Finally Got Answers! I'm a student in my twenties and had been struggling for ages, suspecting I might have ADHD but not really knowing where to start. From the moment I contacted London Trusted Therapy, the onboarding process was smooth and reassuring - they made what felt like quite a daunting step much easier. Dr Mahen was brilliant throughout the assessment. I'd been worried it would feel clinical or judgemental, but he was so warm and genuinely interested in understanding my experiences. The interview itself felt more like a proper conversation than an interrogation, which helped me open up about things I'd found difficult to articulate before. The outcome has been really validating. Getting a proper assessment and understanding what's been going on has been such a relief. Dr Mahen took the time to explain everything clearly and discuss next steps, which made me feel supported rather than just handed a diagnosis and sent on my way. Dr Rehman is exceptional! In this meeting, as in all the others, she demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the issues and her communication was excellent. She always brought us into the solution by helping us understand her prescription choices and the rationale behind them. Further, she paid attention to what we had to say about the symptoms etc. and importantly, also our state of mind and opinions. This was particularly reassuring. When she couldn’t give us exactly what we requested or suggested, she always helped we understand why and then provide more suitable alternatives. She came up with some treatment suggestions that we weren’t initially keen on but on further reflection, realise those may actually be perfect. In this meeting, as with all the others, she demonstrated, professionalism, knowledge understanding and empathy. And it’s perhaps her empathy and care that have always stood out the most, and given us that needed reassurance throughout the process.

Mr Wagh is a lovely gentleman. He explained clearly what my issues are, and his proposed treatment. This did not include surgery, which would have been in his financial interests and which had been recommended previously; and he explained very clearly why it was not the best course of action. The treatment he suggested is easily achievable without expensive assistance, and does feel like the best course of action even though I went into the consultation convinced I needed to go under the knife. I am very impressed with his bedside manner, ability to clearly explain the pro's and con's of all available options, and his recommending the best course of action for me, rather than including his own interests which we know from the recent news is not always the case.

I had been suffering with severe swelling in my leg caused by varicose veins for over two years. Having explored various options, I landed on Spire and found Dr Jeddy. As soon as I met him for my initial consultation I felt relaxed and felt as though Dr Jeddy understood me, my lifestyle and the need for results. The procedure on the day was flawless and I was home by 5pm that day. All the follow ups with the nursing team to change bandages and with Dr Jeddy at the 3 week mark were flawless as well. 3 weeks and all the small incisions are healed, I have no swelling and I am back training for my Ironman in 2026. Couldn’t recommend Dr Jeddy, his team and Spire hospital any more

Dr David is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on testosterone and men’s health. He offers a personal service face to face service which suits me.
