I would not go back to this dental practice again.. I was booked in to have an extraction by a surgeon who I have since found out only comes in on a Tuesday. I was not that impressed with her bedside manner or the Nurse.. I was extremely traumatised and told them I was nervous. The extraction took a really long time and was not an easy removal and was extremely uncomfortable. I was shaking like a leaf and afterwards,, I was basically dismissed and sent away without being offered any form of empathy. I’ve since had terrible problems and I’m in a lot of pain four days later. I rang the dentist this morning. who then informed me that the surgeon only comes in once a week and I needed to go back to my own dentist, which is quite a drive away. I’m not impressed at all and would definitely not return. Also, the Dental practice is obviously undergoing some sort of renovation. The waiting room was a blank white room with no window extremely uninviting, no music not good when you are an extremely nervous patient waiting to have a horrible procedure done .not a good experience for me I’m afraid.

I saw Dr Tavares regarding hip pain I was suffering from. I thought he was extremely welcoming and professional, a pleasure do meet. It is also particularly useful for me that he is able to investigate knees in addition to hips. Thereby providing a full concept of the issues involved, including diagnostic treatment which will alleviate pain in addition to identifying the key areas for pain origin. I have great faith that Mr Tavares will be able to understand the vagaries of my pain with a plan to alleviate quickly with firm decisions which prevent me remaining in no no man’s land as I currently am. I have every belief he will come to a conclusion based on medical evidence that will greatly alleviate my pain.

I was in private unit ,I had an apointment with Mr. al Midani. For the subjects kidney , hernia, obesity. I turst Mr. Al Midani. He is a perfect doctor. 👏👏🧿🧿⭐⭐. He thinks with the patient, on the side of the patient. He explains everything briefly. We had the obesity subject in the last 6-8 months. ,it goes very well. I got 18-20 kg lighter. And in a few months Most probably I will have the surgery for my hernia occured after the kidney transplantation/mediterranian univ. Mr. Al Midani will do the hernia operation here in Royal Free. Because he has the experience on both hernia and kidney transplantation. Thanks to him for all his efforts.. And congrats 👏🧿⭐

We received exceptional care during our recent visit to Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital. Dr. Shah, the knee specialist, was fantastic. We appreciated his expertise, knowledge, and prompt service. Furthermore, the entire hospital staff was amazing. I want to extend special thanks to Rosihin, who made a significant difference in my teenage daughter's experience during her first MRI scan. Rosihin's efforts truly helped put my daughter at ease. We highly recommend the care provided at your facility.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. So very friendly whilst remaining professional. My appointment was for 11.30 and whilst I accept there is always some waiting time I didn't expect 2 hours. I had another doctor appointment for 2.20 and I was beginning to panic that I would not be ablecto attend. My other complaint,along with several other patients was how very cold the rooms were We were sat in our winter coats and still feeling the cold. Paul, a staff member did eventually turn the heating on/up.

He is proactive with his investigations/suggestions and clearly gives great thought to the advice that he gives. He strikes me as very thorough. I felt very well-looked after and, as a result, feel confident about the care and advice that he has given me. I recommend him without hesitation.

Overall I got what I needed which is all that matters ultimately. Found it annoying to have to fill in yet another paper form when I’d registered online as requested via email the day before. Yet another different NHS portal - the third I have had to sign up to. Was also not happy to be asked for a credit card when I was there as a fully insured patient. I was told it was ‘policy’ but when I said I’d rather not it no longer seemed to be policy.

My hip operation was successful and carried out by Mr Edward Gardner. His professionalism in he listening and explaining about the operation. After the operation Mr Gardner used a vacuum pump on my scar to heal / seal and keep the wound clean; this has worked really well. My scar has closed cleanly. I now feel more confident in my mobility and I have no worries in returning to have the other hip replaced in the future by Mr Gardner.
