Miss Sivarajah (Kenga) is a global leader in her field. Not only is she a highly experienced clinician, practicing both private and NHS, she is also a published author. Which is why I received the niche and the bespoke care I needed, as a 49 year old female delivering a child after many negative outcomes. This is her speciality, dealing with high risk pregnancies in demographic categories, which require a holistic approach. The education, experience and exposure she has in her leadership role at King's London and the patients she sees privately, provides her superb academic foundations. Most importantly, Kenga was available at the touch of a text, and called me as soon as she could. Having this support and comms from 12 weeks of my pregnancy (my chosen package) was vital because in my case, the NHS pathway offered to me was not sufficient. I received all the additional tests, scans, arranged through her. Example, my local NHS would've only tested me for GDM at 28 weeks, and by testing early, I knew I had diabetes from 20 weeks! She is warm, friendly, approachable and highly respected by patients and all the staff who work with her. I have quite a tricky personality and quite demanding and she handled me very well. She is worth every penny and I know she went above and beyond (the package), eg, after my baby was born with scans and tests, to ensure I was physically fit and the care to ensure we mitigated further risks from pregnancy and birth. Because ultimately she is a doctor, and lives the values of being one.

Mr Moez Zeiton

Orthopaedic Surgeon

I was referred to Mr Zeiton due to right knee pain and first met him in January 2025. I found him very professional and I felt valued straight away. He arranged for an X-ray then MRI scan before seeing him again in March for the results. The most favourable outcome was a partial knee replacement and he explained all options fully in terms that I could understand. With me running 2 charity events that summer, he gave me a cortisone injection with a follow up appointment later that year. I was then booked in for the surgery in November after the events and everything went to plan. I was made fully aware of exactly what the surgery entailed with all possible outcomes. I cannot praise Mr Zeiton and his team highly enough as the surgery was completely painless as I chatted away to the anaesthetist. He visited me in my room several times to see how I was and to show me the post op X-ray. Before I was discharged I was briefed on everything that I needed to know. I saw Mr Zeiton 6 weeks later and my very fast recovery was definitely down to his skill as a surgeon as well as my determination to get back running and cycling. I cannot recommend Mr Zeiton highly enough. He and his team are second to none. Thank you so much for giving me a pain free right knee.

My experience with CP&R…. has been fantastic…. everyone involved has been so very helpful…Becky….. Angela… Tom…. and my trainer Paddy….. (Patrick)…. he has been beyond amazing… from the start…. nothing but encouraging… always supportive…. I have had quite a few bumps along the way and he has always been so kind…. I feel so much stronger… and more confident…Paddy has a wonderful attitude…. full of kindness and nothing but encouragement…. he works you hard but understands one’s limitations… I cannot praise him highly enough…. and I shall never forget this experience…. he has become a lifelong friend…. and I wish him all the luck in the world going forwards…. I reckon CP&R are very lucky to have him!…. I would also like to say a thank you to you all but to Tom who stepped in a few times and was also so encouraging… and I always loved his texts of support…. This whole experience has been rubbish. One of the questions asked if I had ever had polyps, which I had but 15 years ago, and because I clicked yes, recommended me as not suitable for screening...a lot can happen in 15 years, and it didn't ask me how long ago it was. The form was clunky to use and complete. In the results letter it said if I still wanted screening despite my results, to go to my results page. However when I went to that page it gave no options to select screening. It showed a Submit button on the results page, but would not let me proceed as I had not selected a service, however there were no services to select. The results letter gave me a link asking for feedback, either a quick survey or a detailed survey. When I clicked the detailed one it came up with an Error404 message. When I clicked the quick survey, it asked me questions about recent visits, were the staff friendly, was the practice clean etc, instead of asking any questions about my experience with the recent cancer screening survey...they were completely irrelevant.

We highly recommend Dr Alibhai, he is a total pro at what he does. Both my sons had oral surgery with him about 1 a year apart. They both had all four wisdom teeth removed at once and had a positive experience. Dr Alibhai is very responsive and prompt, he is also available for after care if needed. For both my sons the pain and swelling was manageable. Dr Alibhai is a high quality surgeon, you can't do anything wrong with him.

I only had to wait about 10 minutes and I was called in. I saw the nurse first and answered various questions and then a further 10 minutes I went into see the doctor I have seen before. She gave me a thorough examination which included a scan. I was given new drops and some eyelid cream. I left very satisfied with my examination and treatment I was given. Thank you.

Visit was easy to book via Circlehealthgroup although reception seems to be over capacity compared to previous visits particularly with all patients having to queue and book in at main reception as opposed to the previous process of checking in at the Outpatients Area reception. Queue resulted in slightly late arrival to patient waiting area.
