My first appointment was arranged within a week. After my appointment I was offered surgery in exactly one more week. Everything was great, lovely facilities, lovely staff. Everyone was very friendly and constantly being offered coffee etc. On every occasion I was taken either on time or early. I was put at ease and everything was fully explained and what the best lenses for me would be, based on my history and interests. On the day of surgery, everything went fine and there was no pain whatsoever, merely a strange feeling as the surgeon did his stuff. Afterwards I was given advice re eye drops and aftercare and again all great. Everything was fine when I got home, merely discomfort and that soon passed. I had plenty of people checking and following up that all was well. Finally, I had a follow up visit after a few weeks and again everything was great and very professional and I was advised to see my optician and GP. Throughout my time, the service I received was first class.

I recently attended an initial appointment and was very impressed with the service. All staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The optician/optometrist carried out a range of detailed tests on both the health and vision of my eyes, and explained every result clearly. In the end, I did not need to proceed with any treatment at this stage, as it would not significantly improve my sight. I was advised that waiting a year or two would give better value and a more meaningful result. It was reassuring to see that the practice prioritises what is genuinely best for patients rather than recommending unnecessary procedures. Overall, an honest and professional service that inspires confidence.

All staff, from reception to nurses and surgeons, I found to be friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I was generally rather nervous about the whole process, this being the very first time I experienced any form of surgery or a stay in hospital. However, I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding and felt well advised at all times, allowing me to make informed decisions at my own pace, without being pressured. I had to wait a bit longer than I had anticipated for surgery but by comparison to the NHS, it was efficient and slick. It is early days to comment properly on my shoulder replacement but things are progressing well although slowly and I am hopeful for the future.

I had severe osteoarthritis in my right hip and I knew I needed a hip replacement. From my first consultation with Gavin he explained everything and his manner was calm and reassuring. I have a terrible needle phobia and all the nurses and staff were so kind to me. I must thank Gavins anaesthetist Alastair he calmed me down and my whole procedure was carried out very professionally. I cannot recommend Gavin and his team enough I am looking forward to my recovery and going back to my everyday activities with my brand new hip.

I would definitely recommend Dr Vij. The consultation with her was pleasant yet thorough. It was clear that she had read my history and was (painlessly!) able to lead our discussion to fill in any blanks. She managed to elicit and clarify my aims and expectations for the consultation, and then set out to fulfil them in a professional and courteous manner. After the consultation, her analysis and response was, again, thorough, professional and easy to understand, with clear identification of possible next steps.

I saw Mr Kucheria regarding a recently diagnosed concern and his explanations and suggested treatment were extremely clear. After an ultrasound, I had a follow-up consultation and he calmly took me through the (thankfully good) results as well as making suggestions for management of my condition going ahead. His manner is very relaxed and calm and that is exactly what is needed when you are asking a medical professional for advice.

Consultants, nurses, midwives, anaesthetic, theatre teams were very kind, understanding and caring with us. We felt so contained, supported and cared for. In the first days leading to birth and the few days after birth, we got to feel safe in a bubble or care thanks to all of you.

I have worn Lyric aids for many years but struggled to get them locally after my audiologist decided that it wasn't cost effective for them to offer the service. The service from Lerissa was top class - she told me so much more about the product than I've heard elsewhere.
