When my vision was at risk, Dr Scott took quick action. He explained every step clearly, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. His calm confidence gave me hope at a time when I was frightened about the future. His calm manner and compassionate approach made what could have been a very stressful experience feel safe and supported. The standard of care provided was outstanding, and his attention to both medical excellence and patient wellbeing truly sets him apart. We felt listened to, respected, and cared for throughout the entire process. The surgery itself was nothing short of life‑changing. Thanks to his expertise and meticulous attention to details and very steady hands , my sight was saved — something I will be grateful to Dr Scott and God for every single day. My daugher often calls Dr Scott a "Unicorn" he is a rare combination of brilliance and compassion. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have been under his care, and I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone seeking the very best in eye care. Today I attended an appointment to see Mr Jawad Freites, on arrival of my appointment he made me feel very comfortable and at easy with a safe space speak to about my concerns I had been have for around 2.5 years now, he was very understanding and carried out a thorough consultation and examination to enable me to get some answers to move forward with the correct treatment required, I would like to again comment on how Mr Jawad throughout my appointment explained everything to me and again made me feel at complete ease. At the end of my appointment I had got all the answers I had been trying to find along with a full understanding and plan on what was going to happen next and what my treatment options would be. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable consultant I felt Mr Jawad was extremely knowledgeable in his field and I could not recommend him enough. I felt very heard and understood today and I am looking very positive for my treatment moving forward.

Mum was almost blind wearing really thick glasses, and couldn't see at all without them. She had a few complications with her eyes but Dr Stewart and team endeavoured to give her as much sight back as possible, even if just slight. After her cataracts surgery on the 'good' eye, she is like a new woman. At nearly 78yrs old, mum doesn't need to wear her glasses for the first time since she was young. She can see clearer and further away. Close up is still difficult but we trust that after both eyes are done, and potentially glasses again with alot less prescription, she will be able to see so much better. She's had no pain or anything. The drs were brilliant and we can't thank them enough. This is the best thing to have happened to mum who was petrified to get her eyes done. She says he is the best Dr I have ever seen and I'm so happy.

After seeing Dr Maqsood with my parents to get a second opinion today on my mom’s breathing, we had an excellent meeting, we all came out of there thinking this time we are finally on the road of getting some answers. Dr Maqsood is referring my mom back to the NHS and GP for further tests. We felt listened too and he gave us his professional opinion. I wish we had hospital insurance , as I felt my mom was in great hands today and we would get answers and finally we would get to the bottom of my moms health problems. He didn’t rush us and was very experienced. I would definitely recommend Dr Maqsood as this doctor gave us full support and help today in our meeting. Hopefully with his report to my moms GP my mom will be getting the help and tests she needs. Thanks again Dr Maqsood.

Jamie has always been professional, helpful and he is very clear in his communication, putting both my husband and I at ease. Everything he has advised has been accurate. I’m now a year post op from my 2nd hip replacement and 17months from my first and life is great, all the activities that had been restricted or stopped I’m now able to fully enjoy pain free - Yoga, cycling, walking, exercise & gardening - I’m able to do all without restriction. My visit today was great to see that all is well, and the minor niggle I have has a potential solution with a little effort. He advised at the beginning of this journey that I would be in a much better place and I definitely am, I’m very grateful,to him for restoring my active life!

Once Again Dr Chiraush Patel was outstandingly professional and kind. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment within an hour of calling. It cannot be overestimated how important it is to patients to have a well trained Doctor with exemplary bedside manner to help the patient to recovery. This is true of all the other GPs at One Stop, but I am lucky enough to see Dr Patel mostly. My standards are very high but Dr Patel exceeds them by miles every time I visit (I only visit sparingly). This is medicine at its very best and reminds me of when GPs were true family Dotors back before fundholding. I am fortunate indeed to have such excellent GPs. Thank you Dr Patel and OSD!

Dr kemp is a compassionate kind and approachable menopause Doctor she helped me especially with my Neurodiverse links to the issues I’ve had with para menopause and took a lot of time to prescribe the right of license drug to help balance my hormones that seem to be out of whack with ADHD my skin, hair mood and sleep and libido of all improved since her prescription and I can’t thank her enough. I had no idea that some of the symptoms I had were related to per menopause and I had no idea the ADHD and para menopause could be such dynamite 2gether but I now feel this is resolved thanks to Dr Kemp. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I came to see Mr Monib as an NHS referral. I had previously been seen at St Albans hospital breast clinic and it was unclear to me how the two are linked. This was not explained, and previous scans taken in St Albans were not available for comparison. I now have a follow up appointment at St Albans breast clinic. I hope that I will be seeing Mr Monib although this has not been stated.

I had an excellent experience at St Anthony’s hospital. This was especially true on the day of my procedure. I was treated with care, compassion and professional by all involved. I felt well cared for from start to finish. The nurse at my pre-op was also very kind and understanding as I have a slight phobia with blood tests. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
