psychiatric nurses and reception team are outstanding. It's a small thing, but I wish that there was hand cream supplied in the toilets. This may not be the "fault" of The London Psychiatry Centre as they do not own the building, but they could put in a request to the appropriate people. I spend thousands of pounds there so it would be a small but appreciated gesture. Even my hair dressing salon supplies hand cream!

Mr Shatkar is very patient and caring, always explaining everything in detail and providing the reassurance you need. The follow up appointments were also conducted with a great interest and in my case made a huge difference to the outcome of the treatment. A great clinician and surgeon, highly recommend.
