I highly recommend Mr. Young for his exceptional care. He's calm, clear, and unhurried, always focused on the best outcome for the patient. My large lipoma removal scar is perfectly hidden, a testament to his meticulous work. His supportive approach truly stood out; he made a special trip to check on me the morning after my surgery under general anaesthesia. It is in stark contract to my other experience in private section, where the doctors just spoke to me when I was not even fully awake from general anaesthesia and left paperwork on the ward to close the case. His secretary, Sharon, is equally amazing—competent, pleasant, and always responsive. Mr. Young provides outstanding, truly patient-centered care.

Dr Young was very thorough, explained everything in a down-to-earth manner, and operated me in a stellar way. The cut he performed was so neat and precise that it is entirely gone after only one week. Incredible job really

From start to finish, Richard made me feel at ease with the whole mole removal process. It was a mole on my lip so I was quite apprehensive but he made me feel confident it was possible. The results are amazing! It’s like it was never there.

I attended Mr Young’s clinic for a forehead lipoma removal which was a little more complicated than the usual. He came recommended and I was not dissapointed at all, from start to finish I was treated amazingly, Mr Young was kind, caring, his knowledge and transparency about the removal was second to none (I took my mum who is a retired nurse and she was impressed, which is not easy). He had prepared prior to the consultation with the information provided and satisfied any worries and concerns I had. Following the consultation, my appointment was made for after his leave as he doesn’t like to leave patients after surgery. On the day of the Lipoma removal everything was just so easy and relaxing, Mr Young, his nurses and his secretary Sharon made sure I was well looked after. The actual removal itself was completed under local anaesthetic and was done quicker then I expected, with the tiniest plaster needed. I had reassurance throughout and was never nervous. Recovery was fantastic and the recovery advice was covered numerous times by Mr Young, Sharon and also in e-mails. As I had travelled from Oldham for this, after discussion and a number of emails and photos, my follow up 7 days later was by phone (my own decision I was given a physical appointment slot if I wanted). Again this was easily done and arranged by the wonderful Sharon, who’s is amazing at being in contact and communicating. Yet again Mr Young provided the best guidances and advice about my recovery and again this was followed up with an email. I would 100% recommend Mr Young and would return...

I learned of Mr Young’s clinic via a relative who had surgery and aftercare from him about a year ago . The results were of a high standard . I approached the clinic for my own problem . A slow growing osteoma on the forehead which appeared to have visibly enlarged . It was easy to contact the clinic and surgery arranged according to My convenience A great deal of information both verbally and in writing was given about tge procedure I had full opportunity to ask questions and clarify doubts On the day I was prepped and made comfortable . All staff were friendly and efficient Mr Young is affable : approachable and very skilful in handling the treatment and the patient . It was a relatively painless : smooth and effortless experience Post operative care is also very thorough . The osteoma has been removed and I no longer need to wear a hat when I leave the house . I am so relieved

Really Very good. Maybe not quite enough time for all questions to occur to me.

Very clear explanation of procedures and plenty of time given to reassurance. His repution as a plastic surgeon is very well deserved.

I am very grateful to Mr Young for his clinical skills and professionalism. I had sustained a facial scar following an accident. He revised the scar. He took such care and I am so pleased with the results. I feel I have got my life back and no longer think about it.
