I had a fantastic experience with CR+P's cardiac rehabilitation.programme. From the very beginning, it was clear this was not a one-size-fits-all programme; it was meticulously tailored to my specific health needs, which made me feel incredibly safe and supported throughout my recovery journey. Each training session was professionally delivered, well-structured, and very informative. I could feel the tangible results week-on-week. It was incredibly motivating to feel my cardio condition noticeably improving with each session, a testament to the programme's effectiveness. Lizzie was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable which made the training sessions both highly effective and fun. She was always happy to explain not just what exercise we were doing, but why we were doing it, which was so empowering. She seamlessly integrated practical dietary advice and set clear, achievable tasks and goals between sessions, keeping me engaged and motivated.. I wholeheartedly recommend CR+P's cardiac rehabilitation programme to anyone seeking a structured, supportive, and truly transformative path to better heart health. The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

As a nurse and midwife I was always going to have a strong opinion about the choice of Consultant I would see. Based upon a profile of professional credentials and special interests on Circle Health Group website, I made a personal choice of a private referral to Dr Vladimir Revicky at Ross Hall Hospital Glasgow. My experience has been extremely positive. Dr Revicky’s manner was professional, empathetic and he took the time to listen to me regarding my ongoing urology/ gynaecology issues. He explained my condition in great detail in a manner easy to understand . He also explained procedures and treatment options in great detail, along with answering all my questions thoroughly without making me feel rushed. He clearly demonstrated compassionate and reassuring care, also involving me in medical decisions. Overall a positive experience and would definitely recommend 100%

The appointment appeared on My Chart with very little information about who originated it and what its purpose was. Phone calls to the appointments team produced no further information. We thought it could be bad news that had to be communicated face-to-face. The journey cost £60 and necessarily exposed me to some infection risk. When we got there and were directed to outpatients, we were not called. In the end we discovered that a senior nurse called Muriel was expecting a telephone consultation, which is what we actually did in the outpatients area. I think you need to ensure that appointments do not go on the My Chart system unless it is clear what the purpose of the appointment is and who has originated it.

Richard is, without question, the kindest and most effective therapist I’ve ever worked with. His confidence, evidently based on deep knowledge, is paired with his good humour and informal approach to create an extremely comfortable and supportive therapeutic environment. He has, and continues to support me with both the practical, day-to-day steps in my recovery from anorexia, as well as the deep and meaningful work needed to make that recovery robust. For anyone struggling with an eating disorder, I can not recommend and endorse Richard highly enough.

My named nurse Stacey was super. All of the nurses were very responsive and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. Veetu one of the care assistants was so kind to me helping me to shiwere sfter the op. The pirters were lovely. The foid was decent and well presented. Coffee was served on a tray with a doyley. Overall I felt like I had experienced proper care, not just another number in a queue.
