My experience at GenesisCare Surrey was amazing. I chose to have private MRLinac radiotherapy for my prostate cancer in order that my treatment would have the minimum impact on my life and I was not disappointed. I was given an initial appointment within a week of getting approval from my health insurance. As my partner and I were travelling from some distance and staying in Guildford during the 11 days it took for my five treatments, the radiographers were very flexible in arranging the dates to suit us. GenesisCare offered to pay taxi fares for us to travel each time, but as the distance was too far we chose to stay and were amazed when they offered to contribute to our hotel bills, The building was modern and purpose built and the reception area was pleasant, bright and the staff friendly with tea, coffee and snacks on tap. Parking was easy and right outside. The MRLinac suite was similarly well done and the radiographers were friendly, helpful and keen to make things as easy as possible. It was nice to be taken into the control room to meet the team rather than them being shut away behind the glass. All of my treatments started on time and the last two appointments were rearranged so we could leave a day early. The whole experience felt more relaxing than attending a normal medical establishment, in fact more like being at a high-tech research institute. There was a follow-up call from a radiographer after we had been at home for a week to check how I was doing. The MRLinac treatment gave me very little in terms of side effects during the treatment or afterwards and meant we able to explore Guildford and the surrounding area when I wasn't having treatment. The whole experience was much preferable to the standard radiotherapy which would have involved 20 treatments over 4 weeks with months of hormone treatment. I felt confident that the use of MRI scans during treatment ensured the radiotherapy was precisely targeted to give the best results and to limit any damage to other organs. It did require me to lie in the machine for 25-40 mins and to ensure my bowels were empty and my bladder was half full at the time which was a bit tricky. The radiographers were very patient in giving me advice and support to help me achieve this although some more advice at the beginning would have been useful. If you have the option to have treatment at GenesisCare then I can thoroughly recommend it.

I go to alien aesthetics in worcester and i honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they are so amazing and trustworthy ! Everyone has a medical background in the business, which personally I think it is so important. You are in much safer hands when your practitioner has proper medical training, and it really shows in the care you get and the results you get . They even have a 24/7 aftercare line, which is such a comfort especially when you have just had a fresh procedure. It really shows how much they care about their clients safety and wellbeing. What I really love is that they will only ever do what’s best for you. They are honest and will tell you if it’s too much for your body to take all at once. They genuinely care about achieving natural , balanced results rather than just saying yes to everything and take your money. Even a colleague at work goes there and a family member and they could not recommend them enough either. We all agree the whole team is so professional and friendly and genuinely care about getting the best and safe results for yourself individually The team make you feel completely comfortable , they explain everything clearly , and genuinely care about your results . Everyone is so friendly and kind to talk to. I always reccomend them to anyone considering getting filler or botox procedures, or anyone who wants a dissolve and to start fresh after bad experiences else where. So many places offer cheap deals but cut corners. Alien aesthetics are so professional, safe , and absolutely worth every penny. I would not choose anywhere else ! and everyone who is choosing to start there journey should honestly spend that extra bit of money and go to alien !!

This was my 2nd visit to Ashford Spencer hospital.. the 1st visit was conducted with real professionalism...the information I recieved and help was really, really good.. I was treated like a real patient with what I consider real life problems dine to my lower back pain.. I was booked in for spinal injections and was happy.. a few months later I had the spinal.injections and was given these in Canterbury by the same team that saw me in ashford.. after a few days I realised that something wasn't rite in the area of these injections.. I immediately contacted the doctors who then contacted the consultant.. he rang me that evening and booked me in for an mri.. waited 4 weeks for the urgent?? Mri.. then waited months for a face to face meeting with my consultant.. only to be told that basically he can't do any thing for me.. and that he was farming me out to another department.. I'm left in all worlds of pain and discomfort, which is considerably more painful than before the injections.. so I feel that my wnd visit to Ashford Spencer hospital was border line unprofessional, uncaring, unsupportive and just feel like they have left me in a place with no support or treatment.. how can you give me these spinal injections and not take accountability for leaving me in a worser condition than when I 1st visited.. i feel numb.. I feel sad.. I feel pain.. i feel the service i recieved, to be extremely poor.. shame on you for treating patients in this Manor.. shame on you for leaving me worse than I was before.. shame.. to sit there and say there is nothing you can do for me is in my book an absolute disgrace.. you should hang your head in shame..

I had a genioplasty with Mr Mehmet Manisali and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Before the surgery I had almost no chin, and the difference now is amazing, my face looks much more balanced but still completelypp natural. Mr Manisali was brilliant from start to finish. Really clear in explaining everything and making sure I understood each step. His secretary Melanie was also fantastic with communication and always quick to reply. The software used to show what my face would look like after surgery was really accurate, which helped me feel confident going in and being able to make a informed decision. The hospital and post surgery care was excellent, recovery was smooth and quicker than I expected, and the follow-up appointments were really thorough. I felt looked after the whole way through. I’m so happy with the result and can't stop showing it off Huge thank you to Mr Manisali and his tea. I’d recommend him to anyone considering a genioplasty!

I had a number of appointments to see Mr Warr at the Nuffield, and it was always administered well and on time. On the day of the surgery there was initially some confusion on which hospital room I was assigned to but that was cleared up fairly quickly - it was 7am so perhaps a beginning of shift handover issue. The nurses were caring, professional, attentive and very friendly before and after the operation. The anaesthetist visited and was very clear explaining the process, friendly and reassuring. A very good experience. I also appreciated that my parents could be with me before the operation as I'm quite young and not used to being in hospital. Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

Showed complete confidence in what he was explaining to me & my son. Answered all our questions fully. Didn’t rush us. He left us feeling completely positive & confident in his plan. I had an appointment to fit a Mirena IUS and Hysteroscopy procedure. The team were very kind and made an awkward situation as comfortable as possible. The room was well lit and there were enough people to ensure I was distracted and put at ease during the procedure. I felt safe. During the hysteroscopy to check that my womb was as expected, Mr Okorocha found a polyp in my cervix, which requires removal. He reassured me that this procedure will be scheduled shortly and at the same time, the IUS will be fitted to complete the initial procedure.

My husband was admitted for an ENT surgery with Mr. Greg McBride in Ballykelly. The host was exceptionally clean, tidy abd beautifully decorated for Christmas with trees, lights etc. All staff were so friendly from the reception staff right through to the wards and theatres. Special Thank you to Mr. McBride consultant, Manav Anaesthetist, and ward nurses Ciara, Jasmine, Charlene, Louisa, Nuala and HCA Rachel. Now six weeks later I am using an exercise bike as recommended by physio with continued improvement.
