Having already had my right hip successfully replaced by the NHS, when my left hip began to be seriously debilitating and painful I was told that there would be a considerable wait for the operation. Therefore I turned to the private sector. Mr Dehne had excellent reviews and impressive qualifications, so I choose the Practice Plus group Hospital Birmingham where he works. I was well looked after by the team at the hospital, the private room and on suite was very comfortable and clean. My operation went well, first day recovery was difficult due to my very low blood pressure. However this was carefully managed and subsequent recovery was slightly quicker than my previous hip replacement. Now ten weeks after surgery the hip feels strong, pain free and I am able to return to an active life style. I had severe haemorrhoid problems which had not cleared with over the counter medication or prescribed medication. Mr Leo identified the problem and attempted a banding to avoid intrusive surgery which was not successful and so a haemorrhoidectomy was preformed. There was a follow up as some skin tag and marginal inflammation occurred. Steroid treatment was prescribed and second follow up took place. The haemorrhoids were completely resolved as was the skin tag problem. The area concerned is now better than it has been in my lifetime. On each occasion Mr Leo was excellent in manner and explanation. His advice was based on excellent diagnosis and succinct. He sought to avoid unnecessary treatment and medication, but which in fact proved necessary. He was extremely efficient and speedy without being peremptory. All in all someone I would recommend for any colorectal issues.

He’s kind, professional, patient, and always knows how to make kids feel relaxed and safe — even when they were a bit scared at first! Unfortunately, both of our kids had a few cavities, but thanks to Dr. Amar’s gentle and caring approach, they got through all the treatments without fear or stress — and now they actually look forward to seeing the dentist! 🦷💛 A huge thank you to Dr. Amar for his incredible care and kindness. I am Betty's daughter. My mum has mobility issues. Getting her from the car park into the diagnostics centre was incredibly difficult. We borrowed a wheel chair from the helpful car park attendant. But it was raining so heavily that by the time we got inside my 87yr old mum was soaked to the skin. She had to sit in wet clothing for 4.5hrs until I got her home and changed. Luckily the car park attendant helped us back to the car at the end of her procedure. You REALLY need a drop-off right zone at the door to the centre, with seats inside to help relatives get their lives ingress in safely.. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, but even with their help, this was a very stressful visit fdue to lack of access and horrendous weather conditions.

It was a lovely experience having worked for Nuffield Hospital in the very building. I hardly recognised it as it was many years ago. But still remains a lovely building. I was waiting for a HM Courts' Service job at the time. I was very pleased with Mr Arun Khajuria, he explained my knees problem thoroughly and I have great confidence in him. I look forward to seeing him in attending my second appointment. All the staff were so helpful to me but, only thing Patient Tansport, very late picking me up and suffered a very painful leg from sitting so long. In one position. I accept that this is inevitable and can happen with this Service as they have a number of patients to get to their various appointments.

I was struggling to get a face to face appoinment with my NHS GP. Filling out their triage forms where tick boxes didn’t cover half my symptoms and not enough room in the comments to describe my issues and concerns was getting me nowhere. So I decided to go private. Daleswood was recommended to me by a friend. I was happy to pay for a 30min consultation where I could go through the history and symptoms I was experiencing. It was well worth it, blood tests were recommended and a diagnosis made that explained all the symptoms not just one or two. I was so relieved to finally have been listened to and believed. Not just told ‘we only deal with one thing at a time’

I attended MWH Clinic and had consultations with Ms Latthe & an ultrasound scan performed by Dr Balogun. Ms Latthe was fantastic and thoroughly addressed my health concerns - I felt very reassured. My visit for my hip operation was very calming, no stress involved as it was an operation. The nursing staff (Liam) was very helpful with information about my procedure timetable. After my operation I was looked after by 2 further nurses (Jan & Yvonne). They looked after my pain medication during the.night as well as the rest of my needs. Couldn’t have asked for better support, many thanks to them. The physio was round the next morning with crutches so I could walk and instructions on what I could and couldn’t do. Again very supportive which put me at ease.

I have been to see Miss Bowring and Miss Evans for abnormal bleeding which was solved by the insertion of a Mirena coil. Unfortunately, the Mirena coil became dislodged (because of separate medical issues) and needed removing and reinserting. I trusted Miss Bowring and Miss Evans with my care and felt well informed and supported from beginning to end. In addition, their PA, Jemma, is knowledge and extremely helpful - she went above and beyond to help me when I encountered issues with my insurer. I cannot recommend London Gynaecology enough - 11/10!

I was initially embarrassed and not sure about it But I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done 23 weeks in and I’m 4stone 2.5lbs down and feel great Thank You
