My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My initial contact was with Tracey Lomax (Manager), and from the very beginning she offered a level of care and attention that truly stood out. I had written a long list of questions—around eight—and she took the time to highlight and respond to every single one. When I later sent even more questions regarding my chosen procedure (a Coronary CT Angiogram), she continued to provide thorough, reassuring answers. My intention was simply to undergo a non-invasive heart assessment at the age of 53—much like purchasing travel insurance, you prepare for the worst but hope for the best. Tracey reassured me that this was absolutely the right place for such an assessment. I had already enquired with two other providers, including Alliance Medical, but their responses felt robotic and impersonal. The level of genuine care here made all the difference. I also want to highlight the professionalism of the radiologist, who carried out the scan with great precision and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. In addition, the nurse who took my blood samples three days prior to the scan was equally kind and professional—and the fact that these pre-scan blood tests were fully included in the cost was a significant and appreciated gesture. Dr. Gavin Lewis was the consultant who saw me both before and after the scan, with the consultation arranged on the same day. His explanation of the results was clear, calm, and reassuring. Both my wife and I left feeling confident about the future and grateful for the guidance he provided—including helpful advice on maintaining a healthy heart and speaking with my GP about medication adjustments. The final report arrived at my home within seven days, and a copy was also sent directly to my GP. My medication was promptly reviewed, updated, and delivered straight to my home. I am taking the time to write such a detailed review because they genuinely deserve it. They put real effort into caring for me, and I want to acknowledge that level of dedication. The appointment itself was very positive. Dr. Robert Gordon was calm, validating, and genuinely listened. The room was quiet, warm, and set up like a cosy study, which made it feel safe rather than clinical. He explained the diagnostic impressions clearly at the end in a way that finally made sense, and it didn’t feel dismissive. I left feeling understood in a way I haven’t experienced with other services, although the level of positivity felt unexpected and left me a bit uncertain about how to interpret it. The only issue was the arrival process. My appointment was in the late evening, and reception was closed. It wasn’t clear where to check in, and I had no phone signal. I had to rely on Wi-Fi and the website photos to work out where to wait. Overall, despite the initial uncertainty about the building, the clinical experience was extremely positive. Everything went smoothly, and the assessment itself was very professional.

I felt put at ease right away. David took his time and made me feel that he was taking care in what he was doing. He was also good at explaining what he was doing as he worked through the procedure. He explained the risks and that it might not work and I was aware of when he had to change an approach. I appreciated that he did not just try to make it work but thought through the full outcome and what options he could try. He never came across as anything other than professional and in full control even though this was a tricky procedure due to the lack of tooth left. He also allowed me time to ask questions and didn't make me feel that I didn't need to know. The dental nurse was also very good and very calm. They worked extremely well together and I felt comfortable with the support she provided.

I first met Miss Taylor in December 24 as I was suffering with excruciating gynaecological symptoms. Miss Taylor almost instantly gave me the answers I was hoping for after 4 years of pain and NHS dismal. I had always felt so comfortable with Miss Taylor and felt reassured within her care. Yesterday I had my laparoscopy for Endometriosis and Miss Taylor accommodated me so much as I was extremely nervous and had been putting the surgery off due to nerves. I had received what was probably the best care I’ve ever experienced and I successfully had my endometriosis and adenoymosis answers. I really can’t recommend Miss Taylor enough. Thank you for everything!

Extremely impressive level of care. My husband arrived for a scheduled appointment with our two daughters. The little one did not have an appointment, but had felt unwell during the night. The staff were able to see her and treat her immediately. She would otherwise have had a very difficult time of it, and we were incredibly grateful for their care and attention. Amazing staff (Daniela, Semi) and doctors!!! Doctor Liong Mee Hi was wonderful with our daughter, prescribing the right mix of things to help get her back on track immediately. Very impressive!

I had an urgent issue with my back and Ms. Aamina Saeed was able to book me in right away. She was incredibly professional and attentive from the moment I arrived. Her massage, cupping, and use of the power gun were all excellent, and she immediately understood where my trigger points were without me having to explain much. I felt truly cared for and in very capable hands. She is efficient, skilled, and highly knowledgeable. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

Dr To is outstanding: she combines rigour and expertise – the finest measurements, most thorough exams – with a kind, clear, decisive manner. My husband and I had a complicated pregnancy history and Dr To helped us navigate decisions about testing, scans, and delivery timing so we felt like we both knew what we wanted AND understood why. We also came in with more base knowledge than your average couple and Dr To was happy to use more scientific terminology, rather than sanitise or overly 'translate' anything.

I hope never to visit a hospital again, but if I do need treatment, the London Independent Hospital is at the top of my list.

Grace waudby took my initial assessment on a video link she took her time and explained every and asked about everything. The assignment was supposed to be 30mins it took longer. When I went in for the viscual assessment she came and introduced herself again. Which was nice she did but never had too. That show me that she is very thoughtful and caring about my journey though this hard process thank you grace all the best in your future

After my original consultation with a orthopaedic surgeon at a physiotherapy clinic in Doncaster, he wanted to put me on his list. He said I could have a new knee and be fit for Christmas. I said. I want Mr Haslam to operate on my right knee..I trust him. I haven't had any issues with my left knee. He operated on my friends Son's torn ligamentes. He'll br back playing Rugby again soon. Mr Paul Haslam is a genius
