I underwent a robotic total hysterectomy (for fibroids which were causing me debilitating pelvic pain) under the exemplary care of Mr Naji. As part of my research for my surgery, I had met with a number of gynaecologists and Mr Naji came via a personal recommendation. Both Mr Naji and his team at the Rylon Clinic are outstanding, running a highly proactive, patient centred, modern clinic from the initial consultation through to the post op aftercare. And I was impressed / reassured with the open line of communication to Mr Naji via his excellent EA Louise with any concerns and questions I had along the way. Mr Naji offers first class gynaecological care with a genuinely kind, conscientious and compassionate approach. I felt safe from the outset. The operation (at the Princess Grace hospital) and my recovery was remarkable, with minimal pain levels and providing instant relief from the acute pain I have suffered with. I was back on my feet quickly, in fact, I felt so well by day 4 following the op, I had to keep reminding myself that I’d just had major surgery and to not overdo it. And this is an absolute credit to Mr Naji’s expert surgical skills. Thank you for all that you have done for me Mr Naji, for giving me a pain free future and my quality of life back again. As a family our experience of Luxe Psychology Practice has been excellent. Jade developed instant rapport with my daughter who initially needed help for separation anxiety. My daughter really engaged with Jade during her weekly sessions and we were able to apply a number of practical coping strategies that were child friendly. Jade was able to put my daughter at ease and make the sessions both fun and practical whilst teaching emotional regulation strategies. Over the course of my daughter’s sessions Jade has always been professional, supportive and has always made to time to ensure we as parents know exactly how we can best support our child. I had a very good experience. I was seen very promptly. The only possible change I can think of is that I might have been reminded to arrive with a full bladder for the flow test, although there was no problem as I arrived early and there was plenty of water and coffee available to achieve the necessary full bladder. Nurse and reception staff were pleasant and helpful. I was given a blood test very soon after the consultation and sent a copy of the result the next day - which very much impressed me. I come from a medical background and was impressed by Mr Ellis "bedside manner" and delivery of information. He also seemed genuinely pleased at the good results of my progress.

I was very apprehensive about getting both of my eyes done at the same time. I cant believe how easy and painless it was ,all of the staff were amazing in looking after me and putting me at ease. Having 24 hr support was amazing ,my concerns were addressed quickly . If only everything was as easy as this ,within 3 days i could see perfectly ,i never realised how much of a difference it would make . From my consultant ,nursing staff, opthamologists, domestic staff and receptionist they went above and beyond in their care. Nothing was too much bother. Dont hesitate to go ,you will be amazed .

Absolutely amazing, I cannot fault the care and support I have received. I may not be able to climb mountains, but I can carry on with my walking, taking care of myself at the same time. My 7 year old daughter had her one hour, online assessment with Gemma and it went beautifully. After lots of build up and anxiety, Gemma put her at ease immediately and was really engaging. From what I heard, it just felt like a nice chat with some interesting questions that kept her engaged. My daughter was worried it would feel like a test but that wasn't how it felt at all. On arrival everything was explained, my operation was carried out with minimum waiting time, the nurses and anaesthetist were excellent, as was the surgeon, the next thing I recall is being in the recovery room and being wheeled back to my room, very good after care with constant visits from staff. I was able to leave hospital after one night, now six weeks later following expert advice from physio my knee is improving all the time. I would fully recommend the Norwich Spire Hospital.

I eventually opted for surgery and Mr Wong operated on me. I am 4 weeks post surgery and feel like a new person. I know that surgery is always a big and sometimes not particularly easy decision but I couldn’t recommend Mr Wong highly enough.
