Review for Podiatrist Consultant Liam Stapleton I have been a patient of Liam Stapleton for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Liam is consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely thorough. Communication with Kernow Psychiatry has been very responsive and I booked an initial appointment to discuss my mental health difficulties. Dr Reid welcomed me into a comfortable room at the wellness hub, she immediately put me at ease and took care make sure I was settled and ready to start. After the hour, Dr Reid summarised what she saw as the key priorities to getting me back on an even keel, suggesting a clear approach to addressing my intersecting issues. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment and the start of my recovery treatment plan. I only wish I’d followed my instincts sooner and booked in months ago.

Could not fault the experience, secretary was wonderful and found me a last minute appointment within a couple of days when I stated I required an assessment urgently. Dr Bruce- Jones was very professional and listened carefully to all of my concerns, and I felt at ease explaining all of my worries. I required the assessment for a compensation claim for the Army and the clinical letter and over view he provided was very well detailed and was exactly what I required. He gave some structured treatment on how to manage my anxiety which I have listened to and am now in discussions with OpCourage and GP for extra support. Would reccomend his services.

I booked an appointment for a week away. It was then cancelled and another appointment book for one month hence. I cannot do this as I am abroad. They then offered an appointment one further month away. So instead of the original appointment mid January I am now waiting until mid March. I called them ana left a message I wanted to have a chat to cancel and move to another consultant or get an earlier appointment. No call back.

Everything was good but the house keeper was rude . when i came to the building i don’t know which button to press and there was board (if you have any issue you can contact house keeper . I press that button and i told him i have medical appointment he was like do you appointment with me ,he was so rude . He could simply say that press number 15 thats it . But my experience with doctors and other staff was excellent.
