St joseph's Hospital Staff were all outstanding, the staff are amazing and simply cannot do enough to help. They are very patient, understanding, supportive and reassuring. I was unfortunate to have complications 2 days post-discharge. After a telephone conversation, I was told to return to the hospital. My care was higher than 5 stars on returning to the hospital. The hospital is of the highest standard, spotlessly clean. I could not rate my whole experience more highly! A massive thank you to the Ward Dr, also Ruth, Nicola, and Leslie who looked after myself and my wife when I needed to return to the day ward.

Went in with our 14 week old for a tongue tie consultation as the NHS wouldn’t see her as she was over 12 weeks. Mira explained everything thoroughly and in a way non medical people would understand, she was also amazing with a tired, hungry, grumpy baby. She diagnosed the tongue tie within seconds of looking in her mouth and cut it there and then with the help of the nurse. Baby cried understandably but next to no bleeding and was feeding with 5 minutes. Mira has worked a miracle and it’s like having a different baby. Thank you so much from one very tired, emotional breastfeeding mother, you are amazing!!

The girl who took me to where to get changed wasn't very friendly. Was vague about where to leave my belongings, ledt me in ine with no locker and had no idea if she was coming back or I should go somewhere and got me to go into three different rooms. She forgot to tell me to take my watch off. She asked if i had had an mri before i said yes but i didnt like them. She wasnt then friendly or anything. She was going through the motions. The same when she took me back. Didnt smile or anything really poor and forgot to remind to take my watch

He has been friendly to talk to and truly listened to my issues and my long-term worries. He was able to talk me through my injuries and made sure that I fully understood my symptoms and the options available to me to ensure that I made a fully informed decision on my treatment.

I had my 6 week appointment today and now walking without crutches and driving safely. We experienced some issues when the equipment rooom had faults and the staff worked extremely hard and effectively to overcome the issues and ensure the program of treatment was completed without any undue delays. I had to google where the Spencer Hospital was within the William Harvey Grounds and even then it still wasn’t clear where to go. I arrived on site for my appointment early to make sure I was on time. Fortunately I remembered that the Arundel Unit was mentioned so followed the signs for that and then saw the Spencer outpatient signs.

I attended for a series of scans and although they took about 3 hours to complete your staff explained what was happening at each stage and so everything was fine. Whilst copies of the scans and your report was sent to my G.P. I would expect these also to be sent to me without me having to "jump through hoops" .
