I required surgery to remove a cyst. I am always somewhat intimidated by private healthcare services, never knowing what to expect. I met Dr Sabatini and straight away I felt at ease. He was very thorough in explaining the process, the steps and answering any questions I had. But most importantly, he was friendly and warm, which I found endearing. Surgery is such a scary situation that having a matter-of-fact doctor would make the whole process even scarier. However, Dr Sabatini put me at so much ease, I had no worries or stresses after meeting with him. I would also like to point out that having had many uncomfortable internal scans before, the best and most gentle and comfortable scan I have ever had was the one carried out by Dr Sabatini during my initial consulation. On the day of the surgery, he was very professional and caring. I felt completely looked after and I felt happy that I was in safe hands. The surgery itself was difficult and complicated but of course, Dr Sabatini completed it successfully. He was very sensitive and empathetic after the surgery and made sure to visit me at intervals to check that I was alright. He answered all my questions and was friendly and accommodating to my family. He was just as professional and caring at the follow-up consulation. I made a full recovery, and could not have asked for a better experience. If I were to require surgery like this again, I would not hesitate to ask Dr Sabatini. He is golden. i underwent a radical prostatectomy for a grade 2 c prostate carcinoma. using the da Vinci robotic system by Professor Greg Shaw. I found him to be easy to talk to and he explained my surgical and non surgical options at our first appointment. He gave me confidence and also explained the possible complications from surgery. I opted for the Robotic surgery which was expertly performed. The first post operative day I was sleepy but absolutely without discomfort. I live some distance from London and as a result I was given the option of a two night stay. The second day i did have a little discomfort to my upper back but it was easily resolved with paracetamol. I was warned by Prof Shaw that this would happen and it was due to the gas that was infused into the abdomen to help with visualisation of the prostate and to to reduce the bleeding. The mild discomfort was gone by day 4 and I was fully mobile by day 2. It is early days and the urinary catheter was removed just under a week ago and although I can feel he need to pass urine at night so I remain mostly dry the sensation has only returned a little during the day but every day is better than the previous one. In short the surgery for me was easy and the post operative course has been good. The urinary problems I was warned about and I feel sure it will be only a week further before I am dry. i would recommend Prof Shaw to you without hesitation he is a most pleasant gentleman and I have confidence in him both as a communicator and as a surgeon.

For 6 years I have been suffering with severe abdominal pain, I have been in and out of hospital over this period of time, having seen many doctors & consultants, had multiple scans and tests etc, was put on too many medications to name, nobody picked up what the problem really was, that was until I met Dr Raza, and thank God I did! From the first scan he performed, he diagnosed Endometriosis, this had never been mentioned to me, his diagnosis was stage 3 deep infiltrating endometriosis, Dr Raza has performed robotic surgery to clear the disease, having said one of the worst cases he has ever dealt with. Approaching 4 weeks post op, I have just been to see Dr Raza, and he is over the moon at how incredible my wound has healed, one incision only via the belly button, he was really proud of his work, and absolutely so he should be, to me, he is my hero, he is truly one of the most gentle men I have ever met, along with his nurse Denia, who has been my rock throughout my recovery period. I cannot advocate Dr Raza enough, 6 years of my life totally wasted backwards and forwards in and out of hospital to no avail, until now, thank you Dr Raza and Denia, for making my future look so very much brighter, you are my saviour, and I’m proud to call myself your patient. Thank you for everything and I would not hesitate to come back to you if I need too❤️

I am writing this review after my second video link conversation with Dr. Jeczmien. He didn't make me feel inadequate which enabled me to open up to him. It has taken me years to admit to myself that I needed help and I have finally found and taken the first step to hopefully stop chasing my tail and start to lead a normal life. If this review helps you to also take the first step to reach out for help I am over the moon for you. I was diagnosed as dyslexic at the age of 8years - I am now 46 years old. I didn't want another label but at least I now know I am ADHD a whole weight has been lifted and I am looking forward to try to have an organised life in the future.

This was my first experience of the Hillsborough Private Clinic and the staff were very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. While this is an older style building is was well set out and immaculately clean and while I appreciate that space is at a premium a groundlevel toilet facility would be an asset as while I have no mobility issues I can see where climbing stairs to the bathroom could be an issue for some.
