Excellent! He was punctual, very professional whilst explaining all details of my problem and the solution required. After surgery he was able to explain all that he had done and left me feeling that I was in the care of an excellent surgeon with a huge breadth of knowledge and surgical expertise. Mr Kumar has given me exemplary care. He is an extremely impressive surgeon but also really listens, takes time to settle your concerns and is clearly an excellent colleague. It was nice to see that he knew all his nurses first names and was careful to use our names. I trusted him instantly and am very glad to have been cared for by him.

Professor Caplin is a consummate professional with a kind 'bedside manner' who explained everything carefully and carried out the procedure extremely efficiently. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone who is in need of investigation and treatment as he is clearly an expert in his field, but also is a very nice man.

I am very grateful to Mr Abbassi-Ghadi for his skill and care in treating me for a troublesome gallbladder. He explained the procedure clearly, what to expect afterwards and generally put me at my ease. The operation went very well; I experienced very little post operative discomfort and was back to normal activities within four weeks, which was excellent. I cannot recommend Mr Abbassi-Ghadi highly enough, thank you very much!
