This doctor has changed my life. Having been in considerable discomfort with pelvic organ prolapse she prescribed an estrogen cream that helped in a way I could not have imagined. I now walk miles, have better bladder control and feel like myself again. She is the kindest and most approachable doctor I have ever met. Her knowledge and expertise is obvious but her caring and empathy are second to none. The initial consultation was conducted sympathetically in what could be an embarrassing situation for some women and she put me at ease straightaway. She was thorough and explained everything in a straightforward but not condescending manner. The follow up appointment was equally good. I never felt rushed. I wish I had seen her sooner than I did.

Professor Swati Jha made me feel very comfortable and at ease straight away. She explained things to me fully and saw me at a follow up appointment where we discussed the effectiveness of the treatment she had prescribed. She was, at all times, friendly and knowledgeable. I need no further follow up with her at this time but feel confident that I can contact her again in the future if necessary.
