I sought treatment after being refused by the state health care services here in Germany. They congratulated me that I was healthy when my bloodworm showed testosterone levels of 280ng/dL (cut off point for treatment is 220) and sent me on my way, feeling exhausted no matter how much rest or sleep I got I wasn’t able to be a good dad for my two little children which is heartbreaking for me. So I took matters into my own hands and settled on BMH after contacting a few provider. Extremely professional, the case manager Tal was consistently attentive, showed genuine interest in my case. After two blood tests over the course of six weeks I was accepted and within a couple of weeks thereafter started treatment. Well, what a life changing experience that was. If you have creaking joints, feel tired all the time, libido on the way out, just go for it. Become alive again. No need to live like that. Anyway, I hope that is convincing enough for you dear reader! State health services are no longer fit for purpose. Whether you get treatment is a financial decision and doesn’t reflect your suffering. So take your health into your own hands.

On arrival the receptionist was really friendly. I checked my details then went for to see the consultant Mr Sherif (not sure on spelling) he was efficient and professional and his nurse was really friendly. Then the mammogram with a really lovely technician. She was friendly and gentle and told me what she was doing each and every step. Then a short wait of about 10 minutes and off to the ultrasound which was carried out by friendly and professional staff. Then my final stop back to see the consultant “the Sherif” ! Where he delivered the good news followed by some advice. What a super friendly and efficient service! Can’t fault it Xx

Welcoming and helpful. Only one lift was working and the remaining one was noisy and slow but there was a notice advising of this. The coffee machine in wait area was out of order Reception staff were kind and helpful but sometimes difficult to understand accent. One set of chairs in a sub waiting area was under a shelf which meant I knocked my head. Appeared clean and efficient and was quiet on day of my visit. Preoperative bloods were done straight after consultation which is very good and in fact results appeared next day. That's good service. Overall allowing for things that happen a positive experience.

The Clinic was a little difficult to find but once there the staff were excellent and very efficient. My appointment was on time and the waiting area was warm and comfortable. The consultant was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. I wasn’t rushed or meant to feel unimportant. The nurse was helpful and reassuring. There had been an administrative problem that I had mentioned to the lady on arrival and that was completely sorted out by the time I left which was extremely efficient. I will have no hesitation on returning for a procedure in the near future. An excellent clinic

My recent visit to the Fortius Clinic for removal of stitches and a post operative assessment was short, on time and to the point. On arrival, as always for previous appointments, the reception staff were briefed and I was immediately sent to the correct location, waiting time in a comfortable environment was minimal before being called in to see my surgeon, Mr Houlihan-Burne. who took the time to answer a few questions. and assure me that should there be any future queries or worries, he & his staff were always available. Staff were extremely kind and helped me with my anxiety. I was so worried and all of the staff calmed me and explained clearly what would be happening. I had my Bariatric sleeve surgery on 28/10/2025, I was thoroughly looked after from start to finish by Chris, Emma and all the theatre staff. They looked after me when I woke up in a lot of pain post opp and kept me calm. Joseph in Pharmacy helped me with meds to ensure I was not in pain and didn’t have nausea. Already Iv lost over 2.5 stone and feel so much healthier. Thank you to Chris and Emma and everyone else for my great care.

Waited about 20min for my appointment with consultant Then during my meeting with him He took a non urgent phone call my appointment that lasted approximately 10-15 mins He discharged me despite me saying I am getting lots of pain that disrupts my sleep and painkillers don’t help! I would have liked to have been referred to physio. But I was not offered it or anything except lift your arm forwards!
