This review is a bit overdue, as, I saw Mr Sedra earlier this year. However, I was referred to Mr Sedra after being diagnosed with a sacroiliac issue that was causing extreme pain that was interfering in my daily life, and making managing an existing chronic condition even more difficult. I met with Mr Sedra a few times as we explored various treatment options, and I always felt that he was completely focused on helping me to obtain the best possible result for myself; he (and star secretary Gemma) were always available for any questions I had, and made me feel safe and optimistic that I would be on the mend soon in his care. Mr Sedra also ensured I was provided with guidance around what to do should I ever feel I need further treatment, and I would not hesitate to request him as my doctor once more. I would 100% recommend Mr Sedra and am so incredibly grateful for his friendly support and care.

I arranged to see Mr Hall after my daughter was showing signs of tongue tie. I had her assessed by the IOW midwife specialist at 4 weeks and they informed me my daughter had no tie. After 7 more weeks of matters getting worse I was referred to Southampton by NHS but when I found out the waiting time I booked myself in to see Mr Hall who could see me within 3days of my initial contact! A tongue tie was located and procedure performed there and then. With minimal distress with my daughter and I. There was immediate feeding benefits and physically seeing my daughter move and use her tongue better. Hopefully this is a road back to breastfeeding full time without the need to keep pumping. I wish I had followed my instincts and made enquires to book sooner. All health visitors should have his details to pass on!

I walked into Abbington House at rock bottom physically and mentally. The staff were very friendly, understanding, caring and reassuring. Making me feel calm and at ease. I have made significant progress and I am leaving a different person with new tools and knowledge to help me succeed on the journey. The Abbington House clients made me feel welcome and included, extremely friendly and I am grateful to have made many friends in the 5 weeks I have been here. My incredible therapist listened, un-judgmental and emphatic to me, who's care was brilliant and I will not forget the unreplaceable advice given to me. My advice from a former patient here is if you are wiling to work hard for your recovery, you have all the tools, great professionals and environment available to you.

I’ve had a great experience with Mr Siddiqui and his team. I was actually set on a different surgeon until I met him and felt he was the right surgeon for me. He was transparent about what results he achieves and what would get me the result that I was looking for. Whilst I’m still early days post op (9 weeks) I am absolutely thrilled with my new boobs and have so much more confidence already. During recovery I had the lovely nurse checking in with me via WhatsApp and regular post op check ups with Mr Siddiqui which I really valued as I always have a ton of questions. My recovery has been pretty text book so far. The admin team have been great and really accommodating to schedule my follow ups around my work commitments. I would absolutely recommend Mr Siddiqui.

From the moment I arrived at Kingsbridge, I was warmly welcomed by reception. As soon as I was guided to the waiting area for admission, I was greeted by a lovely nurse name Katie, who was then with me throughout my day surgery stay. Katie showed great empathy and understanding of my apprehension prior to surgery and made me feel really at ease. She answered all of my questions in a professional and caring manner. The consultant who I saw for my referral appointment came to see me prior to surgery, which again was very reassuring. From the anaesthetists to the after care nurses, Amanda and Jo my whole surgery experience was one of relief and gratitude for all the exceptional care I received.

Moorfields Private Eye Hospital

No problems with the medical teatment. Not sure why I was sent an invoice for medications some days after the treatment. It would have been much easier to pay in the hospital on the day. The invoice doesn't say if you can pay by card by phone or on line. This is a basic service these days. The menu offered for kosher food was limited and most of the items marked as being available weren't. If you're going to offer this service then you need to make sure you have available what you are offering - this is the private wing and one is paying for additional levels of service - not provided here.

During a trip to A&E an unexpected heart irregularity was identified and I was seen by Rohan. My anxiety was immediately eased by his thoroughly professional approach and his re-assuring manner. He explained my situation and outlined the options for my future recovery in a way that gave me confidence for the future. Subsequent meetings as a private patient confirmed my initial view of Rohan as he showed more than professional knowledge. Such a positive experience at MUMS, I attended for a fetal medicine USS after concerns were seen at a private scan elsewhere. All the staff were professional, knowledgable and attentive. The venue was convenient and easy to find with parking. The fetal medicine consultant was extremely thorough and knowledgable. The whole experience was just so positive. I feel so much more reassured and positive now about my pregnancy. Thank you so much! I wouldn’t hesitate to attend this clinic in the future for any service offered.

I would advise any menopausal women who may need help to come to the Cora menopausal clinic. Emily was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked into her room and till when I left. The knowledge was out of this world. Emily reassured me and listened and understood. I took away so much from this one visit and am very thankful. It was the most amazing experience, such professional staff and spotless accommodation. Professor East was so reassuring and professional, and the team who cared for me were wonderful, my sedation seemed to be just what was needed, and and ample hot chocolate and cheese sandwiches made the whole experience even more relaxing. Downstairs work being done to the building. Noisy and lots of stuff/materials over the waiting room floor. I found the whole experience poor considering this is a private paying surgery. I understand the work needs to be done, however for a patient it is not ideal by a long shot. Not a relaxing atmosphere or acceptable. This is the second time I have been and the same building work being done.

The Ali do Wing reception staff were friendly enough, but I had the impression that they were all rather “busy”. However, Dr Ganan was super, and made me feel that he had all the time in the world for me. He explained exactly what course of action he wanted to follow, in conjunction with the surgical team, and I look forward to a full recovery.
