At every appointment, Miss Noori carefully reviewed our scans and results, never rushing us and always taking the time to answer questions and offer thoughtful guidance. Her confident and reassuring manner was a source of strength during my first pregnancy and a welcome calm throughout my second. Both pregnancies were considered high risk, and I required induction for each delivery. Under her care, my pregnancies were managed with exceptional diligence, and both deliveries were extremely positive experiences for me. Miss Noori even went the extra mile to coordinate (and attend) meetings with additional consultants and colleagues to ensure that all aspects of my care were aligned. During the induction processes, she was communicative in her planning, and she remained by my side throughout labour, guiding my spouse and me through every step. My deliveries were straightforward, and my sons were born healthy. Miss Noori is exceptional, and I am forever grateful to have been under her care. Thank you, Muna!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly blown away by this service I’m nearly 80 now, and I can’t even count how many doctor visits I’ve had in my life, but MyDoctor by Northern Health honestly left me a bit blown away. I wasn’t expecting much — you get used to being rushed through at my age — but I came off the call feeling like someone had finally taken the time to actually explain my own health to me. It felt different from the moment it started. No rushing, no talking over me, no making me feel like I was being dramatic. Just calm, proper care. I felt listened to in a way I haven’t in years. I actually felt like… well, like a person again, not someone they’re trying to hurry out the door. For the first time I understand what’s been setting things off, and what I need to do next time before it all gets too much. That alone is worth gold to me. I’ve been muddling along for years without this clarity. I’m honestly amazed. At my age you don’t expect to be surprised by much anymore, but this really did it. I have been a client of the surgery for many years going back to when Johnathan Richardson set up the practice just off Wilson's Corner. I continued to use the surgery when premises were established in Shenfield. It was when I experienced heart problems some 5 years ago that I found Dr. Athreya to be particularly helpful. He offered his private cell phone number should I need help or advice at this difficult time prior to surgery. This literally proved a lifeline. I saw Dr. Athreya on 4th December this year and as usual he was able to diagnose the problem and prescribe a treatment plan. Dr Athreya is an experienced, knowledgeable practitioner and a credit to the team at EPD. He puts patients at ease and is interested in their experiences. I was sorry to hear he was leaving for I feel sure he will be sorely missed.

Dr. Jayaram was very kind, professional and attentive throughout the consultation and was very thorough when examining my eyes. He was reassuring as he explained the medical condition of my eyes in clear and simple terms and the options that may be available to me in the future. He was also very patient in having to repeat things to me. He made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Jayaram. If in the future I need the reassurance I am looking for, I would definitely arrange to see Dr. Jayaram again. I also received the report of my consultation a few hours after my visit. My overall experience was fine. The problem I have is I was not measured for the compression stockings resulting in a sore behind my right knee. I also had three grooves around my left leg which fortunately have not caused me any problems. It would be helpful to future patients if more care was taken when measuring for these.stockings maybe having measurements double checked. I am having very good treatment on my sore from Lynsey who has worked wonders to help my leg heal. I would like to thank Mr Patko who did a marvellous job on my replacement hip which has given me no problems whatsoever.

Very good initial consultation and diagnosis with clear explanations of my back and hip issues and prognosis. James suggested injection therapy to block the nerve and reduce inflammation. I went forward with the procedure with great help from James’ secretary and office who organized all the arrangements and made it easy. The letter that follows simply restates the facts that do not merit a charge of£450 for 27 minutes. The next steps then advocated are those which could be asked for without this money harvesting exercise. I found it insulting.

Although, it was challenging at times, I've learnt so much about my condition and I now realise that my beliefs does not necessarily mean it's true.
