Very pleasant lady. Her explanation to me was only rated "good" as I believe I was actually very nervous, though I know I don't show it - therefore, some of the explanations she was giving me went "over my head". Even if I had asked her to repeat it, I don't think I would have taken it in! Her report to my GP and copied to me made it clearer however, and was very promptly done. When you're worried about things, it make a welcome change for almost immediate response.

I felt heard and cared for. I was informed about menopause and reassured that my symptoms were common and what the next steps were to help me. I cannot recommend Mrs Hikary-Bhal enough she’s amazing. Courteous and informative discussion

Miss Pandeva was very pleasant and sympathetic to my incontinence problem. The internal examination was satisfactory and Miss Pandeva stated that it was reassuring.

I found her to be approachable, she explained the procedure in language that I could understand. She has a very easy manner that puts you at ease. I also found her to have a good sense of humour that I could relate too - in fact she made me laugh.

Kept me fully informed and answered all questions.
