I would like to express my deepest gratitude and admiration for Miss Elaine Scott, who has been an exceptional gynecologist and obstetrician throughout one of the most important journeys of our lives. I was under Miss Elaine Scott’s care even before pregnancy, when my husband and I were just starting to plan it. From the very beginning, she guided us with great care, clarity, and professionalism. She then managed my entire pregnancy and delivery, and on December 19th, under her calm guidance and outstanding expertise, our first child — a healthy baby boy — was safely born. Miss Elaine Scott is a true professional. From the first appointment to the moment we held our son in our arms, we felt 100% trust in her knowledge, experience, and decisions. Her approach made this journey not only safe, but also peaceful and reassuring. What could have been stressful instead became a beautiful, calm experience that lasted more than a year — all thanks to her attentive and compassionate care. I would also like to warmly mention her assistant Lucia, who was equally attentive, friendly, responsive, and always ready to answer any questions. Her support and positive attitude made every interaction even more pleasant. If we are blessed to have another child in the future, there is absolutely no doubt — we would choose Miss Elaine Scott again without hesitation. I had cataract surgery on both eyes on 4th December 2025 and l was discharged today, 12th January 2026. I'm so pleased to say l don't need to wear glasses or contact lenses any more. From start to finish, my experience at Freedom Vision Chelmsford was exceptionally good - and my end result is superb vision. - more than l could ever have hoped for. Colours are radiant and bright, and probably the biggest bonus for me is feeling so much more confident driving at night. After undergoing rigorous tests and scans , the actual procedure is very quick and painless. All the staff, without question were delightfully kind people and I'd like to thank them all individually, if only l knew their names. But in particular, l'd like to thank Nicola who guided me patiently and expertly throughout the whole procedure, and a massive thank you to Mr Hove , my surgeon, for being such a genius. Dr nenad was my worse experience in my life after having penis enlargment surgery I didnt get 1 inch soft lenghing guaranteed plus i have lost almost 1 inch of erect lenght when i told him this he said its not normal but i need to use traction divece to get my size back not to examing why i lost 1 inch erect lenght he does not care all they about taking your money. He ruined my life dont let him do this to you.

Waited about 20min for my appointment with consultant Then during my meeting with him He took a non urgent phone call my appointment that lasted approximately 10-15 mins He discharged me despite me saying I am getting lots of pain that disrupts my sleep and painkillers don’t help! I would have liked to have been referred to physio. But I was not offered it or anything except lift your arm forwards!

Staff at the practice seem to be unable to distinguish between NHS patients a d those who Are private and paying. Twice i was sent to the wrong waiting area with NHS patients. Only to be later sent to the private waiting area. As a paying patient i expect a certain level of compitance and care. So come on Barlborough, a little bit of interest in your role might help
