He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Truly Outstanding Surgeon and Experience I recently had a breast uplift with auto-augmentation performed by Dr Andrew Pieri, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. They are far beyond anything I could have ever wished for — natural, beautifully shaped, and completely life-changing for my confidence. Dr Pieri is not only exceptionally professional and skilful, but also one of the kindest, most genuine people I have ever met. From the very first consultation, he made me feel completely at ease. His ability to explain everything clearly, listen to what I wanted, and guide me with such expertise was incredibly reassuring. His surgical skill is truly remarkable — an absolutely amazing surgeon in every way. The new clinic is also unbelievable. It’s so modern, beautifully furnished, and finished to the highest standard. The environment is calm, spotless, and designed to make patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in. I honestly couldn’t recommend Dr Andrew Pieri highly enough. I recently attended YGC for a hysterectomy with my consultant Mr Clerk. What a phenomenal man he really is. He has given me the best possible out come i could ask for. Even though i was late going into surgery mr Clerk did everything he could to make sure i did not miss my slot. He was present when i returned from recovery at 8pm. Explained everything to me and made sure i was ok and comfortable. Not only was he there that late but the next day returned to the ward to check on me again late evening. He was also on annual leave. Every doctor should take as much pride in their patients as he does. He is a wonderful, kind man who has done nothing but go above and beyond. I am very lucky to have been appointed him as my consultant. Thank you Mr Nick Clerk for being the very best.

I had a total knee replacement and from start to present, I have been treated amazingly. All staff are amazing and simply brilliant at their job and in particular care of patients. Special mention to Salmon (Sal) who looked after me on the day post operation. he was superb, so helpful and patient. The team that looked after me immediately post op, were terrific, so kind and understanding. Mr Gillespie's pre-operating team were so reassuring especially when I was so nervous regarding the spinal block. Thank you to everyone for such superb care and attention. Although I was in tremendous pain post op, I can now reflect and appreciate who well I was looked after and especially the individual care and attention displayed by the team - very simply 'thank you'

A truly phenomenal experience for me. I am a young woman dealing with intimate issues and pain. It affects my bladder, womb and bowels. As expected it’s an uncomfortable topic to discuss and surrounded by a lot of shame. The team I met with were truly incredible and Mr Freites is a wonderful consultant. I felt very safe and comfortable every step of the way, was reassured constantly and asked for my informed consent for everything. Most importantly, everything that was being done to me was talked through and explained. All the information I was given was detailed, yet clarified to make sure I understood. Finally having a diagnosis, understanding what’s happening to me and what can be done, has filled me with hope again and I am very grateful .

Dr Christian Cerra

Our first initial consultation with Dr Cerra was good, but we felt as though the length of the appointment could have been longer. We had so many questions and we were limited on time, which meant a few things had not been covered that we subsequently read on our consent forms etc so had to clarify this with our NHS coordinator prior to signing the forms. Longer appointment times would remedy this. During the collection, we didn’t speak to Dr Cerra much but we felt we were in good hands. He didn’t get our hopes up nor was negative which I think is hard to get that balance right during such an uncertain procedure.

Mr Sam Singh

I saw Dr Sam Singh for a Brostrom ligament reconstruction after injuring my ankle playing netball in July. From start to finish, Dr Singh was extremely professional and had a great bedside manner, which really put me at ease throughout the process. Booking appointments was very straightforward, and the surgery at London Bridge Hospital was quick and efficient. My recovery has been smooth post-op, and the scar is barely noticeable. I’m very grateful for Dr Singh’s help and highly recommend him to anyone needing ankle surgery or specialist care.

Professor John Timperley

Having suffered issues with a hip replacement in March and bounced from pillar to post by GP'S and other hospitals for over 9 months it became time to do something. That something was getting an appointment with Mr Timperley very quickly. By the end of my first visit he gave a diagnosis subject to scans and tests. In no time at all the results backed up his suspicions and action has been promptly put in place. All I can say is a massive thank you for your advise and support. No hesitation in recommending to anyone.

I am extremely fortunate to have Dr Davar to look after me as my Cardiologist. He always shows professionalism, with total care and concern for my health and well being. He is a Doctor of phenomenal diagnostic ability and a medical practitioner that the London cardiac community is extremely lucky to have. I cannot recommend Dr Davar highly enough other than to say whoever uses his medical care is truly lucky to be cared for by him. I owe my life to this man!

Jodie in reception was also very very good and so patient i helping to sort appointments for our convenience. the Nurse who was the phlebotomist was also very pleasant. I have always had a phobia about dentist s having had bad experiences as a child. Although my phobia has not gone away I found the whole experience very calm. The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.

Everything about the procedure was fine. The nursing staff were fantastic and really looked after me. The only thing that I would mention was one of the receptionists (who was quite elderly brown hair and petite) was very abrupt to the point of being rude. I didn’t get her name but if I had it done would’ve mentioned it on here.

First visit to a private hospital. Very clean and professional with some great facilities for various treatments. Only minor downside being the very small car park, which is often full of very large expensive vehicles taking up lots of space, or even multiple spaces. There is free on-street parking nearby (2 hour limit).

Excellent Miss Hanna is the best there is. Highly recommended by friends and the wider female community. Everyone you speak to knows someone who has seen her or have seen her themselves.. She is well known in the bromley area as the go to gynaecologist. Her experience is vast.
