In the first consultation, Dr Russo was very kind and took his time to explain potential causes for my symptoms. He recommended a few scans and an endoscopy to determine the root cause of the symptoms. Once at the hospital/ clinic, he was very reassuring and confident. The results were clearly communicated and the right medicine was prescribed for a specific duration. He also explained why it's only taken during this duration and how I should come off the meds. My overall experience is that dr Russo is an exceptional doctor and I would definitely recommend him for his professionalism, his endoscopic expertise and his unique communication skills. I would certainly revisit dr Russo and seek for his consultation if I need a gastroenterology review in the future.
