I visited for an US abdominal and internal after NHS scan could not find my ovaries due and I was very anxious to find out if theses were causing my pain. I was fortunately referred by my GP quickly and seen the following day. The experience was totally different to the NHS one. My questions were answered rather than the NHS “you will need to speak with your doctor “ response to every question. The consultant Christina spent time to get the necessary images and did advise further scans to eliminate any issues with bowel/colon. The whole experience was very comfortable and I did not feel like I was being a nuisance by asking questions about my body!! Thank you so much. It was ++ reassuring and did also identify a condition which I may have causing the pain.

The physiotherapist seemed unconcerned by the pain I have been experiencing for nearly a year. He mentioned that I had full movement and so he was not concerned. He kept saying that he would not give me another steroid injection without acknowledging that I didn’t want one. He told me to do some exercises which he showed me how to do once and gave me no paperwork or YouTube link that might assist when I got home. I tried to ask how long I should wait before I made any further action and he said there is no more treatment. I felt like an inconvenience and wish I had gone somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone to see him again. He really made me feel small and insignificant.

I have been visiting Dr Kathryn for several years now. She is absolutely fantastic so calming & understands exactly what you are trying to achieve. I have recently had several small moles/skin tags removed from my face & would highly recommend. The procedure was completed so quickly & virtually pain free. The final results are just amazing & I felt calm & relaxed throughout. The salon is beautiful & spotlessly clean. I have never felt rushed & Dr Kathryn takes her time to listen to you. Parking at the hospital or nearby if the limited onsite space is already full , is a just a matter of luck. The coffee machine in the private lounge was out of order. Dr Phillips was on time, personable, open and explained the various investigation options at the initial consultation. All my questions were thoughtfully answered in clear concise terms. There is probably going to be a 3 week wait between the initial consultation and the recommended investigation action

pleased with consultant and his diagnosis.not so with the rest of the hospital.toilets broken;no working water urns,had to wait 10 mins for someone to serve me at the cafe and when they did the coffee was tepid;had to wait over 25 mins to be seen by doctor.reception did not know where the nearest bus stop was but they did ask a local employee for me.so medical section of your hospital i cant complain about but the rest of it was poor

Always very friendly, attentive, a well-stocked childrens waiting room. On this latest visit we did have a slightly bizzare situation where we arrived, were checked in, weighed and measured, and put into the waiting room. We then received a phonecall - from the next room - explaining that we were late for our appointment. They were very embarrassed and there was no harm at all. Funny though!

Could not have been better. Lovely hospital. Staff are very polite, understanding, and friendly. As said, being first-time having eye operation. I was very nervous. But everything went to perfection. No problem at all. in a few weeks I am having my right eye done. Of as told I would not need any glasses at all. Fantastic place and excellent Staff.
