Dr D’Ippolito diagnosed me quickly and clearly outlined the proposed treatment. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly and outlines the follow up approach. All was great.

Dr. Salam identified my BCC quickly and took the time to explain each step to me in detail throughout the whole process (from first consultation to successful surgery and review). His professional yet warm demeanour instantly allowed me to feel at ease in the face of my initial nervousness.

Mr Young has an extremely courteous and reassuring manner. He explained the situation and different possibilities very calmly and clearly. His whole demeanor gave me great confidence in his abilities. Consultants can sometimes be condescending, which is not at all the case with Mr Young. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The result is hugely impressive - in a highly visible place (tip of my nose) the repair is unobtrusive just 2 months after the operation, with a great contour. I think that once the redness has faded completely, it will be very hard to spot that anything has happened at all. I would not hesitate both to recommend Mr Young to others and to go back to him if I ever needed a different intervention.

I am really pleased with my experience I had with Dr Hoque. She was always happy to answer all the questions I had throughout my treatment and I always felt comfortable.
